Elegant, historic, clean, gorgeous hotel with amazing staff. Spruce Restaurant is exceptional. We have stayed here at least 10 times. Live jazz music! Nothing.

Gorgeous historic hotel in the heart of Boulder. You feel like you're stepping back in time. Friendly and helpful staff- we wish we had more than one night there!

Unique and special. Great lobby. Clean, functional design. Much more seating space in the room than the usual hotel. Great freezer/refrig in the room. Even a small gear shop with lots of the essentials. No free breakfast and we didn't miss that mad rush. It would be nice to have a workout room.

Fantastic location close to Pearl Street. Hotel and valet parking seemed pricey given the size and age of the rooms. License 1 speakeasy below the hotel is a great place to meet and enjoy cocktails and music. Staff was friendly and great!

The location was perfect. I did not have a car, so being in the middle of town and being able to easily walk around was great! I loved the historic building and all the interesting displays. The room was a little small, but understandable since it was historic.
