    There is a charge for breakfast. Sink was slow to drain. Room safe locked by previous occupant. Phone and electrical outlets between beds did not work. Staff was attentive. Nice location with plenty of restaurant choices

    Very pretty and clean hotel, amenities were clean and very organized the only bad thing was the internet, wifi was terrible and very difficult to access so because of that I wasn't able to even look at Netflix YouTube or anything that required a strong wifi connection Besides that is a good hotel to stay.

    I loved my stay at the Marriott. The staff was very professional and helpful. A beautiful location and very comfortable. My only issue was the loud doors slamming when closing. I will be using this hotel again in the future

    The people at the bistro were great! My rate included breakfast which was exceptional. Lauren at the front desk was hospitable and tried to make up for a not great experience during the stay I checked in on a Thursday night and was put on the party floor,. Wedding, prom whatever..Doors were slamming constantly and then a dog barked continually. I called the front desk and was moved. I get to the new room and the key didn't work. Got the key issued resolved and the deadlock didn't Work properly.. I had to call to figure out the secret, i t was a problem getting out as well. Was told they knew about about the problem and it was scheduled to be fixed. The hairdryer didn't work, the coffee pot had no filter rendering it unusable. The tissue box had tissues stuffed in the top and then it was empty. I went out for the day and when i returned my key was deactivated. Went to the desk and Lauren comped me a small bottle of wine to make up for the inconveniences. It was one aggravation after another Im thankful it was only a two night stay. It was not what I expected from a Marriot and I would think twice about booking with them again

    The hotel is too cold - lobby, room, fitness center. The a/c is our room 417 is leaking outside - saw this on our balcony outside. Towels for the pool are quite small. Parking lot - a few spaces need to be repaved. Staff is fantastic!

    Im giving this property a one‑star rating. The cleaning staff was rude. I asked for towels—the person simply pointed at the cart instead of helping. I asked two other employees if they spoke English, and they claimed they didn’t, even though it was obvious they understood me. The bathroom was filthy, and the tub filled halfway with water while I tried to shower. The patio door didn’t lock properly, and the only way to secure it was by propping a bar in the frame. I couldn’t wait to check out. This stay was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money

    Location is fantastic, and the employees were nice Outdated and run down. Our balcony door didn’t even lock, but we were so tired and got in late that we didn’t want to complain. We ended up sticking furniture against the door and hope for the best. We called for sheets because the pull out couch was bare for our daughter. The brought 2 fitted sheets and no top sheet. The doors were chipped, our curtain to the balcony had tons of holes in it. The AC rattled because it was broken. Dusty and had small ghost ants. I was disappointed after being charged $230 for one night. We love Marriott, but this was subpar to our previous stats with bonvoy.

    From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed as if I was family. Every conversation I had with anyone was like having it with close family. The ladies in the morning at the coffee bar, the bartender Mollie, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a more better experience

    I like that it had a cheaper price point The customer service was horrible. I paid before I went to the hotel and when I got there at 12am in the morning from driving hours. He told me that he needed my payment and he couldn't give me a room nor look at my phone for anything. Someone from bookings called and he was getting smart with her. She made him give me somewhere to stay. He only gave me a night for one night. When they got it straight the next day my key wouldn't work that night when I returned. That same man was there and wouldn't give the person who checked in with a key to get into our room. Very poor customer service. Then when I checked out they said I will get a refund of a certain amount. I never received the refund. ?

    It was a good stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had to ask for more pillows. The balcony door was old and difficult to open and close. We went to use the spa and someone tripped the circuit breaker and it wouldn’t turn on. It took awhile for someone to come and reset. Overall it was a pleasant stay and location was good.

    Pool area was awful! There was actual yellow police tape wrapped around the pool stairs like a crime scene. The hot tub are was filthy. People come to Florida to be warm and relax by the pool and I didn’t (wouldn’t) use it once! Very disappointed. Room was fine service was good but pool…YUCK!!

The walls had splatter on them. The balcony they described. The door wouldn’t even open the glass door was filthy. Also white matter was on the couch the footstool and the trashcan not quite sure what that was and did not want to know. They moved us to another room. Not sure if we got that room because we booked it through Expedia, but will not do that again. I think we get the crappies rooms because we use that third-party.

No batteries in the TV remote. 4. Room refrigerator was unplugged and warm 5. Shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain, standing water when showering. 6. There was a large hole in the base of the wall, that looked rotted. 7. No complementary coffee in the lobby. Just an overall disappointment especially for the excessive rate of $400 night with taxes and fees. I will never stay at a Marriott property ever again or use Expedia. Will book direct from now on.

Visited Florida for R&R, cemetery visit, never again at the Marriott !! My opinion should have gotten a bigger discount, obviously it’s not about the customer service it’s all about the profit

    The location is excellent due to the fact that it was in the back end of a shopping center. So I had access to everything from department store to pharmacy, fast food and restaurants The rooms bathroom had cut marks on the vanity from either the previous patrons it just looked like it was overlooked by cleaning stuff. Other than that the room was great

    I love this hotel! When I can get it at a good rate, I always choose this location. They have recently remodeled, and it's beautiful. The staff is 15 out of 10! The lady who makes breakfast even remembers my order! not a single bad thing to say about this location.

    Everything was good. Check in/out was fast and easy. Did gave a welcome bag for everyone. The reason why I’m giving four stars is because of two reasons: one the shower head are weak even if you change the settings and two provided a fridge but would also like a mini microwave

And I was there for three nights and one of the nights with plans of spending the evening inside and eating at the bistro there was a sign up at about 2 o’clock in the afternoon that it would be closed that night Other than that I honestly have no complaints.

    The entire hotel is undergoing renovations. The room was completely updated, freshly painted, contemporary furnishings and spotless clean. However, the television did not work and the AC was set to 68 and could not be adjusted. I could turn the AC off but the temperature could not be adjusted so we decided to settle for the room being a little cold as opposed to being hot if we shut down the AC. It was late and we were tired and did not feel like calling for maintenance and all of that. It was just one night stay. This could have otherwise have been a 5 star visit.

    I wish I would have know they were in the middle of a renovations. I would have book elsewhere. The bathroom in the room had hair in the shower, soap skim around the group lines, black mold in the bathroom and all over the terrace. The pool and hot tub was uncleaned with debris scattered all around. There was only one operational elevator. A housekeeper repeatedly tried entering the room across from our secretly, leaving us uncertain about leaving out belongings unattended. Therefore we were not able to enjoy our weekend. I was very disappointed, We expected more from a Marriott.

    There is major renovations going on. Could not find the main entrance easily. Had to walk through halls of painters. So the first impressison was poor. However, the staff was great, check in was quick. Food was pretty good. The room was very clean and neat, but not able to adjust the temperature. Staff cam in and changed it for us, but would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature as we wanted at different times.

    Hotel is under renovation with a very strange smell in the hallway leading to the lobby. Our desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. Our room had no been cleaned well at all. There was hair throughout our bathroom with a white powder under the bathroom sink. There was a tiny blue pill on the floor by the pull out couch. More hair and a dust ball on the floor. No body wash in the shower, with low amounts of shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

    Front desk staff are excellent, far superior than most, the major construction entrance, seems to be at a snails pace, even in good weather, exterior, they’re saving Grace was the front desk, this was business and personal travel, working on a book and the interior space around the pool are excellent, the general manager has his work cut out for him, the common areas were not freshened up in five days. The air conditioning is sufficient, but antiquated. Food not so great but kind staff. Some of the bad seem to be replaced Internet good, Uber.

    I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the checkin staff was during a difficult time in my life. Chaira at the front desk was so friendly the first time I checked in when I was down to tend to a sick parent. When I had to come back a few days later after my mother passed Chiara remembered me and was so pleasant and kind. She made me feel better on a day that was difficult. I was able to get an early checkin and Chiara and Emilia were very helpful and delightful. I was comfortable the first time I was here and that made a why I chose this hotel for my return trip

    I would NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I got BEDBUGS, from there of course they told me there weren’t any after I showed pictures of my arm, and my doctors papers stating that’s what it was!! And the worst thing after I told them what room I was in, they said they had people in there and would get the pest control people in there after they checked out!! That’s just wrong!! It’s a health violation, and it’s Disgusting! So if you were in room 119 on June 4th 2025. I really hope you were lucky and did not get them!!

    The staff was great, I arrived extremely early and asked what was the earliest I can check in and she let me check in right then and there around 9:30. I was exhausted from flying and walking through the airports.

    Firstly, my room was not properly cleaned, as I found hair in the shower and an unpleasant smell. When I raised this with the front desk, the response was less than satisfactory. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable interaction with an older gentleman at the front desk regarding my new reservation. His handling of my credit card was concerning, and I felt dismissed when I requested to speak with a manager. He told me that no manager wasn’t on site
