for the price that we paid for our room, we were very satisfied. If the cost was not so reasonable, I may not have felt quite the same. However, the room was clean, and we were very comfortable.

On the very last day before our stay—the same day the reservation became non-refundable—we received a notice that the elevators were out of service and that breakfast would not be available. Breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but by the time we were informed, we could no longer cancel our reservation without losing our money. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. The front desk employee was not friendly and responded rudely when we asked about our room, telling us that we were “paying cheap” and that was why we had been assigned that particular room. This was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. To be fair, the room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it during our stay. However, when we requested an iron, it seemed to be delivered reluctantly. On our first night, the weather was cold, and when we asked for extra blankets, we were told none were available. Instead, we were offered a mattress protector, which was not an appropriate substitute. While we appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the work of the housekeeping staff, the customer service was poor from beginning to end. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication and the unfriendly service, we would not choose to stay here again.

When we arrived late at night, it was pouring rain, and our check-in was rather lengthy. Once we arrived at our room, we found it to be very clean and modern. It was so modern we didn’t know how to work the shower. We finally figured it out after taking a cold shower.

Do not stay there! However the night staff ladies that work the front desk Erica & Tanaya were a complete delight! This company doesn’t deserve them!!! Wonderful personality and customer service! Ask for these ladies if you decide to stay here! And best of luck! I wouldn’t recommend a cockroach to stay here!

The property was nice, quiet and clean. I didn’t like the fact the room didn’t have a phone or wifi! All hotels have a phone in their room, you never know what may happen that you’ll have to call to the front desk. Overall it was ok..

There was a review for another hotel that accidentally got posted to this hotel. Please disregard it. This hotel is clean and a great bargain. It is located in an upscale area.

Wonderful pool area.

The room is completely different from the picture, that was the first clue. And there were so many bedbugs that I woke up with large red bites on my face, neck, ankles and stomach. I didn’t sleep at all. While lying down in the bed, the bugs started coming from the the top of the bed to the pillow. Other bugs I just didn’t see. The room is infected.

Room was perfect, very clean, dinning area separated from the room and bathroom outside the room for anyone to use. Plenty of parking. I will definitely use them again when traveling for work

The fridge was leaking and the foldout sofa was absolutely too uncomfortable to even sleep on. Otherwise it was nice, updated and clean.

If you need wifi dont go to this place, although the room was clean & staff was near by i had absolutely no connections, i couldnt even schedule my uber in the hotel i had to go outside to do anything on my phone. Tv was in & out also

Staff was very nice and accommodating. My room was a bit small, and I did have some bugs, both flying and around the shower area. Shower has a half glass door, and water gets on the floor. Otherwise, clean and quiet. Comfy bed, tho felt a little damp.

Staff was great and room was somewhat clean. But there is no point in having a kitchen there because there was nothing to use to cook your food no plates, pots or pans. And in room 302 the tv is hanging lop sided held on by only two screws out of four very sketchy you have a coffee maker but no coffee.

Staff were very helpful. I will stay again. They need a wardrobe in the regular rooms though.

Additionally, there was no hot water at night or in the morning. I brought this to the hotel manager’s attention but unfortunately never received a response. While the bedroom itself was clean, it felt poorly maintained overall and did not reflect the quality suggested by the online reviews. This was disappointing, as the experience did not meet our expectations. That said, we made the best of our getaway from city life. One positive aspect is the location—it’s less than a 7-minute drive to Delray Beach and very close to the shoreline, which was convenient.

Super clean property. Simple but with all the necessities. King room was very spacious with a full kitchen. Safe parking. Very quiet.

I wouldn't choose any other hotel in Boynton Beach. Simply said; AMAZING staff and the rooms are spotless and kept that way. Also, for the money you cannot get any better and I know this for a fact. Thank you for making my stay seamless and fun! Definitely 5 Stars from me😊

Good very clean bit a bit of a warning for future patrons: if you book the standard room you don’t get a normal comforter it’s just a light blanket and a sheet and the pillows are awful and there’s only 3 small ones. Oh and there’s no second side to the shower door it’s wide open. It’s kinda weird but veryyyyy clean newly remodeled and worth the money and also the property is very quiet.

Was pleasantly surprised by the suite. It had a distinct kitchen, living room, bathroom, and the king bed was a whole bedroom to itself. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the comfort of the suite and will book again when we need to be down to South Florida. The pool was pleasant too. Not too hot or cold for early April.

Overall, the place is clean and room is nice. The only downside is the Internet speed and connection goes in and out. Depending how close you are to the office usually it’s faster near the office. I was originally booked in a room far from the office and there was no connection and the TV was not connecting to the Internet.

Internet was not working at all the whole stay, complained twice, it was reset twice and stopped working after a few mins. If they fix that i will be back i have tons of work to do in the area but work in IT so Internet is a must.

I booked a package deal on Expedia and was worried when I saw the reviews. So I called the front desk and spoke to Moya the manager. She was awesome. Asked if we had any special requests. I told her we drink alot of coffee. She made sure we had a coffee maker in the room. She reassured me that all the rooms were renovated. True to her word the room was brand new. Kinda like a new car rental. It was great. The pool was clean and refreshing and we loved using the cabana. The best part was the price . What a deal.

They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement. I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!

For a last minute booking, rooms were a reasonable rate

Kitchen had a microwave and a rather noisy refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. First room had no wifi discovered after unpacking. Bathroom was newly renovated but had the slipperiest floor i ever encountered in a hotel. No shelves in shower required throwing soap, shampoo on floor in order to wash. No towel bars in bathroom requiring using toilet as a table. Construction (not hotels fault) ran from 6-8 so a bit noisy.

Room smelled like cat urine and cockroaches were visible. Desk gal was not great. Nice enough but not friendly or professional. It WAS a late check in so no blame to her but…. We ended not staying there at all because of the combo. Not bad for price but you will get what you (don’t) pay for .

This was perfect for our one day stay before our cruise. This hotel is clean, comfortable. Workers are nice, welcoming and polite. definitely will stay there again

Internet did not work the entire time in any of the buildings. I spoke to many guests. So none of the tvs worked. No cable no nothing. They are being renovated but whoever is doing the work is doing an absolutely trash job with everything! It was clean. They do have a lot of cleaning ladies but poorly done!

Look, I’ve stated it in every other review there’s roaches not a single amenity is open nor works for what they charge is absolutely atrocious. Can’t even get out of the shower with your feet turning completely black OK I knew for a fact that they didn’t change the sheets prior to me and it’s just it’s disgusting and then what they charge, especially knowing all this not even their Wi-Fi nor smart TV works that’s how much of the hell they’re lying about their amenities

They are the biggest scam dirty the size of the rooms and especially when not one single amenity that they say they have a pool to a gym graphic, including simple Wi-Fi and smart TV access. They don’t even have that so I missed so many days of work because of it and the Danis for that every sock and towel I couldn’t even get out of the shower with That to jump back in from our dirty my feet were from their floors and then.

Discussing roaches nothing works in the staff is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been staying there for two weeks. They’re in a professional review and because I fell asleep all night cause I was up till 6 AM doing business because I had to go somewhere else and leave the property because their Wi-Fi does not exist while you’re on the property all of a sudden they came banging on my door and like demanded that I got out because I don’t know how I guess go pay $25 for a new security fee at the desk is horrible disgusting embarrassing oh and not to mention that it was barely like not even worth showering there because by the time you walked out of the shower and took one step all of a sudden, and your feet were black

The reception area, grounds and room were very clean and well maintained. The receptionists were pleasant and professional. The room attendants were loud and obnoxious, ignoring the do not disturb hanger and holding loud conversations first thing in the morning while guests try to sleep.

The kitchen only had 4 plates bowls and only cheap disposable cups. No coffee maker, no ability to cook anything. Curtains do not close properly and the A/C is wonky. Pillows are small, beds are comfy. The pullout bed is very uncomfortable.

Room was small but clean had no volume. Went to front desk and someone told me they would send someone. That was around 7 pm. They showed up around 9:30 am. Then we had someone knocking at our door at midnight 3 times. Took us two hours to get back to sleep. Noisy people outside.

The room was not stocked very well: only 1 face cloth, shampoo , conditioner & body wash were travel sizes and not full, no cups. The room was small w/1 queen bed. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are large, clean & comfortable. Every staff members is knowledgeable & helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I plan to return to the Nova Inn monthly to visit family nearby. Thank you!

Modern clean and comfortable

Room was clean and cute. The area is very nice as well and quiet. Staff was super nice they even called me to check on me and how everything was. Only 1 little thing and its small is Water for shower was barely warm and waited long time never got hot just barley warm but everything else was just perfect

They gave us a floor ground room 107 B at first as I requested a month ago but we found a half pizza waste inside oven, a cheese opened inside fridge and hot water was not working so they moved us to another room in first floor (no elevator neither personal to help us with heavy bags) and in this new room we turn on heater (was 50 F outside) but the fire alarm goes up so I have to turn off room calefactor. After all Gabriel at front desk was the only one good fact! Nor her mate, that receive us that night.

There were no wash cloths in our room and only 1 hand towel. No tissues.. When i asked for wash cloths the first day I was told they didnt have any!! Never have I stayed anywhere that fid not have wash cloths. Plus they did not put a second set of shampoo or conditioner in our room when they cleaned. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang a towel or pajamas. And only 1 wastebasket in the entire space. The staff was nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. there were ROACHES in my room. Dirty hair stuck to the trim. The floor was sticky this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Management did nothing even with photos of the roaches. Poorly ran and operated place.

It wasn’t until I was checking in at another hotel the night after I stayed here that I realized the front desk staff had not returned my drivers license when I checked in. I called. They confirmed they had it. So I drove an hour and half to round trip to ho get my drivers license. After it was returned to me I asked why no one from the hotel made any effort to contact me in my room that night or the next morning to tell me that they had my drivers license. Only response from the front desk person was a shrug. The they asked if I enjoyed the room. I responded no. I went on to explain the room totally smelled like cigarettes, the heater didn’t work, the hot water was lukewarm at best and the microwave didn’t work. He assured me a member of management would reach out to me. Now over a week later and no communication from the property managagement. Avoid this the place, as there are many better options.

The room had ants, no tissues, or paper towels. The conditions of the room could be significantly improved. I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was nice.

No pool like they say

The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, price was amazing and just what I needed. Fresh coffee was very good too. Not sure why they advertise a breakfast room, and it seemed stocked when I was there, but it was closed and the lobby desk clerk didn't know when it would be opened. We would definitely book again if rates remain about the same.

The bldgs are lettered making it confusing to guest. 11:30 at night someone tried to open my door. Excuse is because someone may have been confused. Very unsettling to a single woman traveling alone. Microwaved my food and the ants went on the attack on the counter.

Needs more improvement. We understand it is newly renovated. However ,floor was slippery, staff not so friendly. Toilet was clogged first time using it. We are in 2nd floor. We were moved to 3rd floor thats fine but when we enter the room it has very strong smelled Javex and lysol all chemicals. Its really disappointing for the first time visitor on that area.

All of us in our group of 8 were so happy to be treated so kindly. The managers took every step to accommodate some of our members with disabilities, even calling in advance to make sure everything would be fine. We didn't expect them to jump through hoops for us, but they did! They went beyond any call of duty to ensure everyone would be well taken care of and have a good night's rest!

The room was like a bed in a box. The shower didn’t have a place for soap. The floor was sandy. The room did not look like the picture. Towels, sheets, pillows very basic and minimal. We could hear people in the room upstairs, and next door. Paramedics arrived next door at 4:30 a.am. Drugs were involved… we could hear everything. Needless to say it was a very poor choice, definitely not a resort.

Issues with one particular bi lingual short woman with long thin hair works in Laundry. She left a bin for over a half hour in front of our doo then gives us attitude, whenever we asked for anything. Tv in our bedroom was changed to Spanish we didn't do ok it. Plus Shards of glass was repeatedly left in area btween our room and car each time I pick up it returns. Shes creepy. Wouldn't recommendit this place to friends and family

Everything was excellent

I was lost for an hour as directions on GPS lead me to a wall of hedges. I called the front desk for directions and the man that answered didn't know south from north and had me driving back and forth. He told me to hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and called back. He told me that he had people in front of him and to hold. After another 10 minutes I hung up again and called back. He was finally able to tell me ho to get there. I am 65 and they put me on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I had to lug my suitcase up three flights of stairs by myself. Would not recommend

Staff were very very kind. Bathroom door did not close all the way, water from shower splashed outside, will create a major problem in the future. And we rented the room to get some rest, but that garbage truck just makes you jump out of bed with all the noise when dumping the trash. Room cozy, clean and well decorated.

The dead bolt would not lock, they said they fixed it the next day but now the door would not close, they came back and finally fixed it. Used a plug and when I pulled my phone charger out of the outlet came out of the wall. When taking a shower this morning the exhaust vent fell from the ceiling onto my shoulder, didn't get hurt but the vent cover wasn't secured in place. The free WIFI only worked in the front or outside did not work in the building our room was in. Reservation said free breakfast and coffee, they only had coffee with no creamer or sugar available. I will never stay at this place ever again even if was free.

Anyone reading this should urgently find anywhere but this place to book your trip. I was told at the time I would receive a full refund. That was Monday. It is now Friday. Not a dime has been returned. Because my wife's ID is expired. AVOID this place at all costs.

The toilet paper holder was missing. One of my towels had brown stains. The microwave door door was janky. I also found a box of condoms. There also wasnt any towel for when you step out the shower. There also wasnt any place toput soap.

The lady that checked me in was nice. She compromised with me. The room wasn’t cleaned yet but I told her I wouldn’t be back to stay for about 4 more hrs so she was willing to help me out since it was an anniversary surprise so she checked us in and gave me the key and she called and told house keeping to do that room next. Overall it was a decent trip.

The grounds of the property were well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was very visible from day to day. Our rooms were The pool, although small was very nice with perfect temperature and super clean, clear water. I'm not sure what the cleaning schedule is but we never had a housekeeping staff come and offer to clean our room or replenish towels etc. Overall, this hotel was considered by us to be a good value. It is no frills

We were in building C, apparently wifi only works in building D. Hotel being renovated, I don't think our room was finished.

Property is under construction at the moment. Can get loud during the day. Room and restroom didn’t have a trash can. Hotel has limited irons. I wasn’t able to get one during my stay. I was there for 4 days and it was never cleaned. Elevators weren’t working. Had to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor.

There are no elevators, so I had to drag my over 40 pound bag up 2 flights of stairs! Thank goodness when I left, the maintenance man was available to help me with it to the car. He was very nice and helpful.

If you need steady Wi-Fi for school purposes, you will need to request the building where Reception is located or stay in the dining area/reception during open hours. Smokers are still smoking right outside their doors/hallways. Otherwise, the renovations in the rooms looks nice/clean.

Quiet, clean and close to where I need to be.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Special shout out to the manager there. Wasn’t able to get there until our second and last day and he was great and extended us one more day without any additional fees or charges. Once construction is finished I would rate this nearly perfect. Their WiFi is less than desirable also but I’m hoping once construction is complete it would be better.

Very clean

Room was clean and newly refurbished. Nightstands were not plugged in yet and the office chair was poorly balanced. I actually fell backwards when i tried to lean back in it. I would check the settings on them in the new rooms as they get put into rotation.

The TV was not working. Also there was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk if anything were to happen. and the floors was sticky.

Unfortunately the maintenance man just walked right in after banging on the door to which I open to which he just enters unannounced and uninvited to put a garbage can in my bathroom 20 mins before checkout. Ok..... Awkward. And no coffee in the AM either even tho the hotel listed and said their would be. It's the little things I expect to enjoy early after waking up.

So i really enjoy the place and location but because of renovations it smell like cement, so the smell is on the bedding and Towels . As i was laying on the bed there was a cockcroach in my room and it was very disturbing.

Recently renovated

First off, when you first enter. It doesn't seem bad at all . But then after the first hour you are like absolutely not. BIG ROACHES, EVERYWHERE. We killed about 4 or 5 BIG ones not babies. Then, my wife forgot her key and went to get another one and she didn't have her ID on her and they made us leave the hotel because everyone staying needs to have an ID. We weren't told this and she simply left her wallet at home not thinking too much into it. So we had to leave and book an entirely new hotel. Which was cleaner and easier to deal with.

Hotel was clean and quiet

Bad Service my whole stay. All the staff was horrible. When I wanted speak to the manager or to call to have him find a solution...they told me he doesn't answer his phone after 5 pm. Left a message for him to call me and he never did. It was apparent that they don't care about good service or their guests.

I only wish there was toothpaste in the room. Otherwise, I was satisfied for my short stay

Convenient

This has the potential of being a major resort for short term and long-term guests. The layout of the king suite is very much like a condo. You have a separate bedroom. You have a living room area. You have a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and all in working order. The rooms are decorated very nicely love the tile floors. There is a small nook which you can use as an additional closet or a workspace. Moya who is at the front desk is amazing. I swear she never leaves lol. She is always there and always smiling always ready to help. Moya represents this resort to the best level. Moya is a great way to start your first interaction on site. At night The hotel is very quiet with no outside noise. The pool area is very nice with tables and umbrellas as well as screened sitting areas. There is construction going on, but that is to be expected for a new company when they take an older property and bring it to its new Luster. I did not hear any noise with the renovation. I Highly recommend the resort.

Not good

Very comfortable and convenient, but found hair on bathroom floor and dirty inside of microwave.

For the first three nights I was booked in the C building #302. This was acceptable. Room was clean and over pool area. On the 4th night, I was checked into the A building #205. This was a nightmare. I killed over 20 cockroaches coming from under the bed and the bathroom sink. Then at 7:30AM construction workers and maintenance began work outside my door. Avoid building A.

Roaches in my room! Everyday I was killing roaches! No WiFi, and I’m a nursing student that needed the WiFi! I had to go to Starbucks everyday to study and drop $5 a day for coffee. No kcup in the room.

They don't have an ice macbine. There was no coffee makers in the room. With no breakfast offered had to go out for coffee.

Also people eat and leave the trash infront of your room door . At night there're people standing at your door making alot of noise tooo till like 3am .

Although undergoing renovations, made use of all the amenities impossible, the convenience and accessibility were fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. While the room itself was fine, I found cockroaches and ants inside, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, my key card was deactivated without warning, and I was locked out of my room at 1 AM. This was extremely frustrating, and the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. I expected better service and maintenance. I would not stay here again

No wi fi...no hot water, could not fully close bathroom door

I think they should do better lack of supplies they selling something online that's totally untrue especially in supplies such as soaps, shampoo, and kitchenware.

11pm we heard screaming for about 2 hours and someone turning up and down the balacony. It seemed like a VERY unsafe situation. I left my crimper and waterpick in the bathroom. Once I got in my uber I called (no answer) then emailed them. They never responder so i guess the kept it.

Renovations are nearly complete. Nice sized clean rooms. Pool, gym, wifi, close to restaurants and shops, close to the beach.

Only stay here if you are traveling alone for a purpose other than leisure.

They lied they have no breakfast. The over night black lady is lazy and dont want to do her job ( I am Black) she was rude and barely wanted to do her job . gave me a room on third floor at 3 in the morning. The hotel is on safe dirty diapers and pads on the floor. Inside hotel room is nice but tvs dont work .
