L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is one of those rare hotels you genuinely look forward to returning to each day. The staff experience was exceptional, the food delicious, and the room perfectly appointed. It created a true luxury vacation experience. This is a “must stay” hotel — we will definitely be back.

Great location, and the hotel was pretty good overall. Just missing a few things to make it elite. Only limited amenities in the bathroom. The tech and connectivity of TVs etc was not great. They don’t have usb-c ports. It’s obviously a fancy hotel but it costs a lot more than other better hotels. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is no less than $150. Just a couple things drop it from the ultimate.

Lovely hotel: Quiet, spacious, well appointed facility. Fabulous service. Double doors to balcony didn’t seal very well, so there was noise and a draft coming in.

Staff was friendly and paid attention to detail. The property was clean. The weight room could use some attention, but that’s only because I’m a weightlifter. And although the restaurant was nice, being limited to one restaurant is a bit cumbersome.

I always stay here when we come to LA. Love the location - close to Rodeo Drive. The area is clean and safe. The staff is always amazing and courteous. Maryam was so efficient and made check in a breeze.

Could not have asked for a better stay. The staff were amazing and the room was spotless and well appointed.

The front des/check in staff..meh, not the friendliest. The biggest issue we had with this hotel is we stayed 1 night for Christmas Eve. There was some kind of a fire alarm set off around 5am...the Beverly Hills fire dept showed up, it was a little chaotic and a rude awakening to say the least. Then at 9am the alarm went off again on our floor, although for a much shorter time this time...but due to the inconvenience and the fact that it was not even acknowledged..we weren't even asked about our stay when we checked out. Had he asked I would have mentioned that the alarms plus fire dept made our stay less than favorable.

Check in staff was great and they were able to get me into my room quickly. The staff is amazing from the valet team, check in staff and everyone else. They acknowledge you and are always so helpful and friendly. We've stayed here previously and will continue to stay here in the future.

We had an amazing stay. Best service I’ve ever received anywhere. Great location. The roof top pool is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, cleaned twice a day with turndown service. We will definitely come back and stay here again next time we are in town.

It was close to everything without being in the middle of everything. Nice rooftop.

This place had the most attentive service and the rooms were excellent. Serene and beautiful. Very comfortable, slept like a baby. Walking distance to all the key attractions in Beverly Hills, but if you don’t want to walk the hotel car will take you. I would skip the restaurant, but the hotel I would recommend.

The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for a toddler to play and parents to relax. The walk-in closets, large bathrooms, and serene rooftop pool gave us a sense of both luxury and comfort. A special highlight of our trip was having Sasha, the hotel’s private driver, take us around Beverly Hills. He was professional, personable, and made exploring the city effortless. Being able to enjoy the sights stress-free while our toddler was comfortable and safe was such a positive part of the experience. L’Ermitage doesn’t just deliver on elegance—it creates a welcoming, family-friendly environment where every guest feels valued. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit.

Staff was excellent. Everyone was so kind. I still remember all of their names which is rare. Food was delicious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large room space was an absolute plus.

We had a fantastic stay at L’ermitage. The property, location and staff were wonderful. We had a small issue with our light timers shutting off but they sent someone to fix it right away. I value that very highly. Would absolutely stay again next time we’re in town.

It’s in the heart of Beverly Hills but on a quiet street that it’s more like upscale neighborhood than a busy city. Great amenities and restaurants with a newly remolded one on the roof poolside overlooking the City. Great friendly staff who make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Suites are large and comfortable and quiet.

We are so impressed by this great hotel!! It will be our first choice for our next visits. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the suite. It was nice and spacious, and attention was paid to every detail. It was a great surprise that we had a piano in our suite. I really enjoyed it!! House keeping was great. Room service was fast, with delicious food and super nice staff. The Casa Covo restaurant was our choice for breakfast and lunch, and we really loved it. All staff members were very affable and were very nice to us. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Sylvia from the front desk, who was literally rude! She doesn’t belong to a 5-star hotel by any means. I had an encounter with her where I asked her a simple question on the phone, and I was so upset with the way she answered it. She’s not an asset to this hotel. I asked another employee about her name, because I wanted to make sure to mention it in my review, and they said: I know what you’re going to say! That is Sylvia. Nobody likes to deal with her! This place deserves 5 stars, and the only reason I rated it 4 star is because of this person. It was incredible! The room was so beautiful, spacious, clean and truly the best girl room with big mirrors a vanity and my fave a big tub! I can’t wait to return!

Excellent location, helpful and very friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms in a newly renovated building, and pet friendly. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, but the restaurant system is a still a work in progress.

Not much to like

Everything was nice, except that someone opened my room door and tried to enter even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. They tried to enter at 5:45pm on Apr 29th while I was in the room, but the door chain prevented the full opening of the door.

My second or third time staying here. Property is well located for the west side with great access to UCLA, Hollywood and Beverky Hills. In some areas it is showing its age. The pool area was still being renovated but the pool was accessable. The rooms are comfortable and the vibe is chill.

Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for the three of us to relax. Loved the separate changing area and two vanity areas - super spacious. Housekeeping was fantastic—everything was spotless and well cared for throughout our stay. Room service was a real treat too—fast and delicious. And the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We ended up dining there more than we planned because it was just that good. Loved the decor too. L’Ermitage really struck the perfect balance between quiet luxury and warmth. We felt truly looked after and can’t wait to come back

The entire staff went above and beyond to take care of my family and I. The Sous Chef Sol also made our time there spectacular by sending a complimentary gift to our room to say welcome. The bellhop and door men never let us touch a door handle or bag, we felt so special and attended to. The food is very good, the rooms are perfect, and hotel staff are very hardworking. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Absolutely lovely hotel. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, but is still right in the middle of it all! The service was some of the best service I’ve seen anywhere in the states. I can’t say enough good things about the warm welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are also some of the best I’ve stayed in (and we travel often and are very picky). This is our new go-to property when we are in BH!

Wonderful!

Great sized room. Comfortable except at times hot water was only warm. Couldn’t get the A/C to work at night so it was too hot but opening the window helped. TV allowed for streaming so that’s a nice feature. Gym is very small with no extra space for w I’ll ring out with weights especially if another person is there. Restaurant is great for breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Excellent service. We only got to spend one night because of the LA fires, but we hope to be back. The suite was very large and comfortable, the bathroom even larger. My only quibble is that the toilet is very low, hard on a person with bad knees. The mattress is on the very firm side. The mini bar set up was excellent. Staff was wonderful, especially with the chaos of the fires.

The restaurant is very bad and for sure not Italian cuisine.

Delidji is absolutely fantastic, and epitomizes quality hotel customer service.

The room is understated elegance and in addition to the espresso setup there is an electric kettle and tea bags so I could relax with a cup of tea in the room. As a tea drinker its a bonus making the stay special.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff make is extra special and pay attention to all details you tell them. the comp car service for the evening meals is also an excellent addition and the driver was fantastic! Food at their restaurant is divine and we will def recommend this hotel to friends and family! We are already looking to come back next year for another visit with them.

Nice location and clean and conveient but more of a 4 star than 5 star hotel. Limited dining options. Rooftop was closed. Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria. Staff was a bit "woody". Parking awful and they charge an egregious $70 for parking when you can park for $20 around the corner. Concierge has 2 dedicated desks but a bit disjointed and does not answer when called. Complimentary driver/car to Beverly Hills shopping is a nice touch.

The best best stay. Staff over the top nice and friendly. Location close to everything but quiet and tucked away. Gorgeous lobby and restaurant. We must return when the pool construction is finished to see it, I’m sure it’s also 10/10.
