Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location and cleanliness, as well as the availability of kayaks and bikes. However, common complaints include issues with parking, noise from the road, and problems with breakfast. Some guests also mention issues with the check-in process and lack of staff on site.
- Great location, often near the water
- Availability of kayaks and bikes for free use
- Limited parking and tight spaces
- Noise from nearby roads affecting sleep quality

What a great little gem. Decor was amazing. Wish I could stay longer
- 5/5
Super clean rooms, Updated and decorated so cute! Very comfortable beds, Staff is amazing. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The phone number that was provided no one answered the phone in the little breezeway ranked to a number that was disconnected
- 5/5
This is a cute little place. The kayaks were fun to use and the bicycles came in handy! You can pretty much walk to a lot of places (including the beach). The view was beautiful and everything was kept clean.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, kind, willing to help get around and do much more. BF was nice, I love a toasted bagel with cream cheese but they have many more choices and the coffee was great too! Very clean room and WiFi was helpful. I loved all the extras. Since our room faced the deck and dock. We saw a dolphin one morning an alligator another morning and other guest were catching fish because they provide fishing reels and I think they provide lures. Also kayaks, water boards and floats and shell sifters too! A nice little hot tub as well. Great place we want to come back to Latitudes again!!!
- 4/5
This location was perfect for our purposes. The back dock area was amazing. Parking was a bit tricky, but worked. Room was clean and all we needed.
- 5/5
Location No beach front
- 5/5
Wonderful experience. Clean, fun, excellent support staff
- 5/5
Great place. Great people.
- 5/5
Very convenient hotel to access Bonita Beach. The hotel staff was friendly, everything was clean, the location is beautiful with a dock on the water if you need to get picked up by a boat!

Lo que no gusto de la propiedad hay 11 cuartos y solo hay 8 parqueos
- 2.5/5
The big problem with the installation is the parking, we spend a lot of work with the parking.
- 5/5
Breakfast was supper nice and very organized.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Second time to stay a week here, and it never disappoints. Staff is amazing and go beyond to help...actually got to see a dolphin in the canal.

- 5/5
Such a quiant spot to relax and look out over the water. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back. Such attention to detail with the plants, fountain, pillows, chairs, etc. to make it feel relaxing and homey.
- 4/5
Cute and quaint worth the stay!
- 4/5
Love this little kitchy place! Will definitely come back to stay when visiting. Love the charm. Staff is amazing!!

Amazing staff,. Thank you 🙏
- 5/5
So good relax
- 5/5
We LOVED this place! Clean, Friendly and super cute! Free activities, close walk to most everything. About a mile from the beach by land. But canoe and kayaks available to go by water!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Lovely boutique style hotel. Right on the water. Had a great stay.
- 5/5
Such a cute little hotel on the water. Great amenities to keep you entertained. Very relaxing. AC was amazing in the room. Bed n pillows need to be replaced is our only negative.
- 5/5
This was a solid choice for an overnight stay near some beautiful beaches. The property is a bit older but well kept. It took us less than twenty minutes to walk 0.9 miles to popular Bonita Beach for sunset. The next morning we took bikes 2.5 miles each way to the beautiful Barefoot Beach (they were free and came with bike locks). The outdoor seating and fireplace on the canal were a nice touch. And the food at the restaurant next store was very good. The only negative is that the free kayaks we used for a sunrise paddle were both subpar (no seats on the kayak) and could have used updating. But overall it was a good choice.
- 4/5
The people we dealt with were very nice and accommodating, but the property didn’t work for us due to mobility issues. Not a good choice for seniors.
- 4/5
Nice spot on waterfront. Good restaurant next door for seafood. Was nice to relax on back deck overlooking water. A little busy with kids and families on the weekend but guests were polite and friendly. Beach was a 20 minute walk down the road. Did not use the bikes and kayaks but saw lots of guests using them. Cute, beach vibe and very relaxed atmosphere.
- 4/5
The internet was intermittent so working from vacation was next to impossible. The staff was quick to respond but took nearly 6 hours to repair due to wind is what I was told. Breakfast was nice and very cute property.
- 3/5
They try really hard to have a beachy vibe and to be welcoming. It's a unique setup where you can sit on the deck and chat with other guests. Morning breakfast and coffee huge plus. However, important to note that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear guests in other rooms sneezing, watching tv, etc. Also, the room smelled a little musty. Not a lot of places to put our stuff. Make sure you eat at the restaurant Fish House next door, that was extremely convenient.
- 0.5/5
Out front on the dock was very cute and could see water Most hotels offer self check in, and a front desk this place didn’t have a front desk room smelled highly of discenfect. But the owner offered a refund with no qualms.
- 3/5
I am a seasoned traveler. Room and bath are very small, no seating and super thin walls. Could hear everything in the other room including snoring. Could also hear the highway. Room 9 was up 13 steep stairs. The private deck with seating overlooked the trash and hvac area for the restaurant next door. Did not smell good. It is a real stretch to call this motel a resort or room 9 a suite. The best thing is the canal front dock with comfortable seating. Breakfast is very basic. It is very clean and well equipped. Bed is ok if you like super soft. Contactless check in and out is convenient. Not what I expected for $300 per night.
- 5/5
Great location with a great view from the dock. Next door to a nice restaurant right on the water. The hotel has e everything needed for water activities and beach chairs. Great experience!
- 5/5
Beautiful property. The room was clean and a good size.
- 5/5
Great smaller facility. Quaint. Water and dock for paddle boarding. Very close to beach. Easy check in. Clean Little more to breakfast but honestly not a huge deal. Parking was kind of difficult but doable.
- 4.5/5
This cute boutique hotel is on one of the canals. The back deck is lovely in the morning, with umbrellaed tables and lounge chairs, as well as lovely for sunset. The room was cozy and surprisingly spacious for the two of us. The Fish House located next door was a fun spot for dinner, our table was pretty much next to the small wall between the restaurant and the hotel! If we were more nimble, we could have climbed to wall to get back to our room! We were only there for one night after visiting our daughter in Naples and taking a weekend in Islamorada with her. We'd stay here again! On a side note, we drove in through the posh neighborhood to Barefoot Beach, which is lovely. Definitely go there if you can. The room had a strong cleanser smell when we first arrived. Come to find it was the plug-in air freshener, and my daughter suggested we take it out of the outlet. Problem solved.
- 5/5
Restaurant next door good for drinks and food so very handy.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. I met the nicest people there. Room was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful on the waterway where you could sit on lounge chairs and enjoy a book.
- 5/5
The location to the beach. They had bikes & kayaks to use.
- 5/5
Great spot, fun rooms, activities, close to beach!!
- 5/5
The room was awesome! Breakfast was setup on the deck every morning. The deck was decorated with several sitting areas. Soft music playing.
- 5/5
Great value and location.
- 3/5
We wish we could give your hotel the rating we wanted to yesterday morning. We woke up rested and really enjoyed most of our stay. The room is cozy and well furnished. The bikes available to ride to the beach are a nice perk. The location was great for all that we wanted to do while we were here. If only we hadn't trusted the kayak. None of what you have on the property is usable and safe. The paddleboard is bent and has no fins. There's a kayak submerged in the water. So we decided to try the tandem kayak, which looked okay. We got out into the bay and realized that we were taking on water. We got about halfway back when it became too much water and we flipped over. My husband gashed his shin and was bleeding profusely, and the only reason we were able to bring your junk kayak back to shore was because we were rescued by a man in a boat from the middle of the bay. Please do not advertise that you have kayaks to use, and remove these hazards from the property, before someone else has a more serious injury than we did. It's crazy that you ask people to sign a waiver to use equipment without ensuring that said equipment is actually functional and safe.
- 4/5
Charming room with a private lounging deck. Breakfast on the water while lounging and watching the beautiful greenery, passing boats and wildlife on the bay.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 1/5
This place is a dump! The heater in the room did not work and we were so cold all night long. There are no staff members on site so when we called about the heater not working we were told to go out into the hall way and go into the storage locker to find a blanket. Really???? The back deck is soft and full of dry rot. The room is so poorly decorated! Cheap ugly pictures on the walls with no cohesiveness in design. The bathroom was so tiny! This place looks nothing like the online photos...it is a dump!!!!
- 4/5
Great view
- 1.5/5
Nice to have breakfast on the outdoor deck. Parking is terrible, cabins too close to the road. Walls are thin in the cabins & you can hear the neighbors very well! The deck feels soft in the back. The cabin 1 by the road was loud and smelt bad.
- 3/5
Room was atmospheric and great location! Equiptment including bikes and kayaks were in poor shape but usable. Continental breakfast was good but no hot foods offered. Room needed pest control in the bathroom. I would recommend the place for a bargain with great views of the dock and water right off the beach and restaurant near by is convenient.
- 3.5/5
Nice waterfront breakfast patio. Good quality food and drink for breakfast. Room was nicely decorated, clean, ample amenities. The smell of either the cleaning products or laundry soap were overwhelming and gave us sore throats and interrupted sleep.
- 5/5
Super cute and convenient location!
- 5/5
Adorable place and great spot near the beach. Enjoyed our stay amd look forward to coming back.
- 5/5
Clean room upon arrival. Smaller than we expected with a small bathroom. The plunge pool, deck and seating area were perfect. We enjoyed the water views and watching boats go by. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the free Hulu as well. A larger refrigerator would be great along with a Keurig style coffee pot instead of the one cup brewing machine. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our overnight stay. We would stay again for a longer period of time.
- 4/5
Would have been a 5 if not for the noisy neighbor next door - but the hotel made amends in the end - so props to them.
- 4/5
Cute place - water front -
- 5/5
The complementary use of the bicycles and kayaks were an excellent bonus. Would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Again…the setting on the canal/bay was stunning!
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The room was nice, clean, really like the pool hot tub overlooking the water. Enjoyed talking to the morning staff Bertha and her Daughter Lucie. They were real intensive with the breakfast bar. Had a really nice time there , will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Perfect place!! On the water, Very clean, amazing staff-3 ladies, amenities are above and beyond, free continental breakfast which is also great! One of the best places I’ve stayed!! Hand downs!!
- 5/5
I'll stay there again, for sure!
- 5/5
Staff very helpful.
- 5/5
Super location charming place, a total hidden gem!
- 3/5
To be honest, our room didn’t look like any of those shown on the website. I’m not a complainer and the decorations were beachy and cute but our bed was not comfortable and there was disintegrating around the air conditioner. The shower floor was made of rocks and hurt our feet. The parking was crazy.
- 5/5
More straight chairs instead of loungers would be good
- 5/5
Amazing place!
- 3/5
It was clean and comfortable, but quite noisy as the walls are very thin. Close to most amenities in the area. Price was reasonable access to the water is limited and a bit difficult for those using paddle boards and kayaks.
- 5/5
Nice waterfront location and fun amenities.
- 5/5
The room was well stocked, extremely clean, and organized. The staff was fantastic and easy to communicate with for check-in and check-out as well as during my stay.
- 5/5
Private oasis with a pool and lounge chairs byb the dock. Paddleboards and kayaks available for use, bar next door, staff responded quicky. Room was clean, quiet, and kept at a cool temp. Wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Loved the room. Well equipped with kitchenette. Very comfortable and quaint. Breakfast delicious with a beautiful view of intercoastal. Easy parking. Berta great service! A true asset to the property.
- 5/5
The location was excellent in the room was clean and above standards. The amenities were also excellent
- 5/5
Very cute boutique property.Easy access to restaurants and shopping.I will stay there again.
- 5/5
Great little hotel! Great location! Great value!
- 2/5
Room was old and falling apart, walls were so thin we were woken up by staff very early in the morning. Several locations in the bathroom felt like we were gonna fall through the floor. Would not recommend for the price they charge.
- 5/5
I am a construction superintendent. I leave have to be on site by seven. Breakfast is always too late for that unless you’re retired then it’s good. I was in unit 11 the toilet run all night long nothing that can’t be fixed. Other than that. The place was great.
- 5/5
The resort has a beautiful waterfront location with stunning views. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the location was convenient for nearby shops and restaurants. The resort is a bit small, so amenities like the pool can feel crowded at times.
- 5/5
Breakfast had a very good relationship quality-price. Location is only 10 minutes drive from the beach and attractions. Key positive point: cleanliness.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great!
- 5/5
Room was good and quiet place.
- 5/5
This such a quaint retro motor inn. Feels like the 60"s but clean and freshly decorated. The back dock sitting area was very nice too.
- 5/5
Clean and cozy
- 4/5
My stay was good overall. The room was clean, which I appreciated. The place didn’t look exactly like the pictures, but it wasn’t bad either. The amenities were nice when they were in good condition. Breakfast was very simple, but honestly not bad considering the price I paid.
- 3/5
The room was big and the outside area was nice. The pool is very small. There is limited parking. The bed was not very comfortable. There was a cockroach or some large bug in the room. I was only there for a night so didn’t get to check out the amenities but the WiFi did not work well in my room. It is close to the beaches which is nice.
- 3/5
There was a strong moldy smell throughout the halls and unit, which triggered my husband’s allergies — he was sneezing constantly. The floorboards near the dock steps were coming loose, which we found to be a serious safety hazard. The bathroom had mismatched flooring, likely from past water damage, and we noticed visible signs of drywall patching throughout the unit. My husband is a professional drywaller and painter, and even he was disappointed with the overall workmanship. Breakfast appeared to be just a small fridge outside — not what we expected or found appealing. We recommend addressing the mold issue and repairing the loose boards as a priority. These are not only aesthetic concerns but also health and safety hazards for future guests. With some proper maintenance, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Nice clean and fun
- 5/5
The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Whether relaxing on the deck, enjoying a coffee by the water, or just soaking in the calm atmosphere, this place truly felt like a little piece of paradise.
- 5/5
Petit hôtel tranquille, nous avons vraiment apprécié prendre les vélos pour aller au bord de l'océan.
- 5/5
Check-in was so easy. Our room (with private deck) was lovely. The view was very good. Only thing to note is the the deck felt a little soft/uneven in areas. Since it was just us 2 adults staying, we were just careful out there. The bed was comfy! There's a restaurant right next door so we walked over for Happy Hour. So convenient! We will definitely be back. Great stay!
- 5/5
A beautiful view of the water
- 4.5/5
Cute quaint
- 4/5

- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 1/5
Not at all like it makes in seem online
- 2/5
I don’t recommend its
- 5/5
Todo muy bonito y limpio un lugar para relajarse
- 4/5
It is very slippery here!!!
- 1/5
Cat piss smell at the entrance. The mattress is so old that you can feel the hard bottom of the bed. Pillow smells. Wet candy bars for breakfast.
- 1/5
This hotel is in the perfect location! Right ion the water with a great coastal vibe, that said, no one works there, there were rodent droppings under the bed, giant cockroaches in the bathroom, what appeared to be a blood stain on the wall in the bathroom, the hot tub did not work, the tub was at 88 degrees and the jets did not work, I have photographs of all of this and I reached out to the staff to let them know because I did not want to leave a bad review and hurt their business, now it’s been 3 days since I contacted them and they have not reached out to me. I have traveled my entire life everywhere and this one was a HUGE disappointment
- 5/5
We loved Bonita Springs. The beach was wonderful. Close to the room, and the room was fully equipped, with everything you need in a kitchen — everything clean and ready, the Wi-Fi, the security — we loved it all. Honestly, we enjoyed it so much.
- 4/5
Nothing bad to report but alsi nothing perfect.. Every aspect of the stay has some little thing that is not a big deal but just makes it a less desirable place for.longer stays.
- 4/5
I absolutely loved the waterfront deck and Kayaks. Room was really clean the bathroom is tiny so the door is way to close to the toilet. The music outside was nice but wish we had the option to shut it off, it was on all night long and you could hear it in the room. I’m a big breakfast person, I wasn’t really too fond of it but my son liked it. Everything else was great will definitely be returning.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Beautiful views, rooms were cute, loved they offered kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles. Employee was absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met at hotels. Not enough parking spaces. Had to walk couple blocks to get to additional parking.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 4.5/5
Bikes, close to beach Poor maintenance bikes and kayaks
- 5/5
I loved my stay it was like a small resort. Many things to do and see. Would defenitly come back
- 5/5
This property is absolutely beautiful. It is truly a hidden gem. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The room was so beautiful. A true beachy feel. The room and entire property were VERY clean and nicely decorated. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was so sweet and well presented. We cannot wait to visit again.
- 5/5
Beautiful little resort! Great for a little getaway. We stayed one night, took advantage of the kayaks and the HUGE spa pool. Enjoyed the view from the dock.
- 3/5
Room was very small, parking was bad, location is very good but our room was closecto road.
- 2/5
The was a liking at shower the puts water at flooring. Overall. 2 🌟
- 3/5
The room was clean. However, the access into the bathroom was very tight. My husband and I are not big people, however, if we were it would have been very uncomfortable. For instance, you can't open the bathroom door all the way to enter the bathroom as the door hits the toilet. You have only about 1 foot of room to get into the shower, if even that much. The walls are very thin and could hear the neighbors through the wall very easily. Then there is the 5 car very tight parking lot. It was a clean place to stay while we explored the area. Would not stay there again due to the above issues.
- 5/5
Personal muy amable
- 4.5/5
Location, funky vibe, walk to everything good. The deck was a little worn. It was safe but I wasn’t sure that it was.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room was very nice beach vibe. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only complaint is the WiFi kept dropping so watching anything on the tv was impossible. Then the remote just completely died so we couldn’t even try to reconnect to WiFi.
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive especially the cleaning staff . I felt like I was at home . Very convenient location ..
- 4/5
Very nice location. Beds seem ok not great. Fully automated, so that was good.
- 5/5
The view was amazing. It was within walking distance to the beach
- 5/5
Great beachy, relaxing vacation vibe. I loved it. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Very nicely thought-out decor indoors and out. Morning person doing breakfast duty was very pleasant. A nice, well-located place at a good price.
- 5/5
It was very reasonably priced and decorated very cute. The staff was very friendly. The Fish House restaurant next store was delicious!!
- 4/5
The young lady at Bonita springs was the highlight of the trip
- 5/5
We rearranged our trip to stay here a 2nd night. Wonderful property
- 5/5
i love the pool, and the place it self
- 5/5
Absolutely gorgeous! Bed was comfortable, amenities were perfect!
- 5/5
- 4/5
The property and amenities were just as promised on the listing. The check-in and check-out process was done electronically and very smooth. There was no one on-site to ask questions or get recommendations for local spots to visit. It would have been nice to have a guide or a few recommendations on restaurants and things to do.
- 5/5
I reserved the king suite and it was perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated and designed. The kitchenette was a nice touch. Has everything you need, especially the full size fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and the I enjoyed the shower floor :). The location is perfect! Next door is the fish house restaurant and their food is great and their drinks are fantastic! The beach is nearby and the surrounding restaurants are fantastic. I wasn’t able to get the provided breakfast but went to The waffle monkey, and they have great breakfast. Overall a great place for a weekend getaway!
- 3/5
Pictures are not very accurate, my first night the forgot to turn off the music so I had to listen to it all night. They moved me to a second room, way more private and quiet this time, but bathrooms from both places weren't very clean. You can see mold around the bathrooms. Basic place, nothing too fancy about it. Pool was dirty, I cleaned both days before going in. No drinking water or places to buy it. Unless you're willing to take a walk. Too scared to move your car and lose your parking space as they have limited parking spaces. Staff were nice and very sweet. Breakfast is simple but very organized. Definitely for a quick stay, not a place to be fully relaxed
- 3/5
Facility to came in the room
- 5/5
Loved the extra amenities. The fire pit was lovely, the kayaks and paddle boards were a nice addition. Beautiful and serene area. We sat on the dock during the evening and it was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
- 5/5
The room was very cute, nice and cozy - and with the kitchenette it was quite spacious. I would recommend!
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area on the Imperial River was lovely and peaceful. The morning road noise sounded like they were going to drive into the room... 2nd room in. The fragrance in the room was overwhelming.
- 1.5/5
View was very nice…that was it. Parking issues..size of room for the price did not match advertisements. Very disappointing. Bathroom and shower not up to expectations. No place to put or hang clothes.
- 4/5
We had a last minute stay. Check in was easy and we had a pleasant stay
- 2/5
Expedia described a nice place. This is not a nice place. It is barebones linoleum floor fluorescent light place. Check in was cumbersome. Oh well
- 4/5
Right on the canal. Breakfast overlooking the water. Very reasonable rate
- 3/5
We needed a place to stay for one night and we’re happy to find this one. Very clean and a canal my only complaint was the way to check in. There was nobody at the property. They were asking for my ID and credit card over the phone and was very hesitant until I talked to the registration woman
- 5/5
We were looking for a quaint waterfront hotel to relax. This location suited our needs quite nicely.
- 1/5
Small, old, noisy, tiny pool filled with leaves, only 4 parking spots for 8 or so rooms. It does not look as good as the photos make it out to be. We paid for 6 nights, but could only last 2. We then checked out, lost our money, and went to a chain hotel. I have never had to leave a hotel early like this before.
- 3/5
This wasn’t. Had to park next door. Confusing on where to or not to go around the facility. I did like sitting on the dock in the back in the morning when I finally figured it out.
- 5/5
Liked it so much that I added an extra night on my road trip. Owner was quick to easily resolve an issue I had. Location next door to restaurant/bar was great for me.
- 5/5
We came before hurricane Ian hit and liked it. This time we loved it! The remodeling that has been done looks great. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, peace & quiet this the place.
- 5/5
Cute apartment in a great location!
- 2/5
After checking, we had to drive 14 miles to get to the satellite location, then they text us that we had to park a block away. The place was just staying at a motel in the rural area in Mexico. I didn’t give 1 since it was late and we didn’t have no choice but staying.
- 5/5
Cozy. Clean. quiet
- 5/5
If you stare at the water long enough and decide you need to be closer, the hotels got you covered. Stand-up Paddle Boards and Kayaks are tied up to the deck and are free to use for hotel guests. If you want to head to the beach but don’t want to risk losing your parking space in the small lot at the hotel, you can hop on one of the hotel-provided bicycles. While the days on my journey were busy, having a quaint hotel on the waterfront provided a perfect oasis to return to in the late afternoon before reconvening with family for evening activities. A quiet and relaxing space with enough chatter coming from the restaurant next door to remind me that the bustle of the gulf coast was still nearby. My trip was brief, and my time was not meant to be spent alone. I don’t venture to Florida often, but I found a place in Latitude 26 to make me change that frequency. Over my two days I just kept thinking that I need to come back for a stay here with my wife, when we could take the time to enjoy all the amenities that are offered instead of me just writing about them.
- 4/5
Very cute place. We enjoyed breakfast outside each day. Too far from the beaches to walk. Loved the bikes. Had to walk to overflow parking several times, not great. Overall, very nice place.
- 4/5
Very sweet staff. Property is cute and very clean. Beautiful outside area for breakfast. Loved the bikes. Kayaks need some attention. Parking lot too small, had to walk to the overflow one some. This Property is too far of a walk to the beach for most people and it's very hard to find parking at Bonita Beach. We would still recommend this hotel, but it's not ideal for beach goers to walk.
- 4/5
I didn’t like the parking but people were great about helping you get out on the highway

Thought with my on line reservation completed easily meant I just had to show up at the desk for check-in with my photo ID and CC like any normal Hotels.com reservation. WRONG!! subsequent emails to me indicated I was staying in one of three properties (resulting in hopes I am in the right one), that I would have to complete a registration form on line, including submitting my ID and CC info on line (I had no idea how to do that-therefore after completing form I could not submit it because it was incomplete), an email stating 2 days before checkin I would receive my room number and code to enter AND by the way there would be no one there so since my reg was incomplete and unable for submission. Subsequent emails then requested I take a picture of my ID and CC and send it. We showed up for checkin and because none of my previously mentioned info was received the cleaning women had no record of us or which room was ours. Bottom line, instead of a water-view room as advertised we had a room next to a very busy 4 lane road. The stay was potentially very nice but the trauma from registration disaster affected our stay greatly. HOWEVER, KUDOS TO THE STAFF WORKER BY THE NAME OF SUSAN. SHE SAVED THE DAY WITH HER COMPASSIONATE ASSISTANCE TO HELP CONTACT THE SUPERVISOR WHO RESOLVED THE ISSUE SO WE COULD COMPLETE OUR STAY. IF NOT FOR SUSAN, WE WOULD HAVE LEFT PROPERTY AND REQUESTED A REFUND.

They were very quick to get our room ready. We were about 3 hrs early and they were very obliging

Loved staff and the cuteness of it

They had fishing poles and kayaks

For the price, the property was decent. Staff was very courteous and professional. 2 negatives were way too soft beds and parking at the facility was difficult.

Cute vibe and very clean! Comfortable bed and had several lovely thoughts available for use: hair dryer, coffee maker, utensils, drink ware, clean ceiling fan, etc. No front desk on site. Quirky parking area. We weren’t expecting the front road noise. Listed as having a balcony/deck, which overlooks the next door restaurant dumpster corral. Overall experience 4 stars.

And our room wasn’t ready. We went downstairs to eat and check out the property, came back to our room at 8, still not ready. Thankfully the pool was hot so we were able to use that while the room finally got readied… then got woken up to construction in the opposite side of the waterway at 7am. Not the hotels fault but still not great!

Great place to stay!

We were disappointed that breakfast wasn't available until 8:30 AM, as we had to leave the property by 7 AM. It would be helpful if this motel could offer a simple early morning option, like coffee and bagels, starting at 6 AM. Otherwise, this felt like a typical roadside motel. Additionally, the room had significant light coming in from the street, even with the curtains fully closed, making it feel like daylight during the night. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I never saw anyone that worked here, so I couldn’t rate the service. Give it a try.. you won’t be disappointed!

My partner and me choose this property because I had been there with my family a couple years back. That time is was for my mom’s birthday and we stayed in the biggest room they had. We had such a nice time that I decided to take my husband. We had a good time. The place looked more or less the same. Everything is self service except the breakfast (which it was included) In the morning we went to have breakfast and waiting for 30min and nothing was set up. We called the place and someone answered and told us that they will call and find out what was happening. After a couple of minutes a lady showed up and told us that they didn’t have hot breakfast. They only have bread, coffee, yogurt, milk, cereal and fruits. That was good enough for us because our room didn’t have a kitchen to cook our own breakfast. We only had a microwave and we brought our own coffee maker. The previous time we stayed we had a huge kitchen and we would make our own food. It wasn’t a big deal but it was weird. We still liked the place and would recommend.

2 night stay. Fairly basic, on the water/canal. Beds were terrible

We really did enjoy our stay. The thing we did not like was the floor in our room was dirty and we had to walk with our shoes on all the time. Other tgen that it was super cute and great location.

I must say I was completely disappointed. Even though the location of the actual property was very nice there were so many issues that made my stay unsatisfactory. I started off trying to check in my room that was texted to me and was unable to. After trying and trying I figured I had to call the phone number from the reservation. They proceed to tell me they switched room and forgot to inform me. My room was water view but literally could hear every guest talking from 7 am when they went out in the morning until night! The room smelled horrible- like urine! The toilet ran all day and night. The TV was awful because unless you sign in with your provider you have the most limited channels to watch! Breakfast in the morning was ok… coffee two days out of four had coffee grinds in it and was not drinkable!!! The exact same selections every single day. Lastly….. the parking? Oh my goodness horrible! If you don’t luck out and get a space you have to park down the street in a lot. But even in the lot ( if you even call it that) was so small that it made it so difficult to park every day. It’s just a shame because it’s a great area but all these things made it so hard to fully enjoy. Unfortunately I will not be going back there, and I suggest anyone that plans to us fully aware of exactly how it is!

Right on the water. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything out in the hall and upstairs.

Working with the travel company has been a nightmare. We chose the location of Naples and it ended up being 85 Miles south of the location we needed. We immediately had to turn around and go north not staying in the room. The property manager(Amaryllis) has been exceptional, Immediately offering a full refund. Unfortunately, Travelocity has been horrific in terms of contacting the property and processing the refund. We have called multiple times being on the line for 30 minutes without them finding our reservation… Totally unacceptable. Will not work with Travelocity again unless this is resolved quickly. Thank you

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I am a seasoned traveller who've being to 54 countries & a ridiculous number of cities. This was one of the best places I've ever staid. I always stay in 5 star luxury hotels. This place is luxury, yet at the very the affordable rate. The room (and my room was #9 with private patio) & the areas around was fresh, clean, organized, designed & well decorated. Although, I did not go in the pool, it was sparkling clean. Smooth check in, superb communication ...I can go on. I highly recommend it.

Love the place so calm and relax

This place was beautiful! The apartment layout was amazing. We had the waterfront view of the lake, and 2 balconies. It was a grab and go breakfast but there are tables to eat al fresco. The whole experience was calming and beautiful. Will definitely stay here again

no smoking property.

The place is not safe. The shower faucet is set up wrong, causing dangerously hot water to run first. The outlets don’t work, and the edges of the shower tiles are very dangerous.

When I stay at a property that commands the rate amount that they did I would expect better amenities. The continental breakfast was very cheap Walmart food and the hot tub, though spacious and well placed did not seem very clean. It was a very basic experience that asked for resort rates. Largely disappointed

Maintenance could be done to keep the place up, amenities need upkeep water devices need attention.

Check in was contactless and we had no issue there. The pictures on the listing were a little deceiving, I think they may combine their multiple locations but we thought we were going to have a nice pool from the I to video was watched and were surprised to find some sort of blow up pool/hot tub contraption. We did not have any issues with anything and the location was centrally located.

If you are looking for a tidy place to sleep, this motel was ok. It was within biking distance to Bonita Springs beach. The plug in scented oil was nearly unbearable. The windows could not be opened because the garbage bin was right outside. The sheets were patterned polyester and not crisp or fresh feeling. This self check in hotel has multiple issues. We weren’t able to cancel the 2nd night, despite a strong reaction to the scent. The manager’s conflict strategy was to not get back to us. The wifi password was incorrectly posted on the door and we had to guess a combination of things to finally get it. The front ‘water view’ has a leaning deck that did not make us feel confident. Additionally two of the bikes for guest use had flat tires. The parking was extremely limited and tight. The largest factor guests need to be aware of is that the motel is directly roadside. The pictures vastly over represent this property. If you had an issue getting in to this property, I would also worry about the lack of responsivness.
