    Don’t use the pool unless you like swimming in a pool while it’s draining with no lifeguard to warn you! And then have to chase THEM around for 12 hours for an update, talking to 6 different people, only to offer a pathetic “compensation” aka a DISCOUNT off 1 night :)

    My room didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, so it stunk like butt. Exposed wires from the wall under my bed. Didn’t realize I had to pay an extra 40 a night for parking. No breakfast. Asked for more pillows and blankets, and got one tiny blanket. A bunch of their products from the store they have wouldn’t ring up, so the guy just rang it up as some random thing. Turned on the heat in our room and it stunk so bad. Sells things to microwave, but no microwave in the room. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and am super disappointed in this place and stay. Do better please.

    When I arrive, the room I reserved was not available. I was traveling with a girlfriend of mine and requested 2 queen beds. I was told they would upgrade me to a King Suite which is NOT an upgrade for 2 females that requested their own beds. A King bed and a pull out sofa that was thin and uncomfortable was not an upgrade.

    For the cost this hotel could do better. No extras or: tissues in room, paper to write on, nothing in bathroom ie: shower cap etc. I guess you could ask but after my hairdryer wouldn’t work and I tried calling front desk the hold was so long I went down 7 floors with wet hair. Next day screeching fire alarm at 6 am. Whole hotel evacuated down 15 flights stairs. These things can happen BUT no hotel personnel to direct us where to go or when to safely come back. Unprofessional and poorly managed. Pool person nice but very confused about pool hours when asked. All in all for a supposed quality hotel I was disappointed as were others I spoke with.

    Very nice experience! Room is spacious and clean. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and Citibank nearby. 12-15 minutes walking distance to NIH. It is convenient.

    Excellent Clean Room, Excellent Staff. Unfortunately, Hilton Management is lazy with supplying the staff with sufficient supplies. Such as bedding in smaller than the bed, elevators not in service (we were on the eighth floor), sloppy restaurant. I will hesitate before staying at a Hilton property again.

    My biggest issue were with the eievators - long waits, crowded, stopped on just about every floor due to staff using the same elevators as guests. No room service. Breakfast buffet inferior to just about every other hotel I’ve stayed in. Although there was a restaurant, hours were limited and there was no room service. Rooms did not have a microwave. All staff members were wonderful. They really need all elevators running and a dedicated elevator for the expansive staff. What should take 2 minutes can take close to 10 because of the elevators.

    We usually stay in DC but decided to try something different this time. Our room was clean and up to date. Beds were firm, shower pressure was strong. Hotel it self was clean and smelled great. Relaxing music was playing in lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful especially with parking our 1500 RAM truck. We were not sure if it would fit in parking garage. We were happy that our truck still had 6 inches left of clearance and was able to park on site. They allowed us to drive up to the parking garage and attempt with the maximum height bar first before paying. All went well. We ate dinner at the resturant in the hotel. Food was very good and our waitress was exceptional. Breakfast was not included with your stay and the cost was not worth what they offered. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will come back to this hotel again.

    Staff unhelpful and gave out misinformation. This hotel gives the Hilton brand a bad name/reputation, if you've never stayed at another Hilton property before. Staff need to be better trained in customer service and how to apply Hilton Honors to stay.

    We had a very pleasant one-night stay in our room on the tenth floor. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bedding was wonderful—excellent mattress, cozy comforter, and a choice of four quite different pillows. The floor was quiet; I didn’t hear a sound until morning. If you book through a third-party, have your Hilton Honors account number ready at check-in or be prepared to pay for internet service in the room. The name on the Hilton membership/account must be the same as the name on the hotel reservation.

    En si el hotel muy comodo (3.5- 4 estrellas), el cuarto excelente. Comodo y bien equipado. Abajo un bar, restaurante y su pequeña tienda. El sector súper tranquilo para caminar sin problemas. La calle de atrás hay full restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Alado del hotel hay un restaurante super bien ranqueado y un supermercado a media cuadra. El servicio al cliente bueno, nada del otro mundo. Ubicación: a 10 minutos caminando a la estación de tren y a 3 minutos en bus. La parada del bus es literalmente al pie. Desde la estación de metro hasta el centro de Washington son 30-35 min. En general, incluso al aeropuerto puedes moverte super bien en Metro sin necesidad de taxis o Uber. Relación costo/beneficio 100/100. Recomendado.

    kind of dropped the ball in not following up with us on this matter . The second room was relatively clean, though there were some small holes in the bed linen and some areas in bathroom and room that seemed to be missed by vacuum and a good wipe down. Included Breakfast was very basic buffet. it was not till after we were eating on our second morning that anyone mentioned there were made to order options.

    I went to the hotel for an event. The event ended up being over an hour late for VIP check-in because the hotel seemed to not even know that the event was happening. We ended up getting extra stuff from The event holder as an apology for the hotels in ability to get things together. When I checked in the girl took forever. The other person checking people in got three people in while she got me done. She was so unfriendly the only people she spoke to were staff that walked by. She handed my key to me. Didn’t say a word. after the event, we went into the bar area and was accosted by a vagrant who had been outside. He was allowed to harass the bartender while the bartender begged him to leave. No security was called or anything. Why are the doors not locked after 10 o’clock? There was nothing done at all no care for the guest and their security while this vagrant walked around begging for more alcohol. The next morning I went out the door with my dog. I saw what by I thought may have been a guest sleeping on the couch when I came back in the guest sleeping on the couch was behind the counter. I asked him do you have coffee? His reply was yes. After about 10 seconds, I asked him where it was and his reply was it’s not out yet. I packed my things and I left won’t be going back here. The room was clean. The service was horrible. The girl at the check in is in the wrong business

    Gym very good. Physical facility a bit worn and dated (repainting quite evident). Room with kitchen quite large and comfortable. Bed excellent. Cuisinart coffee machine disliked. Dishwasher never had a cutlery basket over the 5 day stay. Housekeeping staff was excellent.

    It was clean and fairly close to my destination There wasn’t much to do besides go to your room. The rooftop looked so interesting, but it was closed. The pool was closed and there was no workout space. There was a bar/restaurant, but absolutely no people in it. Breakfast was not included. I had booked a room with two queen beds and was given a room with one bed. I went back to the desk to ask, and was told there were no rules with two queen beds. Someone was coming to stay with me so I had to politely insist. I showed them my confirmation description. The desk clerk was abrupt and unapologetic. Then somehow she magically found me one, and gave me a new key without even a smile. She didn’t explain or offer anything else. The cleaning staff was great and the rooms were super clean. The room was comfortable and quiet.

    There were staff and they were attentive. The only reason why I rated it four stars instead of five is that the front desk staff seemed very confused all the time. They were just stare at their computer and shake their heads. Like one night another customer and I were both trying to buy a snack. The automated computer for letting us check ourselves out was not working. The guy at the front desk tried to ring up a snack and this other customer and I stood there for over 10 minutes watching him struggle with his computer. It would've been faster for me to walk across the street to 7-Eleven. The gym looks pretty nice. I was really disappointed that the top floor was not open. It was 93° outside and they have a wonderful penthouse balcony that was locked. They only have the pool area open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I had intended to go swimming, but that wasn't going to happen.

    Great location although a bit of a walk to the Metro. Bathrooms were a little dated and could have been cleaner but rest of room and hotel seemed clean enough. Hotel staff were nice.     While untucking the bedding for the evening, I noticed dirt or dead bedbug clusters inside both comforters. The t.v. was on and backlit the white comforters revealing the spots. Since both beds had it, I'm sure other rooms do too. The rest of room, hotel, and amenities was o.k. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

    This property is located in a wonderful area, with many great amenities surrounding it. The hotel lobby is very well decorated and features a bar and a breakfast buffet. ($25/person) The staff was friendly, and did their best to make are stay comfortable. We had a few hiccups with keeping towels & toilet paper stocked, but called front desk and had it resolved.

    The room was big and comfortable. The beds were also nice with plenty of pillows. There were 2 staff in particular that were extremely great. Apart from the 2 excellent staff members, the rest of the staff either didnt seem to know what to do or didnt care. The front desk was always understaffed and all calls went through them, no matter what you needed, so they were constantly swamped. Also, no room service. 4 days into a 7 day stay, I had to particularly ask to have the sheets and towels changed and it was done begrudgingly.

    The property was always clean and very secure. The parking lot is very tight and often hard to maneuver. Also very expensive, even if you stay on weekdays. Also, I feel like the restaurant would’ve try to charge even though I was trying to explain we had breakfast included. It wasn’t until I said to the lady that my breakfast was included and she said “we don’t do that here” and I said let me pull up my email, she came back and said “oh you can get your voucher at the front desk”. I felt like she was trying to get over.

A bit of a longer walk to the train and the shuttle isn’t easily available because they’re under staffed with no one to drive it.     The staff seems unhappy and is not responsive to issues. They have steamers instead of real irons and the steamers are terrible. I had one that was defective and they never did replace it. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room. The hotel ain’t cheap price wise so I wouldn’t stay here again it’s pretty basic, no business center or computer for guests.

    We had no shampoo in the pump the first night and then the second night housekeeping had taken all of our bath towels and not replaced them. The price of the garage per night was excessive compared to other garages in the area. The hotel staff would not input my Hilton honors number, and charged me for every bottle of water because I had used a third party to book. The room was fairly clean, but noisy. We could hear the elevator ding every time someone arrived to the floor, and we were not even that close to the elevator.

    From check in to our seamless check out, our stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very neat. The hotel provided hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The fragrance of the products was so light, not too strong or harsh like some some hotels. The only suggestion I would make is that an iron be provided instead of a steamer. We were in a bit of a rush to get ready for our event and the steamer took longer to use. Also, be prepared for $40 parking. Otherwise, our 14th floor room with corner window was very lovely!

    This property is convenient to the NIH and the Metro- although essentially right in between two Metro stops. Trader Joe’s is close by for snacks and each hotel floor has a microwave. However the staff don’t seem to have a checklist for rooms and facilities. The ice machine on my floor was broken although I was able to obtain ice on the floor below. At 10 pm on my first night I found that the temperature valve in my shower was broken and could only be adjusted to lukewarm. Maintenance guy came quickly and fixed it- but wanted to talk politics - which in these times felt like more than I wanted to navigate at 11 pm. Front desk staff were apologetic about the shower but didn’t offer any compensation. Inviting me downstairs for a glass of wine on the house while the guy fixed it would have been classy and less awkward but clearly management hasn’t provided a script for these situations. Not a terrible option in Bethesda- but not the best either.

    On the pictures, you see a beautiful pool, but it was closed when I got there I guess because it’s September, but I thought it would still be open in September so I was really bummed and there was no way to really sit on the rooftop. The check-in experience wasn’t great, but I want to emphasize that it’s not because of the people it was just that there was the longest line ever and only one person checking in, when a second one came in and went a little bit faster, but generally, it was very long waits. There’s a restaurant there I didn’t try it, but it was a little bit noisy, but then ended it about 10, there’s fantastic water actually in the lobby I don’t know what Vero or Vera (can’t remember which) is but that water is really really good and it’s complementary both sparkling and still. I saw they had a Jim, but I didn’t get to use it. Parking is $40 a day. I decided to do that just because I had a rental car and thought it’d be better to park in the hotel. The rooms are good but honestly, I was wondering why there wasn’t a thicker blanket. I know that seems petty, but there was a sheet and then technically there was another blanket, but it was pretty thin and I know again it’s Sept. so maybe they don’t need like a full on down comforter, but I was cold and had to keep getting up and changing the temperature and there was a huge difference with 2° like if it was 68° it was super hot

    We have been to this hotel many times with good results. This time we had a double bed room. Most of the products were completely depleted. Only a a few tissues left in the tissue box, the shampoo and conditioner, when nearly empty, only two bath towels,, no garbage pail liners. I asked for one king size pillow because I have a back problem. I was told it would be delivered and despite several calls never received it. I’m a Hilton honors member but the incompetentat the front desk wouldn’t give me the Hilton honors code, or water that I’ve gotten before and other properties because my husband is on the account, but I made the reservation. This, even though he was there with me. Someone needs to tell the manager this. I asked to speak to the manager, but never heard back from him or her.

    The carpet was quite old and musty by the way so my allergies flared up over the course of 1 night. The guy who checked me in was lovely, Eric, but the morning shift lady, Foza/Roza was rude and unpleasant. Manager was unavailable so I opted to checkout early and go somewhere more welcoming and professional. The manager did call to follow up and apologise, and offer "a free upgrade to flooring", after I had already packed up and found a new hotel. Also, the flooring around the pool (from the elevators) was sticky and gross. And the water was not clean like in the photos, and some of the lounge chairs were frayed and worn. It was giving nice hotel that has gotten rundown to be honest. But the lobby is newly renovated and quite lovely.

    Everything was just fine. With the hotel and staff itself. Very clean and nice room. The only complaint was. They rented out the rooftop pool for a private party. So it was off limits to us. We booked this hotel for the pool. We paid a bit more for a hotel with a pool. We could have saved some money and booked a hotel without a pool. If you advertise a pool. It should be open to all hotel guests. Unless there are maintenance issues.

    Our suite was comfortably sized and had a full kitchen and dining table. The beds were comfortable. I would have liked more lighting in the dining area. The pool was a nice option to have available, but it was not very big. The pool water was never very busy while we were there, so it was not an issue.

    This is located in downtown area. Convenient walking distance to many good restaurants. However, if you are driving just be aware parking is expensive even if you are parking in the hotel parking lot. Other than that, the hotel is beautifully kept, comfortable to stay.
