Reviews
The hotel is under construction, which is a common complaint among guests. The location is generally praised for its convenience and proximity to local amenities. However, the ongoing construction leads to issues such as slow or malfunctioning elevators, lack of amenities, and uncleanliness in some areas.

- Ongoing construction causing inconvenience

The room we were given did not have AC. We had to sleep in 80 degree room and were offered a box fan. Ice machines did not work, waited nearly 10 minutes for an elevator, hidden charges. Would like a refund!!!

Everything went very well on our stay. The buffet breakfast was great. The parking was easy. Wish that we would have had some kind of a view but...overall it was exactly what we needed. 👍

I booked a room in Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda through Expedia, or so I thought. I got all the confirmation from Expedia. But when I arrived, the hotel did not have any record of the booking. Eventually the hotel agent searched through other third party sites and found my reservation, which was made through a site called booking something but not Expedia. Neither I or the hotel was informed of this booking and it took the hotel about 15-20 minutes to get it cleared while I was waiting at the lobby. The hotel clerk was doing her job. I hope Expedia would not do something like this again, or I will no longer book through Expedia any more.

Location of hotel Elevators and ice machines did not work well. Room was on 7th floor and only ice machine working was on the 2nd floor. Some soap dispensers were empty in the bathroom. Hallways needed to be cleaned. No lamp on left of bed and no lamp on desk. Could not use the desk, too dark, except for a computer. I wonder since the room was rented thru booking.com, it was of a lower quality, lamps missing, no soap, no Hilton Honor points or the hotel is struggling and is cutting costs.

I loved the fact that they welcomed me by name on the television and that the staff gave me a heads up on parking free across the street on weekends to avoid paying the parking fee at the hotel

1: the ACs in the rooms are LOUD. When it turns on there are 3 LOUD clicks, and then a big crash when it turns off. I could not sleep at all and had to turn the AC off fully on my last night so I could sleep. 2: water bottles are only free for silver members??? Understand coffee and snacks not being free but charging $2.5 for a water bottle is a new level of cheap. Anything for the bottom line I guess but Hilton can do better…

I had confirmed and prepaid reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bethesda, Maryland for 4 nights in May 2026. Upon my arrival to check in, the hotel staff told me my reservation got canceled because they overbooked by 13 rooms. The staff did not assist in any way to secure alternate arrangements. I would not recommend booking at this location, nor at a Hilton hotel. I am highly disappointed! Plus, it just doesn’t feel right that they can overbook and then arbitrarily cancel people’s prepaid reservations.
- 4/5
Rooms could use updating.
- 5/5
This hotel was extremely accomadating..definitely will be staying here again...We were comped breakfast and parking for my weekend stay because our reservation wasnt honored but made it up with two King Rooms with additional cots that were more comfortable than the actual King Bed..Amazing
- 4/5
Hotel need to be updated. Staff is not very friendly. Had to call housekeeping twice for items that should have been available in the room by default.
- 3/5
The location is great as it’s 2 blocks from the Metro and the staff was helpful. However, rooms were a bit dated, we had to ask for a blow dryer, and the toilet handle was nearly broken off to the point that we had to forcefully hold it on in order to flush it. The breakfast was overpriced for what it came with as most of it wasn’t stocked and coffee was out both days. They never had coffe cup lids or sleeves either. This would have been a free breakfast at other locations, but I guesss because it’s Bethesda, they can justify charging for it.
- 5/5
Good restaurants nearby. Only complaint, broken glass in parking garage.
- 1/5
We were very disappointed in this property. The room carpet needed cleaning, the towels and coffee bar were not changed/resupplied even though we asked, the toilet didn’t work properly, often only one elevator was operating even though the hotel was hosting several tours, morning coffee was minimal, and room was not ready when we arrived.
- 4/5
No free parking or free breakfast
- 4/5
I loved everything except for the lack of free breakfast or free parking, but we were in Bethesda. The staff was great and they made everything very comfortable for my child and I. No free parking or free breakfast

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel next time we’re in this town. Very friendly staff.

Overall shabby reeked of cigarette smoke smell and minimally clean bathroom - mold is unacceptable. Requested and got a room that did not smell. Housekeeping subpar - trash full, no towels, etc - after room was ‘cleaned’, room door left open.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Easy to get around the area as well.
- 4/5
Did not eat breakfast at hotel, price is too expensive. Went to a local diner for breakfast, much cheaper. Breakfast should be included with stays for the price of the room.
- 3/5
This location is convenient for me so I do stay here often, however, I've noticed on multiple occasions that the fitted bed sheets do not fit properly and often slide off and it is impossible for me to try and pull it back on. Housekeeping comes once every other day and is supposed to make the bed, replace towels, empty garbage but on this visit they came and did everything but make the bed. Maybe because they didn't want to fight with the ill fitting fitted sheet either.

Room was spacious, with good furniture and working ironing equipment Breakfast restaurant was clean and easy for the self service. The arrangement was nice and the staff were very helpful Bed was large, clean, very comfortable and inviting. The hotel location near the Bethesda Station is excellent for customers using public transport. Although breakfast had a variety of fruits, starch and protein there were NO greens/vegetables. I asked several times and was told they are not available.

I did not eat at the hotel. The people staying there were nice and helpful. Had a fridge and coffee pot. Broken towel rack in bathroom. I requested a handicap bathroom but got a tub with handrails. I can't climb over a tub. Parking spaces were so small I had 6 inches of space to get out of my car and the human body is very difficult to flatten that thin. No bellmen to help with luggage. When asked for a cart, I got a wave of the hand and it's over there from the only staff there. Door to parking garage is so heavy I had to wait for someone staying there to help. Not enough staff on duty. One young girl can not handle it all alone.

I purchased parking through your hotel and because of some work done in the hotel parking garage, my car was completely covered by some sort of metallic dust. I requested that hotel complements my parking fee but I was denied. It was dangerous to drive and detrimental to my health.

The front desk guy was very rude to me and many other customers had a bad attitude. Even booking.com called them and said he was very rude. They gave me full refund and I book elsewhere. No one told him to work a job he does not like. I wish I could remember his name. If this review came to me earlier it would have helped. Smart remarks condescending attitude for a front facing customer role. If you're so smart why would you apply to do a job you don't like?

My room didn’t have regular coffee pods and I didnt notice. Lobby coffee wasn’t out before 5 am when I had to leave so that was sad. They checked in via text mid day, I told them I need regular coffee and they had some in my room by the time I got back that evening. All in all pleasant experience. It felt clean and safe.

Our room wasn't getting cleaned daily,
- 4/5
The staff we interacted with was amazing. Sadly in our 4 day/3 night stay- we never had our room refreshed once. We had to go looking for fresh towels, coffee pods & toilet paper. That was unfortunate. Having said that- the facility was clean & centrally located & we were otherwise worry free.

Many spots on the sheets but i took my own cleaners and sheet so I didn't care abt that. The air would not go below 73 degrees that night. I called the front desk and someone came up to the rm abt 30minutes later. They tried to do all the things I did. It didnt work. They said maintaince was gone for the night and left. Nothing came up after that. We had to open the windows to lower the temp. I told them at check out they said since i already paid they couldnt do anything but comp my parking for the night.

I stayed for three days and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was the in-house restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, 2 of the 3 nights I was there. No mention of that on their website.
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice. My flight got cancelled due to weather and I called back to see I could get a room for one more night, although I had to pay full price for the room, it was nice. The breakfast bar could use more healthy options that don't contain over processed, high cholesterol foods and snacks.
- 4.5/5
1)The front desk staff were all very nice . I came in early ( 11 am ) to drop off my bag but Erica allowed me to check in so that I could leave my bag in the room without an early check in charge ! 2) Close to the red line Metro ! Breakfast was OK but not exceptional . The Marriot across the street had a better breakfast when I stayed there in September 2025 !
- 2/5
Bar did not have basic amenities including fries, and a variety of drink options. Bartender had to put a sticky note and redline items not available on the menu. This puts a shame to the Hilton brand. The bartender made me a drink that cost $17 and it was insulting to be charged that price since the bartender had absolutely no idea what she was doing.

Fifteen minutes before closing we asked for hot coffee because coffee in their thing was cold, they said no, too close to end. Really! At a hilton! They should be ashamed on every level. Out of eggs both days, Ok, Did food mgr consider going to grocery for emergency restock? Food mgr should be fired

They also should have told me where the breakfast room is. I didn't learn that until the morning I checked out - and that was from another guest. There was a sign in the lobby inviting us to dinner and drinks at 6:00, but that never happened. I WAS able to get a sandwich one night for dinner - and it was very good. All of these issues cast a pall over my stay at your otherwise lovely hotel.

The stuff wasn't helpful, could not help with the AC and the room temperature. They only gave us thin blankets, we had to sleep in jumpers. There were no automatic housekeeping, we had to ask for it. First, the hotel ran out of milk for the complimentary coffee. Went to the front desk, not much help. Can a hotel really run out of milk? GET SOME. Room had crumbs on the desk, Generally the property seemed run down and dirty despite a recent renovation. The refrigerator in the room ran noisily. The vibration from the fridge made the microwave, that was missing a foot vibrate. We had to unplug the fridge to sleep. The adjoining room was coughing throughout the night and next morning. Only two towels, usually there are more. Not a stellar stay that we expected.

Room services, including towel and amenities (tissues, shampoo, bath products) replacement, were supposed to be every other day. Did not receive any services first day they were due. When we reported this to front desk, new towels were placed on bed at the end of the day but no other amenities included. On the last morning, the toilet would not flush. Have stayed here before but will not stay again.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

No complaints

Parking spots are too narrow and too few. Parking cost should be indicated in booking room costs
- 5/5
The room was fine, loved the krups coffee machine and bought better coffee pods, cleaning staff awesome, friendly, helpful and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The night deak gal also so nice helpful and friendly and helped me with my receipt. Thinking her name was Keeme?Been coming to area 25 yrs for my health but first time staying with y'all . Ill be back. Great rate thru Expedia better then my Hilton honors . Merry Christmas

Room was clean, though

The rooms are equipped with loud heating. Tge front desk receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to call the frnot
- 4/5
The staff were all very kind.
- 4/5
Clean, good service
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
The staff team was the best part of the stay. Especially Cristina in the bar and the young woman who was at the front desk. The rest was not good: the bedding was thin and worn, cracked paint in the shower ceiling and a loud and unpredictable HVAC system. I would probably not stay here again, especially with so many options within walking distance.

One elevator kept breaking down leading to long wait times
- 5/5
Comfortable and quiet with good staff service
- 3/5
The hotel is fine and we’ve stayed more than five times in two years because it’s close to my parents. But when we were stuck in the parking lot due to broken sensors, an employee told us, “I’m busy, it’s not my job.” Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
- 4/5
All good
- 3/5
The temperature control system, heating and cooling, is very noisy.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet rooms and good amenities. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Convenient parking garage but there is an added fee for use. Overall excellent.

The room is clean and ready for my arrival. Tissue box almost empty. Has been quiet and very safe. Well located and plenty of eateries within walking distance
- 4/5
The hotel was fine. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. The rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms.
- 5/5
Room was amazingly clean. Staff was excellent. I had two packages delivered a day prior to me arriving and they were able to hold it for me. They were able to accommodate me. Will be staying again definitely.
- 5/5
Yes, everything was great staff was helpful and nice, I would stay there again. and give referrals
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. I loved the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. One thing I did notice was a smell of perhaps a vent in need of cleaning or perhaps similar to when something was in storage too long. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Room and staff were great. Breakfast was horrible. 16 dollars. Couldn’t even eat it. No refund either
- 4/5
The frozen dinner I purchased had been melted and refrozen. Sauce was leaked out onto the wrap.
- 3/5
Room - very loud HVAC system, constant drip in bathtub, sink handle fell off mid-using it. I shared these items with staff upon check/out. Staff were friendly.
- 3/5
Yes but room never made up after first night
- 5/5
Excellent service from front desk.
- 2/5
Servant in the restaurant for break fast we’re not friendly they even almost kicked us out of the restaurant while we were still eating because of the closing tile was over

Parking was an additional fee.

I was prepared to pay for parking but shocked to learn that breakfast was an additional $16 per person.
- 4/5
The stay was comforting
- 5/5
The gym is huge
- 2/5
The heater was very noisy. It woke us up at night. The carpet was wet all along the base of the refrigerator but eventually dried out. We received no clean towels or other room services the whole time (four nights). The Wi-Fi required a lot of personal information so we decided not to use it assuming that we would then receive your ads. The front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Good location.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Staff were terrific, rooms clean. Unfortunately ice was not available on any floor which was an inconvenience for me as I had had oral surgery during the stay. But it in no way ruined the stay, the front desk staff always accommodate me, just a bit of an inconvenience.
- 3/5
Bedsheets had rears and holes cut out in them and the fitted sheet was not thick enough to provide any barrier over the mattress. The bed linens felt and looked unsanitary and low quality for public use
- 4/5

Erica at the front desk is AMAZING! She was so helpful as we dealt with a significant trip hiccup. The service here is great.
- 4/5

- 4/5
Keep up the good work
- 4/5
Cordelia on reception was exceptional and breakfast ladies and cleaners very helpful. Room phone not working and one side table leg broken, but maintenance team quick to resolve issues. Some reception staff not very helpful
- 5/5
It was great!
- 2/5
Only one elevator working, 2 out of order. TV system is through satellite and is not working when it’s raining, wrong choice of system for hotel
- 3/5
It was not your typical Hilton. More of an upgraded Holiday Inn. It was clean, but dated. Very limited dining. But the employees were VERY accommodating. They bent over backwards to try to make you welcome.
- 1/5
Only One of the three elevators was broken. Coffee was spilled in the elevator. Bathrooms on the first floor were dirty
- 5/5
Great location. Nice room.
- 5/5
We’ve now stayed with this hotel twice to visit DC. We enjoy it’s quiet location, while still being close to the subway and lots of dining options. Staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Definitely recommended for families. Us parents also like that in the evenings there is a bar downstairs, so that we can have a drink while the kids settle into bed.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 4/5
The general areas (hallways, elevators) need a deep cleaning!
- 1/5
Mediocre hotel, service
- 3/5
Also the ceiling vent in the bathroom had a layer of dust and dirt on it- that’s what guests are breathing in!
- 5/5
This hotel is in the fabulous Bethesda neighborhood, next to parking garage and near Bethesda metro - red line. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy trip into DC. They charge for breakfast but there are many places in to eat in the neighborhood. Also close to a Trader Joe's. Hotel also has a very nice gym. Have stayed here before to visit DC. Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient.
- 3/5
Parking: I inquired about parking, and the front desk informed me it costs 31 dollars, stating I could "pay at the garage or at the hotel." So, I headed to the garage only to find out that all-day parking was just 22 dollars. Seriously, where they pulled that 31-dollar figure from is beyond me! I mentioned that there are other parking garages just a block away that are free on weekends, and her response was, "I don’t know, I just know about the hotel." Unbelievable! Right across the street, there’s public parking available for 1.75 an hour from Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 10 PM, which means it’s FREE after 10 PM and completely free all day Sunday, just a block away Pro: • Check in was seamless • Staff were friendly Con: • The staff were dressed unprofessionally, sporting flip-flops and durags or skull caps, with nose piercings. They spent most of their

Room was good. Bed comfortable. I wish the hotel had a pool. The room was older but clean. I would stay here again
- 5/5
Comfortable, good staff they need to work on renewing some stuff
- 4/5
Overall great hotel. The breakfast was awful in terms of the quality of the food and they charge for it. We have gotten better quality breakfasts for free in other hotels like Wyndham. I would avoid their breakfasts and eat out. It’s not convenient but it will taste better and be healthier.
- 1/5
Couldn’t sleep Poor management
- 5/5
Everything was great. The staff, everyone, was well informed, and had solutions for anything that could happen. But everything was wonderful, no problems whatsoever, but good to know that the staff would know what to do if something was an issue in the room.

- 3/5
The location is great but the hotel needs a refresh and not just in the lobby. The rooms were adequate but very tired. Bed was nice enough, shower tub looked a little worn… not HGI’s best effort TBH. I wouldn’t stay there again although go by the staff was perfectly nice and attentive. They can’t help it if the property is worn out!
- 4/5
Late check in , had some reservation problems on our end, but Erica at the front desk was extremely helpful and all went well. Only issue we had was the air conditioner BANGED when it came on an off, making sleep harder than it should be. Erica texted me on our 2nd day and addressed the issue ASAP. Hotel has the hottest water in the shower .. ever, what a joy !! Location was great. Breakfast was OK, but not worth $16, as it is the same that is served at other locations for free. Hotel has a parking garage with companionable pricing for the area. Again, the staff was fantastic and helpful, especially Erica ... She is a keeper a and a great asset for this hotel !

This is a very convenient hotel in terms of location right downtown in Bethesda, and it was basically clean. The lobby is not very attractive and the bed, while comfortable, had weird and skimpy bedding. Staff were efficient but not very personable. Altogether, convenient and serviceable, but not special.
- 4/5
Location was excellent, had an appointment at Walter Reed in the morning and it was a 10 minutes straight shot with minimum traffic. Parking garage clearance entrance is 6'3" , truck barely made it.
- 5/5
The garage exists are poorly marked. We got lost in the garage

I love the location! It is literally a 2-3 minute walk to the Metro. There are two entrances to the Metro one is a much longer walk than the other so make sure you get the elevator at the Metro and come out of that entrance and that’s the one that’s closest to the hotel. As for the hotel, it was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there when I checked out and check out was at 12, which was brilliant as it gave me time in the morning to have breakfast and relax a bit. Everything was great. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep while I was there.. The only complaint that I would have is that the rooms are fairly dark. There is not enough lighting. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Lots of shops nearby. There’s a really cool area that is in walking distance, that has lots of shops and restaurants so make sure you check the area out and walk around as it is a bit of a hidden gem.
- 4/5
The shampoos in my room were all empty.
- 5/5
It was as a good trip. I made a mistake while making reservations for this trip. However, the management and hotel staff took good care of me to resolve the issue.
- 3/5
Gym was well equiped. Some of rooms had windows opening up right next to parking lot at eye level. Thus lacked privacy. Breakfast was standard.
- 5/5
This was a great experience. It is our second time staying there and we would stay there again!
- 5/5
Loved that alot of services were at a walking distance
- 5/5
included breakfast was a ice bonus

It was initially hard to figure out how to close the window shades because there are 2 sets of skinny metal cords that are hard to find, and a floor lamp and a chair blocked my access to that side of the window. Note: The curtains do not close at all (I tried fruitlessly) but if you can ever sort out the 2 sets of window shades you'll be fine. The metro stop is conveniently close by and the neighborhood around the hotel felt clean and safe. Please note that breakfast is not complimentary for most guests. The staff members whom I dealt with were pleasant.
- 2/5
This hotel was ok. The rooms were a bit outdated which would be ok if they were cleaner. Sheets seemed clean but old (lots of fabric snags all over the comforters), most of the pillows didn't really hold their shape anymore and the shower had mold around the tub and rusty towel racks. We also had a family of 4 in our room but only received 3 towels. When asking for another towel, the woman at the desk wasn't very pleasant and slightly rude. Someone finally came with extra towels 30 min later.
- 5/5
Safe, quiet, spacious room
- 4/5
Great location close to the Metro for daily DC adventures and near great restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Beautiful remodel!
- 4/5
Convenient, decent value, mid hotel
- 3/5
Toilet in my room always flushing and I complained to hotel staff but nothing changed.
- 4/5
This was a great area to stay for our DC trip. Was close to the Metro so we could just ride right into the city. There was some great food stops in the area. Tatte was great for breakfast as the hotel breakfast was mediocre. Hotel was clean which is our main feature when booking. Would stay again. Staff was quite friendly
- 4/5
Great location and view from room.
- 5/5
The desk clerk recommended an ideal spot on the mezzanine for our breakfast at the DELI. Prices were reasonable and so many vegetarian options. Thank you.
- 5/5
We stay here for races, along the red line for easy commute downtown!
- 4/5
Nice hotel but ridiculous prices for parking 27.50 for parking and I thought when I booked the room breakfast was included but it wasn’t included and that was an additional 16.00 dollars which I declined due to wanting to get on the road and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all sorry but it wasn’t
- 5/5
Nice stay, comfortable beds, clean, staff was great.
- 5/5
Plenty of parking but $30 a night is stiff.

- 4/5
Excellent location for use of Metro and Metrobus.

The staff was incredibly rude and our room was disgusting
- 5/5
Clean, close to metro and nice rooms.
- 5/5
The hall carpeting and that near the elevators was/were never vacuumed while we were there. They needed cleaning. Other than that, it was a very nice visit.
- 5/5
Convenient, updated amenities, spacious. The only complain is the heating/cooling unit is very noisy.
- 2/5
The service was really bad, Im not sure if the staff is to blamed everyone was friendly I think they were understaffed. I think I will stay at a different hotel next time.
- 5/5
Everything was great. My only issue was with the Hilton app but nothing the actual hotel and staff were great. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
In town for an evening, appreciated the early check-in after a long drive, as well as in/out access to the garage. Comfortable, clean, and easy to find.
- 1/5
I’m disappointed that I have to pay for everything. No complimentary water.
- 5/5
We had a great visit to the DC area and the hotel was wonderful. Super easy check in, wonderful clean room.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and facilities, parking next door.
- 5/5
Would go again
- 5/5
The staff is pleasant and great, we requested a room change (it was originally right next to the ice machine), and she was able to help us with no issue. The room is spacious, quiet, and clean. However, they will not clean the room or get you fresh towels unless you request it. We were there for only 2 nights, so no need for that service. The breakfast was nice, good selection of hot food and others. The parking was also right underneath the hotel, so convenient. The Metro station is 5 minutes away. A few good places to eat nearby as well. I would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
The staff was terrible, house keeping entered my room even tho I explicitly said no house keeping on checkin and had the do not disturb sign up. They proceeded to take all the linens and trash bags out of the room and not replace. They also took my toiletries. When I called the front desk to explain my issue I got hung up on. When I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager I was told “the person who is supposed to be in charge quit and the person who is currently in charge shouldn’t be” the staff working the desk did nothing to help me but take down my information and said they would give it to the GM
- 5/5
Good choice!

The hotel is fine - good location for getting around and some nice cafes. I was especially happy with the kind and helpful staff. They gave excellent advice on

Bed smelt bad pillows. Musty air
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility if you need to spend time in the DC area
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Nice hotel overall in a great location. The toilet in my room would run nonstop if you did not do some manipulating with the handle (I believe I was in #908). Also, the shade in the room has a relatively large stain on it. It is clean for sure - no question about the cleanliness - but it is not a very attractive look when the shade is down.
- 5/5
Loved the stay
- 1/5
This was one of the most disappointing stays for me in a Hilton property. As a loyal Hilton Gold Member, I was looking forward to a pleasant stay. While checking in on Friday, 2/21, the Front Desk associate at the hotel informed me of a $ 20 F & B credit or 700 Points credit per day I would be entitled to. I did not request this information, but she volunteered it and even shared the F &B options I could enjoy at the property. I had detailed discussions with her on the topic. With this information, I had drinks at the Bar on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. However, upon receiving the final invoice, another Front Office staffer informed me that I could not avail of the F &B credit as I had reserved the booking through a third party. This was shocking and completely unfair. Had the Hilton staff not provided me with incorrect information, I would not have used the breakfast options at the property. This is deeply disappointing and I am not sure why as a patron I should not get the benefit as this was a mistake on the part of the Hilton staff.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
From the outside looks very new but once you get to the rooms? Is not what expected. Very old carpets, the sheets looked very very used and some damages, the bathroom roof in pieces i mean for what they charge per night? The hotel rooms should look more luxury or prettier..

This is a good hotel in downtown Bethesda

We had a great stay. The staff was great, Cordelia at the front desk was very helpful!

I came at 8pm but I was told the rooms had been ready yet and I had wait two hours to get my rooms
