Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

The staff was professional, helpful, and efficient from the beginning of my stay until the end. I would highly recommend staying at Marriott in Boca Raton at town center!

Fire alarm at 4:00 am no assistance for seniours no open door on floor 4 after Firefighters where gone. NO EXPLANATION TO THE BOOKING WHY THERE WAS NO PERMISSION TO ORDER FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE HOTEL SERVICE AND NO REFUNDS ON THE ENTIRE ORDER

Overall was clean aside from the comforter having brown stains that looked like old blood stains I asked for my comforter to be changed once and even second round it was like that so I removed it from the bed and used only the sheet. Also the food at the restaurant not the best . Also when checking in girl at front doesn’t even speak doesn’t say if they r holding a security deposit nothing. Complete silence

The staff was very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was well kept, the room was clean, the front desk personnel was courteous and helpful, parking was in a very convenient distance to the hotel itself, the swimming pool was nice. All in all, we did enjoy staying here.

I received. There was not the level of superior service I was accustomed to. When I asked, at the desk, for a Catholic Church in the area, I was met with "shrugs" and absolutely no attempt to help answer my question. There was a problem with "connections" in our room and we were unable to charge our phones/tablets. Finally, after a couple of days of complaining, an electrician was dispatched. The solution was: a power strip was left for us to enable us to charge our devices. Simple solution that could've been utilized the very first time we complained. Coffee supplies in our room were minimal. We had a keurig machine....but bare minimum coffee supplies. There was NO complimentary breakfast, which we always had received in previous stays at Marriott hotels. I was amazed at how our stay at Marriott, Boca Raton, was so different ( and far inferior ) to previous stays at other Marriott properties. This was a C+ experience at bestI Frank & Marilyn Lowery

This Marriott is lovely and I have stayed at many. One of my favorite things about it is that it was recently renovated and allergen free.

Excellent location for central Boca raton, lots of great places to eat locally. A great property and all the amenities we used were great (including a laundry room on 3rd floor!!) a guy called Pete greeted us daily by the lobby. A lovely guy and a happy first impression to the hotel. Bravo Marriott BR town centre for including everyone

We ate in the lounge provided for premium guests which was lovely as was the service . The rooms were very nice although perhaps more clothes space could be provided. One person in particular stood out . His name was Pete and he greeted guests at the front door . He exemplifies everything that Marriott stands for in terms of inclusiveness . This gentleman was a wonderful example for you as a number of guests said. It’s a shame more organisations don’t showcase their people this way . Space for clothes was limited

I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are alright and do the job. The pool is a nice size with lots of seating and there is a gym!

Good location, big rooms Nobody wellcome you at the hotel door, nobody help with the suitcase, fill like they don't care. The room is big but not clean hair in the bath. The weather was cold at our stay, the management did not think to warm up the public areas, it was very hard to eat breakfast freeing.

Room had a small bedside light that was flickering so we didn't use it. Lock deadbolt repeatedly stuck. No coffee or accompaniments when we arrived, required a call for replenishment. Repeatedly received notices of charges being put through my cc for amounts that made no sense. Staff tried to explain but was not able to. Probably won't stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at the Boca Marriott at Boca Center! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed to relax. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous—sparkling clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. We spent a lot of time there just soaking up the sun and enjoying the atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with great shopping and dining nearby. Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did not eat at any of the Onsight restaurants as there were so many options around the hotel, but I would definitely stay again.

Booking said breakfast for 2 but we didn't have a sit down b/f but a bun fight help yourself to half eaten foot in lounge, certainly not what we're had in Sydney or London before when staying with Marriott

My daughter and I had another great stay at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was comfortable and nicely updated. The check-in staff were professional and friendly, and the location was perfect with a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Boca Raton.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. Free parking was available out in front of the hotel. We tried to arrive in the afternoon to see if we could check in a little early. We didn’t get a call that our room was ready until after 5pm. The club lounge didn’t offer any drinks in the evening and it was closed for a private party the morning we left, definitely not worth it. There was a nice bar area near the lobby. Our room was clean with comfortable mattress and bedding, but there was a constant slamming of doors starting at 7 am until we checked out. It would have been nice to sleep in a little in peace.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and the rooms are so nice, I slept really well. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Marriott Boca Center and the updates/renovations look really good. Hotel has been beautifully refreshed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the service was very professional. We will be back again for business and will always stay here. Close walking distance to shops and multiple restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great stay and location

While the staff were very friendly and helpful I found my experience at the Marriott somewhat disappointing. First was a water pipe break when I was in the middle of a shower. The manager did make a very good effort to contact me. She gave me points on bonvoy and some free drink certificates as compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast was way over priced at $26.00 and they only offered complimentary coffee during the week. However, on the weekends you have to pay $6.00 for a 12 once cup. It does not make sense. All in all I found that the Marriott is not any better than other places I have stayed. I expected a little better for the money I paid to stay there. At the very least complimentary coffee. There really was nothing that set them apart from anywhere else. Do some research on the other hotels around the area and I am sure you will find a better place.

I was actually impressed with the gym, view, breakfast choices, and the surrounding areas outside. The night life! The restaurants. Morton's Steakhouse is a highlight, food is amazing delicious. The beach was about 15 minutes away. Clean !

Although the buffet breakfast was good, we invited friends for dinner at the hotel. A real disaster. Very slow. Three meals were served and waited a long time for the fourth. Potatoes were cold. Send back. Returned cold. presentation was poor. Fish was very small. Manager gave us free drink coupons to make up for poor food and terrible service.

left one day early as could not stand the noise at night - desk offered free breakfast as compensation then charged me - uggg!

The room was clean, no odors. The staff was OUTSTANDING!!!! They even insured the return of my left behind items which I received just a couple of days later! I just loved the whole experience.

Hair found in room throughout stay, never gave us adequate bath linens (two towels and one washcloth for two guests 6 days) despite going to front desk. No one answers phone at front desk when I called from the room. Ice machine broken on our floor. I was told there was a morning coffee station in the lobby but there was not and actually charged $6 for a cup of coffee in the lobby! Much cheaper hotels always have coffee in the lobby. Very disappointing.

I have been spending over 60 days per year at this property for over 15 years and I still enjoy the attention and service that I receive every visit. Everyone around the property is very considerate and caring. The MClub staff is one of the best in the country, I can’t say enough good things about both the male breakfast attendant and the evening female attendant. They are absolutely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

But the most RIDICULOUS design choice was to have a decent sized area for the commode and tub/ shower, and NOT ONE HOOK on 3 walls for a towel, with the exception of the hook behind the door, not designed for a towel. I can’t tell you how much I hated hanging my towel on the ironing board hung on the wall.

Great location with walking access to multiple restaurants. Ample parking. Felt safe. Amazing service, could not ask for better. Room was clean. My only concern, which was a huge let down, was the bed was a rock … if you like firm mattresses maybe this would be your preference, but my wife and I prefer softer beds, which this was not …

Room and bathroom were spacious, the "members' lounge" was always open and had cold canned colas and also a starbuck's coffee machine. Breakfast was included and was sufficient. The staff were friendly. Gym was nice and clean and good for a hotel at this price point. Didn't use pool but it looked clean.

Comfortable beds.

An employee by the name of Rupen Dudi. He was exceptional in the way he helped me when I needed help. I love exceptional service but don’t get it much anymore. Then along comes Ripen Dudi and there it was…the exceptional service I crave when I stay in a hotel.

Had two queen beds and stayed in hotel for several days after my son’s surgery - comfortable.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for 5 nights with a confirmed booking. On the 4th day the Marriott changed our booking to a 4 nights stay because they overbooked rooms. Neither Expedia or the Mariott were helpful and we were told we had to find another hotel to stay at. The front desk staff were very rude and said we should not have used a third party like Expedia. Expedia also did nothing to assist in why the hotel was able to change our confirmed stay for their convenience.

Guests next door were loud and raucous till 1AM and had a dog( not allowed). Could hear everything they said. Had to call front desk twice about it the noise.

We were very impressed with this property. The front desk was able to upgrade my room to a higher floor and the room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. Ask for Neil to serve you. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. The location is great and free parking is convenient. We loved being able to walk over to the famous taco restaurant for dinner.

I checked in on July 25 for one night. The room I was given had a musty smell, making it difficult to breathe. I contacted Hotels.com to report the situation. They reached out to the hotel, but there was no response. When Hotels.com informed me of this, I called the hotel myself, but still received no answer. Consequently, I wrote a message to the hotel expressing my concerns.

Overall, the customer service was good. We requested daily room cleaning but on the first day, no one ever came to do so. What I will say, after advising the front desk, the issue was remedied immediately.

Cons: the carpet in the hallway was dirty. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. I didn’t like the ironing board being in the bathroom, and the sink not being in the bathroom, but that’s just a structural preference on my part. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have never stayed at this property although I had made my reservation 3 weeks prior, when I arrived to the Marriot hotel, Brandon at the front desk lobby gave me a nonsensical explanation that there was no space in the hotel and they sent me to a Whydham hotel, this was an unpleasant moment and very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel, it was terrible. I do not recommend anyone to make reservations in an unsafe place.

Well located for my needs. BUT, ery poor and inadequate response for issues (non-operable ironing board, broken coffee maker, insufficient number of towels repeatedly asked for prior day and never provided). Not adequately staffed hotel. Management not available to navigate guest needs. Overcrowded pool area that is far too small to accommodate the number of guests.
