A convenient hotel with good price for staycation in Bogor. Staffs are very kind, courteous and friendly. Location is good advantage and nearby with Kebun Raya Bogor. Parking space is an issue but security guards were very helpful and courteous.

The hotel has a good location but the rooms facing the avenue are quite noisy at night because the traffic as you hear it. better windows may solve the problem

Property is good and clean., in the middle of the city If you got a room near the street., it’s not comfortable because so noise from the vehicle even in the middle of the night You can not sleep well Not enough space for parking lot., you have to get all your stuff in the first time you came in else you will wait staff bring your car to you

My Gratitute goes to the ladies in the Ala Carte Restaurant Aqilla and Aliya. They have always been helpful and friendly to converse inspite of language barrier. The Reception lobby was Nice and Restaurant view too and the pool, lounge... Will Be Back Soon The rooms were very small but very organized. The SPA service was not good at all, not worthy it. Spa Massage room was opposite to what the Hotel looks like. Horrible... the billings after Ala carte restaurant they didn't want to put on my room bill. Its like you have trust issues with your customers.

Location is good. Limited parking but there give free valet service. Room view at 7th floor is nice. Hot water works properly. Stayed 2 nights, 1st night AC was not working. Broken shower room door lock. Room smells weird and under maintenance. Towel is damp and old. Slow and hot lift. Overall experience should have been better at this rate.

The staff were nice. Poor value compared to other similarly priced hotels. The standard twin room is very small, and there is almost nowhere to put your things. Luckily I had the second bed to put my things on. Water splashes out through the gap around the shower door. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work. The room safe was not working when I arrived and someone had to come and fix it. The next day the safe would not open and had to be fixed again.

Green and clean Hotel didn't check the pipe of the wash basin in the bathroom (leaking) we had to change to another room, the bed side lamp (only one worked)

i like the location which is strategic to city centre rooms too small, staffs are not very friendly, room not clean, price quite expensive for the facilities

The staff were very friendly and helpful since my mother is in a wheelchair. . Generally I like staying at Whizz, but please keep the soap dispenser in the shower glued properly. I was afraid it might fall off if we push bit harder. Put the trash bin right under the soap dispenser (in the other closet room) to avoid slippery floor and easier throw away dirty tissue. Need 1 rug for each shower and closet room.
