Was not as described in booking! No King size bed, no TV in second bedroom, no amenities in the bathroom, only one hook in bathroom for hanging cloths, live bugs in drawer in kitchen,I have a video! There was a plate of food left in stove oven that looked like fish but had green mold on it!!!!!! In my opinion this room never should have been ready for renting out and I would definitely like a refund for the room or a big discount! The manager and maintenance person have both been informed of the situation and said I had to go through Booking .com or whoever the third party I booked from, Hotels.com to receive any reimbursement for this so called Hotel!!!!!!!

The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who checked us in was pleasant, but everything went downhill after that. The property itself appeared poorly maintained. The pool was green and looked unclean, the staircases and hallways desperately needed pressure washing, and there were air conditioning units leaking water into the hallways. The room was in unacceptable condition. When we first turned on the faucet, dirty-looking water came out. The carpet was stained and dirty, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, and even the supposedly clean white sheets appeared dirty. We also found roaches in the room, which was extremely concerning. The microwave and mini fridge smelled bad and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The advertised “free breakfast” was also very underwhelming. Rather than a dedicated breakfast area, it was set up in a small corner of the lobby right next to the check-in desk, with very limited options. Overall, the condition of both the property and the room fell far below expectations. Between the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, pests, and disappointing amenities, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others until significant improvements ar

The room is not like in the photos, the utilities were broken, the bathroom was dirty, it was for a non-smoking section and the room was like cigarettes and there were homeless people around and smoking in the hallways, there was no security. The room was infested with cockroaches, and the towel rack fell off on its own. The sheets were not properly washed stained with old blood and yellow, and the door lacked an additional security lock; we had to secure the door by wedging a chair against it. I really do not recommend this place.

This place was right on the highway with outdoor entrances. All the trash cans were overflowing . There was a stain on the bedspread and on one of the two towels they gave us (no hand towel or no wash clothes). It smelled bad in the room. There was hair in the bathtub. I dreamt about Lice and bugs all night….the AC worked well. That was the only good part. I would not ever stay here again.

Reserved 2 bed room arrived at 1:45 am and was exhausted, they had only 1 bed in a room that was beyond disgusting. I told night management and she said they were booked hull so couldn't switch that early hour. Me and my 26 year old son had to share a bed and we are big people. Next morning woke to see how bad room really was. There was a 2 inch gap under entry door to room where bugs, mice, snakes anything can come in, bugs were everywhere. Air conditioning was horrible loud and had ti turn it to 65 to try and keep it cool enough so not sweating while trying to sleep but it would shut off and het super hot in room and finally kick on after we woke every hour because of heat. Next day I went back and staff didn't clean room and there was bugs all over room. when I went back to office they refused to clean,fix gap on door. Asked for money back for second night she was rude and said no. I left and went up the st to quality inn and they were very accommodating and said that Days in of Wyndham I-75 is dirty and they get alot of guests because of Days in being a dirty nasty hotel. Ill never stay at another hotel associated with Days in ,Wyndham and will tell everyone I know about my experience sp that other people dont have a horrible experience.

I got a room with roaches but they switched me up thankfully. People live in this place and it's very weird and the outside was kinda crazy. Wouldnt be back if I had to. Hopefully this review helps.

The nightmare started the moment we pulled up. People were just casually outside our room smoking you know what like it was a social event. The smell, the vibe, completely unsafe and uncomfortable, especially with family. And somehow, that was the least of our problems. We get inside and I immediately notice THE DOOR DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A PROPER LOCK. excuse me?? Who is approving this? I genuinely didn’t feel safe closing my eyes in that room. Then comes the “room.” If you can even call it that. Holes in the walls like someone punched their way through multiple times. Floors so sticky it felt like walking on a spilled soda that’s been marinating for years. The bathroom? Absolutely horrifying. Mold everywhere on the walls, creeping around like it owns the place. It smelled damp, dirty, and straight up unhealthy. And just when I thought it couldn’t possibly get worse. ROACHES. Not one. Not two. MULTIPLE. Crawling around like they pay rent and we’re the guests. This place is beyond unacceptable. It’s misleading, disgusting, and honestly should not be listed anywhere, especially not on Expedia. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room had a roll down vinyl "curtain" that did not work, no telephone, no extra lock on door. We were moved from that room to another room. No remote for television, no extra top lock on door, stains/dirty shower and dusty phone. We were told hotel had recently changed management and repairs were ongoing. The move made us late to a function we were there for.

The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, but what really crossed the line was what we found when we checked it. There was brown residue on the bedding that raised serious concerns about cleanliness and possible bed bugs. We didn’t feel safe using the hotel’s bedding at all and had to use our own blankets just to get through one night. To make matters worse, the overall environment felt unsafe. There were people loitering outside all night, with constant yelling, slamming, and disruptive behavior. It was loud, unsettling, and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint. We stayed the night out of necessity but left as soon as possible. This place is poorly maintained, unclean, and does not feel safe. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

There was trouble with the phone in the room, like no dial tone at all at one point. There was NO BREAKFAST. The sheets appeared to be clean and there were lots of towels.

When I first pulled into the driveway of the motel. I was greeted with sheriff department squad cars all over the property. I was not sure why they were there but that should have the first clue to not stay here.

I was extremely disappointed and did not stay at the property. The exterior and condition of the surrounding area was in horrible condition. The pool did not looked like it had been maintained or within safety compliance. I would not recommend anyone staying there and I felt my family’s safety would be jeopardized.

First of all, we were given our room key- when we got to the room we opened the door, and the bed was all unmade and messed up. Then we looked around and someone's stuff was everywhere. This was about 10:00pm. Luckily no one was in the room, but we could have easily walked off with all of their valuables. She had told us the wrong room and given us the key for that room. When we finally got to the correct room, it was disgusting. I am not picky. As long as a room is clean, I don't mind it being old. This was both. I had also booked a room with 2 double beds. This had one double bed, it said it was a queen, but there is no way. I have only left a hotel once about 30 years ago due to it being dirty etc. We could not stay here. First of all there were two of us sharing a room and it only had one double bed. It also was old and dirty. The photos are NOTHING like the hotel looks. Even if it was clean I old put up with the rust on all of the towel bars etc, the old old furniture, the gross ceiling and dirty walls, but it was dirty. This in addition to not feeling safe as we were worried that someone else might get our key. The girl at the desk was nice, but this is not somewhere I would ever stay and if I couled give it even less stars, i would.

The rooms look nothing like the picture, there was mold on the ceiling, we had to ask for a room with a closet because I had a long dress to hang up and my husband had a suit for an event that we had to attend. We had to stop at the store to get roach spray for the nats in the room. The staff was very nice.

Absolutely horrible! Do not stay here under any circumstances! Bed bugs, dirty rooms, non working deadbolt locks...the list goes on and on. This hotel should be condemned.

Room didn’t look anything like pictured. Air conditioner was broken laying on floor. Moved it and cockroaches ran from under. Bed wasn’t made. Room was supposed to be non smoking. Reeked of smoke. Front desk staff was no help. Had to leave and find other hotel accommodations. Absolutely disgusting. Lots of loitering all around hotel. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feel.

Parking is tight, staff was great the night I checked in fast & easy, but on my 2nd day of a 2 day stay my room key reset so I had to go back to the office for a different lady the next day to reset the key & she had me locked out of the check in building for 5+ minutes while she was talking & flirting with some guy & didn't even realize I was out there patiently waiting to get in the office. The shower was great it had amazing water pressure, but the microwave, TV, & mini fridge we're on a power strip behind the small entertainment center & the power strip was turned off which I had to figure out on my own. The TV has no regular channels on it just Tubi, & all other apps needed my personal login.

This place is terrible for what they are charging. Had to go to office to get towels. Ice machine was out of order but Rita got ice for customers. The pool looked like it was out of the movie “Vacation” green algae and trash in it, totally sickening. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Right around the corner from Sheriff’s Office, thank God. Not again!

Room was dirty, door latch was detached from the door frame rendering it worthless. Sheets did smell clean. A front desk employee walked into the room without knocking or announcing herself. When I called the desk she simply said “it was me but I knocked”, only reason you would state without asking is because you’re lying.

I booked the room and messaged them to let them know that we had a late flight and would be checking in around midnight. We arrived at 11:50PM to check-in. I booked through Expedia and had already paid for the room. The front desk agent said that I had to have a credit card on file and they charge me again for the room. I got in my room and there was only one single bed and I had booked a double bed because we had three people. I spent the next hour and a half in the office trying to get a refund. This place was very sketchy and obviously not trustworthy. It is not in a very secure neighborhood.

Room was neglected. We will never stay there again.

First of all, I was asked to pay a $35 check in early fee that was reduced to $15. I checked in one hour earlier than I expected to. I have never paid any hotel a check-in early fee. Secondly, the room looked bad. Thirdly, it was very noisy outside at all hours of the night. Fourthly, the TV did not work well. I will never stay at this location again, even if they offered me a room for free.

Part of the appeal for this place was the pool which was completely unkept. It was green and low and disgusting. The batgroom door had holes in it. The room door had signs of being kicked down. Nothing looked clean. It was overall disgusting and unpleastent

Room was great and bed was comfy. Upon leaving I was talking to the owner who was brewing a fresh pot of coffee for me before. Telling me how the how the previous owners never did upgrades to the room and that they finished upgrading all the room which looked amazing. Would definitely come back.

The room was fairly decent considering it was in a convenient area for a 1 night stay. Room was overall clean and the bed was very comfortable. However upon entry to the room, it had a high humid scent, the bathroom was a very tight squeeze, the tv wouldnt work and the doors deadbolt was hanging on by a loose screw.

This was a poor experience. Roaches in the room we received. Too many to sleep comfortably in there. We were offered an upgraded room. Although we could tell it was newly remodeled and had not been used, there were also roaches in there. At this point, all other hotels in the area were sold out, so we had to cancel our stay and weekend plans. We requested a refund due to the property's condition. Something completely out of our control. Almost a week later, we have only received a partial refund and are still trying to get a full refund.

The rooms are way outdated. We had cockroaches all over room in the early morning. Bathroom was small & toilet is way low. The rooms are outdated. There was a tv mounted on the wall with a tv on a stand in front of that worked. Went to office in the morning after fighting cockroaches and asked for a discount. The employyee said he could not. We asked for the manager and he told us this was Florida we have cockroaches. He would not call the manager and said he could not give discount. We had to ask for him to put a comment in for the manager which took multiple times to ask fo. He was very rude and condescending towards us. Finally put comment in. We walked out door when the person who I was with made a comment outside not towards him. We walked almost back to our room when he came yelling at us to watch our language. I told him to calm down and asked what he was talking about. He continued to yell at us and tell us to go to our rooms. I looked at him and said thats where we are going. You as an employee should never go after customers who have left and escalate a situation. He continued to yell and I told him to go back to his office or things would get worse. The hotel is a run down motel 6 surronded by homeless people walking all around. I will never stay at a days inn again.

Building is worn down and is in need of renovations. Safety latch on inside of door was missing. Breakfast did not have any hot items. On a positive note, the attendant in lobby was very friendly and courteous. Also, beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable.

After seeing and smelling the poor condition and mold in room 104 to 201 we had to cancel the reservation after we saw the condition of the other room as well. Rusted shower smelly room etc. We told the front desk agent to cancel and refund our payment immediately. He never even said sorry but insisted he can't refund our payment. I even have pictures of the deplorable conditions of the room.

The property felt like a Section 8 housing neighborhood. Homeless people sleeping outside across the street, overrunning trash receptacles, just an overall feeling of watch your back. I wouldn't have gotten out of the car if I were a woman by myself. I came to Florida, from the upper Midwest. I was excited to have a pool. But it was closed, and the water was green. It would have been nice with temps over 90º the whole time. The room was fairly small and had a mildewy smell so I was looking for a place to sit outside. There was plenty of property between the parking lots for a picnic table or some chairs. However, the only 4 chairs available were locked behind the fence of the closed pool. You get what you pay for. I needed to save money so that's what ended up with

It was dirty, holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper. Duck tape holding down the carpet. Duck tape all around the door lock inside and outside. The pool was filthy and you couldn’t swim in it. Had to call to have towels brought to our room and have the bed made. Even after calling they did the same thing the next day. The shower was dirty when we got there. The trash outside was piled sky high. The ice machine had stagnant water in the bottom. The pictures on the internet sure weren’t what we got. This place was just plain nasty. Needs an enormous amount of work.

Courteous and helpful staff. They're doing improvements on the motel but the rooms are still clean and the area is perfect for getting anywhere you need to visit.

The nasty carpeting was damp snd had a very strange odor. The tub drain was rusty and dirty. Numerous water stains on the ceiling tiles. And when I turned the bathroom lights on, roaches scattered like crazy. I did manage to get one in a picture. I need to check into another hotel just to take a shower.

This is a Real Deal Roach Hotel. I was laying across the bed and a roach crawled across my neck. I jumped up grabbed my things and left. They offered me another room but soon as I open the door roaches ran across the floor I was done

Usually don't give poor ratings, but too many negative factors. First, the wireless internet was so weak on the 2nd floor it didn't work. Second, the AC/heating unit was fairly new, didn't rattle but was LOUD, even on low fan. I finally cut it off a 1 am. Third, a trend in some hotels is a smart TV with no channels, just HULU, Netflix, etc. Who remembers their passwords? What do non-tech people do? Room was small but clean, staff was friendly.

Turn the lights out , the rouches came out , they was crawling up the walls . Never had experienced rounches before , was scared they was going to get in my luggage , for the high price of room , i shouldn't had to worry about this issue .

Staff were professional and friendly. We love that inviting feeling. Hotel is older and needs TLC, however, our room floor was so filthy, I took my shoes off, walked across the room and the bottom of my socks were so dirty I threw them in the trash and wore sandals the entire time I was in the room.

Well it just one night stay,it was very high price for what its worth, they need a lot of work in fixing a lot of things,one the roaches problem is bad,the bathroom fan is all rusty not working,shower plugs it was apart,water pressure very low,ac need to be clean you can smell a lot of moisture as soon you walk to the room and outside needs a lot of maintenance new painting will help,like i say it was just one night but if we had to stay a second night there's no way we could of stay.
