nothing had to complaint about a neighbour beneath playing tv at full volume. reception said theyd phone then visit. but quite plainly did neither. persuaded them to move me to a smoking room

Clean room, I had a smoking room and they didn’t have a non-smoking room. Allergies started up for my grandchildren (I don’t smoke).

Room was spotless, and staff is always courteous! I’ve visited Brandon 3 times since October. I always choose Brandon Motor Lodge!

The people that own and run this amazing place I just wonderful I have stayed here two or three times now and it's not much it's your average thing but it's so close and so convenient and I love the parking is right in front of your door

Fleas in the carpet, so my son and I kept getting bit. Also the shower water didn't get hot at all so for two nights I didn't have a hot shower for a place I spent well over $300 for ?

I found a lot of cockroaches on the bathroom and dining table and weir people was asking me questions on the outside the next morning apparently they’re homeless people. Not recommended for my next visit.

Dust from vent in ceiling kept falling all over when used.most likely why floor was full of dust and debris one last thing was shower head in room 103 was not installed properly so with difficulty we tried to not let water leak all over the floor..

It was clean and had just been refurbished so it was nice and new looking. When I got up in the morning to take a shower I found that there was no hot water. Not even warm water. When I called the front desk to tell them that they said they knew and it would be reinstated soon. It was after 10:30 and check out was 11:00 and they did not say anything about extending my time to be able to wait for the hot water. And I asked about a credit for lack of hot water and they said they did not do that here. As far as I'm concerned if you cannot offer hot water you have saved money and you should give me the Savings in money and with a big apology. That did not happen here.

Dirty.. sheets smell bad and the key fob did not work after the 1st use. We had to go to the front desk to ask for reactivation everytime we wanted to got into the room.

Booked a room with two full beds they gave us a room with one bed , the smell in the room was atrocious, everything was dirty , the bed full oh hair , absolutely horrible !!!! Everything … and we paid 180$ for one night !!!!

Room and lobby has a very strong unpleasant smell my clothes that were left on top of my suitcase has that smell embedded on them and that’s just from being left out, I decided to leave my socks on and not shower in the room. I recommend you go elsewhere about any place is going to be better. Very overpriced for the condition and the area. Guess the best way I describe the place is Indian owned.

This is an old-school motor lodge. Has been kept clean and up-to-date. Staff was very professional! And the price was super reasonable, pool was clean, room has fridge and microwave. I was pleasantly surprised.

The air conditioning leaking on the floor. My brand fell out. The door broke her foot. The people came to look at the room seen that the air conditioning was leaking. I told him they might want to change your pipe outside because it was upward not downward. it was horrible and the smell smell like cats in the room The smell

The towels still had remnants of mold stains. The room smelled dank and smokey. The shower flooded the floor the one time I did use it, not to mention the dead insects in the lights. One washer on a back patio does not a laundry make. There were stains on the sheets. The pillows smelled like someone who hadn't washed their hair. I left the clorox wipes and lysol, I bought as a hint. Rooms are dark, and the carpet looked nasty. I stayed three days and paid almost $500. Shame on you. And booking.com

Beds were comfy Room 302 carpet on side of bed near bathroom wall was wet seems to be a pipe leak under the sink

Rusted marble curb to the shower. Don't cut ur foot. Door strike was not there, couldn't lock the door at Bathroom Door lock plate was broken and could not open the plate to prevent the entry door from being opened. Security issue. Room was clean but outdated and needs an overhaul for 160$ a night!

The soap, shampoo and towels were great. The ice machine was very nice. The cleaning staff were really friendly and efficient. It It could have been better, I needed to extend my stay and talked to a young woman in the office. I wanted to pay, however, she wouldn't take my payment. The next day I was called because I needed to pay and should have checked out. I had to leave work and come pay so my sister could go back to the room. We were threatened with police coming out.

The one bed cover had cigarette burns from a previous person. The bedskirt was stained. The other bed had black long hair in between sheets. When you uncovered the sheep bed the microwave had food crumbs underneath the microwave plate inside of it. The shower door seal was letting a lot of water out onto the floor.

Upon check-in, the hotel claimed they had no reservation through Hotels.com. I showed them the reservation on my app, but still nothing. They had rooms available and because it was very late we decided just to stay and pay more.

I paid for a non-smoking room and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was in the curtains, rug and bed spreads. Yuck. The vent over the shower was very dirty. Caked on cigarette residue. Otherwise the room was comfortable. There were no other rooms available. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.

I have traveled all over the world. This hotel was the nastiest place I have ever seen. Only stayed one night. They refunded the rest of my stay.

Moldy fridge, urine on toilet seat, crumbs & dead ants under counter/nightstand and dirty sheets. Both beds had hair & makeup on the sheets and one bed even had loose change between the fitted & flat sheet. When the beds were made the next day the other bed still had change in it. For transparency, I did not alert management to the issues during my short stay for work (in late & gone before dawn) and chose to mitigate with disinfectant wipes and slept on top of the sheets with the blanket. It's a shame though, this could be a cute motel if the cleanliness and sanitary standards were improved.

Renovation advertised was very "Slip Shod". Bathroom door top hinge was loose to the point of falling; Entry door had 1/4" gap on all three sides. AC constant running and pulling in air from the outside. 4. General appearance: "Seedy" but clean.

The wifi signal did not reach my room, but I could get it fine in the office area. That was the only “negative” - whole place was recently painted, nice flooring, beds OK, pillows were great. The location was perfect - convenient to everything.

Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean room the inside door lock broken, the smoke alarm kept beeping,bathroom window was unlocked, no convenient place to plug the coffee pot, had to sit it in the floor - lack of convenient outlets for phone and cpap - older place right on the hiway - expensive compared to the value - nothing fancy

They were pleasant from the moment I hit the property. Clean and very quiet which I was surprised seeing they were full and the location was right on a busy throughway.

Place is seriously lacking maintenance. Ants inside the bathroom vanity and around the tub. Saltwater pool! Spend more on tv stations only had basic cable no movie channels.

Paid for 2 nights, checked in, stayed 1.5 hours & checked out (hotel would not reimburse for night), room was dirty, staff was friendly but "less desirable" people just hanging around drinking outside my room. Did not feel safe!

Horrible, this place is extremely overpriced. $134.00 a night. Give me a break, this place should be priced along the lines of a no tell motel. Outdated furniture in the rooms, broken light switch covers, and weak water pressure in the shower. The WiFi if you call it that is along the lines of dial up speed. The night I stayed there I came out of the lackluster of a room, to find 2 sheriff cars there because of a incident in another room. Best advise for anyone I can give, only stay here if there is not other place available within a 100 mile radius on Tampa.

Rooms were clean, and staff friendly and helpful. Location puts the hotel close to shopping centers and restaurants. Rooms in the back building were quiet in spite of being right next to a major thoroughfare.
