Easy to enter the property from interstate and back to the interstate pretty quiet location and clean

I reserved a room with a book now, pay at the motel with free cancellation. Cancellation had to be done the night before the stay. A family emergency occurred the day before my trip and I foegot to call. The day of my trip, before 10 am. attempted to cancel through Expedia. Baymont refused to allow cancellation and keep my $250. So instead of allowing cancellation out of good graces, this large hotel chain decided it was better to keep my money and get a one star rating and assure I will never stay there while in town. Big corporations have no soul or the people who work for them.

Not sure why the ratings were so high on this place. Definitely not a 8/10. Hotel was fine for a 6/10. Nothing was particularly bad, it just wasn't a grade A place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff ( Anna Wu) was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy nearby attractions. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all clean and the floors were not nasty and sticky. The location was quiet, hopefully the changes to I-85 won't change that once it's done. I'd stay there again.

Every thing at stay here was excellent. Everything. There is highway construction going on that you have to deal with. But after we figured that out, no problem.

Nearly empty floor yet they placed someone next door. Refrigerator in the room quit on day 2. Breakfast area was crowded only one morning. Food was warm.

Water issue in shower. No hot water. Left some items the week before in my room by accident, they were never turned in. Stop playing infomercials in breakfast area in the morning and put on some news?

The only reason i took a star off was how long it took for the front desk to show up. Other than that, EVERYTHING was perfect to even the customer service

Not Baymont's fault but much road construction in progress and even getting to the property for the first time was confusing. I suggest that Orbitz and/or Baymont send a message to guests w/ reservations warning them of what to expect and directions to the hotel.

Well, the construction around the area made it difficult to access, but you have no control over that. My main comment is that the bed is too high for short people like me. This happens a lot nowadays. Everyone loves the thicker mattress, but maybe a shorter box spring. Really, the bed was nearly waist high and difficult to get in and out of. Maybe a stepstool? Otherwise things were great.

Stayed at this property on my way to Charlotte,NC and on my way home. It was a good halfway point. Lots of nearby restaurants. Hopefully one day they will change from carpet to luxury vinyl plank.

Went to a ladies conference in the area and stayed overnight at the Baymont. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels nice and fluffy. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well, which is unusual for me, as I don't normally sleep well on my first night of travel. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast the next morning was also tasty and the staff friendly and courteous.

I've never seen mold growing out of the headboard or in the pictures. Please don't try to say it was me. These type of things don't just appear. It's ok though you have received your payment and I just hope you all get this place to standards. I just want you to know I was not hear for a report. I was only hear for an emergency stay.

This was a horrible hotel. Very unclean and sticky floors. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and neither TV worked at first. I fixed one and the other was unable to be fixed by staff. There was some outlets without covers and I was traveling with child. I could go on for a while. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillow are always comfortable. We stay at this property often when in the area, but lately have noticed a decline. Carpets leading to room are filthy, bathroom ceiling had severe water damage and mold around baseboards and the smoke detector was missing! Such a shame as this is our go to hotel when in The area, but unfortunately will not be returning or recommending.

Nice place to spend the night if you are in the area visiting, just passing through, or spending a weekend at Road Atlanta like me. Breakfast is good, and earlier than some other places, starting at 6am, so that helps with the crazy 7:30 drivers meetings!

Lots if construction and hard to get in

The shower rod was broken and the shower curtain sagged in the middle of the rod causing water to go all over the bathroom floor. Notified staff and they didn't do anything about it.

Beds were very comfortable, great pillows too.

The lady in the front was rude, we told her so many, many, many times that the orange juice was out, she didn't get a dam about the juice she just keeps playing with the computer...so I don't recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in because once they got your $$$ they don't care about you!!!

tray and the nice chair were the perfect combination for me to relax after a long stressful day. The mattress was also one of the most comfortable I have found in a hotel.

Baymont Bradenton team was amazing - we were a group 10 travelling families for a kids sports tournament, and right from pre-booking through the stay, felt really looked after. Thank you! Highly recommended

I liked overall everything ,except the area around is under construction. Almost missed the entrance very inconvenient process .

There was no check in. I stood at the desk for 45 minutes, called numerous times. Called corporate, walked around the property. Nothing. I had to ask for a refund and go find another hotel. awful property.

The stay was fine. I think it needs some updating though. Sofa wasn't the best. Parking was minimal. ....The water pressure was amazing in the shower.

Property was clean. Checking in and out through their website was easy. Room was small and bathroom was small, but for a quick weekend trip it was perfect. Would stay again.

Property was good. Road work was being done in front of the place installing round-about's. Unfortunately, they aren't on my GPS yet and the locals apparently have never seen one before, so it took a couple of tries to find the entrance down a side road. Staff was very nice. Room was small. I think it was handicap accessible but no room to put a wheel chair in the room. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower that was nice. Floor was slicker than hot chicken fat on a wet door knob though after a shower. Need to be very careful when exiting and walking around until floor is dry. They have complimentary hot breakfast which also includes the usual cold selections.

Could use a little more window cleanings and cleaning in corners. Very comfortable and great customer service!

The construction was horrible and hard to find how to enter the hotel.

Visited during road construction so it was hard to navigate to get into the parking lot. Once this is done it should be easier. Breakfast was a few hot things and then regular pastries, bagels etc. Room was clean. Service was nice. One thing I did not like was I received a text at 7:30am asking what time we were going to check out when check out is at 11:00am anyway. I thought that was rude.

Our visit was during a major road repair/construction time, and the entrance was difficult to find. Once in the room, we noted a 'running toilet' which was cycling about every 3 minutes. After notifying the staff, and being told that nothing could be done about it until morning, we shut off the water and had a peaceful night. The next day, we turned on the water, which did not repeat the running cycle, and advised the desk that the toilet still needed to be fixed. Upon return, it was not. It started running again after a few uses, and we turned the water off again to get some peace and quiet for the night. We also did not use the fridge, and, as usual, an empty fridge cycles about every 10 minutes, so that was turned off also. Other than those 2 items, we had a nice stay, in a clean room, in a quiet place, with a tasty, provided breakfast.

This is a great place, very economical and the room is comfortable and space good. Only one tv channel! PBS but idc about TV. There is a lot of road construction around which is a huge hassle but that will eventually be solved

I used my cashapp card to reserve the room online then when I got here suddenly they don't accept the card that was verified online so I had to go find an ATM to get the money for the room plus 100 deposit that I was unaware of.. pretty inconvenient other than that I'm happy with the room

In need of minor repairs (bathrooms could use some attention). Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the free breakfast. Road/construction noise was LOUD. A bit overpriced.

The TV in the bedroom of the suite wasn't working. The couch had stains on the cushions. Overall, not a great experience.

The room door had to be shoved shut with your whole body because it is not level, which creates a loud dragging sound. The gaps beneath and at the entire lower the door were huge. The shower head can not be moved, and is fixed at about 5 ft high aimed at the back wall. I know because I'm 5'1" and it hit at the top of the back of my head after havinnto stand at the far wall of the shower to even have water on me, otherwise it went right over my head. If you are 6ft tall, not as much a challenge, I suppose. Random substances on the wall and dirty wadded up tissue beside the bed when we arrived. No other rooms, and after 14 hours driving and rooms booked completely from Florida to North Georgia, we had to stay. Cherry on top? We arrived at 330 in morning and woke up at 10:50 from the weariness. So a 6 hour sleep was aleady $300. I called and begged for a late check out to just shower and was told that the manager had a meeting with staff that morning and directed them to charge all late check outs $50 for the inconvenience to them. Disgusting behavior. Most expensive low end hotel I've ever stayed at. Construction on all sides. Very hard to find and get in and out of. Dangerous, actually.Only saving grace was night desk employee. Nicest guy ever. Great attitude. Stay elsewhere.

Our stay was nice as always. We are celebrity massage therapist and we tour with the golf tournaments and come Chateau Elan 3-4 times a year. This is always our go to place to stay! The 2nd shift desk staff knew we loved the cookies but since we checked in late he offered to make us some cookies. We thanked him for his kindness and awesome customer service.

I had a very terrible stay. The big guy at the reception was not welcoming at all. The rooms were smelling dust. I booked 3 nights but i had to stay there for 2 nights and booked the third night at a different hotel. The breakfast was just rubbish.I don't recommend anyone to stay there.
