Convenient location, good pool and breakfast hours and great experience with both.

The hotel is new, clean, with parking on premises.

Very noisy doors when closing, despite trying to close very quietly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as no white bread available at all only wheat. Also no milk available for coffee after breakfast time as only creamers/half and half provided.

The entire hotel and grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Lastly, but certainly not the least, the breakfast is the best breakfast, they don't skimp. I can't wait to stay at Holiday Inn Express again.

Overall, a good stay at this Holiday Inn. The included breakfast was better than most places. The food was hot, bacon was regular sliced - not those thin super crispy ones, link sausages were great. Pancake machine instead of waffle maker. Like the trend of no in room coffee maker but going downstairs to lobby to use a coffee machine. Wish they would have a water station in lobby for water bottle refill. Room was good except our air conditioner wasn’t quite working properly. Told staff a/c fan had to be on all night to cool. If not, it’ll cycle off and never turn back on. Repair guy came second day but couldn’t find anything wrong. We were leaving next day so we didn’t push it, but I hope they get it fixed for next guests. Water pressure in shower could be better. But the breakfast was the best part.

First and foremost, the incredible staff is the main reason I rate this hotel so highly. Every single team member provided stellar, caring, and supportive care. Employees who go above and beyond should be celebrated and cherished, which is why I have already relayed the names of these wonderful individuals directly to IHG and Expedia. The average global citizen visits fewer than six countries in their lifetime; as a traveler in the top 1–2% worldwide, I do not give praise lightly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! If I could give 1,000 stars, I would! ✨

Hotel is near grocery stores and shops. It is very clean. Beds were comfy and interior and rooms were modern . My son enjoyed the pool but it was very hot in the pool room. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but sufficient.

Everything was modern and looked really nice here. Despite being a 2-star hotel, I could say it should be higher than that when you account for the cleanliness and availability of all the amenities. Would be staying here again when I visit Bothell!

Great stay

Super friendly staff but wish they would have changed up the omletes (which was like chewing rubber) to scrambled eggs. Oh and i dis find a hair on one of the biscuits so i make sure to throughly chexk the biscuits from that point on. In our bathroom the was leftover poop in the toilet, a used washcloth on the sink, missing 2 washcloths feom the set up above the toilet, and one of the bath towels was half unrolled onto the floor. It was hanging off the cubby that they sit in. By the time i noticed all this i was just so tired from traveling all day to get there. I did get two more bath towels from the front and the lady was super nice. Other than that it is in a nice area just a long drive due to traffic to get back and forth to seattle.

We finally upgraded from the other place across the parking lot and now I'm wondering why didn't do this before! It's clean, upgraded, comfortable, and has a great breakfast. It also has a pool which we didn't use but will in the future.

Staff was nice. I would say friendly. But Nice. The exercise room was very warm and moist. The AC was showing 68F. But felt 80F. Also the exercise room is very cramped. Reorganizing the equipment would help. The work out bench has broken parts and pad has bolts poking up and loose. Had to keep pushing pin in place. I walked a staff person to the room. I would not she did not take notes.

We have been to this property many times, and it does not disappoint. The room was clean and organized. There is an indoor pool and a fitness room. (Which we did not use) There is a big selection at breakfast (included) including pancakes!

Clean room, breakfast food was lukewarm, evening staff was uninformed and not helpful, room service was a complete waste of time and money! Pool was nice, hot tub jets didn't work properly and just splashed water upward. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Nice rooms with plenty of room to get around. Very nice breakfast for a hotel! I lost a family heirloom in our room. In doing a 'deep dive' into the room to try and find my ring, I noticed LOTS of dirt along the baseboards. I also noticed that the sheets on our bad were VERY dirty! Very surprising.

Layout of the hotel was easy to navigate and never took too long to get from lobby to room or vise versa For the entire stay in the lobby there was this perfume like sanitizer smell that permeated the lobby, not only did our entire party dislike the smell, multiple other parties who would pass through it would mention the same thing.

Room was clean, but the refrigerator in the room was LOUD, and cycled on running 10 minutes, off for 5 minutes, all night got no sleep! Parking lot was really small, one side is not lit at night.

Very nice neighborhood hotel popular with freeway travelers. The room was immaculate and recently redecorated/updated. Pool & hot tub were perfect temperatures. Coffee on demand in the lobby is great.

The hallway had a bit too much traffic after 10:00 pm until around midnight with doors opening and closing loudly with people talking a bit too loud. Other than that it's a very basic place to stay that serves its purpose for a short stay.

The rooms were nice and housekeeping was super friendly! Breakfast was amazing the first couple days but the last day there was very so so. We were also told late check was okay only to find out the next day it was not available,frustrating but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay again if im ever back in the area!

The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for our family of 6. The staff were friendly, and it was quiet. The shower had nice hot water and great water pressure.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean but could have used more space for handicapped accessibility. The roll in shower was phenomenal but also leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The blinds were also ripped and open at the top but since it was up higher we let it be.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and updated rooms. Walk-in shower was very nice. The staff were awesome; Rebecca was especially helpful. Quiet, great location right off I405, and bean to cup coffee. Appreciate IHG hotel consistency.

The AC/Heatet was out of order. Even when it was fixed, it was noisy. The bed was also very hard.

The food today was underwhelming. I’ve stayed here before and it is typically better. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Amenities are very good for the price.

Truly the affordable gem you hope to find — no frills but has everything you need (and then some! An indoor pool and hot tub so clean you feel compelled to take a dip! 24/7 good free coffee and hot water for tea! Two bottles of Kirkland water free in your room, plus really comfortable quality desk and furniture, stylish modern room) and is FLAWLESSLY CLEAN! Plus really excellent and kind service that felt human rather than stilted like at “higher” properties. I especially need to shout out Lilia at the front desk who was there for me when I needed help with my room/understood my concerns and found a solution for me that really eased my mind. I felt 100% comfortable and happy to stay here and will definitely be back again!

There were many good things about this place, but the noise and light shining around the place door made it difficult to sleep. Also had trouble it warm enough.

We have stayed here many times. Good price, many dining options, clean, and up to date. We have Lao, lays felt safe.

Room was very clean. Smelled nice. Staff, This stay. Was not very friendly. Heat and cool unit was rattling. I gave a shove and it stopped rattling. Room temperature control no fun. You have to set to 68. So the room will not get over 73 at night. Hade to get up in the middle of the night to adjust. Twice. The showers heads are very restrictive. Hard to get wet. Breakfast was worse than most. The omelets are rubbery, bland and wet. The juice form the dispenser had a chemical taste to it. Could not drink them. Sausage patty's were dry. Almost cracker like. Coffee was good.

On check Emily was epic, as a solo traveler I was concerned about my room and she was super understanding and able to help me switch it up so that I was in a room where I felt as safe as possible on my own.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Whenever I go to Seattle, this is where I stay.

Our check-in was great (very nice front desk clerk) but the staff after that couldn’t care less. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was nice and spacious but it’s not the most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. We couldn’t get our AC/heat to work and told a front desk person. We came back to a snarky note from their maintenance person telling us we had to adjust the temp on the wall unit which we already knew. We wanted to know how to get the fan running!

Breakfast was yummy, with lots of seating! It was fun that they had a riddle printed out and put in the elevator for us to figure out! And the lobby was decorated for Halloween which was fun! The staff was friendly too! And super close to fun restaurants! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Excellent Place.

The room we checked into had a very strong smell of bleach and we tried to stay and see if it would pass but it didn’t so we went to the front counter and they gave us a new room right away. The service was great and breakfast was tasty.

Our bathroom floor was dirty and had ants. The front lobby was small and overcrowded. When I asked the front desk lady if we could have a room on a higher floor, she said there were no rooms left. However, it seemed like she just didn’t want to make the effort to switch us, as I noticed they already had room keys prepared for all the guests in a bin, which felt unusual.

All the staff is really kind, place was very clean and located in the middle of a lot of restaurants and stores.

They appeared to be working with a new system, took quite a while to check in. Overall, the hotel was quite nice once everybody figures out how everything works it should improve. Housekeeping was not bad however they did not refill the coffee supply or remove a dirty tray from the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

Great stay for a work trip. I have stayed at more expensive neighboring hotels and the holiday inn beats them. The staff were all so kind, my room was clean, and the breakfast alternated most days which I really enjoyed. Would recommend and will be back!

Nothing too fancy but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. The one complaint I do have is that hotels are putting soap in shampoo is these wall mounted dispensers which are a pain in the ass. The ones by the sink in the bathroom were especially a pain because they were way off to the side away from the sink because of the mirror. Also, not a big fan of Dove liquid soap products.

Property was clean and safe. Parking was a breeze. Staff was unfriendly and not accommodating. Very annoyed when asked if I could have 15 minute late checkout upon checking in. Rooms were nice and clean but I hurt my foot getting out of bed on a metal prong sticking out under bed frame. Thank you

The only thing I had a slight problem with was how the shower turned on.

They made check in easy for me and answered all questions we had.

It was an amazing stay for me in general specially, their breakfast was incredible. They just need to clean up their pool area a bit better and add a few sandals inside the room for extra comfort. Everything else was so good.

Shower is way too complicated for a hotel. Power went out when I was trying to blow dry my hair. Really? Not a large enough circuit? Convenient Ice Machine outside my room that was broken so had to go to the first floor. It worked but leaking all over and had to step over wet towels. Also, housekeeping vacuuming at 8:45 seems a bit early, especially on a weekend.

Then when we arrived, found out our entire floor was closed ..no air conditioning & trouble with power being out most of the day. We reserved a king bed room, had to move to another floor & could not have a king bed. That was disappointing. Room was ok but it was a poor start & if we had arrived later we would have been turned away!!

This hotel is clean, newly renovated and in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower! They put fresh cookies out at 6 pm and there’s hot water and tea available in the lobby 24x7. The breakfast was okay, no waffles but they did have muffins and cinnamon rolls.

I didn't expect much from holiday Inn but it turns out this is a really nice facility.

Well kept property, the rooms feel new and are very spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable...probably the best hotel bed I've ever had! The breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didnt use any of the other amenties as we arrived late and left early the next morning. Highly recommend!

Staffs are very helpful, lots of little warm add-ons such as the coffee and tea counter and complimentary cookies in the afternoon; Kids corner with blocks and crayons; daily newspaper, Breakfast with grab to go bags and boxes. I am glad I picked this hotels among the others in the same area.

Safe, clean, comfy, quiet, TV/YOU TUBE service, close to everything, superb management, diversity of staff and guests (met people from all over the World), cool promotions and trivias. I hope one day they expand to build extended stay properties with full kitchen, in-suite laundry machines, and shuttle service to train station, airport, malls. I am allergic to smoke and I noted how clean was this property with virtually no smokers pollutting at the entrance/exits. Hopefully smoking will be fully banned near entrances to hotels in WA. This property had it under control.

I really liked how the lobby and room were very clean. The staff were super nice and welcoming. In the mornings the staff would greet us with good morning. One downside was that the pool was closed in the morning for maintenance but the night of my stay I was able to use it till 12:00am! I really enjoyed that the pool setting was warm and not freezing cold. The pool hours are amazing and convenient! Overall I had a great stay.

The property is not in very good shape, not what I would expect of Marriott/Residence Inn

So thankful for this hotel as it is apparently the only one in a twenty mile radius that won't charge you a $300 fee for having a pet with you. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and modern. Safeway is in walking distance so that was nice being able to grab food and other stuff so easily. Would definitely recommend this hotel over any hotels in Redmond, Bellevue, etc.

Very friendly staff! Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great! My daughter lives near and with the whole family staying at her house we decided this was the best option for us and our dog.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was initially given a room facing the parking lot which did not offer much privacy, dark, or quiet, so asked to be moved, which they did and which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offerings are pretty good and the hotel is clean.

Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold oprions. Something for everyone. They even had take out containers and baggies. In case you wanted to take some with you.. or up to your room. Very comfotable beds. There was a power outage when we got back the one night and the staff were excellent. They had flashlights for us to use, and anwered any questions with efficiency. Would stay again.

I was in Seattle for surgery and needed a nice, quiet place to stay before driving back to Montana. The staff was kind, the beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the quietness of the area.

They don't change the sheets smelled so bad i had to sleep in opposite side of bed. I couldn't sleep. I reported in the morning, I was too tied and had to leave my work early due to thier lack of proper sanitation..BEWARE. call the hotel before you go to make sure they change the sheet and towel and the bedsheets and pillow cases so it does not smell orher people sweat. SAD
