Parking was good We’ve stayed in Bremerton multiple tints and would highly recommend. Great location near shops and freeway.

The complimentary breakfast was honestly delicious. The homestyle breakfast potatoes were really good. Great value add. The room could have been cleaner. The sheets and towels were fresh, but the fixtures and faucets had calcium deposits. Could sparkle a little more ✨️

Solo traveler with dog. I was told the pet fee was $50/night and then handed a paper that listed it as $35/night and was to initial. When I mentioned it said $35 they said that was an old form. So they printed a new one and changed it to 50/night and had me initial. Then they said they needed a $100 incidental fee for damages the dog might do and it would be returned in 3-5 business days. I don't believe this was listed on the website. Clearly they have pet only rooms as mine the furniture was dirty and worn, the A/C did not work, the door to the balcony would not open, and the toilet was not cleaned. The area they had for pets to do their business was very small with dead grass and covered with poop. They list the facility as "smokeless" but shortly after arriving I was able to smell cigarette smoke coming in from a surrounding room. I will not be staying here again. I would have been better off at Motel 6.

Y hay solo 2 tipos de frutas y están completas, no cortadas. Si quieres salir a la terraza, la puerta está muy dura para abrirse y está muy feo afuera.

The front desk agent was LOVELY and very kind and accommodating. The first room we got in was very dirty and did not smell good. I asked for a different room and the front desk agent quickly reassigned us and that room was much cleaner. Still a bit of a weird smell. Pillows were not good, so would recommend bringing your own. Very nice staff, less good for cleanliness and accommodations.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and everything met expectations. However, the bed was quite noisy—even small movements like turning to the side caused creaking sounds—which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was built in the 1970s and is in need of updating, the location next to the highway is noisy and the wifi was not good.

The breakfast was food, but as many bugs and roaches that I found in the hotel I didn’t really want to eat any of it. The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel. I tried contacting corporate and they told me to talk to the hotel, but I feel like the hotel staff since they decided to charge me for the incidentals, why would they change their mind overall it was a great experience, even though I was just using it to stay for a few hours to get rest, but I’m definitely not using that hotel anymore in Bremerton, which is sad because it used to be a great hotel when I used to use it all the time for my Navy reserve weekends

No housekeeping happened over our 3 night stay. We left the room by 11am each morning and made sure the “do not disturb “ sign wasn’t on door. Loud neighbors playing loud music around midnight on final night. Loud highway noise. Would not stay again.

The staff at check in was nice. The first room's bathroom was so dirty. It had a red hue of something that looked like they tried to mop it up and left smeared remnants of whatever it was all over the floor. The staff was apologetic and moved me to another room. That room was ok. The bathroom was not cleaned well either but much less noticeable than the first room. It had dried urine around the toilet bolt area. It was so late by that point I just went to sleep. In the morning breakfast was disappointing with a sign from the health department saying their rating is ok.

Pretty sure due to our liquidated price they housed us in the old part of the building, insecure entrance, looked like homeless outside the door smoking cigarettes all night, they had access so possibly that section houses low income? Fine but have a secure entrance so only residence and guests can enter. I placed a towel under the door to keep the smoke out, there’s a keypad entrance,but the door is open to the public from the car lot at the very far end and it’s unsafe. Floor was dirty TP pieces on the restroom floor garbage in the garbage can, not clean,and the room was to be smoke and pet free and it smelled like bleach and dog the entire night. We left at 430am because of allergies and no sleep.

Good and nice place to stay in but besides the fact that the maintenance guy was trying to get in my room that I stayed because of miscommunication with their staff. Overall love how comfy and friendly the staff was. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants some good rest and peace and quiet.

This property was was located super conveniently to where we need to be. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and the highway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!! It was however a bit loud from the highway, random people in the parking lot making videos of themselves and playing music loudly in the parking lots. Some outside entrance doors are broken and do not lock and anyone can come in those doors without javing a key. Rooms need updating- peeling wallpaper in bathroom, missing hair dryer, no toilet paper. We had a few rooms and all were in different stages of updating. Hot water in the shower was great. Beds really comfortable tho! Did not like the laundry facilities at all. Did not feel super safe to be there by myself. Washers in one room and dryers in another. Inconvenient to carry wet clothes in the hall to the dryer room. Dryer super loud and caused guests in nearby rooms to come out and see what was happening when I pushed start. Oops! Anyways… still enjoyed our stay and it was great for us bc of breakfast and location.

the only reason I gave this a two-star and not a one-star was the fact that the people who worked there were really kind.

We booked this hotel thinking there was a pool because the website advertised there was. We ended up finding out on day 2 that the pool is no longer at the hotel. They also had a very mess room. Bathroom was gross. Toilet paper left in the toilet. Hair in the tub and sink. Floor was very dirty. My kids feet turned black just walking around. They also advertised free cribs or cots for the room but then charged us $10/night for one cot. Very disappointed in the overall stay. Won’t book again.

This hotel was convenient for our trip. It was nice and had a good breakfast. The fire doors slamming very early and continuously was not nice!

We were here for 3 nights, they never came by to clean the room or take out our trash. Also, the room was unclean and had a lot of mold in it.

It took me three times to get a key that worked for the room. The floors are clean and the beds are comfortable, but the showers are small. Overall the property is in poor condition.

Had to make a last minute change in plans, and this hotel was available at a slight premium over many other grossly overpriced hotels in the general area (more towards Sequim) during peak summer. So we were very grateful to stay here at much better rates. Parking was a little annoying with all the oversized pickups and other commercial vehicles in the lot and small spaces so it felt crowded. Lots of roadway noise since we were facing the highway. Balcony window was incredibly dirty. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast but appreciated that it was offered. Beds and pillows were comfortable and got good rest. Overall glad we found the place but do wish we had other options since it was a pleasure trip.

The parking lot felt unsafe. People gathered around their cars drinking and smoking pot. We didn’t feel comfortable exploring the hotel. The wallpaper was falling off the room walls, The floor smelled like dog pee and cigarettes. It was supposed to be non-smoking. Paint was chipping off the wall. The only window opened up to a a wall with water pipes running through it and a gutter. We stayed because we arrived so late and didn’t have another place to go to. The smell made us all feel sick in the morning. We left right away in the morning. The amount they charged will get you way better hotels that are truthful about their accommodation.

Arrived 30 min after check in time and room wasn't ready, came back 2 hrs after check in and someone else's room wasn't ready who was trying to check in. Room has coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 people. Room was dingy and outdated with peeling,dirty wallpaper. The molding was hapzardly put up, the balcony looked and sounded unsafe with no screen to not let bugs in. The breakfast was subpar, sugar ants all over the table we sat at. The only redeeming factor was very nice front desk ladies at check in and out.

View from the room was a cement wall. Bathroom shower tiles needed a good scrubbing.

Beds were decent. Kind of sketchy area and lots of parking spots took up by construction vehicles. Room needed some minor repairs, molding coming off, stains on walls. Room smelled funky, halls smelled like febreeze been sprayed. Doors to hallway were almost busted, had to really pull it to get it locked.

The cost of the hotel you're not understanding people really need stay places and you just expensive for the wrong reasons

Disgusting as heck

The bathroom smells like urine and the exhaust fan didn’t work. The bed frames were broken or something, very loud ever time you rolled over. We drive a bigger truck and couldn’t hardly use their parking lot. Booking online we got a room in the very back of the hotel where the parking is the most narrow and as far away from everything as possible and shady people hanging out in the parking lot. I feel like if you book online through a booking app you get bottom of the barrel even if you pay extra.

I loved how it’s located away from the busy downtown/ ferry terminal/ noisy business area. The hotel room was quiet. And I loved how well the breakfast foods have been prepared and served. The hotel staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The property pictures displayed on their site are definitely not what you see. It is older, not as updated as it looks in the pictures. The upgrade for the balcony is not worth the extra charge. The balcony looks unsafe, and none of us went out onto it. The location was convenient to most places that we went, but was not in the best area.

It was very loud at 5:00 am the walls are very thin. The breakfast had no juice, juicemaker broke with no backup plan.

Check in was a little challenging at 2am. There were a few mishaps with the room and the sales clerk/receptionist was a bit tired and annoyed by the multitude of people checking in at that time. However, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

This hotel has many long term stay homeless residents. The windows are filthy in the rooms. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. Lots of people loitering outside and smoking right when you walk in the lobby. Hallway smelled like weed when checking in. Room smelled like rancid old smoke. Would never stay here again.

I had a great stay here. The gym is small but it has more than enough equipment. The staff was very very kind. I like that the hotel had dove shampoo/conditioner/soap. They also provided makeup wipes. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was very nice as well.

It was a nice place to stop when we were in crisis for family at the hospital. Pleasantly surprised.

Upon arrival a sign stated will be back. After several minutes a poorly groomed, unprofessionally attired (you could clearly see her butt cheeks and crack above her jeans) extremely unpleasant person with all the charm of a snake. When her manager appeared Taylor) she had a child in tow making me wonder if it was a day care facility or a place of business. The room was not clean and certainly not ada compliant. I’d never stay again

The ladies at the front dest were amazing, very friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was ok. I loved the dove body soap, shampoo and conditioner. My room was clean. The reason that i reduced stars was that my room was off the parkingvlot so it was noisey and late arrivals with children running down the hallways was loud (2:30 am) so i didnt get much sleep.

We checked in an just before 4 pm and were informed (along with several other guests) that our room was not ready yet, even though check-in was at 3 pm. I asked what they were willing to do to make up for this and i was told they could not discount the room because i booked on Expedia. Best i could get was late check-out. Room is nice, but there is quite a bit of noise from other rooms and the surrounding area. There have been "sketchy" looking people every time we've been out to the parking lot coming and going. Obvious drug activity on and around the property also. Decent, but I don’t think we'll stay here again.

I thought it would be a much nicer motel for the money I paid. A little creeped out that desk clerk wanted to copy my wife's ID, much less mine. In my hundreds of stays across the country, this has never happened. Bed sagged very badly. Heater barely worked. Bumped it up to 86. It got to high 60s at best. Parking lot poorly designed. Have to walk through standing water to get to your car. Staff seemed nice. Motel was clean. TV worked.

Baymont has been a great hotel, the lady who checked me in seemed impolite and nervous fidgety. She also was annoyed at having a second traveler and appeared surprised although it was planned . Would prefer if someone different was here the next time.

King suite was tidy and clean. Balcony overlooked a parking lot and freeway. Freeway traffic noise could not be heard with blackout curtains closed. Breakfast bar area was clean and selection of items to choose from were fresh.

Dear Baymont in Bremerton Wa. I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the accommodations during my recent stay at your hotel. We booked a three-bedroom suite, but upon arrival, we discovered that the beds were not made up—there were no sheets, blankets, or pillowcases provided. This was highly unexpected and unacceptable for a reservation of this kind. Jennifer, a staff member on duty, was very apologetic and seemed genuinely mortified about the situation. However, the resolution offered was far from satisfactory. Instead of receiving the three-bed suite we had booked and paid for, we were relocated to a much smaller room with only two beds, which felt like little more than a closet. This arrangement did not meet the needs of our group, and it significantly diminished our experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and preparation, especially given the cost and reputation of your hotel. I kindly request an explanation for this situation and a resolution, such as a refund or a future credit, to address the inconvenience we experienced. The staff was excellent. I arrived by shuttle a t about 22:30. The staff noted that I had mobility problems and found me a room close to the lobby... I didn't have to ask.
