my stomach medicine was taken from my room. the lobby smelled terrible. front desk staff was rude. the only person nice to me and my son was the server in the restaurant.

Very comfortable beds. Nice clean hotel. The restaurant is top notch!

We stayed only one night as a stopover during a longer trip. The room was ready, attractive, spacious, clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. The restaurant downstairs was reasonable and convenient for a quick dinner after a long day. The included hot breakfast the next morning also very good and convenient. Definitely felt we had picked a winner for our purpose!

I loved the location because of the proximity to some major shopping. The breakfast was good. I would have liked to have towel bars in the bathroom and using the iron was cumbersome because it was attached to the ironing board.

Great area for this hotel. Close to the highway and 8 minutes away from the mall. Staff was really nice during check in. Really clean inside and outside the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend people to stay here as well.

Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!

The breakfast was ok. The food on the hot table wasn't as hot as I would've liked, and the juices were either watered down or some type of sugar free juices. The coffee was amazing. ? And the location excellent and there is a Starbucks in Targets in the strip mall behind hotel. I really don't have any complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our only problem was a barking dog in the next room, which the staff promptly took care of, once we called their attention to the matter. The breakfast was good, but if you are an oatmeal lover, be prepared to make do with packets of instant oatmeal. I wished there was a nice hot pot of oatmeal to enjoy instead. My husband and I both noticed an absence of fresh fruit, with bananas the only choice. While the breakfast was a little disappointing in those respects, the dining area was clean and inviting and the staff was helpful.

I prefer to always stay here. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that is located righted in front of a shopping plaza. If you need anything, you can walk right over to Target or Burlington. The breakfast is always good as well.

Good for an overnight stay, good location and room was a decent size. Free parking a bonus. Breakfast finishss at 9 so we didn't bother but plenty of options nearby.

Parking not safe and there was very loud music making it hard to sleep on the first night.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I would say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It was quiet, clean, safe, convenient. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold items. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is exceptionally clean in spite of its age and the staff are excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel restaurant is a very pleasant experience. We sincerely appreciate the service we received from Ms. Vickie.

Was charged for the never made it there money tooken out my account. Call comfort inn asking why was I charged man said check your confirmation number and hung up on me!!!

1st the room was a connected to another room (conjoined by a door) . 2nd the room was very near the elevator. But otherwise everything was acceptable.

The breakfast was okay. I did not have much of it though. I was late for breakfast.

The check in was easy. The front staff were so nice! The room was so clean and the temperature was perfect. That bed was extremely comfortable. I did not avail myself to breakfast but I did try the cheesesteak egg rolls, which were so yummy! It was quiet and safe. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast is great with many options included. Claudia, the kitchen staff is very helpful when she saw me in the wheelchair by myself and right away offered to help me.

All of the staff we encountered were great! Kind, courteous, and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was as to be expected- plenty of options, and was kept up.

Except for a hardwater stain in the toilet, the room appeared clean and smelled fresh. I did my usual strip the beds, clean the bathroom, wipe down ALL surfaces (counters, tables, remote control, telephone, handles, light fixtures, and the leatherettte chair), and sprayed Lysol. The wipes came back clean. Breakfast included a variety of food, the attendants were attentive, and the food was very good. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was with the directions; we couldn't find the hotel and had to call for assistance.

We stay here due to proximity to family, and usually have nothing bad to say, but this time around we were disappointed with our room. There was a dirty towel in the closet when we checked in and one of the pillow cases was dirty as well.

Desk staff was SO friendly and helpful with suggestions on food, coffee, best travel routes in the area, etc. I felt recognized and welcomed as me, not just "another customer".

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and very ample. My room was clean and comfortable. After returning to the hotel from a full and tiring day, the maid had done a beautiful job. Felt wonderful to crawl between the crisp clean white sheets of an impeccably made bed.

I liked the LVP flooring. It seemed cleaner than carpeting. I liked the simplicity of the hvac and the fact that it worked properly. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was soft and clean. I liked that there were many outlets to charge all our devices. The breakfast was very good. What more could one ask for?

Did not like the fact I had to walk a lot to my room. As my wife and myself we Tired from long drive. There was no coffee availble. Coffe is free every hotel all day. Room was clean

This is as the third year we have stayed. Just like the last two, no issues whatsoever. Staff is friendly. Check in was easy! Rooms are always perfect!

The only reason I dont give 5 starts is because room air conditioner. It turned on and off every few minutes - short cycling. Other than that, nice and quiet hotel.

Everything was good except breakfast. There were no allergy friendly options.

This place felt unsafe. There was a couple verbally fighting in the lobby and the man threatened to hit his female partner several times and the lobby clerk did not call the police stating he couldn’t do anything unless the disagreement turned physical.

The staff here was very nice, the hotel was nice. It was a very hot day and we had been out at Six Flags in the heat all day. I booked a king room, the air conditioning did not work, they told us they did not have any other king rooms, they gave us a double bed room and we are not a small couple the second room the air conditioning did not work. Finally room number 3 had a working air conditioner. Staff did what they could with what they had and told me to take it up with Expedia since I booked through them. Rooms with non working ac: 617 & 138. Finally room 503 had a working ac.

I was definitely confused with the coffeemaker being in the bathroom. That's nasty. There weren't any non pork options at breakfast. They need more breakfast options and fresh bread and pastries.

Regrettably, my stay at this hotel was not enjoyable. A distinct formaldehyde odor was detected on the first and second floors. The room floors were excessively soiled. Furthermore, I discovered shoes inside the bathroom, which likely belonged to previous guests. Additionally, the hallway rugs required vacuum cleaning and potentially shampooing. Based on these observations, I do not anticipate returning to this establishment in the future.

The check-in people were friendly, my room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and I there were no issues with checking out.

This is my preferred hotel when I stay in the area. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. And the beds are so comfortable!!!! I get some of the best sleep here.

Friday night: There appeared to be a hotel full house with only one person working at the front desk. So, I read the posted sign at the front desk and waited in line until she came back. 2. Why does Wi-Fi required a full sign in with your personnal information, ie: full name, address...for free access. 3. I do not believe there are operating hour posted outside of the bar/breakfast area.

The staff were outstanding. The gals who checked me in the first night were welcoming and professional. Later during my stay, the front desk gal with the cute pigtails in her hair came all the way to the back entrance to let me in when my card wasn't working, and brought me two new cards. Can't say enough about the tremendous staff at this property!!!! Five stars!

Room seemed clean - but socks got extremely dirty - so floors were clearly not clean. Towels smelled terrible - like burnt. So felt dirty again after showering. 1 of the packets of coffee were opened already when we arrived. Halls were noisy up to and past 11:00 pm. A dog was continuously barking. Breakfast was nice - well stocked and lots of great options - however the staff working the breakfast were not at all friendly.

Clean enough. Nothing fancy and the price was great.

Layout was a bit odd but otherwise great stay

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a sign of an old ceiling leak. Ceiling was bubbled. Otherwise the stay was great!

The entire staff was polite and helpful. Ms Vickie from the restaurant made us feel at home like she was taking care of her children. My husband and I feel in love with her one day one. We will definitely come back to stay in the near future.

We spent two nights there. Check in was great. Didn’t use the buffet, but we were surprised that you can’t take your breakfast to your room. Room was clean and housekeeping staff was on their game. Requested a late check out and was told to call in the morning, called twice in the morning and was told I had to talk to the day shift and when I called back at the given time, day shift hadn’t start yet. Gave up and checked out and went to our last day of the tournament.

From the minute we entered till the minute we departed, you felt welcomed and appreciated for staying at their hotel. Couldn't ask for anything better than that and the outside pool is amazing

I loved that the room did not have carpet. They had lvp floors. Also they had a sofa which was leather, nice and clean. There was a rubber mat for the tub which made it safer. Overall clean and modern. And the dress breakfast buffet was great

I do wish the breakfast had more fruits instead of just bananas. But honestly, no complaints here.

Clean, luxurious bed, good restaurants nearby. AC was a liitle loud. Breakfast offered creamed chpped beef on biscuits, if that's your thing. Instant oatmeal available. Cooked oatmeal would be even better, as well as a high fiber cereal such as Raisin Bran. Coffee was very good!

We really appreciated the restaurant's lounge staying open until after 9PM, and liked its bartender. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also liked the breakfast at the restaurant. We did NOT like the lack of towel racks in the bathroom (only a double hook on its door).

College visit and tour. Nice area and very quiet. Breakfast buffet is outstanding.
