Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!

The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday. We had 3 adults and a 4 year old staying and the trash could have been emptied daily.

The floors were filthy. My daughter crawled on the floor for half an hour and her hands and knees were disgustingly dirty. They are hard floors so they should be easy to clean. the bathroom shower had layers of old tubs on it that were all dirty.

The walls were pair thin and i could hear every word spoken in the next room. The cleaning staff were in the hall outside my room laughing and talking loudly at 8am when i was still trying to sleep. They charge a$100 deposit that i was told would be refunded on check out within 24 hrs and it still has not been refunded 5 days later. The check in staff was very pleasant and helpful though.

Clean spacious rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Always enjoy having the breakfasts that are offered in the morning. That is a major plus !

I stay at this property every other Sunday. The upgrades are nice. The rooms are great. My favorite party is the shower with the perfect temperature of water. The complimentary coffee and breakfast is great as well No Ice machine on 3rd floor.

Hotel is conveniently located near I-77 and also has a local grocery and several dining options very close. Property was in the process of finishing an interior renovation so furnishings in room were new. Parking lot asphalt could use some attention and some lights on poles around parking lot are missing, but lights that do work are high output LEDs providing a lot of light at night.

Hotel was in the middle of being renovated, It looked like a construction zone. We had to cancel our reservation when we arrived. Desk staff wasn't too helpful in the cancellation process, I had to call booking,com myself to get help. I was not made aware of the ongoing construction when I made this reservation!

WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION /RESTORATION ALL OF LOBBY AREA AND LOBBY FRONT ENTANCE, I WASN'T INFORMED ABOUT THIS WHEN I MADE RESERVATION. THERE ALSO NO HOT BREASKFAST AVAILABLE, GUESSES RECEIVED VERY SMALL BAGS OF 2 BREAKFAST BARS, 1 SMALL DANISH, 1 ORANGE. OTHER THEN THAT, IT WAS OK.

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We got a call in the afternoon of our check in day that the lobby was under construction and closed and therefore no hot breakfast (which we paid for and was advertised) but instead they would give us a grab and go breakfast. They wouldn’t refund me for this. They said the manager would call me but he didn’t. The grab and go was 2 granola bars, a danish and a mandarin orange. We had to go to McDonald’s and get breakfast. The walls were also so thin we could hear everything including other people’s alarms and fighting of people at 3am and the AC was like an airplane taking off each time it went on. So disappointed and won’t go there again. The breakfast piece was false advertising and calling me a few hours before we got there after we can’t cancel doesn’t change anything. We couldn’t book another place at the same price at that point.

Avery clean remodeled hotel. Very convenient to I-77. Also pet friendly. They were very upfront about the construction in the lobby and breakfast room. I understood there would only be a grab and go breakfast and it did have a granola bar and an apple in it, but the cream cheese pastry had more additives and I am sure was best before 2029.

Clean room but lobby was under major construction. Staff tried their best to be accommodating but the free breakfast was a grab and go and the room was lacking a coffee pot, a couple of lightbulbs and hair dryer and microwave was old and a little dirty. Bed very comfortable.

Everything was great! Have stayed here two times before and will return in two weeks. The first two times staying here there was construction going on. Should be done in two weeks when we return. Looking forward to seeing it. Great hotel.

The manager made us aware of the construction. The manager didn't really tell us how dirty the lobby was and that the dirt was being tracked throughout the room floors, elevators and stairwell.

This hotel is currently undergoing a huge renovation - so the condition of the common areas was understandable. However, the shower wasn't completely clean. And the parking lot was horrible - there are construction containers and ports potties taking up spaces and there just isn't enough parking. We had to circle the lot for 15 minutes before finally taking a shot at squeezing into a very tight spot. But we were tired and needed to park. They should sell less rooms during renovations so people have a place to park comfortably.

Some of the guest was to loud and they could have respected other guest. They need to do better with the maintenance crew when a guest say something is wrong they should come in a timely manner to fix the issue.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The gentleman at checkin was very nice and explained everything. The hotel is undergoing an EXTREME RENOVATION right now (see photos) that I don’t think will be done anytime soon. They have suspended their hot breakfast for a “take away bag”.

It was close to the interstate? The staff was very friendly. There was very little parking. The electrical socket in the bathroom did not work so I couldn’t even use a blow dryer or anything. Part of the faucet was about to fall off in the shower. The toilet would not stop running all night. The room was extremely hot when we got there and it took forever to cool down.

I called the desk and they tried to call the room then they finally came up and asked them to quiet down as soon as they left. They started right up again, so I only got about three hours of sleep. Hotel was undergoing remodeling. It did not affect my stay. My room had been updated. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked well. The refrigerator kept my food cold. The restaurant the staff recommended was great. I stay when in town.

Everything was awesome; the hotel was older, but the service made up for it. Room service was great, and the front desk was super helpful. It was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend everyone was happy and pilot with smiles on their faces.

Check out is at 11, at 11:01am, housekeeping was knocking at the door even with the do not disturb sign on the door. I can't really blame them for wanting to jump on cleaning the rooms. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night we left to see our family, when we came back we thought our room would have been straightened up, fresh towels, etc.. but it was not. We then started to look for something that showed they don't clean the rooms when u stay. Well.. it shoed on a regular piece of paper, if you stay 3 nights, on the 3rd night they will exchange the towels, and clean the room. And if you need fresh towels before then, you will have to call down to the front desk... i felt like this was an inconvenience to us. And they should at LEAST swap.oit towels when you are staying. We spend a lot of money to stay, we like to get a little pampered.. the employees were nice and the breakfast was good.

Previous reviews I don’t believe were accurate. Area was a little bit sketchy. While they are doing renovations on the first floor. We had what they called a renovated room. Bath room was in poor condition, hair in the bed and a very bad smell.

Fabulous king suite. Brand new remodel….just gorgeous!! Definitely will stay there again!

This property is in the middle of renovations. Staff were very clear about this upon check in. The renovations themselves did not really affect my stay but the property looked tired and worn so it was good that they are doing renovations. The room had not been totally cleaned (sticky stuff on night stand). Otherwise the room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is sufficient for the price; however, It could really use an update. Also, the rooms were questionably clean. The beds had old looking comforters/blankets, and the headboards had stains on them. I ended up wiping the headboard myself. And, worst of all, the toilet would barely flush, and eventually did not flush. We had to call maintenance. Needless to say, the bathtub was questionably clean. I will not return to this hotel.

Good service

Online looks good but property is in significant decline. Construction in process but rate makes one think it will be great - mentioned to desk manager who didn't seem to care.

There was a very nice fireplace (electric, I believe). Tried to use it, but could not figure how it worked. Did not call for help as it was quite late. The fireplace was below TV which would made for a nice place to watch TV. I was able to chose a special movie from a list to watch which was also very nice.

This has to be the worse hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. It’s dirty! Broken AC. Carpet filthy, cracked painted walls. Just not a good hotel

Definitely not worth the money we paid. Dirty, run down and dingy. The beds were old and dipped in the middle, floors were dirty, lamps were rusted, walls had water damage. I could go on and on. Will not be staying at any Comfort Inn again, even for a quick overnight.

Wasn’t the best Comfort Inn. The staff person was great but the room was old and It didn’t feel the cleanest and the bed linens seemed old. Sorry for the average score.

Staff friendly and helpful. Awful pillows and no extra blanket or throw in room. TV did not work and I did not want to ask every day for assistance. Black out curtains were not properly hung so that the room was filled with light, not conducive for a good night’s sleep. Tables in dining room not cleaned promptly so it was quite grubby. Clear that renovation is sorely needed as building looks neglected. Room was neat and clean.

Staff was friendly. Lobby was nice, clean and inviting. The halls and elevator had a strong smell of pine sol or some type of cleaning solution that wasn’t pleasant but they were going through renovations. We killed a cockroach on the wall on our way to the room but never saw any more after. The room was clean and very roomy, and most importantly the bed was very comfortable and quiet.

The property is currently under renovation per the letter received at check in. The staff was extra friendly and no forced smiles to be seen. The room was orderly and roomy. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites and Inns and have had positive experiences. I hope to stay here again after the renovations are completed have a more than average experience.

Very dated. furniture dented half deadbolt on desk wall paint chipped. Bed was comfortable and one night stay worked but wouldn’t recommend.

The property would be great but the renovations need to happen sooner then later. There was mold in my room and the carpet was terrible looking.

Toilet not working

Disappointed in the bed being sunk in. Bed may need replaced. The hotel had the shower renovated.

The upholstery chair had something left on it that should have been cleaned off. I had to cover it with a towel. The beds were very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well and couldn't get comfortable. The property definitely needs upgrading for what the room charges are.

We were informed when we arrived that the property was under going renovations, which I’ve taken into consideration. However, when we got to our room it smelled absolutely awful. The comforter, towels, and even the chair was wet/damp. The room smelled like it was riddled with mildew. We endured it for the first night, but we requested a new room the next morning. The staff was respectful, accommodating, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I was told by one member that the same complaints had been made for that same floor. (Floor 3) As I said, I do understand renovations are happening..but I will also say it is not great for any individuals health to breathe in that air/smell that we did for the first night. I hope that after renovations that isn’t an issue anymore.

Room was ok. Not the cleanest but not the dirtiest I've experienced for the price.

2)Bug(fruit flies) flying around the room. Maybe caused by the live plant in the room. 3)Black droppings on rug between the left side of bed and wall ( didn’t notice them until I was leaving). Front desk staff was great though out my stay.

Sink drain slow. Bathroom floor was dirty. Halls and elevator were scuffed and worn. Carpets were in need of a deep clean. If we had not been so tired we would have rebooked somewhere else. There was a sign in the elevator that said they were remodeling.

Saturday night stay we arrived very late about midnight the man working the checkout was very busy with a huge sports event. What a fantastic helpful person he was. Very well done !

I did not know this property is undergoing renovation. They don’t let that be known, and I didn’t see any work being done. Very old and beat. The price is way too high for something that is like some old road side inn.

On a positive note, I was delighted to see a live plant on the desk in our room as well as beautiful foliage around the lobby, elevator, and dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room despite its wear and tear was clean and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectation with DIY waffles, eggs, biscuits with sausage gravy, and sausage patties. There was also the standard continental breakfast offerings of bagels, myffins, cereals, yogurt abd fruit.

Staff at desk were helpful and professional. Gnats in free breakfast area and some in the room. Poorly updated decor. Carpets in room were grungy. When out of plates for breakfast, woman who was sweeping the floor went to pantry and grabbed plates and put them out without washing hands nor using gloves. Extremely poor shower drain addressed by staff quickly to ongoing mildly poor shower drain. Walking distance to McDonald's, Subway, Wendy's, KFC, Waffle House, Papa John's, and non chain restaurants. Next time I will return to Holiday Inn Express in Blythewood instead.

The facility needed a complete renovation.

I was there to impress my fiancé but instead she was disappointed with how dirty the room was. We ended up leaving and going to a nicer hotel across the street. I was not given a partial refund or anything.

So dirty and in need of major repairs! Claiming remodel in the works but there is no way! I had a pet and didn’t even want him to lay on the floor! I kept my shoes on because carpet was filthy and felt wet! Paid way too much for this room and then charged additional 50 for my two dogs.

The rooms smell very bad was not clean we had to buy cleaning supplies so we could be in the room. This hotel needs to be updated.

The overnight stay was fine.

convenient location right off highway with multiple restaurants within walking distance, if you choose to walk. Clean, comfortable room, safe neighborhood. We did not explore the area as we were on the way to somewhere else.

This hotel had friendly service and adequate accommodations. If you are looking for new and updated this is not the place. If you are looking for affordable with a free breakfast and pool, this is a perfect choice.

Absolutely disgusting, nasty dirty would never stay here again. Definitely not worth the price. VERY VERY DIRTY and SMELLY.

Booked on hotels.com. I looked for per pet/fees before booking. Upon check in I qas informed of a 25$ per pet per night fee. I was told I should have gone to their website!!! I 😤. Then given a room on the 2nd floor. Dog rooms should be on 1. Very dated hotel. Bed clean and comfortable. Walk in shower was new. Even the pillows were usable. Pool closed too early.

Safe, clean and most reasonably priced for the area. But wifi is weak, intermittent and inconsistent.
