Towneplace Suites by Marriott Boca Raton

The room was partially clean. The desk top was very dusty (im allergic to dust). The bed was soft but it had a sink in the middle. The sheet had cut slits in them. The water in the shower was taking long to come out, when we pull the stopper out it was full of hair (gross). A.lot of patch work was done to the room, as i wall repairs. The rooms looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk sraff was nice. Even though when I tried to cancel my room for 1 night to get a room closer to the airport because.my mom has a lot of issues. The manager with no remorse told me no. Even though I frequent that hotel company in many cities. You have to.walk over to the next door hotel for breakfast. Overall a 3/10

The stuff was good. Everything else was horrible.. there was a lady named Nancy at the front desk. I’ve never seen somebody that installed great with the clients so happy with her job.. if it wasn’t for her, I would have left after the first night

Great location and a very comfortable stay overall. The breakfast was excellent, the room was quiet, and the staff were highly professional. A special mention to Nancy at the front desk, who was especially helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was very well organized, and the staff was very friendly and helped whenever I needed it since I was traveling for business this is a perfect place to stay for business travel

Very upset about pet deposit that was not stated as a cost on website. Very upset with the amount we paid for suites to smell weed in a non smoking hotel and rooms were not updated at all. Will not stay here ever again.

Clean room and good amenities. 1 of the 2 elevators broken during the entirety of stay, this caused issues with waiting. Breakfast selection very small, mostly the same daily with a rotation between omlettes or scrambled eggs, during a longer stay this is repeatative and caused us to go out for breakfast on multiple occasions for variety.

The staff was very nice. The facility was not what I was really expecting for a Townplace Suites. The building and rooms were old and run down. Plus, it was very difficult to sleep because we constantly heard what sounded like the plumbing all night. It seemed like every time a toilet was flushed somewhere in the building near our room, we got to hear it. It was bad.

Unfortunately , the hotel was very creepy and the smell mold..only one elevator was working and You had to walk to the other hotel to get breakfast.Didn't make sense.

Breakfast at adjacent hotel. Worked well. Easy drive to Wakodahatchee, which was why we were there.

It was a good stay. Everything I needed in the suite. The only thing was the strong smell. Like a carpet cleaner smell. SO strong gave us a headache. The front desk lady was AMAZING.

Conveniently located. Room was layout as well as room amenities were nice. However. There were no outlets on either side of the bed which made it impossible should you need to charge and use your phone at the same time while in bed.

Got stuck in the elevator twice. Air in the room was hit or miss. Noisy highway. Got bit a few times from sleeping on the pullout. Should be a 1 star.

Small uncleaned pool, old renovation, stuffy

We discovered that our mattress was wet after taking a qick nap. We immediately reported it to the front desk but all we were offered was a towel and new set sheets that we had to go get. The next day we were assured that it would be taken care of..nope. had to go get more towels, sheets and finally a comforter. It was never addressed and we had the pile of wet bed linens in our room the entire time.

Nikita was excellent. She helped with a reservation issue and on re how to seller it quickly.

Good standard for a long stay facility. A little bit tired but in good working order. Combined with the facilities with the hotel next door, it had a good breakfast, pool and free coffee.

Also our room had no cleaning service in a week. We had to call for service and toilet paper. Room had zero ventilation and was so humid everything was wet. Front desk staff were nice.

Not only was this the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at, but it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our first room reeked of smoke even though it was advertised as non-smoking. When we switched rooms, the second room reeked of mold. Finally, we had to settle for a different room than we originally booked. The pull-bed was not usable in any of the three rooms, as the mattresses were stained and disgusting. When I called the hotel manager, Hope McLoughlin, I was first told that there was no manager on call on weekends (!). I left Ms. McLoughlin a message and never received a call back, even after the weekend. This hotel is in total disrepair, the management is unresponsive, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.

Quiet stay, clean room & decent breakfast.

I’ve traveled the U.S and stayed in many hotels, and truthfully this hotel is excellent, especially for the reasonable price. And the bonus was that everyone from the check in personnel to the cleaning and service personnel were outstanding. We will definitely stay here for 2-3 weeks next year.

Would not recommend this stay. From desk staff was the best part of the stay.

It was the best we can find in the area after a bad experience at an earlier hotel. They are clean and have a good breakfast. The only complaint i have is the sofabed. The mattress was gross and about 3" on an old spring base. The day we checked in, they were going around asking if they can spray the perimeter of the rooms for bugs. It was slight inconvenient, but at least they have pest control. We didnt see one bug and the kitchen was clean. Probably wont stay again, but for the price its not too bad.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was well equipped for our family of 3. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved using the pool and the proximity to Boca Raton beaches was a very short drive. The breakfast and the property next door was very good and had everything we needed to start our day.

Nice to have a two bedroom suite. Hotel is clean, but a little dated. Breakfast is next door at the Spring Hill suites. They gave us a cookie and pink carnations for Mother’s Day 😊.

Interior is dated. Outdoor pool is not heated. Sloppy room paint job. Pros: Room was generally comfortable and clean. Whatever you need is provided. Staff is great, professional and courteous. Convenient to shopping and Highway.

this building has cery little but can use facilities next door at springhill suites which is much better! breakfast, pool, nicer building, more people, more like a real hotel but this building has 2-bedroom suites which is great where as the other hotels do not usually offer that. Problem is the 2 bedroom suite only has a queen bed which it should have two full beds! The living room has a sleeper sofa but still they should put more beds in the 2nd bedroom!

Delicious breakfasts. The large fridge and kitchenette made it possible to purchase and store food for the holiday when the stores were closed.

The employees are what made my stay at this hotel an excellent one. Front desk clerk Lorenzo made certain my family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay during our vacation. I commend Lorenza in particular for his professionalism and courtesy. As a result, this hotel is highly recommended in my books.

This hotel is located in a very safe town. Most of all the train to the three majors airports are 5 minutes away from the hotel and if you have just a carry on, you can walk to the stations 🚉 and also, take the bus to go to the beautiful Tow Center of Boca Raton to shop, relaxing and eating.

The facility smells, the room they first assigned to us was have multiple stains in the carpet. We called front desk and told them. They then give us another room. Another room the same. We ending up checking out the following morning. We check in very late I slept on the swivel chair my friend ending up sleeping on the bed coz there’s only one swivel chair the sofa bed has stains also. And the room are smelly. The room we paid are 2 bedrooms suite expensive and not worth it on what you are paying. It’s dirty and very filthy. We complained and they said they refusing yo refund us. We didn’t even stay there for 12 hours because we ending up moving to another Marriot. The worse Marriot I ever stayed with. Department of Public health needs to inspect this hotel.

Meh. The property was under renovation (painting), and all in all looked like it needed an overhaul. The carpet in our unit should be changed out. The staf. Was super nice and helpful - so no complaints there.

The hospitality is amazing. but miss Latoya and miss Porcha went above and beyond.... the hotel is clean, bug free quiet... breakfast was great with an awesome variety. Coffee 24/7.... pet friendly dogs have a large grass field to run. Very convient for on and off the highway. The only downside is every time we left the room the keys stopped working and had to be reprogrammed extremely inconvenient..... And the sleeper sofa needs to be updated

From the front desk staff through their maintenance staff their greeting is contagious. They make you feel so welcome and make sure that even busy with other people they'll find a way to acknowledge you 💯 and great you.

It is very nicely located near the main Yamato Street but it is also very quiet and comfortable beds I really relaxed and enjoyed my stay

Kitchen is very convenient. Building is a bit old so needs upgrades, esp. bathtub splashing water no matter how careful. Window covering not securely attached. No USB charging port like most other hotels. So far met our needs.

Staff was very nice. Our room didn’t seem very clean. The doorknob looked like it was going to fall off. No shower fan, bathtub was worn to a point of almost exposing the cast iron. The TV was on an end table in the middle of the room. Walls are thin. Between a dog barking, a woman in an argument on the phone, and the train under our window it was a couple rough nights. The breakfast was okay. Prepackaged egg bites, sausage, cereal, make your own waffle. Not what I expected for $300 (with taxes) a night.

If you need a no frills room I guess this will work. Some family I was with checked in and checked out immediately when they opened the couch to find a blood stain. The couch(which opens to a bed” is ridiculously uncomfortable. I would never recommend or stay here again unless you have a dog and have no other choice.

this property needs to be renovated

Loved the 2 bd suite for my business partner and I. It was convenient to have a small kitchenette since we got in late around 1am and there was no restaurants open. We were able to get microwaveable and oven prepped meals in the lobby and cook them in the room. We hung out in the living room and the pool deck to catch up and on work and personal and the staff was friendly and non-invasive. Even though it is a little dated, everything was clean and well run. The hot breakfast in the morning with sausage and eggs and much more won’t knock your socks off, but it’s free and convenient and there were plenty of place to sit and eat and get ready for our busy day.

The staff at this location was just amazing...friendly, helpful and a shining star for the organization. Regretfully, I find your question on the following page which is asking us to segment ourselves into Black, Latino, LTGPQ, Asian to be offensive. Not to mention you omitted my "Community" I believe it's inappropriate for Marriott to be even asking race/sexual orientation reviews related to hotel room.

this is our second visit, we choose this place because of in suite kitchen, so my wife could cook for our son and daughter in law, who just gave birth to our first grandson.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. There is nothing but offices and commercial property surrounding the place. I would have liked a restaurant that served more than breakfast.
