Clean and quiet, nice breakfast.

Check in experience can be better. Was not feeling comfortable and safe during the check in. My daughter was not feeling comfortable to stay in the lobby alone.

We confronted the staff and the returned our items. We canceled the second night of our reservation.

The hotel is older but reasonably maintained. The room was comfortable, although there was a slight odor that I could not identify. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent and satisfying. Overall, it was an incredible value for the price.

The fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. Walls are thin.

You get what you pay for and this is the cheaper option compared to the Holiday Inn next door. Very basic. Mirror was cracked, paint chipping from the cheap furniture piece in the bathroom. Breakfast was the minimum eggs sausage biscuits waffle maker etc. Bananas the only fruit. I was on my own and was fine but I would not bring my wife to this one.

Very clean, old and outdated but comfortable

The bed sheets and pillows covers were not changed, there was hair and dirt. Luckily I always bring my own when driving.

Room included a desk but no chair. No luggage rack. Crack in ceiling was filled but not painted, another area of the ceiling had damage from a water leak. Room would benefit from a good deep cleaning.

I was very pleased with the friendly staff and in particular the hotel mgr Jerry. I was traveling last second for a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating - more so than the Hotels.com reps as I was just trying to push my day up one outside of the 24-hour window (Tuesday vs. Monday). Thankfully Jerry took mercy, recognized my situation and made an accommodation. Hotels.com should take a lesson from Jerry given unexpected life events.

There was hole in ceiling of our room and faucet in bathroom ran entire stay - wouldn’t turn off. Plus the water pressure in shower poor and limited hot water :(

For the price, this hotel is 10/10. Very nice breakfast, and clean room, bedding.

The TV didn't work. Fairly clean. Close to the IU campus - so location was nice.
