The only complaint we have about this place is we could not get a Verizon cell signal in our room at all. Could of been just our room or construction of the building. The good news is we had a huge out door deck & signal was strong outside. We stayed a whole week visiting our daughters family and it was great. We've stayed here 4 times now & will be back again!

Overall, good stay. No issues. This was a quick vaca. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, quiet area. Nearby restaurants and shops were convient. Would recommend and stay again.

He promised me 1 night stay credit toward my stay which I did not receive. I made several calls and he never answered my back. I am a valued customer, I have stayed 2 times already extended stays of at least 28 days and I think I deserve to be treated better than that!

I called and emailed as well as sent message through booking after paying for a room. And no response received. Out $177 for one night because the property does not respond.

Easy parking, great location. Very clean and comfortable! Loved it

We would stay again. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby, on Congress Ave. Nice pool and gym. Quick elevators. Spacious room and bathroom. Nightstands and electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. Plentiful outlets at the desk, too. No issues with the wi-fi. Breakfast was a little lacking and not great for anyone avoiding carbs or gluten: Two of the three mornings we were there the warm option was an egg sandwich rather than plain eggs. Yogurts had a nice selection, though, and there was a nice variety of healthy toppings for them or for cereal (jam, nuts, coconut flakes, etc.).

Carpets made it a little stuffy. I was congested ? Allergies during stay. Ok outside the hotel. Staff was good Breakfast ok.

For example, I send my kids to wash clothes (they’re 16 and 15) and I was mostly impressed with the dryer machine which dried all our clothes from one try (it was a good amount of clothes).

Spaciousness

I really enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. Loved the small kitchen space and used it during my stay. Very quiet, clean and nice space. Located near stores, restaurants and only a ten minute drive to visit my family nearby. The only slight complaint I have was that the water pressure was very low when I used the shower, but overall not a big deal. I still enjoying my stay overall.

Home away from home. Everything i wanted in a hotel, but too expensive.

The staff was very helpful manager Mrs Mercedes was amazing I booked Christmas Eve night for my elderly parents that were in town to celebrate with us. Mrs Mercedes understood my concerns and made sure they were well taken care of. I am so grateful. my daughter is getting married next year and I will definitely recommend this location to all the guests that are coming from out of town. Thank you again. Not a single thing it was all amazing !!!!

The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast had a nice selection. We had a 1 bedroom suit which was set up nice. The issue we had was the sofa bed. It was not a typical sofa bed. When we opened it we were shocked it was only a foot off the ground and no mattress. It was hard like sleeping on just box springs. Not comfortable at all.

I wish they would use another cleaning solution for their floor. It’s bleach and gave me allergies.

Trouble checking us in. Told we pay when we leave. They them asked for $1100.00 up front then tried to debit my card daily for different amounts. Charged $131.00 for 4 nights then $161 00 for remaining 13 days. Not cool Blamed it on Expedia. Pool temp is 88° , a yeast infection waiting to happen. Stay elsewhere.

Thoroughly surprised at the cleanliness for an extended stay location. I did NOT see one bug... Maybe make the check in area a little more private. Someone's card got declined and although discreet, I watched the entire transaction and knew what happened...

Card was charged twice during check in , they took 3 different credit cards to charge authorizations , and STILL DID IT WRONG !!!! HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE DUE TO STAFF LACK IF KNOWLEDGE. I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

A/C didn’t blow cold at all.

We were booked at the Marriot Courtyard, but the place was a mess and the AC was incredibly loud in a couple of rooms we tried, so us tired travelers found the TownPlace Suites literally at the last minute. You accommodated us and made our two night stay quite comfortable.

The hotel was being renovated and they almost done with it, before we left. They did a beautiful job in the main floor. My room was spacious and clean and had new furniture. And, the hotel was centrally located for my needs.

Terrible customer service. We were locked out of our room and it took multiple hours for them to get us another room and it was a smaller room. They refused to give us a refund for the room that we purchased, but didn't even stay in. They had to cut the lock off of the door just so we could get our things from the room we were locked out of. They didn't have maintenance on duty so it was hours before we could even get our things. We didn't get into another room until nearly 3am.

Nice place

The A/C in the master bedroom did NOT get cold like the A/C in the living room. So my girlfriend and I slept on the pull out couch because the temperature was just right in the living room.

Nice safe place. It would be better if they had cameras in the hallways on all the floors.

I did request less noise zone room during booking but it was not granted.

They have dishonest people working here. I just stayed 2 nights there and they stole my boyfriend’s wallet that was left there with his id, cards, and money. Never again!

Definitely not luxury or perfection. Dust and hairs left around in corners of room and bathroom. Plus was zero bugs? Breakfast left plenty to be desired-not a buffet. Fine for a shower and sleep, nothing much more than that. Front desk was usual business, nothing that was a wow.

The air-conditioning is very cool and the rooms are very large. Gym snd swimming pool access. Breakfast is very basic. Overall, i had a great stay. I love the smell everytime your enter the building.

It’s a terrible place. Do not go by the picture.

July 18th RM 307. Came with a leaking air conditioner and the carpet around it was soaking wet. We asked for another room but was told nothing available. A maintenance came, fixed it. They vacuum the carpet and covered the wet one with a rag. The whole time the room smells like old laundry. We were asked if we want everyday housekeeping or every other day and we said every other day, no one came so I called atleast for new clean towels. 2nd day, with a 90 degrees weather, I want to use the pool. I check the water first and saw dead bugs floating. I asked the receptionist at 9am what time they clean the pool and answered “only once a week”. One of the reason I picked this place is because of the pool. 3rd day got stucked in the elevator for 15 min. I am claustrophobic and it took time for the fire fighters to arrive.Was told that a manager will call me in the morning to see what they can do for this inconvenience. 4th day, our last day, checked out 1pm no one reached out. It is now 8pm as I am writing this review and never heard from the manager. I don’t recommend this place.

I loved everything about it. The location was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem that I had was, I assumed from the description that there was a let out sofa bed, but there wasn’t there was only a couch in the room.

Our stay was short 3days/2 nights during our house fumigation. Very convenient & great rate. However the pet fee is extremely $$ @125. More than the room rate. Others are less the 1/2 . Local & Corporate need to adjust $$ , web as Pet Friendly?$$$

At check in about 4am the first thing she said was that she would have to charge me for two nights before checking my reservation. At checkout a few hours later charged me for pets without asking or saying anything to me. People shouldn’t judge other people it’s not good for business and I will let others know!

This hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe, and was also very quiet. We got a suite for our family, and it was nice and spacious. I am glad that the suite was an actual suite with a bedroom that was seperate, behind a door. There was one time I stayed at Holiday Inn, and booked what they called a "suite," and it did not have a wall or door that separated the two "rooms"!! I was shocked by their deception, and I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again. This TownePlace Suites by Marriott was much more accurate in thier description, and I appreciate that. We requested a housekeeping service while we were out of the room, and they kindly accompdated our request, and did a beautiful job. The amenities of an in-room fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-burner range, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, and toaster were nice to have. The pool was nice and clean, and a comfortable temperature (in June) with shaded tables and recliners, as well as gas grills available. They also have a gym and a laundry room. The gym equipment seemed to be in good working order, but I didn't use the laundry room. All of the staff members we encountered in person and on the phone were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place every time I visit Boynton this is my go to. Some say the rooms are a bit high in price, but you get what you pay for and then some. Also Kyle at the front desk is great he made my stay fun, we got to talk sports and even watch a little bit of the knicks game in the lobby. Great guy!, 5 stars all day.

The Aircon in the room was very noisy constantly starting up through the night ,the bathroom was very good with plenty of towels and dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash ,the staff were very polite and helpful ,will definitely stay at a Marriott again but with a restaurant and a bar .

If you need to stay in the Boynton area, I highly recommend the TownePlace suites. It will meet every expectation and some. Not only are you in a good location, but the property is clean, the staff goes above and beyond and there’s lots to do nearby.

The suite we got was great. A living room and kitchen, the sofa bed was good plenty of room. The bedroom had two beds very spacious and bed were comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor very quiet. Breakfast was great and flavorful. Definitely would use them again

Some hotel areas were slightly outdated in the hotel like older carpeting, but overall everything was super clean. Great location and reasonable rate for a really nice suite and would gladly stay again.

Rooms are comfortable and generally clean. Did see some dirt in bathroom this trip. Lobby and breakfast area is showing wear and tear. Hope Mariott does a refresh sooner than later. Again, will be back in a few months.

When we arrived at the hotel the room they had for us was a single room with just a king bed. I made reservations for a king bed and pull out sofa since there were three adults staying in the same room. My reservation was prepaid, in order to get a room with 2 queen bed, they had to cancel my original reservation with no refund and make a new one charging me a higher rate. It took a lot of back and forth with t g e staff, ubtil they call a supervisir who okayed the change without charging me again. Somehow a room with a pull out sofa magically appeared. Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. This is the third time that i have reservations problems with this hotel chain. It will be the last.

Convenient location. Very clean. Good options for breakfast, though I would have liked bacon and potatoes, but still very good. Great 24 hour exercise facility that was kept clean and had water available and an ample supply of towels. There are scenic walking and jogging paths in the area.
