One of the best recommendations they made was encouraging us to take advantage of the spa before it closed for the evening. I’m so glad we did. The spa experience was absolutely bar none. The ambiance is so serene, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The exceptional service continued with room service. The staff who took and delivered our order were incredibly kind and attentive, setting up both our evening and early morning dining experiences in such a lovely way. It truly elevated the comfort of our stay. Our room was immaculate and beautifully presented to help us settle in for the evening. Every part of the experience felt genuinely welcoming. If you’re planning a stay in Beverly Hills, I cannot recommend The Maybourne Beverly Hills enough. The service, spa, and overall hospitality made this a stay one that we’ll remember for a long time.

Overall a fine stay, but there were lots of little misses, that shouldn’t have happened at a property of this caliber: Mini fridge did not work and one of the bathroom outlets was broken. During turn down service toilet paper wasn’t replaced, hand towel was removed and not replaced, used glassware was left.

The Mayborne is a gorgeous luxury hotel. I love the decors and the cleanliness of our room and the linens. The garden area is a beautiful place to sit out and people watch whether you order food at the restaurant or not. We unfortunately only had time to try the breakfast one morning, and that breakfast was so meticulously prepared and beautifully presented and of course delicious. The hotel is so incredibly convenient to walk out to shops and restaurants. The valet is also very convenient if I want to take my car out to drive somewhere. This hotel served my family well on a short vacation. The only slight disappointment was that at check in it was not made clear to us that we had a daily breakfast credit, we thought the amount was one time so we missed out a bit.

Its the best place to stay at ! You dont have to go anywhere out if you’re just staying for a day or two . Everything is available right there and then . They live dogs and they have everything you need for them . Our baby dachshund was soooo happy and cozy there . Going back soon !

From start to finish, our stay at The Maybourne was exceptional! They had tiny little Frette robes for our toddler and matchers for mom and dad. Above and beyond service, including a gorgeous mini fridge for our son’s milk. Attentive and personalized. Pool was amazing! The server up there was beyond - every 15 minutes he delivered something to deliver. Mini açaí bowls, face misters, additional magazines. Restaurants onsite are fabulous and a total vibe. Highly recommend for couples, solos, friends trips, and others traveling with littles! We can’t wait to come back!

Service was wonderful. The hotel was gorgeous from lobby, to restaurant, to rooms...even the bathrooms in the lobby were lovely! The gym is well-appointed and has plenty of cardio and weight training options. My family and I spent each day by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed that amenity as well. The rooms are clean and very quiet. Even the balcony was free of dirt and bugs! The bed was hard, and a couple of people in my party that were staying in different rooms said it really ruined their overall experience. But I find a firm mattress is pretty great for my back, usually. It didn't bother me to sleep on that mattress for 3 nights. My only complaint about my stay was the shower head in my shower. I hate a shower head that can't be adjusted easily, and really think all hotels - especially 5 star hotels - should have adjustable, hand held shower head options. I told the front desk about it as I checked out and said, "It really shouldn't be uncomfortable or difficult to take a shower." They agreed. (Everyone was so nice at this hotel!)

I wasn’t that impressed with the service level for a 5 star hotel like I’d get at another 5 star in LA. Long wait times calling room service, orders done incorrectly and overall not crisp service from the front desk staff. I will say valet was terrific. We stayed here because we were curious if it rose up after the montage but it feels the same. They fell flat.

But the pool is crowded and small adjacent to a busy restaurant. And the toilets in the ground floor are unclean and always out of paper!

I travel with my service dog and they made sure my dog was comfortable, they brought treats, bowl, doggie bags and a bed. They are very dog friendly which is very important for me

We had an amazing stay at The Maybourne! They treated us like we were royalty! Rooms were reasonably priced compared to other hotels centrally located to Rodeo drive, rooms were all extremely clean, updated Technology, and the staff were super friendly!

The staff was so attentive and were always checking to see if we needed anything. The property was well situated and the room was very acceptable. What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. I felt ripped off. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s car but it reflects badly on them

For the price, place was just okay. Normal room. Normal amenities. No hot water. At best, water was mildly warm, and lasted only about 50 seconds before warm turned to cold. Beds were firm, and so were the pillows. Some people might prefer that. Wasn't a fan. Cafe is overpriced to begin with, but they automatically add 20% "convenience fee" on weekend lunch hours. Staff was always pleasant though, from valet, to checkin, and the cafe.

Booked this hotel for my wife as she was in Beverly Hills for a tradeshow for two nights. The first night, I won't mention the name of the hotel, but it was absolutely horrendous. I wanted to make sure she stayed somewhere pristine the second night and we got exactly what we paid for. The hotel is beautiful and the attention to detail is immaculate. The complimentary Tequila cocktail in the room was an awesome touch. Customer service was top-notch. 10/10.

I had a really good experience during my stay, I was traveling with my service dog and they treated him so well, the send a bed, bowls, treats and bags. I will definitely stay again at this hotel! Also the gym and spa are beautiful 5 stars

Exceptional and above average. It’s just the best in Beverly Hills. Aside from $10 cookies, everything is worth the price. Perfect location, hotel condition, service standards, people watching, etc.

The location of the hotel is so convenient. The terrace where we have breakfast everyday has such a beautiful setting. The most memorable thing about the hotel, is the service!!! Everyone that worked at the hotel was so friendly and polite, and our concierge Fox is the BEST concierge I’ve ever met! He was not only friendly, efficient, anticipated our needs, he was also SO thoughtful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

We came back to this property because of a wonderful experience last time… However it just wasn’t the same. The staff tried to help by switching rooms for us but the room we ended up in still had odd issues like the shower handle being broken and the bed being uncomfortable. The pool was almost too cold to use but mother than that, the staff was very friendly.

Wish I stayed longer. The ultimate in opulence and when in Beverly Hills, this is the way to do it.

We enjoyed an after dinner cigar and cocktail in the Cigar & Whiskey Bar. Such a cool place to take our clients after dinner. Our suites were wonderful, clean and very inviting. The staff was FANTASTIC! I would stay here again any time I'm in Beverly Hills.
