Upon arrival after a three-hour drive with my wife and young daughter, valet personnel aggressively directed vehicle movement and appeared more focused on traffic flow than guest safety. While my family and I were unloading luggage and assisting our child from the vehicle, valet attendants continued moving vehicles in close proximity to pedestrians without ensuring that all passengers were safely clear of the area. This created a situation where my young daughter could have been struck by a moving vehicle. This is not an isolated concern. I have stayed at this property multiple times and have consistently experienced rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior from the valet personnel. However, this incident elevated my concerns from customer service issues to guest safety concerns. Because the valet operation functions directly at the hotel's entrance, it significantly impacts guest safety and the overall customer experience. I believe the business should review its valet safety procedures, employee training, supervision practices, and pedestrian protection measures. I am requesting that the business investigate this matter, review any available surveillance footage from the valet area, evaluate the safety practices of the valet operation, and provide a written response regard

Bathroom and beds were clean and the employees very pleasant. Parking was easy access. The restaurant Louie Bossi in the first floor was excellent. Location was excellent. The furniture in pool area and breakfast dining areas dirty. The key fob cap kept falling and the door kept staying stuck in room 706.

Time for a Reno rooms looked old outdated and furniture was broken. Wouldn’t stay again.

The main issue was that my room was very cold due to a malfunctioning AC. I reported the problem, the concierge sent a technician who established the problem, but the issue was not fixed and I was not given another room despite assurances from the staff. My room was at 61-62 degrees Farnheit. I will never stay in this hotel again!!!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast selection was good Room noise was not acceptable. We could hear every car, motorcycle that passed into the early morning hours. Was not able to sleep because of the noise.

My biggest issue was the housekeeping, which I believe was based on too few staff members. The rooms were not vacuumed and I received a different number of towels each day. Front desk staff was excellent.

The good - breakfast, pool, and location. Staff was very rude. We reserved a king sized bed room, but the bed was more like a queen. When we called the front desk, we were told it was a “auxiliary king” which is smaller. No where did it say this on website. Also the bathroom fan and mirror light did not work, but the guy we spoke with said we would have to “deal with it”.

Lobby area nice and clean. Room needed updating and bathroom cleanliness was poor as there was hair all over. Bed was below average and bedding was older.

The room was spacious and the area was good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and the staff there were amazing. Few things: 1. Glass moving door for the shower was stuck and even after reporting it was no fixed 2. All the lights of the room just turn off from time to time when you are inside the room (there is no key card in the entrance) 3. Breakfast is really one of the worst I experienced and I go to many hotels world wide

That essentially was the valet people, and they were rewarded for that. You should know there’s a $25 a night parking fee. However, on the downside, I did not get the VIP treatment. I should have being an Expedia VIP member. There’s nobody to get your luggage up to your room like most fine hotels .. this really was a no-frills hotel and for $500+ a night I expected more. Stayed 2 night , housekeeping forgot to clean my room ….not a great experience ….maybe I am spoiled ..

The room was so clean my jamaican mother had zero complaints. Iykyk. Great breakfast and all staff were pleasant. I dont like paying $25 a night for parking but at least the lots are four floors up.

There were 5 of us. The first night they only had a king with a pullout couch. One of us had to sleep on the floor. We booked 2 queens with a pull out. They put us in the correct room for the second night. Not sure how that happens.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a nice property but housekeeping definitely needs to be supervised and retrained. The first room we were given had a toilet that was leaking at the base and the grout around it was filthy. The tiles in the shower were absolutely disgusting. We were switched to a different room and when we opened the door the room that had been marked as clean hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets were on the floor and it was a mess. We were given a third room which could’ve used a more thorough cleaning but was better than the first two rooms so we just kept it. Our first day there we decided to go down to the bar to get some wings and Parmesan Truffle fries. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES IN THE ELEVATORS. They looked nothing like the disastrous food we received. The wings were undercooked and the fries were not Parmesan truffle fries. They literally cooked the fries and threw clumps of shredded cheese on them. It was horrible we ended up getting food elsewhere. Aside from this I will say that their breakfast is great. They have a variety of items each morning. The pool was nice, I do think that it would be better if they added more umbrella’s.

This might be the BEST Hyatt Place ever. The breakfast area was large, well staffed, the lobby was large with lots if that Florida sunshine, nice bar area. Pool on the 11th floor rooftop, whats not to.like.

The staff was amazing, we arrived at 1:30 am on Thursday the 24th. The gentleman working at the check-in desk was so nice and very helpful. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall but the room and bed was nice. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast and a wonderful staff! Becky Workman

Unfortunately, this excuse was repeated each day for the duration of my stay, and the issue was never resolved. I had to do my makeup in poor lighting the entire time, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. On the second day, I was provided with a vanity mirror, but it also didn’t light up, although it did magnify, which helped only slightly. When I brought the matter to the hotel manager's attention, I was told that because I had booked through Orbitz, there was nothing they could do for me directly, and that I would need to file a complaint through your site. I found this response disappointing, as I expected the hotel to address maintenance issues regardless of how the reservation was made. Given this experience, I’m not sure I will book future trips through Orbitz, knowing that issues like this may not be properly addressed or resolved. This ongoing issue significantly impacted my stay and reflected a lack of follow-through on what should have been a simple fix.

I had been to this property before. Friendly front desk. Nice spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable and I felt the A/C in the room was not consistent, but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Parking is reasonable ($25/day) which I feel is good for the area.

The hotel overall was decent & clean for the most part. The hotel has so much potential. Here’s what I mean: the room was spacious & clean but the bed was hard. The cleaning staff forgot to empty a whole full trash can in the room. The pool area was nice but there were towels all over the place like no one had been up there all day to clean. The gym was decent & they had a Peloton bike. The problems were there were no towels or disinfectant wipes for 3 of the 4 days I visited. The screw on the Peloton bike seat was broken so the seat slid back while riding. The breakfast wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the boiled eggs & yogurt. The hotel ‘restaurant’ menu is very limited & the food took 45 minutes to arrive (only a sandwich & a salad nothing complicated) & was mediocre at best. The server/bartender was courteous & provided good service despite the kitchen’s delays. The hotel has so much potential if it fixes these items.

Clean and nice

Everything was good, but they didn’t took care of a couple of minor requests (replacing a light bulb and allowing the interconnecting door between the two room I booked).

The property is a typical Hyatt, generally as expected. The staff was super friendly. Parking ($25/night) was a little challenging because of a tight, narrow ramp. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. We were traveling for business, and we did not use the gym or pool. The lobby has a nice, comfy bar area on one side, and a shop on the other side (next to the reception desk) where you can buy snacks, drinks, etc. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. Generally quiet, comfortable and clean.

Our room was impressively spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying again in the future!

Very friendly, efficient and informative check in!!! Room was nicely equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, and 2 bottles of water. Great location with so many choices of restaurants. Walking distance to mizner Park and amphitheater. Breakfast included and so many selections!! All the staff we encountered were very, very nice!!! Would definitely stay here again

It is absolutely beautiful there! The staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean as well as the whole property! The pool view is amazing as well! We were on the 15th floor and it was a beautiful view! We felt right at home there!

Area was very clean. Didn’t like being charged for parking for 7 days. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool.

Main issues that need to be fixed: The internet was poor and we did not have any access for the four days we started.

We really enjoyed staying here. The reason for the three stars is that we stayed in a suite with a lovely kitchen, but there was not one item in the kitchen, not a napkin not a paper towel no glasses just paper cups for coffee. Made no sense to me to provide a kitchen area with a zero. No wine opener no sponge literally nothing. Also the breakfast was very lacking. Things were empty before the time ended and they were not refilling.

The hotel is beautiful and the location absolutely perfect.

I feel it is a little expensive for the hotel facilities and breakfast could be improved. Sometimes the food was cold has it had been stood out for a while. Word prefer fried eggs rather than scrambled

There was fire at the property and everyone has to be evacuated but that wasn't the issue. The issue was not being able to stay there the night and then when i got back the next day before check out, my room was already cleaned and I lost half of my stuff ....

Feels right

Walk to food and shopping. Clean and vibrant area

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to downtown Boca Raton. It is smack in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, the train & everything. The he hotel itself is beyond basic, it's certainly clean & the staff is very friendly and they include a continental breakfast with a lot of options, but the rooms are so sparse and nondescript, it's almost shocking. Zero frills! Also, the pool is on the seventh floor and is nice enough but very small.
