First there was no toilet paper in the room. All of the bedding was dirty. A guy tried to sell me shoes and purses in the parking lot. Very sketchy place to stay. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Drove by the property and decided to book another hotel. I should have looked at the other reviews before I booked, now I can't get my money back. Stay somewhere else!

Floor was not clean, you could feel all sorts of things under your feet. Same for shower and sink. We put towels on the floor and they turned brown immediately.

We weren’t comfortable in the beds, and the air conditioner only worked in one of the two rooms. We got two rooms because of snoring which made it not helpful to have the leave the door open. Also, there was no mirror in the bathroom. I don’t plan on staying here again.

I immediately booked another room in another hotel and left the keys in the room as I was instructed to do if I had to do an early checkout. I would like to request a refund for these reasons. I did not take pictures as I was in a time crunch, but I do have and can provide my reservation at the other hotel I made before leaving. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

The entire place was run down but our room look like a homeless person was staying there and left right before we arrived. There were ashes and hair on the bed. The towels were wet. There wasn’t any hot water. The staff is a fraud.

Beds were hard and pillows were deflated. No mini fridge so had to buy a cooler for food. Not the best neighborhood late night.

Hopefully this is not publically posted, but there was blood on my pillow discovered next morning, bugs in the bathroom light. No hot water (at least at the sink?), the door is not sealed so all outside noises are heard as if the door isn’t even shut and finally, I couldn’t even lock the deadbolt from the outside. This was a terrible stay, The first room we stayed in the shower handled broken. also I booked a king room and was given a room with two full size beds, not queens, not the king i paid for, but full size beds meant for children. The second room we where moved in again still wasnt a king room like i paid for, the paint on the walls didnt match, the towels had stains and rips in them. when i was forced to extend my trip, the manager/owner made me pay an additional 30$ to stay in the same room. the doors didn't lock all the way, the back door for the back porch was drilled closed most likely due to it being broken and instead of replacing the door they drilled it shut. I very much hated staying here and will never stay here again even if they paid me.

This place was a dump , i wouldn't even consider it a Motel , The pictures on the site are completely a lie , taken from another Hotels site . There were substance abusers living in every other room. The bathroom door frame was completely rotted out , the hinge wasn't connected. The room size was barely big enough for the full-size bed it had , i was supposed to have a queen. When i checked in and when i went to question about the room , the owner talked to me through a little slot in window, wouldn't even open the door so i could hear him. Expedia needs to remove this hotel from there site , very very very disappointed i booked this on your site , may consider othere site for next month's trip.

Expedia did not disclose that this motel wants a $50 deposit which I did.have and since I booked through Expedia, I paid for a room that I couldn't sleep in

There were also a group of homeless people sitting outside of my window laughing and talking. I didn’t feel safe at all and since the office was closed, I couldn't address any of my concerns. I left at 4am the same night and had to drive an hour to get home. I called the office 3 times before 10 and never got an answer back. I had to purchase another hotel in the area for that night and when I went to return the keys and discuss the refund, the owner closed the door on me and walked away. This man should be put out of business... no one should be staying in those conditions. This establishment is not in good shape or maintained.

Left my cell phone in the room, locator showed it was in their office, but noone found it. Extended my stay another day. Kept the same room. Didn’t need housekeeping, but they charged a $25 fee to keep the same room. Which you have to pay in cash to the fromt desk agent. Kept my deposit because i didnt take out my own trash, which I did bag up for them. I would say you get what you pay for, but after a stolen phone and scammed on $50, I certainly lost money.

This was the most horrible hotel experiences. Dirty broken bed horrible mattress terrible odor , cacaroches every where , dirty bathroom and the few staff unprofessional. I recommend not to go there.

The room was so hot I called front desk and told the owner I also told him the reason was because there was no AC filter he clearly told me it doesn't need one he said it was because of the hot weather I had no other place to go

The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside, which was really unpleasant. There was no air conditioning, and there were no blankets provided to cover up. The only sheet on the bed was in poor condition. Overall, very disappointing stay.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt and mold in the shower head, air conditioning unit, and bathroom. I strongly advise against staying here unless drastic improvements are made.

It was okay, you get what you pay for.

The bathroom was filthy, with grime in the corners and a foul odor that made it difficult to use. The bedding looked unwashed, and the overall condition of the room was rundown and poorly maintained. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying there, and I was genuinely concerned about health risks due to the unsanitary environment. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, pest control, and general maintenance. This was by far one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

It was horrible. there were cockroaches running all around the floor & on the “clean” towels which were also stained. there was trash, dirt & hair in the shower when we got into our room. they never cleaned our room or took our trash out, we were there for 2 days. the peephole was basically just a hole in the door & people could see into the room if they tried to look. the floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet were black after getting out of the shower. the doors also had a space where light could shine in & made us feel unsafe like someone could break in easily.

Didn’t sleep all night as there was sirens and street /back alley noise. We often stay in budget hotels and quite enjoy them and supporting smaller local businesses. We aren’t fussy and just want a clean room, and a comfortable bed. This is the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. Our cost Canadian was $227 with tax. Complete rip off. You’d have a better sleep in your car. I see they have some better business bureau complaints they haven’t responded to. How do they stay in business? The neighbours were out early in the morning and they said they didn’t sleep at all and had a horrible experience.

Well it had a broken washer and dryer also had a missing fire extinguisher also the roof was collapsing in some portions it had boarded up windows on some units all of my outlets were not working properly i could not watch Fox News and there are people living there out of necessity that need those items addressed as far as myself i can sleep in a box as long as it has a lid lol Hollywood out!

In this hotel I had a very bad time, there were cockroaches everywhere and in the refrigerator I found cockroaches. The man forced me to give him 50 dollars as a deposit and he still didn't return it to me.

Booked this online. Presidents holiday weekend. There weren't many options. My wife walked in the door, turned around and walked out. We didn't stay.

The rooms and shower were dirty and poor condition. In dire need of repair. Sheets had holes, there were roaches and minimal warm water.

I wasn't expecting a high-quality experience, but at least the basics! No TP in the bathroom. No mirror at all in the room. The parking lot was very cramped. The area has quite a few homeless folks too, which isn’t necessarily bad, but just something to be prepared for. I got stopped a couple of times asking if a shelter was open or if I had food. They were nice, but unexpected.

No working light in bathroom . Door was broke. Didnt change towles daily when we asked they said thats all we get for 4 days. 2 towles. People hanging in front of building. Worst ever.

Rude front desk and sheets dirty

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I never even checked in. He was just that rude. I would never prefer anyone to that property ever!!!! He has the nastiest attitude ever. An i don't want to edit my review. It's in the heart of 14th street. So i guess he feels like all American people are bad. He doesn't give people chances. He judge you before he knows you. An that is very bad....

No sign for motel. Had to rely on GPS and ring a bell at the office to ask and get key. Thought it was a hotel, but was motel. Air conditioner/heater was in wall unit - noisy. When leaving couldn’t find my 2 bags of organic nuts. I had placed them in front of Tv and didn’t move them after for any reason - room deposit was returned - no problem

Didnt stay! whike checking in one of the guests came into the office with a video showing he had roaches in his room.

The room smelled very musty and the wall shaker a/c kept shutting off even though it was on the lowest temputure it would go 64 and fan was on not auto. The bathroom had all dirt stained towels and a half roll of tp. There were no pictures on any walls. The giant closet was there but no bar to hang anything on or pegs.the TV was a 24 inch. No lamp just a ceiling light to light up the room. A night stand and a kitchen chair were in the room as well as a mini frudge and microwave which didnt dare open due to the roach motel on the floor next to them. We did feel a bit secure with the bars on the windows. The double bed, (I swear, because it was small) had stained sheets and a comforter from 1978. The mattress itself had black stains so no luggage what-so-ever were brought into the room and we got to enjoy 2 useless pillows that were as flat as Nebraska. The floor was covered in sand as well.I am not sure who the front desk guy thought we were, but I had to pay a 50.00 deposit for what I'm not sure. The room was 83.00 a night plus all the taxes and fees, but not worth it. I should have just kept driving. I don't expact a whole bunch for that price, but something at least clean and relatively comfortable. We were tired and wanted to eat and sleep so it did its job, at it absolute bare minimum.

Great stay

A very small and dated hotel located on the cusp of downtown. Rooms were also small and had roach traps. Not only do you have to pay for your room, but also each guest. Parking lot was a tight squeeze. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

Did not like the roaches on every surface. Check youtube for the Videos. I will Tag @Expedia so they are easy to find.. Maybe don't make proper refunds a difficult task so I don't have to dispute the charge.

Nasty place

My room was clean didn’t have any problems with it being dirty or gross. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. It was better than expected after reading the reviews I was a little worried. But it turned out to be good. All I needed was a place to sleep. They sell drinks and snacks in the office, which made it very convenient because I do know that the neighborhood Is not a good area. But I did not have any problems at all. I thought it was going to be very noisy and people everywhere, but it was not. They do not allow people to be wandering around the property all in all I give it a thumbs up.

It was a nasty place, refrigerator was leaking a sticky nasty brown paste, sink leaked water very bad would flood the bathroom, the shower was VERY VERY DIRTY hair, dirt, a blood stain, the shower curtain had yellow and brown stains on it, the towels were yellow, and if you want to try and save money and book the room for 1 person and had 2 people in the room they will kick you out, NO GUESTS lol

Trust the reviews. This place is a dump. Super sketchy area and clientele. The rooms have new tile on the floor and shower but that certainly doesn't make up for the roaches scurring across the floor and furniture. Not worth even a half star. Use the shower if you need to and sleep in the Publix parking lot you'll be safer and more comfortable. That's what I did.

they require you to check in before 8pm because the employees/owners do not even feel safe there after dark. Place is inhabited by prostitutes, drug addicts and cockroaches. If you enjoy smoking boulders, pinning arm beers and plowing dirty hookers this is the place for you. Bed sheets had holes burnt in them in the shape of spoons. mattress cover had black mold and have probably never been changed. I should probably go get a penicillin shot. Pictures on this site are no where near what it actually looks like. shame on hotels.com for allowing this crack house to be listed on their site. PS the guy that lives in room 10 was selling meth to a lady with her kid in the back seat. It kinda felt like i was in an episode of walking dead with all of the homeless drug addicts walking around. I do not understand how this place is even legally allowed to be open.
