Overall, this property did not meet expectations and clearly not up to the standard of other Home2 properties where we have stayed.

Very happy with my stay. Had some food to prepare, and that went smoothly with the accommodations. The staff at the front desk were extremely warm and helpful and accommodating to our group.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had several hot and cold options. My kids sued the pool and fitness center and liked it. We stayed 3 nights and visited Kings Island each day which was about 15 minutes away. Great hotel I would stay again

The Staff was really nice and the hotel itself was very well equipped with everything you would need for a nights stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t check in until after 4pm. But that’s understandable.

The carpet and couch/chairs had multiple stains. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it that smelled foul. We typically stay at the home2 suites in Oakley which is very clean. Will not return to this location.

Staff was friendly. Hotel - clean and nice atmosphere. Breakfast - OK. Had issues with key access to room but maintenance came to room and immediately fixed the issue. Comfortable room but obviously geared to business guests with nice workstation. (we are retired) Nice feature was room curtain between bed and work area. Would recommend this hotel to young professionals and/or families.
