The room is perfect for travel. It is set up dormitory style. Breakfast was very good as well with a variety of items.

The staff was so professional and nice. Very helpful. From the moment we went into the hotel everything went great. Room was super clean and new and all taken care of. Didn’t have any complaints. The breakfast was pretty good and even used the gym which had more than enough weights and machines to use. One treadmill was out of order but there were more so it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of parking and all close to beach and anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

It was nicely kept and very clean. No complaints there. It was fine for a one night stay-over. The room was a bit on the stark side. Adequate, but a bit spartan. One night was fine, but I would not want to spend a week there.

As usual with Fairfield, it was quiet, clean. Staff was professional. Adriana at the desk got us through very efficiently during check-in.

The best hotel ever! Everything about this place is first-class – from the beautiful rooms and amazing pool area to the outstanding service. What made it even better is that they have Tesla charging stations, which made our stay super convenient. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about the car. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bonita Springs!

Grateful for the team there that took care of us when we checked in and the remotes weren't working - we moved 2 times in 30 minutes and they made it up in service. The bartender was the best and really attentive. Great choice for relaxing weekend!

My stay was overall good, and the location is very convenient. The room was fine, but I was a bit disappointed by a few things. The beds were not comfortable. I expected better from a Marriott. The bathroom tub wasn’t very clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom was poor. These details affected the overall experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Nice place to sit around the pool and relax. Easy to find. Close to lots of restaurants and the outlet mall was just up the interstate. We will be back!!

I was very disappointed that the hot water took forever to heat up and then the shower was not draining. I also did not like that the bathroom sink had a steady spray flow of water verses a steady stream. Messy!

Had problems with Motion sensor bathroom light. had to shower in the dark. room phone wasn't connected, couldn't get lobby to answer when I called from cell phone. Very disappointed

Second, the bathroom lighting is poor. Hard to shave with that lightening. And the low pressure faucet at the sink and shower should be removed. Otherwise it was OK like many other hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean, friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were nice as was the friendly bartender and bar service.

I could not eat anything without charing it to my room....which presents an expense coding issue wih my company....Its stupid..I ended up draving 8 miles wasting an hour and spending $40.00 which could have been spent in the hotel. They obviously do not want my business.

Do not stay on the first floor. If you do you will have no peace of quiet. The place is nice tho, safe. Just do NOT stay on the first floor.

Housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning. Left the trash cans full of trash, didn't clean the bathroom very good, didn't vacuum the carpet, didn't make the beds, just pulled the sheets and covers up.

When I saw rates on internet it didn’t seem like it.

My parents had a great stay

Check-in at reception was very fast and friendly. We made the last minute decision to stay here as hurricane surge was approaching our home down the street quickly. The beds were super comfy, the room was clean and mostly modern. I question some of the carpet/fabric choices in the humid Florida environment, but they're still nice now. Complementary breakfast was above par. The location isn't all that great right now, but construction in the area will change that soon. Outside walking options right now are DK, a paint store, goodwill, Dollar Tree, and a couple cheap dining options.

Upon checking in, the hotel clerk was less than friendly. I was assigned a room on the first floor and it was not very quiet. The air conditioning fan was really noisy and I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Also, the room was advertised as having a memory foam bed and it was just a regular mattress with no box spring. For being a newer property, the bathroom already had signs of wear and tear. Some type of non carpeted surface for flooring would be a lot more sanitary. I have to eat gluten free and so there was no options for me in the complimentary breakfast. All in all it was adequate but nothing special.

Emergency stay while A/C was being fixed. Very convenient and clean. A little "generic" - the rooms had no wall decor and limited furniture (only an upholstered bench with the beds - no armchair). Breakfast was OK - some hot selections, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit, but no sweet pastries or muffins.
