Great location, small but comfortable room, AC great. Staff delightful, one gal spoke English front desk very helpful.Restaurant next door Tutti Gnocchi excellent. Thank you for comfortable stay, breakfast good too.

Great location; friendly staff (Lucas is a great profissional) Little care about maintenance and bad cleaning. Last time I was there, there were no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. That is a shame because the infrastructure is nice.

The First room that we got wasn't clean at all but they changed it immediately.

The location was perfect. Close to the shopping mall and also to the beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants one can find in the neighborhood. Bus stop in front of the door ( we didn't use it) and metro around the corner. Uber is super reliable, so I suggest skipping metro and bus and using Uber. All compliments to a personal who really is there for guests. The hotel needs to upgrade. Matrases are dirty and worn-out. Some lights in the room were not working. Airco was making a sound, not aloving proper sleep. And then, as all this was not enough, there was a general hotel power outage for the whole night, which meant no airco no TV no mobile phone charging and very poor choice of breakfast in the dark.

The staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is great for public transportation. The Botafogo subway line is just across the street. Good money value. I could hear the other room very loudly in my own room. The bed linens were old and not much comfortable.

Very clean and organized, the room was really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The noise we kept hearing from other rooms, but the staff were very helpful.

Was told breakfast was included when checking in but it seems that was just for the first night so got hit with a bill on checkout. They don't make it clear at all. Early check in was available but it basically cost the same as 70% of another night which is steep.

It was across from the metro station It was so run down Only one elevator was working Beds very uncomfortable and my friend had bedbugs in his bed and room. pillows were filthy. Never changed the bed sheets once during my stay of 6 nights
