Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell

At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me change rooms. But this process took an hour to pack up and unpack in the new room resulting in me not getting dinner until almost 9:30 that night. The remote for the TV in the new room didn't work. Since I switched rooms, I lost access to wifi. The shower panels were either separating with no adequate sealant, or the sealant was moldy. On the days, the rooms were cleaned, it was minimal at best and supplies like coffee were not resupplied The hotel is not soundproofed very well and the noise was very disruptive. There is free parking on site which is a bonus but did not make up for the issues within the hotel.

Room was clean, quiet, beds comfy, shower very clean and nice. Staff at desk and lounge were great! Definitely recommend.

I didn’t eat breakfast there. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Room was ok, the bed covering smelled funny; it smelled like it was sitting in the washing machine for too long and had a mildew smell or it was old sweat. It didn’t look like the cover was replaced after the previous person’s stay. I couldn’t have it near my face because the smell was too strong.

I like parking down in the parking garage and riding the elevator straight up to our floor. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and very nice.

Staff was awesome. Victoria was extremely nice and helpful at check in. The room was clean. However, the bathroom smelled like musty butt really bad. I would highly suggest/encourage a deep clean or bleach before allowing another family to stay in that unit again. Pool looked ran down and hallway leading to it smelled of marijuana.

Despite the hotel being next to a freeway, the room was very quiet. We did request a room away from the roadway. The breakfast was either off a menu or buffet, and it was very good. The service at breakfast was excellent.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast buffet was terrific. Location was very convenient and everything was clean & well maintained. We arrived late and parking in front was not available but the parking garage was almost empty and very convenient. Room was very comfortable!

The staff was absolutely delightful and the facility was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a suite that had two rooms. There were two televisions in it, one television had every channel off-line the other television, which was literally 2 feet away from it. Everything worked just fine. I did let the front desk know twice nobody came up to do anything about it. The bathroom suffers from poor ventilation and there is visible microbial growth on the wallpaper. The website does say breakfast is served on the property. They charge $19 for an adult. We even told them on the website it says $16 and they refused to honor that price. Will not stay here again.

It was a pretty room. All of the housekeeping staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I wish there had been a hot tub.

My room smelled of mold and the grout in the shower had mold. Over all the rooms are a bit worn and shabby.

Guest above us was loud all night. No hot tub at this location, contrary to as advertised. Rooms were tight. Tub drains slow.

Excellent access to many restaurants, fast food, grocery and drugstores. It’s a couple of quick turns from the freeway, but noise was not an issue.

Diamond in the rough. Fantastic hotel in the hustle/ bustle of the Canyon Park area. Amenities were great, staff super helpful. Like this place a lot. Have stayed here twice and will again. Nothing. Anything negative i could contribute would be based on a minor human mistake.

Need high power exhaust fans in bathroom. After showering it was too warm and damp to use mirror. Could not see to apply makeup and hair dryer would not adjust to high speed.

Just an all over great place to stay. Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. Great service and the under ground parking garage was so convenient! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Bothell area.

There was only one staff member on duty andshe was stretched tp the limit in trying to accomodate all guests. Our TV was not set to get any live local TV stations. We learned that the previous guest had the same issue. We were concerned that this young lady was alone overnight and had no back-up for her own security.

The free parking with easy elevator access. The proximity to the freeway, and the size of the room was a definite plus.

The friendly staff and the proximity to my daughter’s apartment. The rooms were very clean and good size. The part I didn’t like was the remote for the TV worked poorly. Big pain!

Quiet and clean. I stayed 3 nights. They did not have room service. When I asked for blanket they hand in to me at the information desk to take to my room.

I was hoping to give them a better review. I purposely picked this hotel because it said it had a pool. I brought my kids on this trip and saved up for it. They were looking forward to swimming but when we went to swim, the pool was under maintenance and wouldn't be running until the following week. They were so bummed. I also woke up sweating to death because our AC wouldn't work. The staff was nice. I really wish they would have specified that their pool wasn't running and the AC was questionable.

The lobby, business center and bar were all under construction. Seems like the rates should be docpubted considering. The bathroom was also dated. Would have been a nice hitel at half the price but thats the last time i wojld stay at a hilton

When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes. When the staff member arrived, he said, “sorry for the wait”. We also asked him about an event that was happening at the hotel and he said he didn’t know about it.

My flight was canceled, so now I can't get a refund.

It was a very nice place and the people were so friendly and helpful. One problem was the construction in the front entrance. But the noise didn't disturb us at all. And it'll be even better when the construction's completed.

Hotel was nice. Room was fine but smelled like smoke. They were even airing it out when I checked in… not sure why they put me in that room when plenty of others were vacant. Would stay again with the hope that it was an honest mistake.

We upgraded our room to a hot tub and we got in and when we turned on the jets we got covers in nasty black mold. We reported it to the front desk and all they said we will let the maintenance people know. When we left got hit with extra charges and the upgrade on the rooms was not what they had told us it would be. But they didn’t care what price we were told they would charge us because we didn’t have it in writing obviously since all I had was my booking price from hotels.com also no breakfast included lol.

King suite had themost uncomfortable bed and bedding was stiff and rough.

Was very difficult to find way to entrance of hotel. Not visible from street. Insufficient signage. None to direct you to enter driveway of the plaza. And then no signage direct you to hotel once entered the plaza. Hotel tucked way in behind tall trees and way in back of the plaza not visible even once in the plaza

We choose this hotel based having a pool to swim in based on the amenities listed for the hotel. However, the pool was not available due to a major construction remodeling. This was not noted on Expedia website. If we had known, we would have booked another hotel. The staff at the hotel blamed Expedia for the lack of information. We were advised that breakfast was also available. However, you had to purchase breakfast and they seemed high on pricing. It would be nice if information shown on Expedia was accurate so we can find a hotel that met our needs and not be confronted with finding our our selection was based on faulty information.

Two of the nights, the bar area was not open due to staffing issues.

We booked a King room and wanted a jetted tub and got 2 queens instead- no special tub. No robes! The hot tub was broken which was one reason we booked this place! Quite disappointed.

This was quite a nice place to stay, with very friendly staff and nice, somewhat secluded location, though there will be some freeway noise if your room faces the front side. There are 2-3 restaurants within a short walk from here. Breakfast was good, but $$. We stayed 3 nights, and would have expected 1 room cleaning, based on their stated every-other-day policy - this didn't happen, so that could be improved.

This Hilton put the garden in Hilton Garden Inn. Freeway is very close but traffic sounds are muffled by all the vegetation. Staff is friendly and helpful. Super clean.

Front desk staff Adrieanna, Ricardo, and Sam were all very friendly and helpful. Room was incredibly clean and well appointed. So quiet and comfortable that I got some of the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!

We were put into a hearing accessible room instead of a wheelchair accessible room. We had to change rooms. Accessible rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floor far from the elevator access. The road noise was terrible. We were told that there would be no servicing on the room for our two day stay

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious room, free underground parking, curteous check-in staff, and quiet room too! Very convenient access to nearby freeways and yet, a sense of being away from it all at their location, it will be a great stay, even excellent restaurants nearby as well.

All the staff here were so pleasant and helpful. I can’t complement the front desk staff enough. The only negative was the pool was out of order and the fitness center did not have supplies to clean machines after use.

Multiple options for food within walking distance. Very close to where I needed to go for the weekend while in town. Friendly and efficient service from hotel staff. Great accommodations for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for a good value and a nice place to stay with family and or friends.
