Decent value for the money.

Overall, decent, safe, clean. No ice machine.

Ice machine not operating. Did not receive an email on remote check-in procedure. Did not repair bathroom light when requested.

However, when I couldn't sleep at night and got up to get a snack there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom area. Hard to get back to sleep.

It was q good size room! There’s some things to fix like the bath but it was ok

Property was clean and quiet

As soon as I got there I tried to turn on the TV and the remote didn't work and the batteries were dead. The staff was very attentive and offered me fresh batteries. I. I then learned that the the Comcast Box was not connected. It looks like the previous occupant went out of his way to sabotage the room..

The room was right next to the pool. Cute decor in the room. Fridge and stove. Absolutely LOVED this place. Cute little hut area that was lit up at night. Would stay again in future visits. Not far away from a bunch of things. Restaurants, ice cream spot, Walgreens if you need it. Even the beaches were super close!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, it’s not big but it was clean and quiet, I have no complaints. I would stay there again.

Close to the beach.

It was quaint but needed some help. They switched our room because the fridge didn’t work but they were helpful. We had to run to Walgreens and buy toilet paper because there wasn’t any. It was clean & quiet and close to the beach.

Easy access

Wasn't there long before I found a roach crawling around the microwave. I called and they said would give me a refund based on the pictures of proof that I sent them of the roach being in the room and then they denied my refund through Expedia.

dirty bathroom, rusty bathtub stay away from!

The room in the inn portion felt like a remodeled Motel 6, so not bad but not worth the price we ended up paying. The sleeping area was great. Nice beds. Clean flowers. Nice tv with Roku. The shower had some mold (not terrible, but worth noting). Worse though, the bathtub didn't drain which is kinda gross in hotels. Plugs for microwave and fridge didn't work, which isn't a deal breaker, but again worth noting. Had to throw away our leftovers. Lots of noise traffic on the inn-side. Loud motorcycles could be heard clearly. Staff was friendly when we told them about our issues. I think it's family run / managed. Location is great. Within 2 miles of the main public beach. A little farther to Barefoot Beach. For that reason, we may stay again but will make sure to stay in villas / courtyard rooms.

The motel itself was nice enough, we were impressed with the beachy vibe interior and modern design. The tiki courtyard was super cute as well. The one downfall was that the tub/shower backed up quite a bit and was really gross to stand in (fungus feet anyone?) and as a "remedy" they sent a kid with a toilet plunger to try and plunge it down - which didn't work. We barely showered during our stay for this reason. I didn't wash my hair the whole time to avoid collecting water. BUT - location was great and the beds were nice etc. Just wish we got a drain that worked or had our room moved to one that did. Customer Service was lacking in that regard, and no one was ever in the front office to help.

The courtyard was adorable! The pool was very quiet as it was a smaller hotel. Our room was decorated well, with a beachy feel. Everything looked new or newly painted. Having the full kitchen was nice. There were several different types of restaurants within walking distance. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. The air conditioner was a little loud, that was the only downside.

This property was really a Motel, room was really basic, there were several cockroaches at the room including bathroom which by the way was on very bad condition. Hotels.com should not offer these properties at all. Very disappointed!!!

I cannot tell you how many times I have driven past this place, and never noticed it until now! We got in late, after driving 8+ hours, we sat by the pool and just enjoyed the breeze, it was so peaceful. The rooms have an updated “beach” feel. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, too which was nice to put drinks in for the beach the next day! We got the room right exit to the road, which was noisy especially 6am.. but the AC kinda helped to block it.. next time I would want a suite which was in a more “quiet” area, and the suites are close to the pool. Check-in was different, it was more of call a phone # and they help you check-in over the phone, which I have never done before, but it was quick. I plan on staying here for a couple of days next time!!

Exelent !!

Lots of traffic noise all automated no one on sight. Never answered the phone. No closet or hangers for clothes.

Directions and follow up was great we had no problems with the check in or stay at all. Location to the beach is good and duper clean.

Nice, clean, close to the beach, spacious room. Try the Tacos from taco mix next to this place Con Tiny TV. Little noisy day time as it’s very close to a busy street.

Minimum towels provided and no staff on site.

There was never anyone on site other than the five minutes it took to check in. TV Did not work until the evening. There was cold weather and there were no blankets in the room

The room was clean but the paper thin walls gave the feel that the vehicles on the busy road were driving by your bed. From 2-5 AM, obnoxious drunks shouted obscenities in the parking lot and slammed doors. Management was nowhere to be found. Would have been better off sleeping in the car by the railroad tracks. Angry they took my money for a night in hell.

The only complaint is that there is only 1 television station, the rest were all qvc style channels. I was there to sleep so i give the rating a 100% on all aspects. Thanks for a great night sleep.

Tuvimos el inconveniente que estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción cerca que pudieron resultar en molestias. Pero en general estuvo bien. Le recomendaría algún otro mueble como asiento para sentarse y una mesita.

Good hotel, I visit it with my family, I have a small inconvenience with the code for the door, but they answer right away and fix the problem, in general very clean, there was a stain on the sink that they could fix to make it look better but nothing major.

Everything was excellent. I feel bad that I had to call them to help me get in my room. But the gentleman was very courteous about it.

It was cheap enough and close to beach. Housekeeing showed up daily but no one is ever at the office.

This motel is "old Florida". Convenient to the beach. Facilities show their age, but rooms are clean. Maybe 20 standard motel units and 10 bungalows. If you can, opt for the bungalows. Road is busy so ask for a room toward the back. Small but nice pool. Wi-fi. Continental breakfast with limited options. Staff is only available during the day. We had a pleasant stay despite the craziness of the time.

The room was small but they have a nice sitting area in a tiki hut and then there is the pool. They are a short distance to the beach. The morning coffee was excellent.

This is a no-frills motel in a great location. Our room was clean and serviced daily. We chose this motel for its proximity to the beach which was unfortunately closed to the public during the latter part of our stay due to coronavirus fears. This was not our host's fault, but it definitely put a damper on our vacation, particularly in light of the fact that private beaches were kept open. It is unlikely that we will visit this part of Florida again. It was clear to us that wealthy property owners in this area do not welcome or want seasonal visitors.

We liked the accents of the landscaping and property--a lot packed into a small space. Beach access was just down the road.

First the smell from the AC unit was unbearable. The inside must have been full of mould. Couldn’t run it . They claim to have a heated pool but it was not heated . I did go to the office regarding the problems and they said they would see what they could do. We only stayed the one nite. I would not at all recommend this hotel for the money they are asking .

The Flamingo is a TRUE Gem, Super Clean and Quiet !!

This stay made me question Expedia’s rating system and trusting it again. The staff were exceptionally kind, but overall, I didn’t enjoy the stay. The shower didn’t really work, AC unit was exceptionally loud, and room air felt pretty stagnant. Location wise it was only a short drive to the beach, you can’t really walk anywhere though, but I think that’s pretty common for the area. At the end of the day, it is a two star motel and possibly an excellent two star motel, but don’t expect more than that.

The Flamingo Motel has a beautiful setting and seems like your on an island resort. The pool was good and a close Uber/Lyft ride to the beach and restaurants and shopping. We will come back!!!

Before i stayed the room didnt have carpet but this time it did very very musty moldy smell they need to get rid of carpet.And when I went to pay guy at front desk was asking for my crefit card and ot was prepaid he didnt need so i refused to give it and then asked for ID he said because I came in later in evening made no sense to me felt like I would of been ripped off so I left.But in leaving got NO business reciept not good business. Not sure what has changed there since I stayed there a year or so ago but need to change it back.

The Flamingo seems to be updated daily just not at 100% yet. It was very clean. We would definitely go back because it will probably be even nicer next time. It was very convenient to the beach, shopping and food.

Overall the motel was better than I expected. We actually got upgraded to a villa and it was quite nice. It had a living space, kitchen and bedroom. It was clean and everything looked new. I would recommend a stay there.

Nice place! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here!

Cons: No breakfast, nothing. Sign on door said would only be available “in season”; not open until 8:00am so no coffee or tea for early risers; no coffee maker in room; no hand soap for sink or bathtub. Good thing I always carry some just in case; although advertised as non-smoking, the room reeked of old smoke! Woke up with headache each morning and couldn’t wait to get outside for fresh air! Drove back to motel at 7:30 on second night and missed the turn because sign wasn’t even lit up; we visited friends there a couple of yrs ago and it was much nicer. Don’t know what happened, but won’t return.

Excellent stay, but they don't have 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign so every morning about 930 housekeeping would knock on our door and needless to say woke us up. The tiled shower is oversized and excellent!!!

Best quiet place in Bonita.

Front office closes after 8:00pm. They will leave envelope for guests come after 8:00 pm. Then you can self check in. Not clean, but nice yard. A bit expensive in this quality.

Rude checkin refused to accept USAA credit card

Nice, comfortable quiet place. No issues at all. Beautiful little park like setting in the back to sit a sip coffee in the morning.

They have a nice decorated garden area & pool. The room was smaller then pictured & smelled funny. The area where toilet & shower are was very cramped. The ceiling in shower area is stained. Otherwise it was quiet & no one bothered you. Everyone was friendly & courteous.

We were there for a job interview and we did not want to spend a lot and this place ended being exactly what we wanted.Small,27 rooms,so it is not busy all night. It was walkable to lots of places to eat and a few shops. It was fine for what we needed

Very pleasant stay...

I liked the fact that I was able to park my car in front of my room. Easy access to pool and coffee room. No breakfast,because it was off season. That was a little disappointing. The staff was nice. The things that I didn’t like was... the room needed some attention, tub was stained, shower needed to be caulked.Many places needed to be caulked and painted fan in bathroom(exhaust fan) filthy. All around needed to be refreshed!

This property is perfect for enjoying Bonita Beach. They have breakfast only in high season but cofee and tea always. There are many good places to eat and shopoing few mins from the hotel. The staff is very helpful, the room is clean and with nice smell and dedoration. We will comeback!
