The hotel’s garage parking was full when we arrived. We were given a map with directions to another parking garage which is not managed by the hotel. It was after dark, confusing to find, dirty, and most concerning, was the number of people loitering in and around the parking garage, and on the walk back to a hotel. We were approached by some and it felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I knew there was hotel parking available upon arrival. The room was updated, spacious, and clean.

Room was amazing! Inside bar was amazing! Location was amazing and we walked to a lot of local shops and eateries. Parking had to be paid daily but was fenced in. You had to use your room key to make certain doors and elevators work, but that added to the safety for me. The parking is fenced in, but is in a back alleyway that you have to cross over to go in and out the building. If you park outside of the fenced in parking area, trying to avoid paying, be wary of that too, because I had to call the police after watching someone try to park, hit a car, then leave the scene to park in the paid parking area to not get caught. Lots to do within walking distance though and very helpful staff. Morning buffet was nice and we went back several times. Thoroughly enjoyed it for my birthday trip, as well as easy access to a venue we went to for a concert.

Bathroom needed repair and remodeling. Parking not available on site

The couch in the room was older and didn't seem to fit since the rest of the room was nice. Parking is not convenient.

Price was affordable, everything was clean all the staff were nice , the room was very clean and stocked with towels and wash cloths. We loved how you had to have a keycard to get in to the rooms and other places in the hotel . Our 6 yrs old loved the indoor pool and the exercise room , although we didn’t have to use the laundry room it was great to know they had one if needed! Definitely will go with this Hotel again if we are in the area and need to stay in a hotel , Will also recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel at an affordable price that serves a hot breakfast also !

2. Very small driveway for loading and unloading. No staff to assist. Very small luggage valet carts that only fit 1 large bag basically. 3. Our refrigerator in our room didn't work the first night until we notified staff. 4. TVs had very low connectivity, so live TV channels would cut out, and none of the available streaming platforms could be accessed. 5. Cleanliness was overall decent, besides cigarette butts in the lobby and stray hairs in the room and a bug on our pillow.

Was an okay stay here. Parking is terrible and costly! We had dirty linens and had to request new, which they did bring. Staff was not very friendly at check in when answering questions. Would not stay again.

I want to give it a lower rating but there was a bed, a working shower and a decent breakfast. Sadly the place does seem to be falling apart, from cracks in the ceilings, slow elevators, smell of smoke everywhere (despite it saying they enforce the no smoking policy) and some broken locks on the inside. We required additional blankets and pillows, I called the front desk (guessed the number as it was not listed on the in room phone) and was told to come to the lobby to pick up the blankets but that the pillows will be delivered to me. Why I couldn’t just pick up both or have both delivered is a mystery to me. The biggest issue was the parking situation. I was expecting to pay for parking on the property but there was quite the limited parking and was told we had to go park in the overflow lot. That lot being a public parking facility which is dimly lit, and does not appear to be very secure (fortunately nothing happened). After parking you have to go through what looks like an alleyway basically and then cross the street to the hotel. Had I know the parking situation exactly I would not have booked here.

The hotels location was perfect for all the activities we had planned and were within short driving distance. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. You could tell who was in the kitchen when you came down to eat. Some had very haphazardly put things out while others actually made it look very inviting. Waffles were only available for one day and that was a disappointment.

I've stayed here twice and the front desk workers are super friendly. I gave 3 stars to maintenance only because the pool was down due to a broken pump. It's no one's fault, stuff happens. But the front desk took care of the pool "issue" and everything went well.
