Staff was friendly at check-in, the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, and room amenities were fine. However, there was a live roach in our room on the last day and there was some trash behind a big chair that had been left by previous guest. Also, there was a large sticky spot in the hotel foyer one morning that stayed there for a few hours. There were dead flowers in a vase in the lobby for our entire stay from Friday to Sunday. I chose this place because it was way less expensive than the hotels downtown, so at least I didn't drop a bundle on it.

Clean room. Kitchenette/suite room was perfect and roomy for our family of 4. Came with a full fridge and a 2 top burner that was perfect for small meals. The staff was so friendly and our kids really liked the breakfast. Would 100% recommend and stay here again :)

First room they gave had 2 huge roaches, second one the AC in the room was old and really loud.

Our stay was great! Only a few things stuck out. We had to get bedding for the pull out couch at the front desk. There was also no laundry bag. Everything else was great!

The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized. I could not connect my phone to the TV to watch my YouTube TV subscription. The app the TV prompted me to download no longer exists. I did not see housekeeping during my entire stay, even after a visit to the front desk. Only one elevator was working the first two days of my stsy.
