Pool and hot tub needs work. Walls/bottom felt like sandpaper with craters. Hot tub wasn't even heated. That was the sole reason I booked here. Got bit by something in the room, but there weren't any insects I could find.

Would like to say that I did stay 4 days 3 nights and not once anyone came to clean my room or give me fresh towels. One of the mornings that I was heading out did ask the young lady at front desk if someone could please leave fresh towels in my room. She replied with a yes and that evening when I returned back to my room no one ever came. No fresh towels and room was not cleaned as well. There was free breakfast but u had to keep asking the person that was in charge to refill the hot trays with eggs. No apple juice and when I let her know she said ok but never did refill. Service was unprofessional in all areas. The front desk staff r polite but every other service not so great. This was my first stay at this hotel and will be my last.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Boca. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is great and convenient to everything. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast. That's about it. Dirty pool, dirty/cold "hot" tub. Dresser drawer in room wouln't stay closed, T.V. periodically dropped out for some reason. Trash on ground around pool. Staff was wonderful, the rest was not.

We stayed 5 nights and overall it was good. We had to change rooms after the first night because the handicapped room did not meet our needs. We got a new room but never got maid service at all the rest of our time. We enjoyed the hot tub once and the remaing days the water was not heated even after we told them. The internet connection was difficult to connect to. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Parking was easy and it was quiet and restful.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean. We checked in late and the front staff was nice but their computer system was very slow. The room was clean but the air conditioner was very noisy and we hardly got any sleep. It was ok for one night but would not stay for more than that.

The 8years olds from the hockey team that screamed and took over the whole lobby over the weekend was stressful and obnoxious. Not the staffs fault but no one said anything to these parent or kids. They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either.

We stayed here the night before a cruise (it's about 30 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale port). The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, the free breakfast was great, they have many options. I would definitely stay here again!

Front desk was very accommodating allowing me to check in early. They were working on the Hotel's AC system right outside my room which was at times noisy and inconvenient. The airplanes are very loud all night. The room was not very clean, needed some updating and the breakfast was pretty bad. I would not stay here again for the price.

The property was extremely clean and the breakfast variety was excellent. The area was safe and easy to get to with ample parking. The only negative was that we had to ask for towels a few different times at the pool and for our room (we had four people in our room and they only give three towels). Besides that, it was an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Fairfield Inn it is very nice and the room was exceptional. The check-in lady was super kind too after a super long day of business meetings and she even gave me snacks. I will stay at your hotel again! It is very clean and has the latest in technology too. I also liked the plant based variety of breakfast foods too!

I stayed here while attending a graduate orientation at FAU. The staff were so friendly! Breakfast was nice, sufficient. Our room was comfortable. We only had a minor issue with the a/c acting like it wasn't going to come on once after we turned it up a little. It self-resolved. Good location. Would stay again!

The location The carpet in the room was musty and stained, the breakfast was gross. The turkey sausage was undercooked, the eggs liquid, and no coffee creamer. The pool was quite dirty and no one stopped people from smoking at the pool. Furthermore, when we arrived around 10:00 at night we walked up to the front counter and the lady standing there continued to type for about 3 to 4 minutes before she even acknowledged we were standing in front of her. When she did decide to break from typing and acknowledge us wanting to check in she did not look up make eye contact or smile she simply said last name.

It was ok. I had paid for a king bed and when I got there at 4 pm they told me they only had a room with two double beds. Was not really happy about that I’m a big guy and that little bed was not comfortable having my foot hanging off the end of the bed for someone over 6 foot 2 that was not good.

It was close to the area I needed to be. The breakfast was good and kept full. The front desk staff pleasant and helpful. The grounds nicely maintained. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom tub not cleaned well and the sheets were not clean. There was a smell of wetness and musk in the room. I would hope the management would oversee this kind of issue better since I saw other complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms.

Let me first start by saying the two front counter helpers were so sweet and kind. This has no reflection on them… BUT, for a Marriot, this was AWFUL… DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Facility was very OLD and very out dated. Our Room was HORRIBLE AND SMELLED, AND MOLD EVERYWHERE! Our bed pillows and sheets were damn because of too much moisture in the rooms. We tried turning the air conditioner off to dry everything out but then the room smelled worse. We went to store and bought Lysol and I sprayed down everything to disinfect everything. Also we thought to enjoy the pool in between our busy schedule and when my daughter and husband went in the pool there was mold and algae growing on the inside walls around the pool. This place was one toxic germ after another! I can tell you this we were there 2 nights, when we were leaving my husband felt very sick achy and flu like. With a start of a cough. We flew home our 3rd day. We went to urgent care after getting back into town and he has start of upper respiratory infection… and wheezing.. Dr told him without a doubt it probably came from the old air conditioner units in the room and MOLD! And also testing him because of possible infection from pool water with mold and algae. DO NOT STAY HERE! OUTDATED AND VERY Mold everywhere

My stay was great! I did notice that the bathtub was a bit dirty and the stopper did not work so the water filled the tub, but I worked around it because other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Upon arrival the clerk at the Front Desk was extremely professional and was able to allow my us to check in early after an 14 hr drive. The room appeared to be cleaned until going into the bathroom and it smelled like urine. The tub was dirty (dirt residue) with hair on shower curtain and in the corner on the tub. Went down to the front desk about it and was informed housekeeping wasn't in yet. We waited about 30 to 40 minutes for the Supervisor to come and clean. Once that was done, we started disinfecting the room with and beds pulled the sheets and comforter back to discover SEMEN ON THE COMFORTER AND STAINS IN THE SHEET AND BED COVER WHERE MY ONE YEAR WAS! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! AS YOU CAN IMAGINE IM FURIOUS.

I didn't like anything about this hotel, rooms are small beds are full, not even queens, sink area is small, bathtub shower instead of regular shower. Bathtub had scraped off porcelain- exposed metal of tub. overall a below average experience and disappointment

It deserves “one star” * the most if you want to be generous. The rooms are next to a busy road and parking lot or the airport. Take your pick!! Altogether it should be closed down and rebuilt with new staff but even than you are 20 feet from the Boca Airport!!

Not updating, and I asked for a none smoking room which was false information the room smells so horrible and on top of that the a/c doesn’t work ask to switch rooms none was available no one to come and fix the AC but a good news was I was able to get a refund. I don’t know if all the rooms was like that, but I know our room was like that.

Bathroom poorly designed, no counterspace at the vanity. A large counterspace is far more useful than a tub with two people in the room. Neither me, nor anyone I have ever met, took a bath in the tub of a hotel, showers only. They should take note of the cruising industry, where showers are the NORM, yet the on-board stays are longer than most hotel stays, and cruisers are perfectly happy with it, never ever complaining for the lack of a tub. Since I've been to Japan, I sorely miss a built-in bidet in my hotel stays; on all the toilets in my house I have had installed one since, and we (my wife and I), find the lack of it nowadays unhygenic and truthfully: disgusting. I wonder how the Japanese feel about its lack in the West...

This was our haven from hurricane Milton.

Great place. Clean, quiet, nice, and pet friendly, which we needed in our travels to get away from the hurricane coming to our town. Hotel is only 4 stories high, which is very nice when travelling with a dog, so we can take the stairwell and enter / exit out the side of the building with our dog, bypassing elevators and crowds (Not that there was any).
