The pool was filled with debris and not usable. Per the hotel clerk, the hot tub wasn’t working. Disappointing. The breakfast was very nice; a variety of foods were offered. The room was ok, but the beds were comfortable. The price was high for what the hotel offered. Overall, disappointing.

Check in was easy and front desk staff friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I got a suite & wasnt expecting it, fold out bed & another big TV. My only problem was there wasnt many places nearby to eat. Most required you to get back on 75 which was so busy. I did however find a charming little spot on river/canal called Linger Lodge. Food there great & in an RV park. Enjoyed both visits.

There is a small refrigerator and a safe in the room. Hotel In convenient location. Breakfast somewhat disappointing. Only (3) cereals…(2) were sugary kids cereals…other was sweetened granola…no plain adult cereals like corn flakes, Special K, etc. Pre-made egg & cheese mini omelette terrible…. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples, oranges, bananas available. Coffee and tea offerings good. Didn’t try pancake machine. Would come back to hotel again.

The first room was dirty had to switch rooms, after that I just didn't feel comfortable, the rooms just feel dark I didn't care for the hotel. But the staff were nice and the guy at the end we kept leaving stuff and he was kind enough to make sure we got our belongings

The pool was full of leaves, very small. Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly. We found an occasional ant in our bathroom, the staff took care of it immediately. We did not have cleaning service one day which may have contributed to the ant issue.

Clean room and friendly front desk. Good parking in front of hotel. The room and bed was comfortable, TV had many channels with excellent picture. The only thing we did not like was the young athletic teams stayed there part of the week and became noisy/crowded.

Breakfast was good overall, could have been more food choices. In our room, housekeeping did not remove food trays, clean spills off the small tables, and left pillows on the floor. Overall the large 2 bedroom room was great, spacious, and loved the large TVs.

I liked how close it was to many other locations.

I was not able to go because my husband was sick. Now I’m out 109.00. I will b deleting my Expedia app that I have had for a long time. I can’t believe in this day and age you can’t cancel a reservation. I’m very discouraged. I have never had this problem before.

Beds are hard and a little high for a handicap person and love the inn room coffee and tea as a tea drinker i like that they give green tea but no regural tea just decaffe same in dinning area need the cafftee just a hint will stay the next trip there

It was nice stay overall; room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint was that I am a coffee lover and my room Keurig didn’t work well, I went to front desk and told the receptionist about it couple minutes after arrival, and she said she didn’t have any available for replacement; I grabbed a coffee from the reception; thank you for coffee available 24 hours! , however would consider a 5 stars stay if at least someone would check it for me as I love to get coffee without getting out of my room. My Housekeeper was very nice I asked her for towels and coffee cups and she was very polite and happy to help.

Air in my room not cooling mold on vents and the air broke in the halls of the whole hotel new air conditioners sitting in the floor when we walked in not good holes in bathroom walls from door hinges hitting the walls floor not clean in bathroom poor quality to our family

Only one ice machine and asking for a new bag or anything seamed to be a bother. The hot tub wasn't clean ot hot. The pool was nice. The breakfast was also fine. I've stayed here before and was really happy with it that's why I came back. I don't know what happened. It went downhill 😕.

We tried to stay more nights and they doubled the rate from what was quoted. The spectrum cable only had a few sports channels. And they weren’t going to fix it for a few days. I also asked for a bottle of water upon check-in. Being a priority member for decades and they said no when I could clearly see a couple cases of water behind the check in desk. We found another hotel cheaper rates, better TV channels, etc..

This is a very nice property. We were here for a soccer tournament weekend and the room was excellent. I needed a walk in shower and they kept my reservation. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Linens smelled clean. Overall, 5 stars and highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay . The rooms were clean and comfortable .We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

The room layout of our room was strange. It had two bedrooms and a living room, but the living room was a dark little carve out of the other rooms with no windows. It was not a layout I typically think of with a two bedroom suite, and not a place where you would want to spend much time. A room diagram would have been helpful during booking.

Hotel was immaculately clean and NEW. Beds were super comfortable. They serve hot continental breakfast from 6:30-9:30am. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for a Hilton. Can easily compete with a fancy hotel. Located right off the exit from I-75 too. Would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived at the hotel, the young man working at the counter said can I have your identification and credit card? I had already paid online so I assume that he wanted my credit card for incidentals. He Ran the full amount plus $50 more than what I paid already. when I told him about it, He said oh no this is the only payment that we have so I had to show him on my banking app that I was charged twice. I called Hotels.com to get a refund for the payment that I already paid them and what happened was they sent over a prepaid payment and he was trying to run the payment plus the incidental fee at once so it kept getting denied. Anyhow, Hotels.com reimburse me for the one night. When I got in the room and turned the light on a cockroach ran across the floor! The hotel was dirty. The water barely came out of the faucet. and the shower The water did not drain. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back to that hotel again.

There were temporary caution lines blocking front parking spaces and the front doors. Had to crawl under the lines to get in or out of hotel. Front desk clerk was nice but so soft spoken it was hard to understand him. He was, though, efficient and covered everything.

There was a pond out behind the hotel which was pretty. I enjoyed taking walks around the hotel and seeing all the lizards. The pool/spa was really nice. Breakfast was always really good. It was quite noisy at times (especially at night), the room wasn’t sound proof at all. There were gaps beneath the doors. I would definitely stay there again. Besides it being noisy at times, it was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at.

Newly renovated. Mattress was very good quality. Breakfast is as usual as other hotels. Staffs were friendly. I wouldn’t mind booking again. Very spacious with sofa bed that I could use for eating and hanging. Two things that we didn’t like was one, the chair for the desk. It was very uncomfortable. Two, air conditioner was right next to the bed and air was blowing right to the face so turned it off or kept it higher temperature to adjust frequency but then it got so humid. Other than these two, everything else was very worth of money.

I like this property and I hope next time find this property to stay.

AC in room was not good. Hallways, especially elevators were hot. water, not so much during the day but only a little better in the morning. bathroom floor was dirty and hair. No ice on 2nd floor.

I am disabled ( wheelchair bound), and ants crawling on me throughout my stay. They over my water bottle and every item I had ond the night table. Even my grandson's lunch box was not speared. Even my toothbrush, etc

Our room was perfect. It was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was well-done, offering an array of dietary options suitable for most people. The area was clean and well laid out. I would have given the hotel 5-stars except for the fact that our room was not serviced during our two day stay. We left our room at 8:00am and returned at 5:00pm to find our towels still on the bathroom floor, the beds not made, the trash can full of trash, etc. The front desk clerk said that they were short-staffed and apologized. The clerk gave us towels for the second night, but we were on our own for the remainder of the items. I hope that this was an anomalous occurrence rather than standard practice for a guest staying two nights. Aside from that, you would do well to plan to stay at this hotel when visiting the Bradenton area right on I-75.

This hotel is under construction. For the amount of money, I spend per night Holiday Inn Express should be ashamed. The only reason I was in Bradenton was to attend my brother's Celebration Of Life. I'm not a spring breaker!! In general, the room was nice but spacious and the front desk clerk was very nice, and apologized for all the materials and dust.

The only complaint I would have is the pool area. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool was dirty with leaves.
