In the bathroom, the toilet barely flushed and the shower faucet handle was one of the most confusing things I’ve ever experienced. Despite the labels, you had to turn the water all the way (350 degrees) to what looked like the off position to get hot water. Otherwise it would be lukewarm and not strong enough Whenever we went to the front desk, one of their computers would be down, different ones each time. Considering the hotel is less than 10 years old, it should be in better condition

Parking was convenient and location was good. Rooms were spacious. Furniture was worn. There was spray on the outdoor patio table. Top sheet of one bed had a 10 inch in diameter shredded hole in it. Left it out for the housekeeping but when they serviced the room, they made the bed without any top sheet and left the ripped sheet where we left it. HVac was loud when running and the room warmed up quickly in between hvac cycles making it very difficult to sleep. One of the worst nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel. Booked the room for 4 people only 3 towels, requested additional. Second day only 2 towels were replenished. No glasses, just paper cups. Items used in the “coffee bar” were not replenished. We were dissatisfied by the condition of the room and lack of attention to detail for the guest experience. The large hole in the sheet and housekeeping not noticing and housekeeping over looking how many items should be in the room for number of occupants is something we’d never expect from Hilton .

Everything was good except that some of the accessories in the room is old and needs update. Breakfast and happy hour was excellent and the staff was really helpful and friendly

Location was great so I’d stay here again but try a room on the higher floors. Also not sure about there taste in art. I guess it is Boulder ;)

Very nice, filling. Good start to the day. The faucet in my bathroom, did not deliver hot or warm water. Small inconvenience, shower was fine.

This was substantially nicer than other Embassy Suites I've stayed at for work. The location is great, centrally located, and the amenities felt new and thoughtfully done. There was great automated communication throughout but our check in was with a young guy who was particularly pleasant. All in all, a great place to stay when you're in Boulder.

Also the hotel was close proximity to the shops and downtown areas. I would have liked the coffee to be accessible longer in the morning.

Breakfast was great! The lighting in the bathroom was wonderful. It was easy for me to apply my makeup. Most hotels have poor lighting for that.Also the pillows were the best!!!
