Reviews
The hotel is generally well-maintained with clean interiors and friendly, helpful staff. Guests appreciate the convenient location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, some guests have issues with noise, either from other guests or the surrounding area. The breakfast is decent, but some guests feel it could be improved.

The breakfast was good and open until 10:00 am which is rare. Parking rates seemed fair. I believe we paid $15 per day for gated garage parking. We arrived after 3 and our suite wasn't ready. They then proceeded to put several other ppl in rooms. While we waited one gentleman came down to let staff know ppl were already in the room they had just given him. Can you imagine? Omg. On our way to our room one of the cleaning staff was literally having a meltdown how she 'didn't have time for this s*it" and was slamming dresser drawers. I tried to take the luggage trolley back to the lobby but she had parked her cart in the middle of the aisle and bedding was all around it on the floor. I couldn't get by even just walking. I suspect they had staffing issues but I do expect better from a Marriott. They cleaned the room once. We had a 2 bedroom suite which should accommodate 6 ppl but the living area a small loveseat and a backless stool. So 4 our us sat on the floor.

No view at all of the water. The pool was coffin shaped and very small, old and dirty, no hot tub, no roll away beds for extra kids, breakfast was not appetizing, our shower curtain was to short for the shower so just dumped water all over floor. Parking was tight squeeze every night. Did not like this room at all.
- 4/5
Parking in convenient but expensive. If you want a view this hotel does not have it. The hotel is very clean.

They need to keep breakfast open until 10 am for a noon check out. Breakfast should not be a race or challenge to enjoy but rather an accommodation for all guests to enjoy. Eileen Trainer the guest supervisor is all cool business. Professional yes but she lacks warmth and authenticity- my last stay a young man was wonderful in his greeting and approach to guests. It makes a difference.

Second day one there was a the lake of the system was down with a card, which was not a big deal. The manager was awesome. Try to take care of us until I got it fixed day two was good day three I think every child in Bremerton was at our hotel. Parents were watching their kids kids under the age of 10 was going back-and-forth on the elevator, which made it a long wait because the other elevator was broken the trash that stuck up from the breakfast you got in there and they ate everything so regular gas didn’t have any toys for breakfast. But I think the worst thing of it all was a homeless man got up on the fourth floor that had severe mental issues with these kids not even with their parents yelling. I told him that he removed him. The guy comes down and cussing out going out and he had a bicycle with him. How did somebody like that get up to the fourth floor so we moved her hotels?

Room was supposed to be ready by 3:00. We got the key about 4:40 and had to get ready for an event that was at 5:00. It was very frustrating!

Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Bremerton was perfect for the Krampus festival. Very convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Great stay overall.

Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient parking beneath hotel. Easy walking to theater, restaurants and shopping.

Great location
- 5/5
Staff was nice and room was clean
- 4/5
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The area was close to the ferries.
- 4/5
This is a comfortable, nice hotel in a good area. Maybe a little pricey for how small a single King room is but clean and quiet.
- 3/5
After 11pm, the parking leaves a lot to be desired (we had to makeshift the very last "parking spot" down the ramp with a number of other cars. And to be charged for it on top of that, ehh, not sure we'll be back. The front desk person was great (super patient with all the people in line, she was slammed being the only one working up front) and the location is right in the heart of downtown though.
- 3/5
Mediocre hotel with a better hotel price.
- 4/5
Staff were great
- 5/5
The was very clean. The staff were warm and welcoming.
- 5/5
Room is what one should expect
- 4/5
I was not informed of the $12.00 parking fee until I saw the bill. Last time the parking fee was waived due to construction. This time there was exit gate was not operating, could it have been waived also?
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t friendly at all for check in , she treated my crew like they are from different planet which is so sad
- 5/5
Clean room, safe area, great restaurant just across the street. There was a bit of noise at night we could hear that woke us up but the bed and bedding were nice so we fell back asleep!
- 3/5
Everything was perfect except for the commercial garbage pickup under our window at 5:00 am.
- 4/5
Clean room. Great staff. Close to many dining options and also close to the ferry dock for trips to Seattle.
- 5/5
The rooms were very nice, great shower head height and pressure.
- 4/5
We had a good overnight stay in Bremerton. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location, easily walkable to many amenities.
- 4/5
Clean and as expected.
- 5/5
Too many homeless people sleeping and living around the area
- 5/5
Our stay here is wonderful
- 5/5
clean all around, good breakfast, well located. but the best part was the friendly and helpful staff!
- 2/5
The front Desk staff was Obviously the only one there, this makes no sense to have zero coverage at the front desk. So after waiting 20 mins to check in then there was a computer issue ? 1/2 hour is too long to wait to check in when there is no one in line. Thank you
- 4/5
Not impressed with breakfast
- 5/5
I went to the Blackberry festival, and the South Pacific Bar and grill.easy stagger
- 5/5
Nice stay. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room.

Nice hotel
- 4/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Not to many places to eat within walking distance. Beds were very uncomfortable, and you can hear through the walls. So don't expect a good night sleep. It's a great place to stay if you want to walk to the ferry and catch a ride to spend the day in Seattle. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Morning breakfast was ok. They don't offer options for those with lactose issuse but there is a fridge in your room if you need to bring things for yourself.
- 5/5
The key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that.
- 4/5
Our room was nice and spacious, only problem was TV screen was a small computer screen making viewing a little difficult. The area was nice but street noise from cars, motorcycles and trucks made it difficult to sleep at night.
- 5/5
You can easily walk to the ferry docks and the bus stops
- 4/5
Nice, clean, friendly with a great breakfast!
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff.

Nice hotel
- 5/5
It's good hotel
- 5/5
Had a great stay ,,, Lillian at the front desk was the best ! I will definitely make this a home away from home destination
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful However, there was a lot of construction around the property and at one time we were not allowed to drive our car on the road to get into the hotel garage. Not a big deal but somewhat inconvenient. The free breakfast was the minimalist buffet style but there are plently of nearby options if you want something more upscale.
- 4/5
The construction going at the front door
- 5/5
Beautiful comfy stay with easy check in
- 3/5
The pool was not running the only reason I picked it was for the pool, I even called weeks a head to make sure the pool was working and it was up and working then
- 4/5
A really good place to stay. Felt safe and comfortable. Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. My car wouldn’t start and the front desk clerk did everything he could to get me started and on my way home.
- 4/5
You are greeted with the sign that the facility is understaffed and that room service is granted upon request only…. The room was too small. Our fridge and the bathroom fan were broken.
- 3/5
We liked the location and the hotel, except for the noise at night. We heard cars racing, bar people, we assume, yelling outside late and old single pane windows, which didn’t help with noise.
- 5/5
Despite local street construction everything was excellent. Typical hotel breakfast was a little better than typical.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast every morning and clean throughout.
- 4/5
Great service and kindness from hotel staff. Room was clean. AC worked great! Breakfast was good with lots of options.
- 5/5
Great location and staff.
- 4/5
Great place to stay. The building was very clean. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Would stay here again. Very centrally located to what I was in town for. Free breakfast every morning was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots to see in the few blocks surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe walking around.
- 5/5
Nice hotel in a great area. Room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend this hotel in Bremerton.

We had a wonderful stay here! We arrived in town much earlier than planned and asked if an early check in was possible - they were really warm and friendly and while they couldn’t accommodate right away, not long after lunch our room was ready, and it was awesome! Very spacious and clean, and you couldn’t hear any noise in the rest of the hotel at all. The pool was well kept and at a comfortable temp, and the breakfast was really good, lots of variety - fresh scrambled eggs, oatmeal with toppings and more. This is a great spot and super walkable to restaurants, a bookstore and the USS Turner Joy. Definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Great customer service, nice clean room, good water pressure in shower. Nice breakfast and staff! Would stay here again
- 4/5
Lots of closed roads due to construction, 1 elevator was not working so it made for long waits for an elevator
- 5/5
When you first enter the hotel you are greeted with a nice self serve coffee machine and hot chocolate and also a very kind receptionist who explained to us all about the hotel and our room. The rooms were nice and cozy and the beds were very comfortable, there gym and pool were also very nice and clean and the gym had very good equipment. Overall my stay here has been great and I wish to have more experiences like I had here.
- 5/5
Love this hotel
- 5/5
It was only a mile from my children's house
- 3/5
I really like this motel. The guy who checked us in was so nice! He had a wonderful personality. The girl who checked us out was ok. My biggest and only issue was the only reason I got this room (as the hotel down the block was cheaper and very nice and more convenient for us) was for the swimming pool. I had two kids who were very excited to swim. The pool was closed both times we tried to go. It was very disappointing. I don’t know why it closed the first night, about an hour before the pool was supposed to close. Then in the morning it was closed due to them chlorinating it. The front desk girl told me it would be reopened a half hour after checkout. Why wasn’t it chlorinated before opening the pool? So I had some really disappointed kids. I honestly don’t know if I’ll stay there again if the pool is always closed.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. What I didn't like was the breakfast. They were very very slow to bring out food. Everyone was standing there for more than 10 minutes waiting for the breakfast food.
- 5/5
Amazing customer service love coming here when I’m in the area.

I stayed the night b4 and it was so unpleasant with the gal at the front desk.. but last night check in was great and the front desk guy was amazing,, he was kind and respectful and answered all my questions with ease,, he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.. I thank him for making this so easy and pleasant

Great place - eyes on the street.

The isolation of wall is not so great. It is easy to hear neighbor talk.

Staff and breakfast both above expectations
- 5/5
We enjoyed the pool and work room. Very clean.
- 5/5

Appreciated the licked car garage. Hotel was so clean, staff was efficient, helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Great convenience right near the waterfront, easily walkable to many restaurants, also close to any ovation in the Bremerton area
- 5/5
The rooms are clean. Breakfast was good every morning. Downtown near everything. A great place to stay.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy. Beds were amazing and warm. Pool was fun, wish it was a bit bigger for more kids to play in. But over all was a great experience.
- 5/5
Very secure hotel and parking. Our room was clean and properly stocked with towels. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and the ferry terminal.
- 4/5
The shower curtain barely skimmed the top of the tub - it was hung very high. And the soap/shampoo bottles were placed behind the shower head making it hard to reach and keep control - so the shower was ill planned. The room was ok. Not impressed. But the lobby and area were pretty.
- 5/5
We really liked the friendly staff and breakfast options.
- 4/5
I liked that the hotel had underground parking but did not like having to pay 10 dollars a day to use it. Their breakfast had a lot to be desired but at least it was free. Our room was clean and i appreciated that they cleaned it everyday we were there.
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, excellent service but too noisy.
- 5/5
Transportation limited.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Good location within walking distance to fun place.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The surrounding area outside the property is dirty, has a lot of homeless people and has a very limited choice of restaurants.

I liked the cleanliness and the breakfast!
- 3/5
Very loud!
- 3/5
Expensive for what you get.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, walking distance to bars and restaurants.
- 4/5
Waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes with another customer with no employee at the desk. Finally wandered around and knocked on an office door and found an employee in there. Employee then forgot to program key cards properly. In the room I found a hair scrunchie on the middle of the floor from a prior guest.
- 5/5
Great staff! Room was ok bed was not to comfy but we were only there a night. Breakfast was very well done with an awesome attendant!!!
- 5/5
Great location, clean, safe, and good gym and pool. Parking under hotel.
- 5/5
Coffee in room poor
- 5/5
Nice location
- 4/5
Nice breakfast, onsite parking garage close to ferry and public transportation
- 5/5
Kinda pricey for such a small pool and no hot tub. But overall it was good! Thanks!
- 3/5
The hotel was only lacking staff. That's probably why no one cleaned the main lobbies and tables in the dining room. But the staff was nice and friendly. If the hotel had more employees they could maintain it and it would look even better.
- 2/5
You shouldn't pay for parking or wifi for the price. The refrigerator wasn't leaned out.
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Lots of options for several dietary conditions. I usually bring my own food for breakfast and didn't use any of it!
- 4/5
Friendly serive people. Facility is cleaned. Charged parking. Good size room but furnitures are farily old. Not much of refreshment in room. Large restroom but floor is fairly slippery with tiled floor. Good hot continental brakfast but the room is so warm.
- 4/5
The hotel staff were very nice and very attentive with us, we only encounter one issued, we did not have room service for 3 days, so every night we have to go downstairs and get new towels. Other than that it was very nice.
- 5/5
Walkable to dining and waterfront
- 5/5
Close to the waterfront and dining
- 1/5
Staff was extremely unfriendly. Then after I checked out and left… in another state… got my receipts for my stay… charged me for parking a day I wasn’t there and charged another $40 to my account. Called and Destiny the front end employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend at all!
- 5/5
Great one night stay.
- 5/5
It has friendly stuff.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. I even went on a little run across the two bridges. I’d stay here again.
- 4/5
Just wish the next door guest would have turned the TV down at midnight! White noise on my phone solved the problem.
- 5/5
Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Decent breakfast and friendly staff
- 5/5
I really love this place. The people who work here from the room caretakers to the desk staff, this place is awesome. I was here last year and came again this year because of the staff. Anything that we needed, my family and I, the staff helped us in every way. One of the best employees that the place has is Elaine Trainor. She is helping everybody and is so friendly and kind. As I said last year, they should promote her to manage the place and have another amazing employee, Destiny, be an assistant to her. All the staff is incredible, but these two ladies were even more so. Thanks for another great hotel experience at Fairfield Bremerton. See you again next summer.😊
- 5/5
Really great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can tell its not a new hotel, but its been maintained and kept clean.
- 5/5
Welcome.
- 4/5
The AC was too cold in the hallways
- 5/5
Great staff and location!
- 4/5
The pool is small, very very small 6 person, it was very disappointing.
