    We love this hotel, but on Hotels.com the descriptions of the rooms are NOT ACCURATE! Please update the descriptions of what the room actually has. Number of bedrooms, what type of beds are in those rooms, etc. The only bad thing about our stay was the sofa bed in the common area was damaged, so the sleep quality was not the best.

    When i was checking in there was a lady in the lobby being loud and rude about one of the machines they have in their lobby. The guy checked me in and said he needed to go check on my room. He came back and said it was not clean and he didnt have a room for me. I had already paid on the app and have no way to get a refund. Not happy. Ended up having to pay for a different hotel.

    The room was adequate for our needs. The pull out couch bed was not the most comfortable for adults but was okay for 2 nights. The location was good for us to visit family that lives in town. The full kitchen is nice, we didn't utilize its full potential while there but was nice to have. The breakfast was your basic hot breakfast. BUT, I found hair in my eggs and the staff manning the breakfast was not wearing any hairnet or hat. We also had to ask for refills of items on the breakfast line as the staff member was in the back room on her personal cell phone and it was still 40 minutes prior to the close of the breakfast. There is a picture of the pool area on the website that shows a hot tub so I was under the impression that they had one. It has since been removed. Updating the pictures would be good. Garbage service outside was picked up at 4am waking us up as the dumpster is right outside the king suite. Maybe they could coordinate with garbage service a later time? The handicap parking spaces are pretty far away from the door so it required us to drop off our elderly parents by the door and then going to park. If the weather wasn't inclement it wouldn't be a huge issue but it was raining and one of my parents was in a wheelchair and I was soaked by the time I was able to assist them.

    The room, pool, fire pit was really nice. Staff was very accommodating. They missed a spot in cleaning one of the bathrooms and there was a bunch of hairs and dirt. The rest of the room was very clean. Breakfast they ran out of some items but the rest of what they had was good. Overall highly recommend.

    Soooo clean and nice! Huge rooms. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful—I really appreciated cage free eggs and plus non dairy options, so everyone enjoyed breakfast!! No hot tub but the pool was nice!

    The hotel appears to be fairly new. It is close to a hospital and just off a busy Veteran’s Parkway. Neat and clean property. We had a studio king with a kitchen and it was nice to have a full-size fridge. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel - slept in a bit. Restaurants close by include McAlistairs, Taco Bell, and Shannon’s 5 Star.

    When I booked the room on Expedia it was advertised as handicapped accessible. When arrived at the facility, I asked if the room was handicapped accessible. I was assured that it was. IT WAS NOT! There was a walk in shower, but no seat in the shower, no hand rails in the entire room. Fortunately, I was there to assist my spouse, or it would have been impossible for her to get into the bathroom and back out again. Expedia and this facility need to review what handicapped accessible means.

    Bathroom ceiling light did not work, towels bar by bathroom sink was broken and missing, there was a coffee make but there was no pot. There seemed to be only one staff member taking care of breakfast and he couldn't keep up. When we went to breakfast, there was very little selection. The trash can was overflowing. They need more staff to keep breakfast running smoothly.

    I traveled and strayed here with three kids. The experience while there was OK. The hotel room was a two bedroom suite that we stayed in. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean, and the garbage‘s were still full from the people that had stayed in the room before us. Gross! But.. the biggest problem has been since we have left! I have been charged twice for the same room and I have not been there. Still waiting on a refund, if you’re going to stay here, keep a close eye on your accounts

    The lobby was clean, warm and inviting! We were on a weekend trip celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The managers decorated our room door and put champagne and a beautiful gift in our room for us! The staff was very nice !     We waited a half hour for anyone to show up to the front desk to check in, it looks like they have either no cleaning staff, a terrible cleaning staff and lack of a vacuum. All the floors in the entry and rest of the hotel had garbage and debris on it. The room would have been great except for the fact it hadn't been cleaned. peanut butter ( I hope ) on the remote, it looks like someone spit or blew their nose on the kitchen chairs, same on the bathroom mirrors and switches. It was pretty odd. This hotel could be really a great place if they could figure these simple things out. Definetly not worth $350.00 for all this. I would have rather stayed at a Red Roof Inn. I would expect this from them

    Very nice hotel, however, I’m very dissatisfied with the $100 pet fee for one night which I incorrectly thought was $25. The front desk also charged my credit card for an entire stay even though I booked with Hotels.com. I notified the hotel & they said they would remove the charge & apologized but refused to compensate for the error although I asked if they could comp half the pet fee. Very nice hotel, but I will not stay here again.

    Newly refurbished, this eight year old hotel looks brand new. Everything is in tip top condition and perfectly clean. The front desk staff were accommodating for a late check- in and went around looking down all the hallways to bring back luggage carts for us, as people had not returned them after use. Wish we could stay longer.

    Dried cheese in microwave. TV was dark, hard to see images. Breakfast chosen was not breakfast served. How do you run out of fruit? Staff was friendly checking in. Front desk was ghosted Monday morning. Needed creamer for coffee. Even UPS could not find anyone. Garbage set out was not picked up after a day and a half. Brought it back in the room.

    However, my last stay was less than acceptable. The first night, i found a box of opened cheese its in the hotel cabinets. We're still in the middle of a pandemic and i was very concerned about the cleanliness of my hotel. When I went down the next morning to discuss my concern with the hotel staff, they did nothing for me. The hotel manager simply apologized and thats it. He tried to comp me for a night as a way to smooth it over, but couldn't since I booked through Expedia. Not only was i not comped, no housekeepers were sent to my room to give it a once over for cleanliness. Also, several items in the room were broken. The toilet roll hanger was barely hanging on, the table was broken, and the kitchen sink was leaking.

    Some things that didn't meet my expectation: 1.Very loud toilet flush from upstairs. 2.Fridge is loud too when it's cooling 3.cold at night and the thermal stats is not intuitive 4.confusing wifi connecting page. It cost me $10 because I accidentally clicked the upgraded service, which I didnt' need. Front desk won't refund me but she agreed with me that it was lame though. Marriot's fault I guess. Other than that, it was a comfortable. A bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area but it does have a functioning full kitchen.

    Our first studio suite had toenail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed, white smears all over the couch, a string on the floor by the toilet and the inside of the microwave and fridge were filthy. We were switched to a clean unit. The bed was absolutely terrible. So bad that I bought an air mattress for my wife to sleep on the second night. We didn't feel like the irritation of asking for a refund and then finding a new place to stay. We were in town for a funeral and our plates were full. She could barely walk after the first night (she's 40) though. It was bad. The write up says comfortable pilowtop beds. I'm pretty sure it was a pillow top add on to the top of a terrible hard bed. It was just terrible. It was a two night miserable stay. The couch in the studio suite was equally terrible. Just really cheap and uncomfortable furniture. The TV is at the foot of the bed and pivots to be watched in the couch room. TV is too low to watch while in bed. The shower was nice and the toilet didn't clog. The breakfast was a frozen gas station style sandwich you were suppose to heat up in your room. Gross. We're probably done with vrbo

    All things considered (Covid) it was a good stay. Pool closed. Fire pit broken. Grill needs serious work!!!! Most employees nice and friendly, one not too helpful, didn't seem to know his stuff. Noticed tables outside on patio were not cleaned after use by folks. Seems with Covid, that would be done. Rooms were nice.

    The experience was OK. The clerk upon check in told me nothing. He said our room was on the second floor. (We had requested a 1st floor room when we paid for the room on line.) No explanation or apology, in fact, he hardly spoke at all. He didn’t even give me the room number, any details about breakfast, checkout, or other hotel details. Thank goodness the number was written on the keycard envelope. LOL The LG TV in the room was so dark, it was difficult to see. Channel selections were also minimal. The alarm clock didn’t work, but we had one in our travel kit. When we looked out our window, all we could see was the roof of the first floor. Breakfast offering were basically a banana nut muffin or a granola type bar. When we arrived to checkout, we waited about five minutes for the desk clerk to return to the desk from somewhere else in the hotel. Was it horrible? No. Were we impressed? No. We had a room for the night. Honestly, except for the space, it reminded me of many cheap hotels we’ve had to settle for in some of the more remote places we’ve visited in the U.S.

    There was miniature tomato under the table & some hair in the corner of tub. No extra toilet paper. Usually when I stay there that wasn’t an issue.

    We were visiting our son and future daughter-in-law. My guess is that as we make more and more trips back here to visit, this will be the choice we make. Beautiful place, great location, and what an AWESOME staff. I can't wait until this COVID thing is over to try their breakfast :)

    We stayed here for our "quarantine honeymoon" as our regular plans were cancelled, and the manager Kevin went really out of his way to make our stay memorable. He worked with my dad to have the room decorated, and every staff member who saw us come in congratulated us - I wasn't wearing my dress or anything at that point. Even thought some things were closed for health concerns during the pandemic, the staff was so willing to help out and make our stay special.

    Nice room, but the suite wasn't exactly what I would consider a two-room suite. With an autistic child, we were hoping for his own room so he could retreat somewhere when needed. Besides that fact, very nice hotel with good service, nice to be able to buy a beer or wine at the front desk for the end of the night.

    We took a mini family vacation. Found a great deal on a King Suite through Hotels.com!!! All the staff were very helpful, friendly, kind (especially the ladies who helped with breakfast). Our room was very spacious, clean, and cozy. This hotel had an indoor pool that uses salt water instead of chlorine which made it way more enjoyable and that water was a perfect temperature. Oh and breakfast had something for everyone in our family to enjoy. The food selection was great! Everything was fresh (not that “plastic” or frozen stuff most places have). We would stay here again!
