Este viaje lo hicimos por el cumpleaños de mi esposo, el mi hija y yo,el hotel es exelente muy bonito ,en la recepción las muchachas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y profesionales el chekin fue bien rápido, la piscina exelente, lo único que tengo que decir de malo fue la mujer q nos atendió en el bar de la piscina es muy grosera y despota,a mi esposo le tiro la tarjeta y le tiró un pesado de limón que le pidió, no se como se llama ,pero es rubia y delgada,por lo demás exelente hotel.

There’s no alarm clock The USB ports were not functional The air conditioner was very noisy The smoke alarm in the hallway out side the room beeped all night as if the batteries needed changing (that’s comforting)(I have a video) The comforter was more like a sheet and not warm at all not to mention filthy! (I have Picture) Is there wifi here? No one said and there was no password given The tv guide on the tv is incorrect The bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel- which is fine but that needs to be better advertised people that had not brought their credit card to the pool were very annoyed they couldn’t put it on their room. I sat at the bar and over and over and over again the bartenders had to explain the situation. I could see their irritation growing so I asked, “how many times a day does this happen?” They said it was constant EVERY DAY! How has this issue never been addressed? Signage, information upon check-in or even upon booking! That’s a ridiculous problem that evidently know one anywhere has tried to fix. For $400 a night I was MORE than disappointed. This hotel reminded me more of a Hilton Express. And I thought they had room service. If they do I couldn’t find any evidence of such and most likely they don’t because of the severance between the hotel and the restaurant! Another huge disappointment!

Value. The property is very plain, basic and a bit outdated. Room cleaning was completed late in the afternoon during my entire stay and they didn't clean the bathroom floor during my stay. The level of services did not match the price the hotel is charging.

Didn't really like much of anything beside the food I ordered from meatmarket. Upon arrival, inspected room and it wasn't properly clean...the coffee machine was dirty and filter was in from the last person in that room, dining room chair was dirty with bread crumbs, toilet wasn't working and had to call for maintenance service, burning smell for an hour and reported to front desk(someone was cooking on the balcony at the lower level), difficult sleeping at night because there was a knocking noise and a dripping noise that was coming from the A/C area.

Could hear toilets flushing constantly, again well in to the evening. Not sure where this came from. Smell of exhaust gas from the first floor exhaust vents. The bedding was old. I got locked out of my room accidentally and in order to get a new key they had to cancel the other ones, so my husband could not get back in. From start to finish our experience was excellent, we are from London and have been coming to Boca for over 25 years, we used to stay at a neighbouring hotel, but fancied a change and Joshua Lustig (hotel manager) and his team were excellent we just finished a two week vacation at the hotel and won’t hesitate to return.

Chill hotel with everything that you need for a relaxing weekend. Close proximity to a lot of attractions with kids and the beach. Staying on the first floor and having a balcony to the pool was a great highlight, very convenient!

TV was not working for the first 2 nights of our stay. The air conditioning unit was dripping water outside of our balcony and made loud tapping noice all night. We then switched to a different room and shower faucet is loose and toilet handle is loose. Very disappointing hotel

Bathroom was crowded the way the door opened. Door was noisy when closing. HVAC could be noisy at times.

Check in was seamless. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The property is gorgeous. There is no microwave in the room which was a little inconvenient but there is one in the lobby. Our fire alarm went off for no reason but our stay was great. The pool was gorgeous, the food was delicious. The drinks were extremely overpriced for being a premade frozen drink, but it was yummy.

The font Desk Staff was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only small knock on the staff is there was a water spill on near the meeting rooms that wasn’t mopped up for hours. I eventual wiped it up myself.

Location Soulless atmosphere, very corporate feel, tired rooms , mattress fit for the garbage , had a massive dip in it. Room service was incredibly poor . For example, the water , coffee pods , stirrers, sugar were not restocked , bin in bathroom not emptied. Sloppy work. Service round the pool was abysmal as was the bar round the pool

Our stay was great. The place was clean, service was top notch. My only complaint is, although my husband said the coffee was great, I am a tea drinker and there was none. A little disappointing. I did enjoy the fruit flavored water. And really appreciated the bottles of water. The pool was great. Would definitely go back.

It took 40 minutes to check in… we stood in line for 15, 20 minutes and then they told us our room wasn’t ready yet. This is about 4:30, rooms are supposed to be ready by 4:00. The people at the desk were incompetent and had to help each other to check in guests and the credit card machine was not working. Then got to our room, took off my shoes and carpet was wet and mushy,gross, there was a manager for cleaning crew by our room and when I said the carpet was….. he said wet and mushy. Like he already knew. They put us in another room. It’s now 5:15 and we have to get ready for a formal by 6:00 only to find out that there is no shuttle, which was stated on the web site. For the price of the rooms and what we got I give it a -1. I have had better rooms for far less. This was supposed to be a 5 star and the rooms are outdated and the restaurant next door was so highly priced. We had appetizers and didn’t 150.00. I will never again stay at this hotel nor recommend it

We stay here every time we go on a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. We just love Boca so that’s our choice. Great dining options, the mall is right there and the hotel is beautiful. The pool and bar is always fun. The meat market next door for dinner is so convenient and delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

Most of the rooms have views of the parking lot and dirty windows. Moved to the pool view and then you heard noise from the bar. The customer services desk agents not great. Did not meet standard of a 4.5 hotel rating.

Wish there was a reasonable restaurant in the hotel. Nothing nearby (walkable). That was really my only complaint. Shuttle to airport would have been a plus, but not a big deal

They could do better at cleaning the bathrooms. The water is not warm enough for taking baths or showers. Shower head not strong enough. The plug to fill the tub was not working reported it and never repaired it. Had to use a towel and a cup to fill the tub. They don’t clean the bathroom floors unless you ask. Tubs look yellow.

Hotel parking lot unsafe. Spots immediately in front of the lobby are blocked off for valet. Due to popular attached restaurant guests are required to park in dark remote areas with street access because valet spots ( which are walking distance to lobby) are reserved. Bathroom had ants. Water did not get hot in shower.

The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately they didn’t keep it very clean. Tables were left with food and drinks on them with the squirrels running around eating off of the left over plates. There was also garbage left on the ground near the pool bar. The few people who were working the area didn’t seem to care about cleaning up and they certainly weren’t interested in serving us, as we sat and waited for someone to come take our order before we eventually just left and went elsewhere.

My teen daughter and I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and we were most dissatisfied with this. Server acted like we were an imposition…we were told “no” to just about everything we asked for; cappuccino machine not working, coffee lukewarm, server wouldn’t leave a carafe, asked for cream and sugar and she literally set down a container with zero sugar in it (asked a passing manager for some sugar), ordered egg whites, nope that can’t be done. When I finally said to her “are you kidding?!” To which she replies no, then when our order arrived it had undercooked egg whites! The food was terrible, the server the worst! We checked out a day early.

Recuperating from an injury n took a luxurious weekend at the Renaissance for some much need rest n pampering. Had take out at one of my favorite restaurants n bought 3 items at the one store I peeked in at the nearby Towne Center. All over the service, ambience n surroundings were wonderful. I look forward to returning.

The place and room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds. heater & aircon worked well and was also quiet. Clean bathroom, well lit, good water pressure, multi-spray shower head. Good all around stay!

Stayed here the night before our cruise in Ft Lauderdale. I needed to stop at the mall so we picked this location. It was raining the day we were there so couldn’t use the amenities but they looked very nice. The Meat Market is next door and is always great. Would definitely stay again

Im just leaving a message so you can improve. My room had few tiny roaches in bathroom and fire alarm was all covered with tape. Im not sure it would have worked in the event of a fire.

I liked the hotel but was concerned when a private party with a loud band played music that could be heard in all the rooms near the pool and Tiki Bar. Several people complained in addition to me. The manager suggested I change my room because he couldn’t guarantee the band would stop at 9 pm. Thanks to Charles Fenton, the night supervisor, the band was asked to stop playing so people staying in the hotel could go to sleep.

I was entirely satisfied with our 4 night stay. The lobby and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The bedding is exceptionally comfortable and I slept better there each night than I actually do at home. The service was top tier. Our comfort and concerns were their priorities. All of the staff on site were friendly from front desk, to maids, lawn workers. Just everyone! When we come back to Boca Raton we will not hesitate coming back there. Thank you

My stay in Boca Raton felt “elevated” and was a nice break from my everyday routine.

This was my first time staying since the property was renovated so I decided to pay the $260 for a night to check it out even though some other nicer hotels were cheaper. I had problems with my room which the staff moved me to a new room with no issues. My only complaint is that they sell pool day passes so the pool was crowded and more like a club scene which I didn’t expect. Wasn’t happy paying all that money for a night stay to have a crowded pool that doesn’t allow guests to have peace and quiet. Also hate that hotels charge a pricier rate than competitors in the area just to money grab any other way they can. Won’t be staying here again

On the day we left, my wife noticed she lost a gold earring. We went back and room seevice was cleaning the room. She had found it and gave it to me. She was surprised when I tipped her, but honesty should get rewarded. The valet brought my vehicle around and helped load it even tho we did not valet park it. I recommend this hotel very highly. It's newly renovated. The girl at the pool side bar was extrememy nice. The drinks ( we had the colada) were delicious and reasonably priced. In September Im bringing just my wife for our anniversary.

We found cockroaches in our room. Not the usual quality of this type of property. It is close to FAU, which was the purpose of our visit.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and extremely kind. They made my stay so much better.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk check in personnel greeted us with smiles, complimentary cookies and champagne! The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the pool was nice and warm! The only disappointment was the early closure of the pool area bar! The young man who is the parking attendant leader was a godsend! His humility, attention to detail, and show of empathy was beyond reproach! Excellent stay and location!

A surprisingly delightful hotel close to shops bars and eateries. Will use again
