Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Feel like rooms, elevators and grounds could be kept cleaner and better maintained. Bed was not very comfortable.

I made a reservation to stay for several days last February. I then wanted to change my room to one with a couch and cancel the first room. Expedia canceled the first room, gave me the new room which I used and then refused to refund my $1941. When Expedia called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager and explained the situation she refused to refund the money.

Friendly staff! Hotel was clean and so was the room. Stayed here for work 4 days, so housekeeping was every other day which was good. A/C would only keep the room at 70 degrees but wasn't a big issue. LOTS of shops and restaurants in the area as well. Would most definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 days. Free breakfast. Super comfy beds and pillows. Swimming pool on small size but was otherwise excellent. Staff super friendly. Located next to lots of restaurants/fast foods. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The carpet in the lobby and hallway were very dirty. The blue carpet in the room was so dirty that it had a stripe of black dirt in all the walkways. The bathroom was disguised. There was hair all over the place and the toilet had feces on it. The breakfast was very nice. You could tell whoever put the breakfast together did a very good job. The endless coffee In the lobby was great. The room was just old and grungy. The chair in the room had stains all over it. I definitely felt dirty when we left. I made sure to Lysol all of my suitcases when we got home.

The hotel is old, sofa was dirty and a roach was found alive in our room. Really a regrettable stay.

My room was clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Berline Louis. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices. The pool area was clean and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again. My only recommendation would be to add Netflix as an option.

The place is filthy. Air conditioner had to be replaced so we had to change rooms. Overall, the entire hotel is gross.The front desk clerk was rude every time we went spoke to her. There are hundreds of good hotels in Palm Beach County. This isn't one of them.

Grew up in Boynton my whole life and this is my first time having to stay at a hotel and I’m happy to have found a great one anytime I’ll need it in the future. The room was a great size, clean, and quiet. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was just okay in my opinion but I don’t stay at hotels for the breakfast. The coffee was actually incredible though! Love that they had vanilla creamer to add. The location is perfect. Near stores & restaurants and close to 95 to get around to anywhere further. As for cons: the hallways were oddly hot and humid. Walking out of the room felt like walking outside. There was also a mildew smell in the hall. I would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and family oriented. Very nice staff, and excellent service. Very nice families were there. It was really a nice stay!

During the day I won’t lie, the staff is OK but at night time there is the nastiest and rudest young black man that works the counter and I have all the recordings he was so extremely rude. I had to stay there long-term for a second and I never had a problem I tipped everybody. I never even made them clean my room once I did my own housekeeping, cause I saw how busy the housekeepers were. I tipped everyone from the maintenance guys to the front desk. I literally would go down and have laughed with the girls in the kitchen with the maintenance guys with the cleaning crew with the girls at the front desk everything and then all of a sudden in one night when I went down, the guy had a really nasty attitude so I just said to him, Michael can you please do not speak to me like that you know I don’t speak to you like that then all of a sudden the next day I was told that I couldn’t extend and I had to leave when I’m a very high rated Hilton’s honored member because the guy lied and said I had a problem with the staff so I did bring this to corporate, but I do want everyone to know that the things that I did not write about because amanda the manager called and asked me to please not was that the truth is when I first got there, they had to change me to four different rooms because there was cockroaches. Yes, you heard me cockroaches in a Hilton and then the last room was because it was genuinely just not cleaned at all at all. & NO I was never offered anything to make up for it !

The room was ok at best had a king with kitchenette, no dishes, no silverware no dishwasher. no smart tv? It’s 2026 do better. The fitness center had two treadmills, one elliptical and one pulley machine. The breakfast was pretty good however I would not stay here again

I felt so beautifully welcomed by the team at this hotel. I'm a professional musician and thus travel frequently, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach staff went above and beyond to help me feel at home. I had submitted specific room requests and, not only were they fulfilled, I was also provided extra care in terms of anticipated needs – i.e. an umbrella to use during my stay given the rain. Highly recommend!

My stay was extremely stressful and everything in my room was very clean

Nobody clean my room they asked at front desk and I said yes. I was gone all day came back and the room was a mess. No one cleaned it or changed towels. I went to front desk and she said it was supposed to be cleaned. All they could offer was additional towels. Very disappointed. I think I am owed a refund

There was black mold on the bathroom walls and shower floor. We complained and asked for a different room which they could not accommodate as they were sold out. They cleaned the mold off the bathroom walls but said they couldn’t do anything more to the shower floor and would regrout it AFTER we checked out…no good to us! We asked for towels in the room and the garbage to be taken out of the room and only got the towels late the next day when we went to the reception desk and demanded them, also leaving them the overflowing trash bag on their front reception desk. The worst service we have ever experienced!!!

We used the pool and dried off with the towels outside. But water still got on the floor in the lobby areas back to our room. Not a big deal but maybe a pathway that is waterproof so no slips and falls occur with other guests not using the pool.

The staff was outstanding. Mark, the rooftop bartender was absolutely terrific!! Front desk was always very friendly. We were right off the elevator on St Patricks weekend so lots of loud people getting off and on. Eventually everyone goes to bed and you can sleep in.

If cleanliness is your thing, go elsewhere. My feet felt like they were sticking to carpet and all floors. Hallways smelled of drugs and room stunk of cigarettes. Stairwells were dirty. If your into super 8 type places, this is perfect but triple the price.

The property was good , how ever they had plumbing issues and caused out sink to be clog for 3 days . We had to brush out teeth in the kitchen sink in our room. Other wise it was a great stay. Also the breakfast cold be better. Every morning it was the same items .

Fortunately, I was paying minimum 350 a night and two different nights I complained of roaches just you know I don’t wanna say too much because some of the staff at the front desk were so amazing to me and tried to do the most they can but of course you know it’s up to corporate, so I’ll just leave it at that

I have been having to every day do a stay over because for some reason they won’t let me do an extended stay which as a Hilton Honors member I get a great discount to where I’d be. I’d pay like half the price and so then I’d be getting you know a $50 fee every day then and then the second night I told him there was a roach in the bathroom they came they spread they said all this in that and then embarrassingly enough when I had my kids and my mom come by the first thing they saw was a big roach crawling on the ceiling that my mother even turned to me and said wow for a three $400 a night hotel you have roaches in here so it’s just very very upsetting. You know I just feel like how I’ve had no accommodations know nothing it’s it’s upsetting because you know that I do like it but

After traveling all day, got to the hotel at 7pm only to be told that they could not check us in. The Hilton system was down and they did not know when it would be back online. Staff was very apologetic but we had to hang around until about 9:30pm until we could check in. At about $350 each for two rooms ($700 per night) I was very unhappy.

The room was clean, but the hotel requires updates. All the furniture is outdated and scratched, as are the doors, carpet and paint. It is a very run-down property.

The room bathroom hotel in general needs a complete redo. The inside of the toilet had dark cattail over it from tools to unblock it. The elevator is old and marked up. We had tiny ants in the bathroom. We have stayed here many times over the years and this time we were really grossed out and uncomfortable staying here. We won't be back. I actually spent almost 6 months In the Delray Beach location just back in 2024. I have stayed in this location almost 25/35 times over the years as well. A lot of the time under the name Pam Wilson. That’s my mom. Any ways. Long story short last nights room , room 143 was unacceptable. First things first and not super important , the door handle is broken. Very sloppy. But the problem is that the bed in that room wasn’t even made or the sheets changed from the previous nights guest I imagine. I got in and checked in through Expedia, just like last weekend. Right now I am working in Jacksonville during the week and I have a 9yr old son that lives with his mom during the week and I have started coming down here to Boynton beach every weekend to spend the time with my son. I need a consistent hotel to stay for the next 6months to a year until my job transfers me back to live here permanently again. I couldn’t find the sheets to the bed with my son last night (which by the way I reserved the nicer room and didn’t get it) and when I got in bed I couldn’t find the sheets. So after waking up at 3 am cold I finally realized the sheets were crumbled up at the bottom foot of the bed. (Photos attached ) and I found all kinds of longer hair in the bed after I started to inspect the bed. I or my son at this point couldn’t think of going back to sleep

AC in room didn't work. Stayed at 74 even though set on 68. Reported to front desk at check out. Fitness room was really dirty. Reported to front desk that trash cans were overflowing and floor hadn't been swept in a long time. Elevator was always dirty. Breakfast was subpar even for a Hampton.

I took my granddaughter for a VIP tour at Animal EDventures. Hampton Inn was a great choice to stay the night. We walked to dinner and had free breakfast in the morning.

The room for over 250$ to stay less that 25 hours the rooms are old there thick dust and water damage all on the ceiling I had my bay twins with me and I was happy with the room I saw a nicer hotel right next door I should have canceled and went there.just upset the couch needs a deep clean and I have pictures but I’ll try to post those online.i don’t want to bash yall but for that money people should know what they are getting

I have been using the Hampton Inn & Suites in Boynton Beach for many years to visit my relatives. None of the rooms I have used appear to have been updated during that time. (Reception area and breakfast room have been upgraded.) Room was clean and beds were comfortable. For the last few years I have sought a "Handicapped Accessible" room and requested a walk in shower but keep being given a step in tub which I cannot use. Some of the breakfast food was good (eggs and potatoes). But bacon was chewie all three days and the muffins were stale, waffles were ok. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (and have been with every stay. Location is very convenient. Wish you provided some handicap Accessible Showers, and a little newer look.

I have an elderly in law that is in a nursing facility. I will continue to stay in this fantastic establishment.

Yes, room was very clean. We liked the way the room was divided into a bedroom & small living room to watch tv. Workers at the breakfast buffet were very helpful. Food was also very good.

I stayed one night this hotel. It was ok, interior and elevators were dated. Also, the weed smell hit me in face as soon as I got off the elevator on the 4th floor.

Front desk was amazingly very helpful with everything only good thing you have when you have wiring sitting on the floor from the ac unit you are asking for a law suit btw i am electrician been one for 36 years yes the wires are low voltage but low voltage can kill you too small child or puppy dont believe me search and it will tell you

There was a smell in the room which could have been chemicals and or mold. I had to change rooms at 4am, then just could not stay the second night, Was unable to connect to the internet despite over an hour with technical support. I had to ask for an early departure without staying over. The staff was very understanding and helpful, and cancelled charges for the second day.

The very first day room’s AC was broken. Next day the room I was moved in had a roach in the toilet which I found right after housekeeping was done. The fridge in my new room was dirty and broken. WiFi was terrible, staff said that’s due to changing rooms. There was a fire drill in the middle of the night that disrupted sleep. Upon asking the front desk for a refund, they referred me to the manager. The manager then told me that I’ve to request the refund through Expedia since I booked through them. Then denied any refund due to their policy. I just don’t understand.

This was the cleanest Hampton inn I have been to! If I had to rate anything lower than excellent, it would be the breakfast. It was good, but the meats and the eggs weren’t great, but everything else was great!

The rooms are large and spacious, but they are old and smell like mould and dog. We all ended up sick from staying here. If you suffer from sinus don’t stay here. Great location bfast was really good.

First time staying in a suite with a king bed. Quiet and comfortable.

After a 4 hour drive the last thing you want to have is your room not available yet and waiting almost 30 minutes after being told only 10–15 minutes wait. Sofa bed look and felt dingy. Carpet had marks and worn. Price of stay , did not match environment.

The hotel is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops, very convenient. However, some of the front desk people are rude. One time we all had to go out of the bldg bec the fire alarm went of due to someone smoking in the non smoking floor in the middle of the night which really inconvenienced a lot of people and no body from the hotel even apologized or guided the people or explained what happened. Poor customer service. The front desk when asked about certain questions responds very hauty and rushed- makes you feel like why did you call them or ask for help- they are the front desk they’re supposed to help! The house keeping staff was very nice though. The elevator broke down too 2x during my 1 week stay there. Them police came as well during this time, coz one of the previous customers overstayed and causing a scene by the pool. If it weren’t for the very convenient location and free breakfast. I wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay here.

In the morning the lady at breakfast room was not at all friendly - when I asked if they had whipped cream for the waffles she just said NO! Not "I'm sorry we don't" or "No ma'am" Just abrupt NO! When I returned to my room in the afternoon I noticed the housekeeping was just coming around but hasn't serviced my room yet. I politely asked for 2 bath towels and to my surprise I was told NO. How is it possible that the housekeeping person didn't have any more towels? She said my room wasn't on her list and I had to request the service in advance. I called the front desk and she said I was not required to request the service and she would send someone with towels. Later on a woman came to bring me towels but her demeanor was angry and hostile, saying the Front Desk was wrong, housekeeping is every other day unless the guest requests otherwise. How nice for the environment but it would have been nice if I was given consistent information from different people. Overall it seemed like employees weren't happy with their jobs and I didn't feel welcomed AT ALL.

Fire alarm went off at 3am, we had to evacuate with our kids. No fire. There was no apology or credit offer either. Also couldn’t do laundry since the credit card machine was down on the washer and dryer. Staff was not friendly. One looked like I annoyed her when I asked a question and the other looked like she was annoyed at the world every time I walked past the front desk. She also looked at me like I was a massive inconvenience for asking for pool towels. I apparently got the last two available, which is also an issue. One time in our 3 day stay was there enough towels for my party of 4.

Toilet issues with over flows 3am alarm someone smoking in room

We all had issues with the kitchen attendant. She appears to be racial. Whenever we are in the kitchen, a heavy feeling and discourteous towards dark skin people were experienced. On the other hand, white people was attended to in a different manner. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. Reception staff were excellent.

The hotel was OK, but the heat of some of the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Probably will not stay there again.

The check in staff was friendly. The breakfast is nice, but we were placed in an adjoining room, and the walls are thin, so bring a sound machine.

When we got there check in was easy, however when we got to the room the door to the bathroom did not close properly and you had to slam it multiple times and lock it to get it to close. Housekeeping also did not clean our rooms properly we request ed that it’s cleaned everyday, we noticed that our trash was left not emptied and they did not vacuum nor change the sheets and blankets on the bed. When we called and requested housekeeping stated that they did change the bed I knew that they hadn’t since I had a lipstick stain on my pillow case and sheets and it was still on the sheets, well the assistant manager came up and we explained that our sheets had not been changed(we had already been there for two days and they hadn’t changed it) they actually brought back the sheets but wanted us to change them ourselves, now I don’t mind doing things myself but where I pay for service I expect to be serviced you know. I wish this was it but it wasn’t our last night in the room next to us checked in a family with children that’s not an issue except the disturbance for HOURS screaming and yelling, banging on the connected door we had to the room and jiggling of the doorknob. We had to call the front desk and complain twice all in all the stay was not ideal and I will not be staying here again. I will contact Expedia for an accommodation or at least if not a refund partial since Expedia recommended this hotel to me.

The ceiling had 2 leaks. It was not repaired but there was a mound around the leaked area. Some dry wall and paint will make this perfect. Sorry I studied engineering and dont like to see sloppy work.

This property is convenient, even if it does have that basic Hotel decor. The staff is very respectful, cooperative and pleasant. Breakfast was not special, but the coffee was hot and plentiful.

Had a room on the first floor near the elevators.. It was labeled handicap accessible (hearing). I assume because of the proximity to the elevators and the meeting rooms.. Not so good for those not hearing impaired. Room was very small and building felt tired, in need of renovation.
