Best Western Plus Bowling Green

Had a clean room, air worked great(had my room feeling like an igloo and I was so happy for that after a long day at the ball field!) lady at checkout was friendly and prompt in our checkin, gentlemen was kind when we checked out. Pool was great for the kiddos to cool off.

Location was great. Nice clean facility. Friendly staff. Noisy people above us. Carpet was a bit dirty. Breakfast wasn't really breakfast more like fast food.

Clean looking room Ceiling in bath tube are was peeling.

This is a no frills hotel. Nothing fancy, but beds were comfortable and location was great. Your basic breakfast but filling.

Nice hotel close to attractions and reasonable price.

Nice staff and clean room. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The only complaint is that the EV charger was out of service and that was the main reason I booked the reservation there.

Wonderful staff that went above and beyond! Hotel overall is a bit out dated. Found a spider in our room and a stain on one of the sheets. Breakfast was just okay. Loved the soap provided in the room and shower! Overall it was an okay stay especially for the price.

A good place to stay

I was hesitant at first because it was a BW, but the reviews were great and for the value, why not? My husband was in town to disc golf and I just wanted to shop. We met back here at the pool. It was relaxing, clean, beds were comfortable! And the staff was exceptionally nice! And the breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Definitley trust the reviews and stay here for a quick, clean, inexpensive stay!

Dirty rooms and unaccommodating staff!! So I checked in @best western on around 7pm the room was dirty and not well maintained plus a body odor smell so I asked to look at another room and the next room shone to me was worse and said they didn’t have any other rooms so hesitantly I took the 1st room and she said she will send the cleaning crew the next day. Then that pm at midnight something started leaking from the ceiling so we called the front office and they brought a bucket to put under it??however, it had leaked all over the bed so we refused to stay on a wet bed, they offered us another room that was really far from the elevators I am disabled and so is my 8year old So the next morning I spoke to the front desk manager Hanna, she argued with me told me that her staff said I did nothing but complain since I checked in?? So if there was nothing wrong I wouldn’t complain!! Then I asked for a refund and she sad I booked through a third party so no n I asked for her manager she said the won’t help you!! Then the next day I asked if I could have a late check out she told me for a $30 I could check out at 1pm I paid it we needed the extra time. I will never stay at a Best Western again or would I book through hotels.com they gave me a $50 credit to my onekey and I had already used my onekey to book so not acceptable just sad…

The room had some cosmetic issues like dirty walls, broken tile, and it had a weird smell, but the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Very well maintained Breakfast area. And Full breakfast offered . Traffic noise (Close to Interstate) WE simply ran Fan on constant to alleviate the noise. For the Money. This Motel is still a Good choice.

It was a clean and tiny rooms. But it did the work for a good night sleep!
