It was nice, however I was awaken early in the morning with heavy pounding on the floor above me. It went on for over an hour and I couldn't go back to sleep. If I book again, I will request a room on the 4th floor. The noise, I could not sleep..

The goodie bag on arrival was a nice touch.

Super clean hotel. The staff was great. Greeted me right away and didn’t have a problem with me checking in a bit earlier. It had a good breakfast menu and kids ate free!!! That was nice. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Ok, the room itself was bigger than expected. There were some suspicious handprints on headboard, the TV was mounted crooked. The upfront lady was rude when asked for towels for pool. The waiter for restaurant approached us when we sat, we told him we needed a min and then he ignored us after that. We left to find food somewhere else. Kids in room above us woke us early in morning from stomping around and someone had a dog barking in their room for an hour at 11pm. Overall, wasn’t the worst but definitely could have been better. The restaurant isn’t what it looks like on website, it’s just a section off the check in desk

I chose this location because I've stayed here before. The hotel is located in close proximity to Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland and Redmond. I was visiting friends in those locations. Also, it is very quiet because the hotel is in a semi-residential area surrounded by trees. There is easy access to SR 522, I405 and other major highways, but it is also easy to get around without getting on any highway. It's a short drive to any of the aforementioned locations with restaurants, stores, etc. It's a very convenient location while being shielded from highway noise. The bathroom was sparkling clean as was the room. The bed was very comfortable and having a couch to sit on while watching TV at night made the room more comfortable. Because I was traveling without my spouse, I would have preferred a room on the second floor or above. I don't like to be on the ground floor when I'm traveling alone. Next time, I will remember to make that request - it wasn't the hotel's fault because I didn't ask. The floor isn't carpeted which doesn't bother me because the room was clean; however, for that reason, it's good to have slippers or clogs with you.

Very nice location, and property for its age. Staff was extremely friendly, I believe Pam was the bame of the staff member who gave excellent customer service. She said she only works weekends. Anyway, she is very friendly and personable. The property and rooms are very clean, carpets could be replaced. Overall a great place to stay.

Room was spotless and grounds the same way, A gift bag with 2 waters and energy bars and 2 fresh baked cookies were given when checked in. Quite overnight.

I liked the restaurant and the pool facilities. It made feeding and entertaining my daughter simple. The hot tub was out of commission for a day, and it seems the jets do not function well due to some hard water issues. It would be nice to see the hot tub fully operational but it didn’t detract from our very pleasant stay

Review for twin suite room #420: walls are thin - heard noise all night. Window doesn’t close completely so it was cold and added extra road noise. There is no one at the front desk at 8:30 PM so there was a line of people waiting and when she finally appeared, she was quite rude. Lighting is terrible. Only pluses were that the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

This was the first time my little family and I stayed at a hotel and it was a great experience. Thank you to all the people who work there you all are amazing and do a great job.

My check-in host was the best. She was so friendly and pleasant.

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Example, we were able to check in the following day, instead of the night of. They accidentally gave us someone’s room and quickly corrected it. We got a free meal for two as a result. This particular Holiday Inn is older, so it’s not as nice as others that have been built since 2014.

Affordable and Comfortable

Our stay was pleasant and the staff was too. Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and the elevators were BOTH out of service. I've had recent knee surgery and this was a very difficult trip down the stairs with me struggling not to fall or re injure my knee.

Room was very musty, damp smelling. Seemed to be fairly clean though. It was an adjoining room and was very noisy through the door. Nothing terribly wrong, just not really a high quality hotel. People were very friendly and helpful when I interacted with them

Rooms were not sound proof. AC was not working well. Property and room was clean. Location was accessible to amenities in the area.

Mostly great, just a few things.. there was no bartender at this location, so I couldn’t get a cocktail after a long day of traveling. The food was okay, service was terrible. It was the same server and chef. He did his best. Also the fire alarm went off at about 11pm or so.. for about 20-30 minutes I think. We evacuated but with zero instructions from staff. We weren’t told anything about what happened, no apologies or anything. We were falling asleep when it happened. The room was great though, comfortable beds, clean room. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unbearably hot. The place was clean and in a safe and beautiful location.

Checked in after dark. The worst case of location I've ever experienced in my life. There is no lit signage at night at the driveway entrance. There is no indication that there is even a hotel here. Every single street lamp in the parking area was turned off. No way to see the facility from the street. Took over 30 minutes once in the vicinity to find the place. Only light was at the front door entrance. Of course after parking (in complete darkness) it wasn't until approaching the front entrance that there is a lit sign on the facing of the building when looking up from the front entrance. This is hidden completely at night by all of the large trees obscuring any visibility of the building. If you decide to stay at this hotel DON'T arrive after dark because you will be completely lost. Even iphone App Maps will not lead you to the front of the building. Tried it 5 times. The App Maps te4ll you you Have Arrived... with no visibile cues that you know where to go next. What a complete cluster F**k! Unacceptable. Worse than 1 Star. A complete ZERO!

I have to say that the staff at this property made the stay. The facility itself wasn't what I would expect from a Holiday Inn - even express. The vinyl floors and lack of any or decoration on the walls made the room echo. There aren't many amenities around the property and the on-site restaurant was closed.

Check in was easy, employees were all friendly and smiled. The only thing we didn’t like was the odd smell in the room. Clean, but just a little weird.

I expected way more out of a hotel like this for the price. I will not be staying here again. The staff tried but they just could not help. This ruined our vacation as waking up exhausted without sleep and trying to get up to go site see is impossible.

Terrible odor everywhere in the property. Breakfast was served late everyday. The manager refused to talk to us to process a refund that everyone had agreed to. Avoid at all costs.

This was one of the best service experiences I have had in at least 20 years. The manager and staff were courteous and friendly, resolving all requests quickly and politely. Would absolutely recommend staying here to other families. The room was spotless and quite large.

I specifically booked a 2 queen bedbroom with couch that turns into a bed for my family of 5. On check in, front desk staff told me there were no queen bed rooms available for the night.Only a 1 bed king with couch. I attempted to call the hotel manager with no response. So, we had to make due. There wernt even any sheets for the couch/bed. The front desk lady did bring us some. I attempted to contact Expedia, whom i booked through, but they were unable to help. I wont stay here ever again. False advertising, no appropriate bedding in room and unreaponsive manager. I have 1 kid sleeping on the floor.

It was a nice convenient area for my family and I. Easy parking, staff was friendly, and it was close to one of our favorite restaurants! Definitely would give this place a try again if I come back to the city.

The bathroom construction was shoddy. The shower insert was cracked in half and sealed together. There was hair on the wall that wasn't wiped away before being painted. The electronic blinds would did not work and eventually fell from the brackets.

Room was a nice enough size, but lighting was a little to be desired. Some bulbs were burnt out in ceiling of the suite so it was poorly lit. Could have had some minor repairs done to walls and floors where needed

The employees were very nice and polite. The breakfast was very good. We appreciated that they offered an option for a firmer pillow. Super clean room, comfortable bed. They offered actual name brand soap and shampoo, which was also great. We will absolutely stay here if we are ever in the area again.

Like other holiday inn properties in the past there is no breakfast at this location if know in advance I would have never stayed and I love holiday inn 1star

The bathrooms were very old and outdated looking, paint clearly old and yellowed. There was a smear of either blood or poop in the wall which was super gross. Super tiny mirror/sink area for a room that accommodates 4 people.

The rooms were dusty but otherwise clean. There didn’t seem to be any noise cancelling thought as we could hear every person walking by as well as the neighbors beside and above our room. The staff was very nice and the outside area was quiet, safe, and walkable for our dogs.

Great hotel. We had a lovely stay very comfortable bed, nice bed sheets, and pillows. They have all the amenities that travelers need. Easy check in and check out. We had dinner at their restaurant and the Manager was really nice and accommodating. They also have laundry room so we were able to wash our clothes.

I’ve stayed here many time however this time the room wasn’t in the best shape. The tub valve plate was dangling. The bathroom sink was dirty and had hairs around it. For $170/night which is way too much, I expect more.

Really outstanding service staff at this hotel. I felt like they went the extra mile to help us out with some little things like a corkscrew and paper plates / utensils for takeout. The courtesy the front desk staff showed us made all the difference on this trip.
