NO HOT TUB I booked this room to help my wife relieve some stress we enjoy pools and hot tubs. This hotel has no hot tub and the pool was closed despite advertising a "public hot tub" and pool online.

I was traveling on a motorcycle and asked for a first floor room which was accommodated. The air conditioner worked great. The shower curtain didn't reach the top of the bathtub and water drenched the floor. The safety lock (swing arm type) was barely screwed into the door. The door didn't have any insulation around it plus needed painted badly.

NOTHING The bathroom was gross. The bedspread had holes. The lights by the bed did not work or the outlets. Hole in wall but we were to tired to go anywhere else. And they had no other double beds

The rooms were really filthy the floors they didn't sweep they didn't mop the walls were filthy the beds wasn't changed the bathroom floor was filthy trash behind a dressers trash under the bed roaches in the refrigerator roaches all over the room just disgusting I bought my own sheets and covers I bought braid cleaner so I can clean it myself I was in a non-smoking section everybody on that side was smoking weed and cigarettes just disgusting! I like The View.

Cleanliness, breakfast was a joke. Refrigerator looked like it was from a dump.

The location was convenient. The desk/check-in procedure was easy. But that is about it. Better pillows. Better towels/washclothes and bathroom toiletries. We went to Dollar General and purchased some items.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were old and dated, fridge had mold in it and chairs were stained. Sink had bugs in drainage pipes and bathroom walls were not cleaned. Blankets had cigarette burns in the blankets. Slept with towel over me. Grandson did as well. He refused to even use the face towels to bath. He is 8 yrs old. My 6 yr old had to be threatened to use the toilet.

Breakfast was good. The check-in host was excellent. The first room was missing 3 lightbulbs, the bath sink mirror was seriously cracked and the lights were only on 1 of the 4 sides of the mirror leaving the area dim and the ceiling light at the sink was not illuminating the area. We were moved to another room. There, the jacuzzi was damaged, a lightbulb was missing. The entire building was in need of a significant upgrade. At the front desk, he clearly knew the area, and went out of his way to correct and improve our experience. He was hampered by the condition of the facility. This is not a typical Wyndham property.

Yes they had a General dollar bag holding the shower head up, a big hole in the bathroom wall behind the door, shower curtain was molded and there was only 2 wash clothes.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Room was run down. Paint was horrible. Toilet was broken at the base. Non-smoking room but chair wreaked of cigarette smoke and tub had cigarette burns. Tv was mounted crooked. A/C unit sounded like it was about to explode.

The hotel was close to I-77. I asked for 2 queen bed room and instead had a queen room. The air condition had a pan under the ac unit that spilled onto the floor during the night. The faucet would not stop dripping. We had 2 hangers with hooks for the entire room. Other rooms around were messy.

Location and cost was decent. Breakfast was lacking in options. Room was dirty. Sheets and blanket had stains but did smell of bleach so I know they were recently cleaned. In room refrigerator leaked onto the floor. Bathroom wall was missing some trim.

It wasn’t too bad, it need a good clean the refrigerator wasn’t clean or tub. Brought my own cleaning supplies but it was for one night. It was in a good area for us to go the function.

The bathroom had a urine smell to it and I got a king bed but when I went in the room it was a double bed with one fully made bed and the other bed wasn't there it was just the box spring

This place did not feel safe to stay in amd it was not worth the 90 dollars they got from us. Avoid this place at all costs.

We decided to escape at 130am from this property because we couldn’t sleep so it was a complete waste of money. First the first room we got smelled of smoke despite it being non smoking. The replacement room was dingy and disgusting. The air conditioner was about 50 years old and hasn’t been cleaned or serviced in about 49 of those years. The water from the sink came out brown. The towels were dirty, mirrors were dirty, shower was sooo disgusting we didn’t use it. Everything was dirty. Fingerprints on the microwave and fridge and they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. There were bugs. Candy wrappers on the floor. When we left at 130am no one was at the front desk for us to talk to so we had to drop off our key in a box. I would like someone to call me regarding this hotel and my stay as it was so awful that I had to move my family to another hotel.

The other room had bed linens that look liked hadn’t been washed and the floor needed swept and mopped. We had a baby with us and couldn’t put him on the floor. That was very unpleasant. The table had liquid stains and food crumbs on it. Somehow I get the feeling that the man rented us the room before housekeeping finished it, but it was on the 2nd floor and I didn't want to lug all our stuff downstairs. Breakfast was pitiful. One waffle iron with a long line which I didn't want to wait for. No juice of any kind. One cereal holder was empty. no bagels or anything- just 5 slices of stale white bread. Must say the lady at the desk on Monday was very pleasant and helpfull.

Day's Inn should revoke their name from this property. I had managed property for over 40 years for a Town, State, Technology Institute, and Two Universities. I was stuck in a handicapped assessable room that had NO SHOWER CURTIN improperly painted and dirty. The BREAKFAST was horrible as their was only 6 pieces of Bread and Cereal. We will never go back! We have relatives in the area in which we thought we had found a reputable place to stay. Boy was I surprised! Never again!

My microwave in my room wasn't working. My air conditioner controls was not working in my room. My bed spread had cigarettes lighters holes on them.The maids was nice.

The place a dump bugs all n the room got lock out the room because the key card stop working the front desk leave at a time b gone and i had to wait until 7:00 am next day. I will not stay there again IT old the building fall apart. And had guests with me they rate it a 0 out of 10.

When I got to my room initially the key didn’t work. When I did get inside I was immediately greeted by a cockroach. I found another one closer to the bed shortly thereafter. I went to lock the door and the deadbolt was broken. Considering I was on the first floor and a single female this felt very unsafe, so I had to use furniture to barricade the door. Would never go back.

He had my room cleaned. Had a pillow I forgot in the room was placed into the lost and found housekeeping closet for items left behind however said I was still there and did not check out. So then if that’s true my pillow was stolen. He kept me from getting my refund on my last nights stay of this miserable place. He was rude, lied to me, made me fearful to where I had to just leave with my son. This place was a dump. I want my last nights fee reimbursed as I was promised because I did not stay there.

Definitely needs to be updated People must live there daily cause there were people everywhere just hanging out smoking pot and just walking around. The manager at the front desk was not friendly at all. Hotel was a little creepy

Cheryl was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean however smelled horrible. It was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Not good for the allergies and asthma.

Just a quick stay for the night, but couldn't get anyone at desk for check in at 1:45AM, took 20 minutes to get someone to get the room I booked online.

Room was clean and neat. Bed was fairly comfortable. Pool had no water but it has been cold and rainy spring. Staff was very nice and cooperative. GPS took me on scenic route, but I found it. I would stay again.

Hotel staff were the rudest people I've ever met! Asked for a room upgrade and was denied because I booked through Expedia! Asked for a roll away bed and was told they didn't have any! Will NEVER stay at a Days Inn because of my experience with this hotel!

I only stayed for one night. I was very happy with everything but the breakfast they have which was free. But all they had was toast an cereal, water cost extra. Saw no juice and the coffee cups were in 6oz cups.

i arrived late at night about 11:30 as this was the halfway point on a trip after being up since 430 that am and working all day and then leaving for my trip. all i wanted was a good clean room to sleep and this room fit the bill. the only downside was that the tv reception was horrible in the room in fact all you could do was hear the sound and not see the pic on any channell. this did not matter to me since all i wanted to do was go to sleep anyway. i did mention it to the from desk when leaving in the am and hopefully the tv has been fixed and this is not a reception problem for the entire facility. my room number as i recall was 115 so avoid that room or at least ask to see the room and check the tv reception. breakfast was the usual continental and was ok

Normally, my experience at the Days Inn has been a positive experience but this trip was not as favorable as other stays. The advertised free Wi-Fi did not work and breakfast was not very good. Other hotels offer a more plentiful and expanded breakfast menu for the same price..The staff was not as helpful as in other locations.

I got up 8am & went to get breakfast, where I learned a nice older couple were furious, because someone had peed in their "freshly" made bed, I had complained about being up all night with the noise, just got back to my room with first morning cup of coffee & yogurt, when someone knocked on my door. It was a hooker knocking on the wrong door. I left quickly without a shower or second cup of coffee.

Then when I took our girls to the pool, one is 7 and one is 14, there were 3 young men in the pool who supposedly did not speak English. There were some teenage girls leaving the pool as we came in. We later found out they were so uncomfortable by the mens stares they left until a parent could come out with them They stared at our girls until it was uncomfortable. They waited until our 14 year old went under to swim and then one dove into the pool and "accidently" ran into her. My husband finally came and sat by the pool so we would feel safe. Needless to say we did not swim long. Our phone did not work in our room. They finally switched the phone and the second one did not work either and they basically told us sorry about your luck there is nothing we can do. My husband messed around with the connection until he got it working. The air conditioner didn't work real well either. The room was not the cleanest, not totally filthy, but could have definately used a good scrub. The door in one room did not seem to lock tight and we moved a chair in front of it to make sure no one could get in. We asked for one room to be switched but was told no the owner would not want to.

The room was adequate but old and dated. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. That being said, it was good customer service and worth the price paid.

The person that checked me in was great and gave me an upgrade because of a misunderstanding when I booked. The hotel is older hit rooms were clean.

I did not feel safe at all during my stay. The hotel staff was less than friendly and there is no elevator to the second floor. There was a gap you could easily see through when the door closed. A male I did not know tried to follow me into my room one night. I set the dead bolt each night and pushed desk and chair up against the door, since I did not feel safe with just the locks on the door. I had to stay 4 nights since my booking was non refundable. It was hard to know while booking online what type of hotel this would be. Next time I will read the reviews more carefully and spend the extra money to feel safe.

Shower curtain had mildew on it. They did bring a new one in the morning. Don't check in very late. Service late at night is not prompt. The day staff was great. The beds and rest of room was fine.

cheep, Non- smoking smelled like smoke. Bath room door handle fell off, bed was hard. Breakfast had no coffee and no milk; so, we had to go out.

This hotel was in very poor condition. There were wires hanging from a light that were taped together. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty. The baseboard areas were all very dirty. We did not need a night light as the light shown in around the door that was not very tight fitting. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall enjoyed the hotel, the only issue I had was that the fridge that was in the room was extremely loud and kept me awake for part of the night until I unplugged it. But other than that was a good deal for nice quality.

I chose this hotel because a customer commented that it was very close to Fort jackson. It turned out that it was 30 mins away from fort jackson and 40 mins away from the airport. Why would people lie about the comments and rating? Anyway the place was a dump! My son saw syrienge needles by the bush near the parking!!! Ewww ghetto, although my son said that the staff were nice. This is dissapointing. I dont know if i will ever believe rating & comments from supposed to be previous customer. I just hope expedia do really verify that the comments are from real guest.

The rooms are outdated. The heater unit makes a lot of noise. The toilet seat was cracked. And finally there are train tracks right outside with trains all night rolling through.

This is not the most up to date hotel, but the friendly staff more than made up for the newness. Our room was clean and that was what was important to me. I would absolutely stay here again. Convenient to Fort Jackson, about 15 minutes away.

We were in South Carolina for our son's graduation from boot camp. My husband and I had never been there and Cheryl made our stay and AWESOME one! She was definitely the definition of southern hospitality. She made our experience so personable and she was such a delight. If we ever go back to South Carolina, I would stay there just because of her! :)

I liked it a lot. It was very convenient to where I had to go. It is surrounded by fast food restaurants, so no need to search. Internet works great. For those who are looking for Sunday morning church services I recommend to visit Immanuel House of Worship, McNulty Plaza. Service starts at 12.00 noon

The sheets would not stay on the bed....The mattress was very uncomfortable...Everything on the bed was old and cheap....When I say cheap...I mean prison cheap...The quality of the t.v was poor....The screen was dark and the channels were unclear...The continental breakfast was sorry....I paid for 2 nights but was ready to leave after the first night...If it was not for the game being in town and limited hotel availability...I would have left....The hotel is in bad need of updating...

I went to see my son graduate from bootcamp with the Army. He had to be back on base by 7:45 p.m. so this hotel being 15 minutes away was perfect. The drive to and from the base was quick and easy. Slept great. All was good

There was a dead fly in the tub, the hair dryer was too dirty to touch, once I cleaned it, it kept blowing a fuse.

Hair dryer in room wasn't working properly (circuit breaker kept tripping). Called front desk. They fixed it within 15 minutes.

Checked in at 4:15pm and was greeted by a pleasant woman and informed of the breakfast room. Pool was closed(under repair). Room was nice and clean. Seemed to be a feeling of older/worn out. Might be time for renovation.
