I reserved for 3 nights, my flight was canceled called hotel and showed up the following night having all my reservation paid in full. They didn’t give me a room had to walk at night with 2 suitcases to find a place to sleep. They kept all my money not accommodating at all!!!!

Cute, comfortable, quiet room with easy access to all of downtown Bloomington and Kirkwood Ave. Coffee in the Poindexter Cafe was delicious... Grateful for that, because the in room coffee option wasn't great for such an overall quality hotel.

Front desk staff were pleasant, bar staff were also pleasant and made great drinks and room was well maintained and quiet. Great stay!

From the moment you walk in you feel immersed in the graduate theme. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is well appointed, comfortable beds, great amenities, clean and fresh. I especially appreciated the service at Poindexter coffee shop. Dara, the coffee house manager, was unflappable, even in the face of the crowds of Little 500.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I was happy about the number of pillows on each bed. But the Shower leaked. TV / cable not working for several hours. Kinda loud—you can hear doors close all around your room.
