The whole place smells like smoke, carpets, and a sofa with stains and dirt

Needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

Bar closes to early

The room did not have a remote for the TV. Was given 3 non worked. Finally maintenance took care of it. Toilet ran continuously and had to be manually manipulated to stop.

Grabbed a bed after multiple flight delays. Could’ve been worse, and the staff was great. Quiet room, but for the price, I expected a fresher and more rejuvenating experience

nothing We had to walk to the hotel at night because the transportation service was unreliable and misleading. It is also not the closest to the airport. We past the Ramada on the way there at night. On foot. My husband has bone cancer and I have asthma. And if that wasn’t enough when we got there my room had mold. An actual health hazard and I have yet to get a refund or compensation for the health concerns of my room.

The customer service was impeccable!! The staff was super friendly, professional and extremely resourceful. There was an odor in the room. Smelled sour or of mildew.

Took forever to check in and get an airport transfer. Breakfast was fine but underwhelming for $14/person. Glad I only had to stay one night. Staff were friendly but seemed untrained and understaffed.

Neat airport Air conditioner did not work and we tried two different rooms. The carpets were old and a bit scary.

Staff and friendly environment. Regularly stay at this location. My dislike is military/veteran unfriendly - Thanks for your service is fake, should offer a military and veteran discount. We have stayed here for the last 3 years same time every year. We stay here because of the bar restaurant and they closed at 9:00. This is a big sports weekend and would not have scheduled like we did if we would have known the bar would have been closed. Undrr new management it hasn’t been that way in the past The hotel is fine even good
