La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Braselton

When I first arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby before somebody arrived at the front desk. There was nobody else in the lobby; patron or employee. When I finally got the room, the lights in the room did not work. All switches had no affect. I was told that it was the rainstorm. I asked for a different room, and was given grief for this request. I stated that the room has no power, just the phone and AC unit worked. The lights in the bathroom would not even come on. I was still met with hesitation and was finally moved into a different room.

The rooms and property look new. The only negative about the room was the low water pressure from the shower head and the tub spigot was very loose. I wish we would have had time to go to the pool but our schedule didn’t allow it. There was a LOT of variety for the breakfast bar but we came at the end and the food was over cooked. They do have a cool pancake maker (no waffles) and Joe (the guy who ran the kitchen) was extremely personable. There was plenty of sitting room. All in all, this was an excellent hotel!

New. Fresh looking. Comfortable bedding. Great parking and well lit. Water pressure was a little low. No overhead lighting. Every light had its own individual switch. People smoking right outside the front door.

The smell of fabulous cleaning supplies was a plus for me. And Jimmy did a great job with preparing the breakfast in the morning

The people above us were really loud late into the night and early morning were loud as well we were on 2 nd floor I will get top floor next time other than that a great clean comfortable stay will stay again just on top floor so know one is above me

Terrible. There’s honestly no other way to describe it. The entire situation was frustrating from start to finish, and it completely failed to meet expectations. Communication was poor, the execution was even worse, and overall it left a very negative impression. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.

It was an amazing stay, the room was clean. The TV lets you use your login for Netflix, and Amazon Prime among a few other apps. The breakfast was superb, even overing turkey sausage as an option. Only thing that made me drop a star, is when housekeeping cleaned the room and picked up all our towels they didn't replace them. So I had to go to the lobby and request for towels.

Good variety for breakfast and safe area. Plenty of parking and staff very accommodating.

People that stayed on the floor above me when they started to walk around there room it was so loud.

The room was very clean & nice! The lobby area was also very clean. We did not use any amenities but it all looked very nice.

A very nice property. The rooms are large, clean and have very nice bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent. We rented a block of rooms for a nearby wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

Check in was very easy, staff greeted us each time we entered the hotel, loved the extended weekend breakfast hours! A little disappointed the pool was closed for the season but it is what it is. Sheets were super soft. Rooms were very quiet. The black out shade was a nice find!

Great location. Joe was super helpful with local eatery recos. Convenient for golfing Chateau Elan.

This La Quinta, like others, shows consistently high standards.

This hotel is fairly new and it looked the part. Upon checking in, the front desk was friendly. The woman cleaning was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the person in the kitchen was friendly. Everyone you came in contact was nice. Hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants and within 5 minute drive from more choices. We enjoyed our stay here. It's one definitely considered for returning.

All staff members were warm and welcoming, and the AC kept the room as cold as I liked. There was plenty of well lit parking, and it's an easy drive to Road Atlanta. I'd stay here again.

We were there for a wedding and I booked 3 rooms through Experian. The way it is set up, it was like 3 different reservations and so our rooms were on separate floors. However the front desk was kind enough to adjust it so we could be on the same floor. Everything was SO CLEAN, breakfast was good, and our stay was so restful and comfortable. Thanks La Quinta!

For two consecutive nights, the dog barked repeatedly, especially during the night and early morning hours. The noise made it extremely difficult for me to sleep and significantly affected the quality of my stay. I chose your hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable environment, but the constant barking made this impossible. I understand that some guests travel with pets; however, the noise should be properly managed to avoid disturbing other guests. I believe the situation should have been addressed promptly once the disturbance became apparent. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve noise control measures so future guests will not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.

Great hotel for Road Atlanta participants

All was good , except shower water ran out of shower stall into floor and under bathroom door into bedroom. Looked like had done many times previously. Told desk!

Spotless room, modern decor

A few minor issues. Breakfast attendant on Saturday began closing down before 09:30 although advertised till 10:00. Coffee carafe was empty. Liquid soap in shower was empty for 2 days. Overall, a very nice hotel. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

Best staff ever! I thought that both Elma & Larissa did a great job with assisting at check-in. Also, Alise was very helpful with questions during my stay. I love that this was a very bright, airy, and clean property, almost seemed new. I didn't get to try breakfast, but i'm sure it would have been good as well. Thanks again for the great accommodations!!

The key card wasn't working because they scheduled us for only one day when we paid for the entire weekend-so we had to wait to get a new card. There was always only one person at the front desk, so you had to wait for awhile if there was a line. The room was quite dim-so it was difficult to do makeup or your hair in front of the mirror because of dim lighting.

Very clean room and the bed was very comfy! Shower wasn’t super great because of the shower head being for an accessible room but we adapted. Surrounding area was very nice as well. We were very pleased!

I have stayed at several Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, Westins, etc. etc. and this is my favorite hotel by far. Service is always wonderful, the rooms are beyond spotless, and the staff goes out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I work in motorsport and come up to Braselton often and always stay here when it's available.

There is only one thing that avoids this property to the excellent. The pressure of the water on the shower is not strong as I wish. All the rest makes the stay a great experience.

Perfect Road Atlanta stay!

I had requested lowest floor possible as my wife was having trouble walking and is scared of elevators. When I notices we had been given a room on the 4th floor (highest possible) I asked the clerk for a lower floor room. She said there were none--and them proceded to assign the next two couples to lower floors even before we left the lobby. Once in the room, the Wifi was not working. I went down to the desk and spoke with the Manager who said it had not been working since the day before. When asked when it would be fixed he said they were not going to call in the repair person until the next day. I could not believe that a few bucks to call in someone to fix the wifi was more important that client service for two days. After my complaint, the wifi was fixed later that day but should not have to complain to get an advertised service repaire in less than 48 hours.

Customer service was great. However, we were awaken by an alarm after midnight due to a digger used during an event. It was extremely inconvenient and no one called us to tell us if things were okay. We had to call the front desk a few times. Also if you have allergies you may want to be careful. I had an extreme allergic reaction to air/carpet spray. Unsure which one but it’s extremely strong .

We came from Wisconsin, which is 50°, couldn’t use the pool cause it wasn’t open, we were very disappointed, girl at the desk said it was a law that pools couldn’t open until after memorial Day. We are at Hyatt House in Atlanta now and their pool is operational and at 94°?

I was just there for one night, the bed was comfortable, the environment felt safe, and the hotel was clean. They offer a free breakfast in the mornings which is nice to have while traveling, not a lot of hotels offer that amenity.

This hotel is immaculately, clean and very nice. It was very convenient for me and my work the next day being only 13 minutes from my destination. I don’t eat breakfast, but the breakfast buffet looked amazing for what is considered to be more of a continental breakfast. Included hot, cold and many choices.

Staff was friendly and helpful With recommendations for dinner. We recommended to staff that the mattress in our room was sunk in on one side and needed to replaced when we checked out. Enjoyed the hot breakfast. Room was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. One of the cleanest hotels we ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are our family in Georgia.

Our stay was fine. Here's what's not fine: We were there from out of town for a family wedding. The groom and his best man tried to drop off welcome bags in the afternoon before we checked in but was told by the front desk that we had no reservation. The employee refused to double check and refused to accept the bags. Unfortunately we didn't know about this until after we checked out. Thanks a lot.
