The room was nice it was very clean. It appears that the sheets had not been changed. For whatever reason they were working on the breakfast area. The young lady that was working on the evening we checked in, she did provide us with bottles of water. Overall it was a fairly decent hotel. I wouldn't want to stay at another Extended Stay.

I was not happy with no breakfast when I came down by 8:00 am . Everything was gone . I was lucky to get coffee. While sitting in the breakfast room & verbal loud argument started by a woman with long bleach braids behind the counter with another woman with a black top / black pants . The lady behind counter came toward her screaming etc at her& she back & she left the building. It was very unprofessional. We came back late evening for the night & no maid have entered our room to give us fresh towels or made up beds . The beds not being made up wasn’t a need to be done . I have never been in a hotel without service. This morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:00 sm no food & he said creamer was gone . When we’re were leaving no cups to get coffee . I checked out & waited for 15 mins waiting for an employee to come to front desk . I checked out & I Asked for a receipt. On the receipt was $234.00 for room 201 but not my credit card last 4 numbers. I paid for 2 nights on Expedia . I won’t be using your motel again. I get better service with Wyndham ( La Quinta inn & Holiday Inn . I paid $344.00 for 2 nights

The hotel is located in a suburban well lit, well paved area. About 30 min or less from the beaches. The rooms and lobbies were clean and comfortable, with a home feel to it. Staff was pleasant. I Highly recommend!

Travelled with my husband and MIL. Stayed 1 night as we were heading to Myrtle Beach. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. No issues with parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing.

It’s a place to stay for a quick overnight. Nothing really to offer if you plan on staying a few days. And if you are expecting a big continental breakfast, Forget It! All they had to offer was water, coffee, and packaged mini muffins and NutriGrain bars next to two vending machines.

Nothing unique and bare minimum rooms and breakfast was non-existent. Front desk Ashley was by herself on holiday weekend with no room cards! That’s unacceptable and poor management to leave your employee to have to leave the desk all night up and down elevator with guests. She was so professional and dedicated.

At first, everything was great. Check-in with Jeremy was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We were checked in for 2 nights. The morning of check out, at 7am it sounded like someone was breaking into our room. Luckily we had the door stop barrier in place, otherwise this woman, who was screaming, “what are you doing in there!” would’ve burst right in. She tried multiple times to push the door open past the barrier. I was in bed & my husband was in the shower. I yelled for her to get out of our room! Next thing I know the room phone rang & it was this unhinged woman asking again what we were doing in the room. She said the room was out of service for 45 days & that we had to get out! I told her we were checked in by Jeremy & we were checking out in 2 hours! She said we had to get out or she was calling the police! She never identified herself as even being an employee of the hotel. I told her to call the police then. I proceeded to try to get ready as quick as possible & then she comes to the door again with 2 police officers. It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I told the police that I just wanted to finish getting ready & get the hell out of the hotel. He said that was fine! Supposedly this crazy woman, Ebony, was the “general manager” of the hotel. She only said who she was in front of the police when I asked who she was!!! When we called corporate to file a complaint, was told that hotel employees can bust into your room at any time! DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!!!

This is overall a very nice hotel. The floor was very dirty in our room and needed to be swept and the bathroom was average with the shower area being the issue, if not for that part it was useable. Staff at check in was amazing and super friendly. My teenage son lost his wallet sometime between checking in and getting to our room, we did not realize until next afternoon and went back for it as his tile showed it at front desk. Needless to say all his cash was gone and after speakimg with the GM of this property did not receive very clear answers and was told ahe would call after she looked at camera footage, we still have not received this call.

Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a great place to stay that was close to all the places we wanted to visit.

There is no breakfast, just granola bars. There is no milk for coffee, just chemical creamers. There is no hair conditioner no lotion no housekeeping . You are instructed to bring sheets and towels to the lobby if need be. Rude uninterested staff. Shower door off track.

It was in a quiet but convenient location. The staff is very friendly. Lack of amenities - the limited outside area lacked comfortable seating. There is no pool but the rate reflected and was good.

Run the other way! They can’t solve simple problems and they act like it isn’t their job or responsibility to take care of the issues at their own hotel! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a lack of caring. What has happened to customer service? It definitely doesn’t exist at this location. The rooms were just ok. If you want to use any kitchen items you have to request them from the front desk and hope that they have some left. A grab and go breakfast to them means crappy nutrigrain bars and one of the days they didn’t even offer coffee! Absolutely horrible! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Spark by Hilton is so much better! Go there! This place rots!

George at the desk was very pleasant. Breakfast…????? No 1/2 and 1/2, no milk for coffee. 2 yogurts and 2 muffins. There was 3 cereal bars. Only 3 hot cups left and none around to get more. Yes it was reasonably priced but do not advertise breakfast to go if there’s NOTHING to go

The room was clean amd the bed was comfortable The shower was not cleaned properly, it would take the cleaning staff 2 seconds to spray the gaps at the bottom of the shower where the walls meet the shower pan with a bleach mixture but my shower had mold in these areas. The shower soap is the worst, had pumice in it like Lava soap.

The room was very clean. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. It comes with microwave, fridge, tv and small table where you can eat comfortably. It’s also close to the food lions about 15 minutes.

We have & paid extra for our dog. We were given a handicap room and I nearly fell in the shower due to the slippery shower floor. Nowhere to hang towels except near the toilet!! Not good!!!

Property amenities are in good shape, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. But to call a few granola bars, muffins and coffee “breakfast” is a bit of a stretch, not to mention that I’ll have to make a stop before I get back on the road so I can eat something decent this morning.

I’ll check in, I will treat it as if I was interrupting something. The staff was annoying and not helpful. Although I stayed a total of 10 days, my room key seemed to not work after every day and I had to get new ones from the staff, frankly, my next visit, I will see other hotel Options.

Check was scheduled at 3:00pm. Arrived at 8:20 pm and room not ready until 10:40 pm. Was informed at arrival at 8:20 that room would be ready in 20 minutes. In reality it was 2:20 minute wait.

We only stayed for one overnight as we were just passing through. There were a few cosmetic repairs that could be done but nothing that affected our very comfortable stay.

We had to ask for cups and plates. Staff brought me paper cups and plastic utensils. I had to go back down for real cups. No bathroom supplies. Luckily, I brought my own. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Would not stay again even though it’s close to my son’s apartment. I asked for early checkin when I got there at 1;00 (checkin at 3:00). I had to pay $13 an hour!!

It says on the Expedia website that breakfast is included. So coffee and packets of grits were the only thing there. So please don't advertise breakfast if there is no breakfast. The room was lackluster at best with cheap furniture, but clean. Bed was sub-par. Bathroom vent fan did not work and there was no hairdryer. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but how bout some shampoo in the bathroom!

We checked in at 9 pm only to be told that our "assigned" room was not ready. Maintenance person, who was staffing the front desk, told us they were short-staffed, then went to check on the status of the room he wanted to give us. Why assign a room if it's not going to be ready on time?

I was checked in and assisted by the GM, Kelly. He took care of all my requirements with a smile and patience. He inquired each time I saw him, asking if I needed anything. I look forward to staying at this particular property the next time I am in the area.

They advertised a lower price and since I had not paid yet the clueless assistant manager would not give us that price. I asked to speak to the manager many times and they never called us. Breakfast was a JOKE and not as described. Only thing in room was 2 tiny bars of soap and a tiny tiny shampoo. No hair dryer not even tissues.NOTHING IN KITCHEN AT ALL. Never again with them and I have had no luck with Expedia!!!!!!

The place is okay. My main complaint is that our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor felt gritty and it wasn't clean. Our socks were full of dirt and stained brown when we walked.

Obvious marks on outside of door where it had been pried open in the past. Hotel had one ice maker and it didn’t work.

The "grab n go" breakfast was cookies. it was supposed to be available at 6:30. went to lobby after 7, coffee was empty. I asked employee what time was breakfast she said 6:30. It was after 7. Seems more of a section 8 type hotel. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Hallways were not even vacuumed, didn't seem like the employees took much pride in their job. Once bitten twice shy.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive, far-below average property to stay, this is for you! Very small room with no drinking glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., etc. It has a stove, fridge…but no pans to cook!?! Your onsite dining/snacks are vending machines. Breakfast is coffee, prepackaged muffins, breakfast bars…that’s it! You’ll also need to request extra pillows, comforters and toilet paper as the room comes with one roll of one-ply. House-keeping is scheduled at one week, although extra amenities are available if you go to the front desk, (which they claim is available 24 hours a day), we often had to wait for anyone to show up. Maybe next time we’ll look for a Motel 6 as it would be a nice upgrade!

People in room above us were up at 5am every morning. They were pulling suitcases across the floor and walking nonstop for over an hour. Needless to say we were awakened and could not sleep during this time.

Newer hotel in nice area. We stayed 1 night on our way back from Florida with our pup. Additional charge for a dog was reasonable at $25. Bed was comfortable and room was clean with vinyl flooring - easy to wipe up from his water dish. Just off a main road, with sidewalks and not a lot of traffic for dog walks. Breakfast was just grab and go, would have preferred a bit more selection, orange juice, fruit, etc but would stay here again.

It's a relatively new facility and reflects that, but it's not a good place to stay. We stayed two nights. We got there late Monday, tired from driving. We were put into a room and right from the start, we were hearing noises from the room above us. Stomping feet, furniture being moved, jumping around, etc. We figured we could handle it for one night because we were so tired. Still, it was a restless night, with noises continuing way past midnight. The next day, we couldn't find anyone in the office to say anything to. We got back to the room that day, our last day, around 4 pm and the same noises were already coming from the room...only worse! Again, no one around. We tried to get some sleep. It didn't work. At around midnight, our dog needed to go for a walk. As I was coming back, I saw a clerk checking someone in, and when he had a moment, I mentioned the excessive noise. He said he would call the room. The noises continued ALL NIGHT LONG! Again, hardly any sleep. The next morning, when I went to the check in desk, that same clerk was there and I asked him if he had done anything about the noises. He said he called the room and no one answered. That was it. No other explanation. No apology. Nothing. Those same noises had continued all night long once again. It's a shame because this hotel COULD be a nice place to stay but with the current lack of consideration and management, it is not. If we could give it a "zero" score, we would. For what you pay, it's not worth it.

The only recommendation is the bathroom ceiling fan needs to be vacuumed. Exhaust vent is full of dust which will collect moisture and create mold. Other than that, nice hotel.

Just a room to sleep in for two nights. Did have a small efficiency kitchen.

I worked all day and arrived after midnight at the hotel. They told me that they cannot check me in after midnight even though I had a reservation. They had given my room away and I had to find another hotel. I would never try and stay here again.
