The location was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable Let's start with the parking situation. I wasn't informed about it ahead of time, and it's something guests should know before booking, because I wouldn't have booked the room if I had known. When I checked in, I was told there was a $40 parking fee on top of what my room cost. Then, the parking lot was across the street and underground. The only way to access my vehicle was to check in with the front desk and the concierge would have to let me in or out. I also had to walk around the block from the parking garage to the hotel. But it gets worse... There was no hot water in my shower, and I was unable to bathe before the event I was attending. I didn't have time before the event to try to rectify this, because I was already late due to the shower not working. I had to use the shower in another room before I checked out the next morning. Overall, it was terribly inconvenient, I was put out, and there hasn't been any attempts from the hotel to rectify or even apologize for the situation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a kind of eclectic Indian themed restaurant. Has a great location if you want to walk over to Rodeo. The parking is $40 which gives you in and out privileges at the parking garage right across the street. I think the valet parking direct with the garage is only $30 for 24 hours but might not have in/out privileges. The room we had was a basic king room with a good sized shower. Not really a lot to speak about as no amenities that I’m aware of. NOTE that price dropped $50 if booked night before stay instead of 5 weeks in advance on this site.

Better places to stay. And don't park with them, its cheaper to just go directly across the street and park at the same place for $14 cheaper. Disappointing to fleece customers like that when they don't know any better

  • Roslyn May 2026 · via hotels.com
    3/5

That said, the hotel felt noticeably understaffed. At check-in, there was only one front desk person managing everything — guests, parking, and other tasks — which made the process confusing. The parking setup wasn’t clearly explained; I accidentally pulled into a valet spot and got yelled at, while staff didn’t really guide the situation. For $40, it feels like it should be better organized (or include actual valet). Checkout was similar — multiple guests waiting in the lobby with no one at the desk for a while. Cleanliness could also be improved. The bathroom looked okay at first, but there was buildup on the shower glass, grime in the grout, and residue on surfaces. It didn’t feel like a thorough clean. Good value compared to other options in the area, but don’t expect polished service or attention to detail.

The hotel was located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Very easy walk to main attractions. Great price for the location! Staff was helpful and courteous. Con’s- Disappointed they charged for coffee and tea.. and the parking was a little confusing and overpriced. You can only enter between 6am-10pm without a special card you have to scan and then walk pretty far, to get back. Everytime we parked someone down in the garage yelled us for parking in the wrong spot or made us move (very unclear instruction)

The location is unbeatable, directly in BV city centre. That's it. The staff is completely without any knowledge on how to work with guests in the hotel business. I booked a room with a balcony, instead of getting this, I was told such rooms don't exist and I should claim my money back through booking.com. They can't write you an invoice, be aware that this is also a scam strategy.

It's like a small boutique hotel (similar to the numerous boutique hotels in San Francisco. The room are a bit small, but it was built with style inside the room. Decore and a glass bathroom (can't see in) with the Vessel Sinks the large multi head shower. Staff was nice and as much as I appreciated the decore it's not of the moment ... maybe 5 -10 years ago I would have redone it it was something I wanted to do. Great location for Shopping in Beverly Hills. However it seems all over the Greater Los Angeles so many eating shopping have become empty. BH not exempt, but no due to city issues, just current economy & shopping on line.

Whose property did not match with the advertised. Advertisement said there was a bar. There’s a bar but no alcohol and no employees and it’s never open. The advertisement said they had coffee makers in the room. But they didn’t. They had one in the lobby that they charged you for, and was awful. They said they had parking, but it was across the street with an additional fee they didn’t make you aware of. The hotel staff were not friendly at all. They had no idea of where to suggest as a place for coffee or somewhere to eat. There was no way to stream anything in the rooms just a bunch of TV channels with nothing to watch. Pros are the location was good. It was quiet. It was clean. But I felt ripped off. If they had outlined everything appropriately in their description and advertisement, and I knew what I was getting for that price, that would’ve been fine. But when you think you’re getting one thing and get another. That isn’t appropriate, good business, and earns you a skating rating like this one. just be honest and upfront. I’m a very well have chosen it anyway and not been disappointed or frustrated. At least send your employees to some of the restaurants and shops in town. Treat them to some meals and drinks. So they have a clue as to where to send your clientele. This is the least you can do. And have a coffee pot in the room rooms! What the hell?

The Beverly Hills Boutique Hotel is very chic. It's very clean and polished. The desk clerk was professional and kind. I feel that the $40 parking fee is excessive and probably should be comped as there is no complimentary tea/coffee, water, snacks or breakfast. My room was nice and clean but cold and I tried to use the remote to warm up the room but unsuccessful. The television has limited channels and doesn't get loud enough to really hear it. I did call for room service, an extra blanket and it was brought up quickly. All in all I did enjoy my short stay and would stay again and even refer to family and friends but just wanted to speak of my experience and give opportunities for improvement.

Great location. Everything works. But even a minimalistic hotel should have water bottles (I'm using CPAP), maybe a vending machine or a small store as many hotels have. The AC worked well, but it was right about the bed. I'm sure it can be in a different location in the room. Overall, good value for the $$. A few small improvements, would make it a really great hotel.

Next, parking... you would have thought I was going through drills in high-school. But I finally got the key card to park. WARNING... FLAT RATE ACROSS THE STREET IS $30 PER DAY, THE HOTEL CHARGED ME $40 PER DAY! The room itself was ok, but the halls were overwhelming smelly with whatever their deoderizer was... it was suffocating and awful. And no coffee in the room. The staff here was fantastic. Check in was easy, they were very kind and quick and knew the area very well. They offer various types of water in the lobby and you can request coffee from the front desk. The area is beautiful and very walkable to resturants and other shops. Not sure if it was the hotel being renovated or because its a boutique hotel, but it was very difficult to find at night. It blends very well into the neighborhood and is easy to pass by with almost no clear signage. The overall style of the hotel is very cool. Nice design, eco-friendly LED lights, and an interesting vibe. But, the room itself was very small. Not uncomfortable but, had I not been traveling solo, would have felt very cramped. This may just be the room I booked though. I would definitely consider staying again.

The room was clean, but very small. There was quite a lot of street noise. I’m not sure why people were out at 3 o’clock in the morning doing anything, but it was quite noisy. There was clearly some other work type activities happening on the street and I can pretty much hear everything. This hotel is the Beverly Hills version of a Motel 6, with cleaner, rooms and nicer staff. I really liked the flavor infused water machine in the lobby.

The front door was open to the building but no one was at the desk. There was a note on the desk that they would return. We called and got no one. Check in was fine otherwise. Room was very hot and the elevator did not seem sturdy and was very slow. We took the stairs instead.

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. But the amenities were sorely lacking. No coffee maker in the room. Want coffee? $6 for plain old drip coffee in the lobby. Really? I can get free coffee at the Motel 6. Also -- not even a single cup in the room. Don't people brush their teeth? Want a cup? Gotta go to the lobby to get one. How cheap can you get?

No parking for hotel. I arrived and the clerk stated I had to pay for parking which is $40.00 per day/night. There is no mention of charging for parking when you reserve the room. Then the clerk had to show me were to park because I arrived late. It’s across the street then you have to go all the way around the parking lot in order to get back to the hotel. Good luck if you are disabled. The elevator took forever to get to the 3rd floor. When I arrived to my room the key didn’t work to get in, so I had to go back down. I took the stairs much faster than the elevator. I don’t recommend to stay here, parking is terrible.

    - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

Hotel Sirtaj is Beverly Hills’ biggest scam—a “hotel” with no restaurant, no bar, no pool, no amenities, and no shame. They charge $50 just to check in early, then hand you a dingy room with broken furniture, prison-grade bedding, and a bathroom made of glass so you can enjoy zero privacy. Motel 6 would blush with embarrassment to be compared—this place is a hostel in disguise, charging Beverly Hills prices

The only downsides to this property is that the $150 deposit wasn’t disclosed until after I already booked and prepaid for the room & the parking is $40 a night (in a garage that’s across the street). You can hear everything - my first night I got up and complained because the room directly above was using a vacuum or a mechanical air pump at 11:30 pm. Moving around something heavy and walking back and forth. The rooms have no rugs (verified with my colleague who stayed in floor 3. Also my room’s toilet would run when the above toilet would flush so every so often and in middle of night I’d hear the toilet which was odd. Both nights were noisy which wouldn’t be as annoying if i wasn’t traveling for work and had early AMs. Additionally there is no coffee machine in the room nor complimentary coffee in the lobby in the AM. You can order a coffee but it’s overpriced for an automated touch screen beverage. I enjoy a cup of tea at night and bring along a couple of bags and when asked I was given a cup of hot water. I did appreciate their still/sparkling water dispenser that included flavor waters in the lobby. The location was great - a short walk to bakeries and restaurants in a quiet part of Beverly Hills. So much potential but some small amenities you’d expect at a boutique hotel in BH were lacking.

First there was no parking and is an additional cost at $40 per car / night. Besides that and the construction I loved everything about this place. There’s a bar and lounge that if staying for a few nights looks like I would really enjoy the space it’s its own lil vibe. The look is so retro and gives the feel of old money. It’s literally walking distance to rodeo drive. There are so many eating spots that look so delish. And at under $150 a night how can you go wrong (that was our price last min booking). I really wish I stayed longer to enjoy the area. If you’re looking for a nice yet cost affordable place to stay in Beverly Hills I highly recommend staying here! Not to mention the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I do have one warning…. The elevator is super old and takes forever I thought it wasn’t moving and I was stuck but it’s just suuuuuuper slow…

If you are not from LA it can be confusing where to stay. So as a former LA resident I can tell you this is a great option for travelers who want to experience Beverly Hills at a moderate price and you don’t care about a pool or amenities. It’s right in the heart of all things including Rodeo Drive. You can walk to coffee and breakfast but also the highest of high end restaurants like Spago and Mr Chow. Rooms are basic but clean. Very reminiscent of hotels you would find in Europe. Right now there is massive construction on Wilshire Blvd so you do have to detour around when walking but it’s easy enough. The only downfall is the floors are wood so you can hear people clomping around in their shoes above you at times. This is a great stay for people who are here for meetings and such in the area as well.

One of my only gripes was our room didn't have a microwave so we couldn't enjoy any of our expensive leftovers. The parking situation is a little hairy, but again that comes with the territory I think, and being walking distance to Rodeo Dr and all the shopping was so neat! At the time of this review there is a metro station being put in right next to the hotel, but besides the occasional noise it wasnt bothersome, but that will be a great selling point down the road. We did get a really nice deal on this hotel, it was ~120/night, which comparing to other options was a really good price in my opinion. Overall, if you're looking for a good hotel for a decent price, and dont mind being a little squished, SIRTAJ is a wonderful option. I have a feeling we will be back again!

No breakfast available. Nobody ever at the Bar to serve beverages. $40 per day to park is too expensive. There is no life at the property at all. It’s a morbid experience.
