Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Local restaurants and shops also suited our needs. The WiFi was not good.

Hotel service was perfect in all areas. Breakfast was excellent every day. Discount voucher for Termy Bania was a nice bonus. The fan in the bathroom was too loud. The flow of water from the upper floor was audible. Wi-Fi connection could have been better.

This hotel is perfect. Our family (with 2 kids) totally enjoyed the stay. It looks way better in reality than in photos. Super cozy! Family room was big, super clean, everything looks new. The food is delicious! Spa (sauna and jacuzzi) was really great after all day of skiing. Personnel is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you come for skiing. One tiny minus is that spa is not available for kids except on saturdays from 4pm to 6pm. Would be great if it was available for kids all the time. Other than that - was just super. We would definitely come back to this place! Totally recommend!

We were greeted by friendly smiles everywhere from the young women who checked us in to the man who was working the breakfast area. The breakfast was wonderful as well and the ski lifts were a short drive away.
