Breakfast was good. Lots of variety and you can sit outside. The surrounding area is very scenic and great for a walk.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work which was causing damage to the ceiling and mold to start on the bath mat. The floor underneath the tea and water station was constantly sticky.

The rooms are nice and clean. Great size too. Breakfast came with the room which was great because we were out of town for travel baseball. First time really since staring travel ball that I have slept well in a hotel. Bed was really comfortable!! Only downside is the mini fridge. We would like to see one with freezers in them for out ice packs for the coolers

Honestly there was so much road noise and sirens going off all night long! Not sure if this hotel is next to a hospital or a racetrack but very poor soundproofing.

I absolutely loved this property. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and both rooms I stayed in were well-maintained and spotless. I was initially assigned a room on the fourth floor, but I felt a bit isolated there, so I requested a room on the first floor. The staff accommodated my request without any issues. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

Good location. Great breakfast. We had young people staying on our floor and they were very loud. My husband went to front desk to inform staff and other people had complained as well. He was told they would take care of situation. They did and had a quiet night. Would stay again.

We had a Great One Night Stay for a short overnighter in Sarasota after an event at The Sarasota Polo Club!!! Very Convenient location next to I-75...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room shower had mold, and there were dark fingerprints on the bedroom mirror. The shower didn't get very hot.

Probably one of the best inclusive breakfasts We’ve had from a hotel like this. It was convenient to supermarket, restaurants and other stores. It was an excellent experience staying there.

The staff are amazing! We had Tim check us in, he provided excellent customer service. They even had fresh baked cookies at the front lobby which were delicious. Breakfast was top notch as everything was homemade cooking. We will be staying at this location for our future travels.

Room was well lit, spacious and very clean. Loved the comfy mattress and soft white towels. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast spread was superb. Special mention to Tim, who went out of his way to bring yummy cookies to our room.

Only small complaint was not being able to adjust the thermostat set in the room. It was set at 73 and I adjustable.

Abigail was very helpful. I’m a quiet sleeper and she arranged for us to switch rooms which made our stay. Breakfast was good. It’s easy to access St Armands Circle, Longboat Key etc and near the freeway for travel North/South. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pull out couch was not even able to be used.It was so lumpy and bumpy and spring's hanging out. Bar food was fair. Seemed like the price charged worse price gouging. Due to the fact that there were new arrests events going on down in lakewood, ranch, one of them being the kids soccer tournament, and that was taking full advantage of the need for hotels.

I believe they did the best they could, kept the area clean and refreshed. I just don't like premade items waffles ..etc..pasteies were probably fresh from frozen...but the staff was great!

Room had half full glass of juice on counter and soap had been opened and towel used. No Microwave in room. Room was new but had a musty smell. "Business Center" is out in then lobby with zero privacy. Bathroom mirror was pushed back.because of shelf above.sink which made it hard to see while putting on makeup. Television had limited.channels and remote did not match up with actual action. Certainly would have expected better for over $200.

So disappointed as we’ve stayed here before and had a wonderful experience, but won’t be coming back!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. One standout was Abigail. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that was greatly appreciated.

The service was great and the breakfast was a great deal. My only complaint is that the fridges are very small and do not have a mini-freezer, but overall, we really liked the room and will stay there again.

The hotel itself was spotless; the rooms and all the common areas were extremely clean and well cared for. What really stood out was how every single staff member, from the front desk to management, took the time to engage with guests. It created such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The pool was also a highlight — clean, warm, and so relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was fine. My only issue is that the room was so cold, even though I turned off the a/c when I walked in and haven't used it since. And the breakfast service should last longer.

We were there for a girl's weekend. Emailed property to request adjoining rooms and heard back promptly and they were able to accommodate our request. Greeted well at check in and any time we were in the lobby. Rooms were great, breakfast was delicious and the lobby halls and bathroom, spotless! We will stay there again!

Tim was nice. Called my room to see if every was good. I called down to front desk just before 8pm because my room was freezing and I couldn't get the air conditioner to go up to 71. Isaiah (Isaac?) from mtce came up to get it to 71 degrees for me. Very thankful you had mtce there on a Saturday. Lady at front desk on second shift and lady bartender were very nice.

My 34 year old son fell hurt his elbow and hit his head.

Comfortable room and affordable option in Sarasota next to I-75. Thought breakfast was impressive for this type of hotel & offered great facilities, free parking, free wifi plus modern gym and pool. Also close to malls and walkable outside dining options.

The best part was the breakfast, very complete and delicious, the pool was pleasant, and the staff was average. They weren't fully trained, except for the bar and breakfast staff, both very helpful and attentive to their work. At the front desk, they charged me $75 for the pet when I told them it was a service dog. That's what the policy says (free of charge), and its international status applies, but I didn't want to argue. I'm now looking for an email to file a complaint. Otherwise, everything was fine.

From check in to check out it was a positive experience. Very nice vibe at this hotel, modern and clean, with a bar and little restaurant. The pool area was very nice with a hot tub as well. Stayed at a Hilton property the night before and the experience was night and day better at the Hyatt.

Wished they would have run vacuum a few times during my 11 nights but otherwise nice place! Breakfast food was good, better than most cruise ship food/buffets.

Great Hotel, deserves more than 2.5 stars. Relatively new ( 6 years old) Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very good tasty and fresh breakfast with many healthy options.The pool and jacuzzi are great, and the gym functional. Take advantage of happy hour 3-6pm, and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nathan Benderson park or staying in Sarasota.

The front desk staff person who checked us in was very friendly and informative. I think his name was Tim. He was very encouraging to my daughter who had a soccer game the next day. The hotel hallways smelled good. Our room (double bed plus sofabed) was huge, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. When we arrived, the hotel was baking big double chocolate chip cookies for the guests. Very nice stay indeed!

This was probably our families favorite hotel stay ever! We love coming to Florida, especially the Sarasota area, however, this property and the staff raised the bar high and exceeded any and all expectations we had. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Tim who made us feel so welcome and made our experience a memorable one. From the complimentary cookies that my kids loved, the cleanliness, quiet safe location, accessibility, convenient location, laundry access on property, breakfast on property, pool hot tub and gym access, this was all around just a paramount experience and we will definitely book our stays here every time we return to Sarasota!

Great area, very close to many great food and drink options. Walking distance to Publix as well! Large rooms with ample bathroom space and storage. Amazing staff including housekeeping and maintenance, everyone was always very genuinely friendly. Let’s talk about breakfast, it’s amazing! I saved so much money on breakfast and coffee in the mornings. I was really surprised on the large selection of delicious food choices. Will return to again when in the area, Thank you for making it a home away from home!

The staff were friendly and helpful but our room had some bugs and the bathroom needed a refresh (mold around the tub).

The stay is super convenient, as we visit each year for my son's soccer tournaments. The breakfast is ok.

There seemed to be no noise dampening built in, just echoed throughout the halls. Staff did nothing. They were young. Dont stay here if you want a restful evening or night.

A nice hotel convenient to I75 and Sarasota. I would book this hotel again.

They cancelled our reservation due to maintenance issues. We were not notified until we arrived to check in.

Good comfortable hotel, fairly new but definitely not worth the $450 nightly rate. That's crazy for a hotel in this category. The bathrooms are not even stocked with body lotion. A small hand soap and that's it. Good for sleeping accommodations for a short visit, but nothing more.

The AC in our room (237) didn’t work while we stayed here and it was 76°. We felt like we paid way too much to have to stay out of our room to stay cool.

The property is nicely landscaped.

I didn’t like that there’s no microwave in the room and I wasn’t able to cast my phone to watch Netflix on the TV.

Since they charged me 3 times for the same room. I specifically asked them to make sure it didnt happen. Well i wasn't charged twice i somehow was charged 3 times. Room was old and dated. Ripped carpet.
