Wonderful staff. A little outdated but overall good value for the price.

The staff was excellent. They're very helpful! Rooms are very clean. Pool is really nice! The breakfast wasn't the best. The sausage and bacon are soggy, but they have a decent selection.

This property was very well maintained, and the staff was great. Walking distance to a very nice coffee shop and luncheonette. The pool was also very well maintained. Highly recommend staying here.

When we got home a day later my husband realized he left one of his dress shirts hanging in the closet. Called to ask them to send it to us but it was nowhere to be found so someone on staff clearly stole it. Would not recommend. There are many better options in the same area.

Georgia the emphathetic front desk officer after my room got flooded with toilet water The other hostile personel from the front desk to front office manager.My room got flooded on thursday 30/04 with toilet water and Jack Wickliffe has the audacity to gaslight and tell me it was the bathtub that flooded into the room.Maintenance people either lied to him or he is a liar himself Either way,stay away from this hotel or get prepared to pay an attorney to help you sent them straight if you unfortunately have an existing booking.They need to be trained and retrained on hospitality.I will definitely never come back or advise anyone to

Janelle (Front Desk Attendant) made my check in process quick, efficient, and best of all… WELCOMING! Despite the fact that the building has signs of age, the staff there really made up for it by ensuring the overall cleanliness of my room as well as the facility. On-site self parking was easy and convenient. An great place to stay for a few days of business or leisure.

Stay away from this property. It's old and run down. Feels like a cheap motel that sits behind a gas station.

Jack and his staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. At breakfast, they were serving western omelets that included ham, which my husband doesn’t eat for religious reasons. The staff member was very accommodating and kindly offered to prepare two egg and cheese omelets for him. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness, and overall, our stay was excellent! If I had to find one thing wrong, it would be that the AC was a little loud but that is reaching.

Good representative of Hampton Inn -- Room was clean, staff I interacted with was helpful, parking was always available. Pool is quite nice. Outside noise echoes in this spot so even though it is generally quiet you might need some noise defense mechanisms to sleep. Only one elevator so occasionally a wait. A very reasonable choice for a stay.

Wonderful staff, large clean modern room. Breakfast was good, coffee available all day. Plenty of parking, very quiet. I would have paid twice as much and still would have felt it was a bargain. The only place I will stay when visiting Boca Raton area.

The service for breakfast was terrible. All I wanted was a coffe and had to wait 20 minutes and I asked for a refill and did not get one. I don’t understand why we have to pay for self parking. My room was not quiet I could hear the pipes rattling from the room above and below me.

We went to this hotel, and had a splendid time. I loved the fact that it is in a hidden area, very quaint, clean, great customers service, and food was delish. It was hubbys bday and he enjoyed every min of it. That’s always a plus for me :-).

Susie at the front desk is phenomenal. She is a true pleasure to deal with.

The beds and pillow were very comfortable. A little noise around the aisle but it was good for a few days.

Room was OK. Breakfast was good. Key cards weren't working for our room and several others at one point, but issue was resolved. We were told at check-in that housekeeping would come every-other day. No housekeeping came after 2 days-we had to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.

Sebastian at the check-in desk was exceptional! Made my welcome to FL that much better.

This is a good Hampton Inn with an exceptionally kind staff.

In the midst of upscale urban sprawl: small malls, gated communities, business parks etc., but antiseptically clean. Dining options on the other side of Yamato Rd. if you're walking. We liked 5 Spice Asian Street Market, but there are others. Within near driving distance of Morikami Japanese garden and museum. Don't miss them! Also, it seemed that hotel prices were less crazy here than further south. .

I had initially booked a two day stay here, but cut it down to one after seeing the condition of the property. It has probably reached the point where a remodel is needed. The place is tired and has seen better days. I like Hampton Inn but have noticed they will try to keep a property going way too long before the remodel is needed.

We had excellent service and were extremely accomodated when in need. We will definitely come back in the future.

The staff was so very friendly and very professional, especially your front desk employee. Her caring nature made us feel right at home. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

This property was well keep and clean. Front office staff was very helpful and courteous.

Excellent property, which appears very well kept. The Staff at the front desk were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Only one problem, our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool, it was clean, bedding was comfortable, however, we found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. There was a musky, damp smell that was evident whenever the temperature was at a comfortable 72-74 degrees. We had to keep the temperature at a very cool 70/71 in order for that damp smell to be less evident and more tolerable. Next visit, we will definitely advise the front desk of any issues that need to be corrected. Thank you.

We booked this hotel stay for one night and it was a bad experience for my husband who has many allergies. It started when we first entered the room there was a strong perfume smell likely from the deodorizer used to clean the room. The carpet had stains on them. The pillows had duck feathers which my husband is highly allergic to. We called the front desk and requested foam pillows which they exchanged for us. The night was completely ruined for my husband. This experience has taught us it is important to communicate directly with the hotel and let them know of any allergies so they can ensure the room is prepared accordingly.

Lovely stay at Hampton Inn! I received an upgraded room at check-in, which was very roomy and comfortable (accessible). Wonderful amenities, dog-friendly, nice pool. Hector was great at front desk and in fact everyone except a couple of the housekeeping staff was friendly. Parking free and plenty of it, including handicapped spots. Quiet area and quiet room. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Maybe Sebastian at the front desk should get help because he seemed overwhelmed as if he couldn’t handle just one customer in front of me. As a consumer/customer I shouldn’t know or feel that you’re bothered by me no matter how many customers you’ve seen before me. I had to ask Sebastian the same questions twice and he never answered them until finally someone else walked up there who I believe was his manager and so he pretended to be engaged. He didn’t do anything he said he would do for me to have an enjoyable experience there and that’s because he really didn’t want that from what I can see. That was last time there and if you can see I have gone to several hotels and I review them all some which is a part of my job and others are not. I had not once mentioned about the customer service out of the 16 hotels this year and so, Sebastian is the first. He was just horrible because his smile when I walked in was very warming at the time but again that was because others were in front of him. Everyone is not customer service material or it could be because I’m me! I’m a blogger and I have over 20k followers so I have to say this is my very first really negative review I’ll be posting on social media. And oh, the maids will knock on your door before checkout which is never anything I will be a fan of.

They no longer have the connection to the neighboring Lifetime Fitness facility so now it is a very average hotel. Taron- at the front desk-however was amazing!
