Parking was a not the best especially at night but I did enjoy my stay.

Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast and the pool was nice.

The shower could use a good deep clean to rid of the mold/algae.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful.Front desk was beyond helpful. I accidentally booked a room without a tub, and the front desk was able to upgrade👾

I recommend anyone who wanna to visit Palm beach county specially Boynton beach to choose hotel holiday in located on 2001 ocean drive. They have a great staff and great customer service very helpful. The place is very clean, and the rooms is very clean and well equipped. I'm very happy and satisfied my stay over there.

The room was clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have a slightly bigger fridge in the rooms and if breakfast started earlier. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and at many hotels breakfast starts at 6:30.

My advice is DON’T go by the bad reviews, go and give them a chance.

The A/C unit while it worked properly was missing some screws which allowed howling winds to enter the room at night - not very easy to sleep with. The cleaners need to focus on the corners and grooves in the bath as well as the face sink which was dirty. Also, if a room is rented for 3 guests, then it should have fresh towels for 3 and replaced with 3 each time. We had to call for extra 1 as only 2 was given when being replaced.

The room needs updates but was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast very good (best coffee). I loved the bathroom has shower with glass doors instead of bathtub.

The negatives: The toilet seat was so loose, I nearly fell off it the first time I sat down. There needs to be brighter light in the bathroom. Impossible to apply makeup. It is way too dim. Having a light switch control the outlets is ridiculous. In order to charge my phone on the nightstand near the bed I had to leave the light switch on which meant the light stayed on. I ended up taking the bulb out of the lamp to make it dark enough to sleep yet still be able to charge my phone near the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so not only did I have to apply my makeup but I also had to use my hair dryer and curling iron in the foyer as that was the only other place where there was a mirror. The room was poorly designed.

Our stay here in prior years has always been pleasant. However, we were quite disappointed this time and do not intend to stay next year. Bathrooms were poor. Lighting in the bathroom of the first room they gave us did not work. Yes, they sent someone up to fix but he could not get it working. The bathroom in the next room they gave us the sink did not empty properly and we had to ask for toliet paper it wasn't automatically given. It was sad to see the place has not been properly kept up.

The room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets smelled strange. As soon as I entered, there was a puddle of water coming from the mini fridge! There was an ice machine near my room, and I heard it running all night long. The floors were dirty. I put a white towel on the floor, but it turned black from the bottom. The room rug was also quite dirty.

The room wasn’t cleaned when I checked in. I went to the front desk, showed the employee pictures, and explained the situation, but nothing was done about it. No offer to switch me to a clean room and no discount or anything for the inconvenience. That kind of service is disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The gym has sufficient equipment to keep your fitness goals. The breakfast options were great with a variety of healthy foods to choose from. Lots of parking and though can get crowded in the front, there is sufficient parking near the rear with great lighting which made me feel safe at all times. Would certainly return on my next trip.

On my particular night, parking was a bit limited, except for the spots way in the back. There was a church service going on and much of the parking was unavailable due to those attending the service…a weekly occurrence every Thursday. As a solo, older woman traveler, I did not feel particularly secure, unloading my vehicle in the dark far behind the building. Perhaps the church goers should be required to park in the lot behind the hotel and save the spots upfront and under the lights for paying guests.

I have stayed in several Holiday in Expresses. They are always clean and well staffed. All the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love the comfortable beds, large showers with grab barsand of course endless coffee, which is delicious and the breakfast served every morning.

It was located near the Delray Open Tennis Tournament and near other amenities. Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Location The bathroom needed updating. Caulking and tile had old mildew stains. Shower drain cover was not attached to the drain and was placed halfway over the drain. Shower head was so high on the wall I couldn't reach it to adjust. I am 5'2". There was an old, dirty side table in the room. Breakfast both days had no yogurt available despite a refrigerator labeled "yogurt".

There was a bit of a smell in the corridors. We found at least a couple of hairs on the shower wall. Their cinamon roll oven was empty (not working) and the same for their orange juice dispenser (no orange juice).

We had an ADA room but it was not a shower. High step in shower. Also the tile floor in the entry had been cleaned but it was VERY greasy & slippery.

The morning was very loud with bangs and pounding as people worked on the out of order elevator. Also, children yelling, loud talking and the elevator dinging next to the elevator which was right outside my door. The staff was tolerant but condescending towards me as a senior customer.

I had no light on the entire wall - 3 lamps on the wall behind my bed. I reported it and it wasn't fixed. It was difficult to get ready in the morning with only the tiny reading lamp on the desk. I had to do my makeup in my car before my meeting. The bathroom floor was sticky and the shower floor was very dirty.

The hall's room doors closed with a reverberating thud. B. So did the otherwise nice sliding shower doors. The judicious use of shock/noise absorbing bumpers could improve sleep quality a lot. C. But the commode sits lower than normal to the floor making it difficult to get up. The AC unit doesn’t pull enough humidity out of the room and so you have to turn the temperature down very very low in order to make it comfortable.

We didn’t get to eat breakfast because we had to leave for our trip very early in the morning. The room was clean and NOT smelly like many hotels. There were some toiletries not in the bathroom and the show was a little dirty. Which a big thing from me. The hotel itself is very nice, and I would stay there again, but next time I will have someone to clean the shower. Overall the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

While room was always clean, one day either I or cleaning staff left air off all day and when I came back in the evening it smelled a little mildewy. It is Florida and when AC cooled off room I didn’t smell anymore. Staff greeted me every morning and evening. And it was a perfect location for why I was in town.

Girl was very rude and said that the manager could approve it.as i turned around she had the manager on the phone for the next person and handed her a room and refund..incredibly how they defrauded us

I appreciate the affordability. However, we stayed twice within a week in 2 different rooms. The first room had a loud A/C that made a noise that rose & fell, with a firehose faucet. The 2nd room had no blinds and the fire alarm blinked brightly enough to distract from sleeping. On the 3rd night we installed our own blackout curtain and taped over the blinking light. Ashly works hard and long hours, but the cleaning manager knew about the lack of blinds and clearly had not informed the front desk. Again, appreciate the price, but would seriously hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for a weekend trip

Staff were amazing however my room had pieces of potato chips on the furniture and someone's fake eyelashes had apparently fallen out in the bathroom. So room was not completely clean as I would have expected it to be. I had a very noisy neighbor my first night and the cleaning staff are extremely loud in the hallway when servicing rooms.

The check in was a breeze. Everything was clean. They were accommodating when we expressed concern that our window was covered outside in plastic and that there were still painters right outside our room. They checked and stated they were almost done but they would move us. We did stay. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

The rooms are incredibly dark including the bathroom. One of the sconces in my room didn’t work and when I told the front desk the first day they said they would tell someone. The second day I reminded them and I was told they do not have any maintenance people. Additionally the in-room safe wasn’t working. The property is new and clean but very sterile. The morning breakfast is fair. Parking is easy and the hotel is quite even next to the elevator.

It’s convenient for me to go out and do something with my friends.

The third floor did not smell clean and room smells like mold, the pillows had sparts looks like mold. I had runny nose for 3 days room 306 never again.

The breakfast was horrible. Both coffe urns were empty. No eggs or bacon, 1very soft orange.

Granted we came down for breakfast at 9am Sunday but they were all gone!

The stay was amazing and beautiful

Have stayed at property several times over the past few years. I like the location, cleanliness and free breakfast. The pool could certainly use a few more chaise lounges ( only 4 this trip).

Spent 3 nights, had a single king room. Very spacious, very good condition, bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom needs a little improvement, could've been brighter. Had kind of a hard time shaving. Other than that, decent stay. Good breakfast, lot of variety. Staff was friendly. Hotel was safe, in a good neighborhood.

The room was clean and comfortable. Smelled great and the free breakfast was helpful.

It was a good Holiday Inn Express. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable. The fire alarm going off was a distraction.

Not happy with our room at all, but the breakfast was great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the refrigerator wouldn't cool down, the stopper in the shower was down and the tub filled up. When my husband went to pull it up the knob fell off and he had quite a job screwing it back on.The sink stopper wwas broken and wouldn't pul up. Now for the worst of it.The AC. The fan made a horrible grinding noise. I was only able to get 3 hours sleep after putting cotton in my ears. We reported it. However, we had to undergo another night with it grinding. I finally was able to sleep after taking a sleeping pill and putting cotton in my ears again. I was so happy that it was the last night of this. So happy to leave.

No complaints at all about the property, the facilities or the people. However, Google Maps is a bit confused about how to get there, so you might want to help them improve.

This property was very nice to stay on. Has many stores near by that are accessible by walking. Great staff. The girls up front were super sweet and helpful. Cleaning was okay, they didn't vacuum the room everyday and when bathrooms were cleaned it was always left with a weird smell (like a wet cloth), it would linger. Other than that 4/5 stay :)

The experience with staff was good. Properly was very clean. Breakfast and dining area was clean and well maintained. My room had few small ants.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when I’m visiting Boynton Beach. I find that it’s a little off the beaten path, and that may be why it seems so quiet. The hotel offers no extra amenities other than free breakfast, but the breakfast is acceptable and the facilities are clean.

A decent hotel in a good location. Appreciated being close to public transportation, restaurants and stores. Decent breakfast and pleasant staff. Pool was nice to be able to access. Only complaint was the small knats that must be coming through the a/c unit. They like the bathroom walls.

The fact that it had a washer & dryer on the property was an extra plus

The property was not entirely clean. Majority of my towels and wash clothes had hair or some kind of dirt on them. The sink and counters were also not properly wiped down, hair all over them as well.

Location was perfect for my itinerary. Enjoyed my stay. Great customer service from the staff.

Unclean room on day four I will not book with Hotels.com again and will resume booking direct with Hilton and Marriot Hotels

Okay, housekeeping was hard to deal with a couple days.

Unfortunately when we arrived, the front desk attendant was very busy on her phone with a personal call. No greeting, curt service and incorrect number of days put on our key cards, which of course we were on the 4th floor… In addition, we experienced bedbugs bites in our room. Won’t go back.

It was very noisy. People slammed their doors alot.

The breakfast was not so good the coffee was watered down. I had to ask for yogurt because the wasn’t any out. Bathroom could be cleaner. They came and clean my room when I came back the room door was open. No wash cloths. Thank god nothing wasn’t missing.
