    The entire exterior of the hotel is under excavation and construction. The first night of our two night stay bulldozers worked until 4 AM. The hotel moved us to a quiet room for the second night & removed direct hotel charges (parking and food) but we had paid for our stay through Expedia & I needed to get a refund for the night from them. I fully expect that to happen, but Expedia customer service has not given me 5 star support because they have yet to hear back from the hotel. I called the hotel and management has the problem documented in their records. I contracted with Expedia and this was not a small problem. They need to refund me the first night's charge.

    What was going on with the milking event made my stay there miserable from accessing the valet to getting to your room was an absolute nightmare. Nobody at the desk was helpful and explaining any of that to you and then to charge me these outrageous fees for valet when I had to literally take a mile hike up and down through elevators to get to valet is unfair unkind, and I would never stay at the property again

    The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I did not know ahead of time the building was under construction and there was no pool area as was shown in the photos so that was a pretty big disappointment

    I booked this hotel as a splurge for the LA Marathon. It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and central to so many attractions. As a SoCal native it makes for a perfect staycation or treat! Highly recommend

    This was a very disappointing experience overall. The level of service did not meet even basic expectations for a hotel of this category and price range. The staff was consistently unresponsive and lacked professionalism, particularly in the restaurant, where service was slow, inattentive, and disorganized. What was most concerning is that the management team appeared disengaged and ineffective in resolving issues. Requests were either ignored or handled without any real follow-through, which created a sense that guest concerns were not taken seriously. Given the premium pricing, the quality of service and overall experience were far below what should be expected. There is a clear mismatch between price and value. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.

    Room was nice, unfortunately the view of construction was a bit off putting. The noise from street being closed off in the middle of the night combined with very loud neighbours smoking marijuana on the deck next to us was not great. Looking forward to staying again when construction done and not the week before Golden Globes.

    We were very disappointed to discover the massive construction site abutting the hotel. It looked like a mess. Construction seemed to be going on much of the night. We decided to stay at this hotel because we were impressed by it during a visit years ago. This visit to LA was a special celebratory visit for us and we expected a top-flight experience. This was a disappointment. The staff did say they upgraded our room (appealing), though it still overlooked the construction. Also a complimentary breakfast.

    Great location for our purposes.All staff were excellent and very helpful. The windows completely shielded us from traffic noise , allowing for a quiet nights sleep. Bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. Our bathroom didn't have a bathtub. The shower was wonderful. The water is very soft so you must use just a tiny amount of soap. There isn't anything we didn't like about this property. It was fantastic

    Excellent staff and location. The extent of the building work was not made clear to us at booking and there were many facilities that were not available during our stay as a result. No discount was offered for this disruption and given the difference in experience during this stay compared to others, I would have expected a discounted rate.

    I last stayed here 14 years ago. And the hotel has gone downhill immensely. Our junior suite on the 3rd floor faced Santa Monica Boulevard. The suite was dated. Like a once beautiful property that has seen better days. There was a door locked and leading to the adjacent room. So everything could be heard through the door. And the shower is abominable. Small shower head with a hand shower with difficult to control water temperature. And the shower door has a huge gap between the glass and the wall causing water to leak out all over the bathroom floor. And the shower wall that abuts the toilet room leaks, too. We hope the major construction of additional rooms and a new pool, will be well thought out. As the present hotel room we had is totally unsatisfactory for the price. We were very pleased with the great staff and service and a very good restaurant on the top floor. But the next time in LA, we will stay at the Waldorf Astoria right next door.

    The room was spotless. Good size room which had 2 double beds. Large bathroom and great shower. The staff were all fantastic and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food on the menu and it was very tasteful. I would recommend this hotel.

I had to work with four different people to get a bottle of wine. They had almost no stock. I was encouraged to pick up my own room service, which means it is no longer room service. It was finally delivered warm, not hot. The thermostat was inactive. The only positive was that the room was clean.

    Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping options close by, nice neighborhood too. Princess at the Concierge desk went the extra mile and valet service was great Breakfast was poor in every way possible! Couldn't handle more than ten tables, even though we stayed at the hotel we had to book if we wanted to have breakfast between 8 and 9, menu was limited and the quality well below par. Major renovations on the site are being done which they don't mention when you book. Noise levels early morning from the drilling was horrible. Booking.com confirmation indicates that taxes etc. are included in the rate, however, they say that's not the case and we have to take it up with Booking.com

    Very nice hotel, valet can be rude, when they have events it’s seem unorganized and they let the guests of the event run wild. But the room was great! If you stay out the lobby you’ll love your room. The circa bar was nice but understaffed

    Having only one restaurant with a very limited menu was not what we expected. The room service was extremely limited as well. The gym was great and we loved the flavored water! The construction is very extensive and you do not want a room that faces that as it’s loud and extremely dusty. The in room lotions, soaps and shampoo were great as well.

    I was there for a conference in the hotel, which has been undergoing renovations for years. The construction causes some inconvenience. The valet and pickup/dropoff line is crowded and inefficient, and ride share and taxis don't always know how to navigate it. When there is an event, you can't get picked up or dropped off easily. The line is endless. The hotel one has one restaurant open, no coffee shop or the like, and in-room dining is very slow. My room was lovely, clean, modern and bright. The toilet has a bidet! The shower is great. The staff who helped me more than made up for the inconvenience. The receptionist put me on a floor away from the construction, the concierges found me a hair salon, gave me recommendations for how to get my Lyft/Uber and recommended restaurants. Housekeeping was perfection. Everyone was friendly. The general manager on duty brought me my room service (plus extra goodies) because I was waiting. There was sometimes confusion around things like valet parking, the shuttle, etc., but that was more the function of the fact that I was at a conference of 400 people (most of whom were not staying there) instead of the hotel staff not knowing the right answers.

There is no pool and if you want to swim you have to drive to the Fairmont Century City to do so which is incredibly inconvenient (see valet issues above). If this hotel ever had ambience it’s now gone. I’m sure in 3-4 years it will be a great place to stay, but nobody should stay here until then. It is awful!!

    We liked the wonderful way Grzyna Czerny welcomed us and was so kind to us. She gave us a room upgrade to a King room. It was fabulous and a very large balcony. Grazyna also gave us breakfast as a treat for the four days which was so wonderful. Grazyma knew I had been having some health worries over the last few years. Also Susmita was very kind in printing out the boarding passes. We saw a wonderful kind lady who we know from two years ago. She is called Hayedeh. It was so nice to see her again. Hayedeh was so wonderful and kind as she was two years ago. Hayedeh gave us lovely chilled water whilst we where waiting for our Lyft to LAX. Albert Sandoval was very kind. He was such a great help to us. Israel from the bar was such a kind person and very helpful. Cris the host in the dining room was always very kind and efficient. Lucho the bellman was very kind and everyone at The Beverly Hilton including the wonderful men who greeted us and helped us in and out of the cars we where getting in and out of. I probably will never stay at this Hilton again cause of that. Closer to the elevator means like the first 2 rooms not like down to the end of the hall, that is not “close” to the elevator at all.

    I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The something else is good, but I couldn't shake the cigarette smell.

    I thought the staff upon checkin was great, but we had an early-morning UCLA medical appointment, so needed a wakeup call at 5 am--they finally called at 5:30, which threw us off. Just in general, the room was pretty shabby, considering the price and location (view was bad--they can't help that), a/c and heating never changed (they CAN help that), mirror had a peephole-sized crack in it (which is both disturbing AND fixable)). All in all, I just would have expected more at that price point and the "luxury" brand of it all.

    Absolutely amazing. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staffs went over above to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is simply fabulous. You cannot ask for a better location in that area. We walked to rodeo drive, the Beverly Hills sign etc. The hotel is beautiful. The corridors are lovely, the reception looks so classy. There are photos of some of the celebrities who had stayed there. Our room was very spacious. My children enjoyed the swimming pool. The food was also lovely. Thank you Beverly Hilton for making our 15th anniversary so special.

    Stayed to recover after surgery nearby. Felt like the entire outside of the hotel needed a paint job. Our room was small, but very cute and had an outdoor terrace. Bathroom was clean. Mattress was very comfortable and A/C was ice cold. The mini fridge was convenient. Check-in was uncomfortable due to the obnoxious woman behind the counter. I like friendly people but she was acting “Alice in Wonderland” weird. However, most of the staff were helpful, kind and delightful during our stay, except for two Asian men who were cold and rude. Parking was $65/night. Overall, wasn’t the amazing experience I’d imagined, but it served its purpose.

    I would not stay again. The place is under construction. I had been excited to spend an afternoon in the pool, but they informed me that it was closed due to construction. There is no coffee maker in the room or paper by your door when you get up in the morning. $8.00 US for a coffee. Not worth it. I should have stayed at SLS Beverly Hills so I paid the price for changing hotels.

    The hotel is iconic but the rooms smell (we had two rooms, both had musty old smell) , my room had no electric outlets or usb ports close to the bed. They were missing from the night table, just empty holes where they were supposed to be. Lots of noise due to construction right next door to the property. Too many events at hotel make it a hassle for guests to park and valets are rude about it.

    The entire hotel is under construction and the Oasis side of the hotel is destined to be demolished in the near future. We were placed in the Oasis side where the rooms are small and that part of the hotel is dated. The pool is completely under construction. A close family member stayed at the hotel three days before we arrived and stayed in the main tower which was a completely different experience with larger rooms, a room fridge, coffee maker. Oasis had none of the above. We paid the same price for the room so that was unfortunate. We could not get an uber because of the construction that has taken over the entire entrace. I would not stay at a hotel that is under construction. Expedia did not alert us to this major inconvenience.

    The staff was exceptional - helpful and pleasant. An Apple pilot was filming for 3 days. I met some of the actors. I will return to this property.

    Leaky faucet, uncomfortable beds, way too expensive coffee.. $7 for a medium coffee with no frills?? That’s absurd… I can get better Starbucks coffee for half the price.

    I have stayed there many times. Expensive hotel. They did not tell me it is a construction zone. I work through the night and sleep during the day. It was horrible. Constant noise. Impossible to sleep. They should have told me at check in. I should not have paid to stay there this time

    I arrived around 10:00am at the hotel, and well understand that check-in time was 3:00pm, so my intention was ask to store my luggage at the reception and will be back later and check-in. But there was a Milekn conference there and eventhough I explained this, they did not allow me enter the hotle, so I have to take my luggage with me till I check-in in the afternoon. It was not so good exeprience.

    … We went to an early dinner so we thought maybe it’s because it’s an early dinner and there’s nobody really in the restaurant that the service was horrible. But then we went to the breakfast. Breakfast waited 10 minutes to actually get a cuppa coffee. We sat there for about 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us. Also, every time we asked anybody who walked by if we could order a cup of coffee Their answer would be you have to ask your waitress. Before we ask a waitress, we need to see a waitress. Definitely not what you expect at the Beverly Hilton.

    I’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time wasn’t so great since there was a conference starting the day I was checking out. Security wouldn’t even let me in after I returned from a morning walk to get coffee. Finally I was let back in and then security inside kept stalking me. I wasn’t a part of the conference but I was a hotel guest! I had to leave to get coffee because it was so uncomfortable being there. I couldn’t even roam the lobby. I felt like I was getting kicked out and I still had 3 hours until check out! It was a total of $700 a night and I was only there for one night and left 2 hours before I even wanted to because of all the chaos and security issues. It was weird. People were nice but they all made me feel like I shouldn’t even be at this hotel. I couldn’t even get in the front door.
