The view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were really nice and relaxing. There’s also a very good restaurant right in front where you can have dinner. The only issue we had wasn’t related to the hotel or the staff, but to other guests. The spa door clearly states 16+, but unfortunately some families with 2–3 children entered the sauna all together. The spa area is meant to be quiet and relaxing, but it became quite noisy, which affected the experience. It would be helpful if reception could gently remind families with children that the spa zone is adults-only and ensure the rules are respected.

Great hotel to stay in Bialka Tatrzanska. Comfy, spacious, has a spa and in a quiet area of a town. Also there is a nice restaurant other side of the street where you can enjoy your dinners. Very much recommended!

We stayed at U Chramca for one night (3 adults). We booked the accomodation last minute and didn´t have big expectations, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The place is beautiful, very clean and just a few minutes by car from Therma Bania. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety o option to choose from. Communication was easy, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. This definitely be our number one choise when we come back. The only small downside was the room could use a clothes rack for drying swimsuits & towels, sinse it´s so close to the thermal baths - but we could manage even without it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Love the place. location was perfect as very close to bialka ski resort. Friendly and helpful staff. The children enjoyed the little playground outside. We will most likely come back.

Very friendly staff, good size room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, wide variety of food and different every day. Ski room came in handy for drying out the skis and ski shoes in the locker. Ski centers and thermal bath within 5km. The pub/restaurant across the road belongs to the same owners and you get a discount there as well. Overall a great experience! The wellness room is not perfect, there's only 5 lounge chairs for the whole property, literally no hooks anywhere (there's one ladder-like stand thingy to be fully transparent) and Pols are too conservative to go to a sauna naked so expect them to come into the sauna wearing wet swimming suits and in some cases even flip flops lol

The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the availability of coffee and homemade cakes throughout the day – a fantastic idea! Additional advantages include a dedicated ski drying room for each room, the opportunity to play billiards, and access to a small spa. Hotel guests are also entitled to a 10% discount at a nearby tavern with the same name, where the food is excellent and reasonably priced for "mountain-style" dining.

The hotel and staff are exceptional! The building and facilities are beautiful, the design has been well thought out, everything that's required is available! The staff go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable and pleasant. They even made us breakfast to go the night before as we were leaving very early in the morning. Our only negative would be, to have more of a selection for children re breakfast (maybe a wider selection of cereals) warm pancakes or waffles ?.. We enjoyed the food though and the coffee and cake from 12-16:00 was a really lovely touch ?

Breakfast had a really wiiiiide variety especially cold options not much options for hot items and also towards like the last hour not much of replenishing - thats what we observed.I also really appreciated the kids play area, my 3 year old loved it!On the other hand myself and husband enjoyed playing biliard :)

The hotel was very beautifully decorated for the new year celebration. We liked the jacuzzi and sauna. The ski bus station was very close. For all the nights we stayed the room wasnt cleaned even once!

Friendly and helpful staff: provided information we needed for the bus schedule and skiing lessons, gave us extra toiletries upon request. Cozy design of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom and shower fully functional and a comfortable bed. Hotel has a jacuzzi, 3 saunas and billiard which was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Great and hearty breakfast, wide selection of food. Would gladly come back again, one of the best hotels we stayed at. Steam sauna did not work at the time of our stay. The other two saunas worked fine.
